近年来,频域分析法开始应用于呼吸气体交换动力学的研究中。由于伪随机二序试验(pseudorandom binary sequence test,PRBST)可以在一次试验中同时测定呼吸气体交换的不同频率反应,因此格外受到重视。本实验采用PRBST的时域和频域分析法,研究了吸入低氧混合气对耗氧量动力学的影响。  相似文献

我们设计了一种时域-频域结合分析法,并用此方法分析了6个种群12种果蝇的求爱歌,发现如果将时域与频域的研究结合起来,对求爱歌进行频谱分析,可以定量地揭示出求爱歌的频域特性及其在时域上的细微变化。我们还对果蝇求爱歌的时域模式进行了初步的探讨,发现它们是在同一基本成分上进行调制而产生的,亲缘关系较近的种具有相近的调制方式。在对杂交后代的求爱歌的频谱分析中,我们还发现频谱上的某些特点是能够遗传的。这一新的研究方法为果蝇的进化遗传学和神经遗传的研究提供了一种新的手段。  相似文献

许多外界环境因子都能引发植物局部表面电位发生变化。在植物电生理研究中如何解读表面电位变化所包含的对环境的反应是一个长期没有解决的问题。小波分析能有效地提取某种信号的时、频域特征。本文首次将小波分析方法用于植物电信号的解析,结果表明,在环境因子引发的表面电位变化中,具有明显的时域和频域的特征。在不同频域中,主要在低频尺度上反映植物对光、温及光和温度共同作用的特定响应。  相似文献

比较分析了东方雏蝗Chorthippus intermedius B.-Bienko的竞争鸣叫声和3个不同地理种群的召唤声。研究结果表明,东方雏蝗3个不同地理种群召唤声时域特征大致相同,在脉冲组持续时间与频域特征上,山西中条山种群与吉林松花湖种群较相似,黑龙江镜泊湖种群与前二者差异稍明显。黑龙江镜泊湖种群的竞争声由2~4个脉冲组组成的脉冲序列组成,其脉冲组的基本结构与召唤声相同,但脉冲组持续时间相对较短。  相似文献

Pulse wave analysis permits non-invasive assessment of arterial elasticity indices. The contour varies in different parts of the circulation. It depends on physiological or pathophysiological conditions of the organism. The pathological events like arteriosclerosis or diabetes have a primary effect to the artery elasticity. Hypertension or some heart diseases also influence the pulse wave velocity and resulted in earlier wave reflections. There are several methods of pulse wave measurements based on different principles and depending on the type of measured pulse wave. The evaluation parameters can be assessed from the time domain, derivations, velocity or frequency domain. The main aim of this review article is to offer a recent overview of pulse wave measurement parameters and main results obtained. The principles of pulse wave measurement and current experience in clinical practice are shortly discussed too.  相似文献

Small intestinal refluxes (SIRs) were monitored in the gastrointestinal tract of Nicholas turkeys via implanted strain gage transducers and radiographic observations. It was determined that reflux of ingesta from the small intestine into the gizzard was a result of a single antiperistaltic contraction. Radiographic observation indicated that the antiperistaltic contraction originated in the ileum 88% of the time and the duodenum 12% of the time. Each antiperistaltic contraction was preceded by a single peristaltic contraction. No gastric contractions occurred during SIRs. Fasting for 12 to 24 hr significantly increased the frequency of occurrence of SIRs in the Nicholas turkey (P < 0.0001) but had no significant effect on the velocity of the peristaltic and antiperistaltic contractions or on recovery time to pre-SIR gastric contractile frequency. The pooled mean velocity of peristaltic contractions was determined to be 10.55 +/- 3.68 cm/sec, and that of antiperistaltic contractions was determined to be 12.12 +/- 3.69 cm/sec. The pooled mean recovery time to pre-SIR gastric contraction frequency was 28.31 +/- 8.25 sec. It has been suggested that the SIR may be a mechanism of maximizing nutrient utilization by the turkey.  相似文献

在杭州市郊小和山森林公园内约85hm2范围内,用SHARP-CE-15l型录音机(频响30—l4000Hz)和强指向麦克风(频响40—14000Hz),对夏季繁殖期连续分布的同一生境中不同个体的强脚树莺(Cettiafor-tipes)的鸣声进行了记录,并通过计算机声谱分析系统从句型结构、音图结构、时域和频域特征及短时能量等方面进行了分析和比较,发现在同一生境一个小范围内同一种鸟就有6种不同类型的鸣声。这些鸣声的音调各不相同,鸣声的结构差异很大,大多声学参数之间也存在显著或极显著差异。形成这种鸣声多样性的原因可能是繁殖竞争在声行为上的体现。  相似文献

In order to determine if differences in human muscle EMG response to steady-state (STD) dynamic load and transient (TRN) load could be detected, two distinct sinusoidal loads having identical amplitude and frequency were applied to the forearm, which was held in a fixed posture. The first condition used application of a constant amplitude, constant frequency, STD sinusoid, and the second condition used application of a single sinusoid of identical amplitude and frequency as the STD load. Time-domain parameters of Half-Mass, Dispersion Moments, Asymmetry Moments, Peak Ratio (ratio of cycle peak RMS EMG to cycle mean RMS EMG) and Time-to-Peak Ratio (ratio of cycle time to reach peak RMS EMG to cycle time duration) were used to quantify responses in the time domain. A single frequency-domain parameter, Dispersion Moments, was used to quantify responses in the frequency domain. Individual ANOVA's of the time domain parameter results revealed that p = 0.689 for Dispersion Moments, p = 0.111 for Half-Mass, p = 0.007 for Asymmetry Moments, p = 0.001 for Peak Ratio, and p = 0.001 for Time-to-Peak Ratio. The time-domain MANOVA and frequency-domain ANOVA revealed that EMG responses resulting from STD and TRN applied loads were statistically different in the time domain (p = 0.001), but not in the frequency domain (p = 0.810). Thus, use of Asymmetry Moments, Peak Ratio, and Time-to-Peak Ratio parameters can distinguish EMG responses to STD and TRN loads.  相似文献

With the advancement in computer technology, it has become possible to fit complex models to neuronal data. In this work, we test how two methods can estimate parameters of simple neuron models (passive soma) to more complex ones (neuron with one dendritic cylinder and two active conductances). The first method uses classical voltage traces resulting from current pulses injection (time domain), while the second uses measures of the neuron's response to sinusoidal stimuli (frequency domain). Both methods estimate correctly the parameters in all cases studied. However, the time-domain method is slower and more prone to estimation errors in the cable parameters than the frequency-domain method. Because with noisy data the goodness of fit does not distinguish between different solutions, we suggest that running the estimation procedure a large number of times might help find a good solution and can provide information about the interactions between parameters. Also, because the formulation used for the model's response in the frequency domain is analytical, one can derive a local sensitivity analysis for each parameter. This analysis indicates how well a parameter is likely to be estimated and helps choose an optimal stimulation protocol. Finally, the tests suggest a strategy for fitting single-cell models using the two methods examined.  相似文献

Equine encephalosis virus (EEV) distribution was thought to be limited to southern Africa until 2008 when we reported EEV in Israel. It was then assumed that the clinical presentation resembled the initial incursion in Israel. To investigate further we conducted a retrospective analysis of equine sera, which had been collected for diagnosis of other suspected diseases, via serum neutralisation test. The data demonstrated that EEV was circulating as early as 2001 with incidence ranging from 20–100% for time period 2001–2008. As the symptoms of EEV can be similar to other equine notifiable diseases this is a significant finding which highlights the need for vigilance and education to accurately diagnose new and emerging diseases.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于空间频率滤波的多曝光融合的高动态投影层析三维成像方法,实现了活体斑马鱼(17 mm × 4 mm,最大厚度为2.33 mm,最小厚度为0.29 mm)的三维结构成像. 通过相机采用不同曝光时间记录系列吸收图像,将每张图像取变换到频域去除低频后,将各张滤波后叠加并逆傅里叶变换回空域,对变换后的图像进行归一化处理,最终获得高动态图像. 在每个投影角度获得这种高动态吸收投影图像,进行滤波反投影算法重建,获得高动态的整条斑马鱼三维结构信息. 实验成像结果表明,这种空间频率滤波多曝光融合的高动态光学投影层析三维成像研究,可以获得复杂结构更丰富的空间信息,对斑马鱼等模式生物早期胚胎生长发育进程进行监测和定量评估有一定的应用前景.  相似文献
