A study of the incorporation of l-[6-3H]fucose and d-[6-3H]glucosamine hydrochloride was conducted during the development of the cellular slime mold Dictyostelium discoideum 1-H. Autoradiographs revealed that pulse-labeled vegetative amoebae incorporated [3H]fucose intracytoplasmically within 15 min. The majority of the cells had randomly scattered silver grains but the remainder were distinguished by a dense localized labeling which suggested that oligo or polysaccharide synthesis was occurring. The localized pattern of labeling attributed to active synthesis declines at aggregation and early conus formation. As the pseudoplasmodium makes the developmental transition from the conus to the culmination stages the localized pattern of [3H]fucose labeling was restricted to the prespore cells while the prestalk cells were devoid of label. Prespore vacuoles were not present at the onset of this transition and consequently [3H]fucose incorporation occurred in the cells prior to their differentiation into prespore cells. In contrast to cells composing earlier stages, mature spores exhibited [3H]fucose-containing substances at the cell surface. At appropriate stages certain cells actively synthesize slime and stalk sheath which were labeled with either [3H]fucose or [3H]glucosamine.Prestalk isolates were obtained by transecting migrating slugs. [3H]Fucose was incorporated within 10 min among the basal cells of the isolate in the localized pattern typically found in prespore cells. The incorporation of [3H]fucose occurred prior to prespore differentiation as certain preparations were devoid of prespore vacuoles. Prespore isolates differentiate prestalk cells which have lost the capacity to incorporate [3H]fucose. This investigation suggests that cell contacts and interactions may affect the incorporation of [3H]fucose.  相似文献

Membrane glycoprotein biosynthesis of ascites hepatoma cells is followed by [14C]glucosamine and [3H]leucine incorporation into cells in culture. The rate of incorporation is strongly increased by the addition of Robinia lectin in culture medium. Labeled glycoproteins are released from lectin stimulated and non-stimulated ceils by trypsin digestion. Studies of labeled trypsinates on sodium dodecyl sulfate gel electrophoresis and Sephadex G-200 filtration exhibit two fractions both labeled with [14C]glucosamine and [3H]leucine and having different molecular weights, one over 200 000 and the other about 2000. Identical results are obtained when external membrane glycoproteins are solubilized by sodium deoxycholate. Comparison of surface glycoproteins isolated by trypsinization from control cells labeled with [3H]glucosamine and from lectin stimulated cells labeled with [14C]glucosamine displays no significant qualitative differences between glycoprotein fractions released from both cell groups.  相似文献

Summary Cultured cells from the bovine endosalpinx were used to evaluate effects of estradiol-17β, progesterone, epidermal growth factor, and insulinlike growth factors I and II on [3H]thymidine incorporation. Cells were treated with hormones and growth factors when approximately 50% confluent. After 24 h, DNA synthesis was quantified by pulsing cells with [3H]thymidine for 12 h and determining uptake into DNA. Cells prepared by mechanical dispersal incorporated more [3H]thymidine than cells dispersed with collagenase. However, hormonal responses were the same for both types of cells. As compared to plastic, cells on a Matrigel substratum exhibited lower incorporation of [3H]thymidine and were unresponsive to hormones. Estradiol-17β increased [3H]thymidine incorporation slightly at 10−10 mol/liter and higher. Epidermal growth factor, insulinlike growth factor-I, and insulinlike growth factor-II also stimulated [3H]thymidine incorporation. Effects of insulinlike growth factor-I were greater for cells treated with estradiol-17β. In the absence of estradiol, progesterone inhibited [3H]thymidine incorporation at 1, 10, and 100 ng/ml. When estradiol-17β was present, progesterone stimulated [3H]thymidine incorporation at 1 ng/ml and reduced incorporation at 100 ng/ml. In conclusion, [3H]thymidine incorporation by cultured oviductal endosalpingeal cells can be regulated by ovarian steroids and growth factors. These molecules may represent signals through which the ovary, embryo, and oviduct regulate oviductal growth. Summary Light- and electron-microscopic autoradiography were used to obtain a coordinated metabolic-morphologic view of some of the events of cellular differentiation that occur across the epidermis of the Pacific hagfish (Eptatretus stoutii) and which enable this animal to secrete copious amounts of mucus. As judged by epidermal incorporation of [3H]-thymidine in vivo, about 98 % of DNA replication is confined to the basal three layers of the total of 6–8 layers of cells. Small mucous cells (SMC), the most numerous of the three major cell types involved in mucigenesis, show in vitro and in vivo radioincorporation profiles of [3H]-L-lysine and [3H]-D-glucosamine which differ markedly from those of [3H]-L-fucose and [3H]-D-galactose. Time-course incorporation profiles (mean silver grains/cell and percentage of cells with at least one cluster of silver grains) of [3H]-L-lysine and [3H]-D-glucosamine not only reflected the metabolic activities of cell renewal and differentiation in basally-located cells but also the high mucigenic activity in cells near the epidermal surface. By contrast, [3H]-L-fucose and [3H]-D-galactose were mainly incorporated by the more mature SMC in juxtanuclear regions near Golgi complexes and newly formed secretory vesicles. The intensity of [3H]-fucose labeling appeared proportional to the intensity of histochemical staining of the apical cytoplasm. The prominent capsule, within SMC in basal and lateral regions, which arises from a tight intermingling of tonofilaments, appears to restrict secretory vesicles to apical regions while the cell progressively differentiates and migrates to the epidermal surface. Three independent techniques, [3H]thymidine incorporation, the reduction rate of p-iodonitrotetrazolium violet (INT) to INT formazan normalized to DNA, and the ratio of ATP to DNA, were adapted to measure the activity of attached and unattached estuarine bacteria. In experiments employing the estuarine isolate Vibrio proteolytica, nutrient concentrations were manipulated by varying the concentration of peptone-yeast extract. In the presence of exogenous nutrients, the activity of free-living cells was greater than that of attached cells as measured by [3H]thymidine incorporation and ATP/DNA ratios. In the absence of peptone-yeast extract, however, the activity of attached cells surpassed that of free-living cells as determined by [3H]thymidine incorporation and INT formazan normalized to DNA. Of the three techniques, [3H]thymidine incorporation was deemed most sensitive for detecting changes in activity resulting from slight differences in nutrient concentration. By this technique, attached cells were much less sensitive to changing nutrient concentrations than were free-living cells. Below a threshold concentration, attached cell activity remained constant, while the activity of unattached cells decreased as a function of decreasing nutrient concentration. The results suggest that loss of cell surface area available for substrate uptake due to attachment may be an important factor in determining the relative activities of attached and free-living cells.  相似文献

The incorporation of [14C]deoxycytidine, [3H]deoxyuridine, and [3H]thymidine, respectively into pyrimidine bases of DNA has been measured in rapidly proliferating P815 mouse mastocytoma cells in the presence of hydroxyurea. The incorporation of [14C]deoxycytidine-derived radioactivity into DNA cytosines is increased when compared to the incorporation into DNA thymines. The [3H]deoxyuridine-derived radioactivity is incorporated solely into DNA thymines and this incorporation is inhibited by hydroxyurea in a dose-dependent manner. This suggests an inhibitory effect of hydroxyurea on the thymidylate synthase which was proved in experiments in which the conversion of deoxyuridine monophosphate into deoxythymidine monophosphate catalysed by a crude enzyme preparation from P815 cells was inhibited in the presence of hydroxyurea. Enzymatic DNA methylation as measured by the conversion of incorporated [14C]deoxycytidine into 5-methylcytosines was not affected by hydroxyurea.  相似文献

Multiplication stimulating activity (MSA) has been purified from the conditioned media of rat liver cells in culture by a modification of the procedure of Dulak and Temin. Purified MSA stimulates [3H] thymidine incorporation into DNA in subconfluent, serum starved 3T3 cells. Cell cycle analysis by the flow microfluorometer shows that the [3H] thymidine incorporation data reflects DNA synthesis. MSA also stimulates the multiplication of serum starved subconfluent 3T3 cells. MSA is approximately 10-fold less active in 3T3 cells than in chick embryo fibroblasts in stimulating [3H] thymidine incorporation into DNA. MSA causes a 2–10-fold increase in ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) activity in 3T3 cells and the dose response curve parallels the dose response curve for [3H] thymidine incorporation into DNA. The Km of ODC for ornithine is 0.12 mM. There is a 30% decrease in the activity of ornithine transaminase (OTA) during the time period in which MSA causes an increase in ODC activity. Insulin also stimulates [3H] thymidine incorporation into DNA, cell multiplication and ODC activity over the same concentration range as shown for MSA, however, the extent of stimulation by insulin is less than that observed following MSA addition.  相似文献

An attempt was made to demonstrate poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase cytologically. In vitro incorporation from the nucleotide, [3H]NAD was detected in frozen sections of onion embryo and meristematic tissue by autoradiography. In meristematic tissue, there was a correlation between the number of cells displaying intensein vitro incorporation from [3H]NAD and cytological DNA polymerase activity. Performed enzymes effecting a distinct incorporation from [3H]NAd were localized in the nuclei of all tissues of the ungerminated seed except the endosperm. Evidence for poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase has been obtained for the first time from higher plant cells and localized cytologically.  相似文献

Intact murine L1210 leukemic cells incorporated significant quantities of [3H]-N-acetylneuraminic acid directly from CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid. When pretreated with Vibrio cholerae neuraminidase, incorporation increased sixfold to tenfold. Biochemical studies comparing incorporation of N-acetyl-neuraminic acid from the nucleotide sugar with that from free sugar demonstrated that the relatively high levels of incorporation from CMP-N-acetyl-neuraminic acid could not be due to the incorporation of free sugar generated by extracellular degradation of the nucleotide sugar. Very little N-acetylneuraminic acid was taken up or incorporated by L 1210 cells from free sugar and this incorporation was not increased by neuraminidase pretreatment. Moreover, extracellular breakdown of CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid during incubations with L 1210 cells was rather insignificant. Electron microscope autoradiography of cells incubated with CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid demonstrated that greater than 84% of the incorporated radioactivity was associated with the plasma membrane and less than 1% with the Golgi apparatus. These findings are consistent with the conclusion that incroporation of N-acetylneuraminic acid from CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid is the consequence of a cell surface sialytransferase system. Pretreatment of cells with the nonpenetrating reagent, diazonium salt of sulfonilic acid, significantly inhibited this ectoenzyme system while only marginally affecting galactose uptake and incorporation at the Golgi apparatus. Interestingly, incorporation from CMP-N-acetylneuraminic acid declined as the viability of the cell population declined. When taken together, the above evidence develops a rigorous argument for the presence of a sialyltransferase enzyme system at the cell surface of L 1210 cells. Studies directed towards the detection of a similar ectogalactosyltransferase system were also undertaken. Cells incubated in the presence of UDP-[3H]-galactose incorporated radioactivity into a macromolecular fraction. The presence of excess unlabeled galactose in the incubation medium significantly reduced this incorporation. Electron microscope autoradiographs of cells incubated with UDP-[3H]-galactose, demonstrated that incorporation occurred primarily at the Golgi apparatus. The grain distribution in these autoradiographs was similar to that for free galactose. Thus, the incorporation observed for L-1210 cells incubated in UDP-[3H]-galactose was due primarily to the intracellular utilization of free galactose generated by extracellular degradation of the nucleotide sugar. Inability t o demonstrate an ectogalacto-syltransferase system on L1210 cells does not rule out the possibility that the enzyme is present but undetectable due t o the absence of appropriate cell surface acceptor molecules.  相似文献

Employing defined media conditions, the insulin sensitivities of mouse mammary gland epithelial cells in primary culture and MCF-7 human mammary epithelial cells were determined. Insulin stimulated the rates of [3H]uridine incorporation into RNA and [3H]leucine incorporation into protein in both primary mouse mammary gland epithelial cell cultures and MCF-7 cell cultures at concentrations approximating the dilution endpoint of the hormone (10−21 M). Insulin stimulated the rate of [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA in primary mouse mammary gland epithelial cells at the dilution endpoint concentrations. However, MCF-7 cells required insulin concentrations 100–1000-times that necessary in mouse mammary epithelial cultures to elicit an increased rate of [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA. Evidence is presented which suggests that the increased rates of uptake of [3H]uridine, [3H]thymidine and [3H]leucine into their respective precursor pools is not responsible for the apparent stimulatation of RNA, DNA and protein synthesis.  相似文献

The metabolic fate of 1-β-d -arabinofuranosyl-5-[(E)-2-bromovinyl]uracil (BV-araU) in herpes simplex virus type 1-infected cells was studied using tritium-labeled BV-araU. [3H]BV-araU was selectively taken-up by infected cells. Approximately 10% of the total uptake of [3H]BV-araU was recovered from the acid-insoluble fraction at any time post-infection. Both cellular uptake of [3H]BV-araU and its incorporation into the acid-insoluble fraction increased with increasing incubation time through 8 hr post-infection. Uptake of [3H]BV-araU and its incorporation into the acid-insoluble fraction also increased proportionally to the duration of exposure to [3H]BV-araU. An alkaline sucrose gradient sedimentation analysis revealed that the radioactive DNA obtained from cells pulse-labeled with [3H]BV-araU were small DNA fragments which remained at the top following a chasing period in isotope-free medium, whereas that pulse-labeled with [3H]thymidine was chased to a fraction of high molecular weight DNA. Nuclease P1 digestion reduced 99% of the [3H]BV-araU-labeled DNA extracted from infected cells to a low molecular weight. Following digestion of [3H]BV-araU-labeled DNA with micrococcal nuclease and spleen exonuclease, all of the radioactivity was recovered as [3H]BV-araU 3′-monophosphate. Thus, BV-araU strongly inhibits the elongation of viral DNA strands as demonstrated by the alkaline sucrose gradient sedimentation analysis, whereas at least a portion of the [3H]BV-araU is incorporated inside viral DNA strands in infected cells.  相似文献

Keyhole limpet hemocyanin (KLH)-primed lymph node cell (LNC) populations were incubated with various amounts of KLH and the cellular incorporation of tritiated thymidine ([3H]TdR) or tritiated N6, O2′ dibutyryl cyclic AMP ([3H]DbcAMP) was determined. T LNC responded more vigorously than did complement receptor lymphocytes (CRL), i.e., B cells, at all KLH concentrations, during all time intervals examined, and in the presence or absence of normal rabbit serum (NRS). The depletion of adherent cells from KLH-primed LNC resulted in no significant decrease in KLH-induced incorporation of either [3H]TdR or [3H]DbcAMP in any of the LNC populations. Thus it appeared that variation among LNC populations in the incidence of macrophages did not account for the marked variation in their responses. Cultures containing equal numbers of T and CRL were induced to incorporate more [3H]TdR or [3H]DbcAMP than either population cultured separately or the sum of their individual responses. It was concluded that KLH-induced incorporation of these substances into primed, isolated LNC, was primarily manifested in the T-cell population. The synergism seen in cultures containing mixtures of T and CRL suggested that B cells are induced to incorporate [3H]TdR or [3H]DbcAMP in the presence of antigen and T-cell product(s). KLH-induced incorporation of [3H]TdR into KLH-primed LNC was inhibited by cholera enterotoxin (CT) and DbcAMP as previously reported. However, CT or DbcAMP inhibited this incorporation into T LNC to a greater extent than into CRL or unfractionated LNC.  相似文献

Summary The effects of glucose and arginine on islet hormone biosynthesis were investigated using primary cell cultures prepared from islets of the anglerfish (Lophius americanus). After dispersion under sterile conditions, islet cells were maintained at 23° C in medium containing RPMI 1640 with Hanks' buffer, pH 7.5, modified by the adjustment of glucose (to 0.56 or 5.6 mM) and arginine (to 0.1, 1.15, or 10 mM) with the addition of 10% fetal bovine serum (dialyzed, heat inactivated) and penicillin/streptomycin. After 48 h, media were replaced by incorporation media containing [14C]isoleucine and [3H]tryptophan and incubated for an additional 8 h under otherwise identical conditions. Culture samples (cells plus media) were extracted, desalted, and gel filtered to identify and quantitate [14C]insulin, [3H]glucagon(s) plus [3H]somatostatin-28, and [3H]somatostatin-14 were In some experiments, [14C]insulin, [3H]glucagon(s), [3H]somatostatin-28, and [3H]somatostatin-14 were separated by high performance liquid chromatography. Raising the medium glucose from 0.56 (control) to 5.6 mM resulted in an augmentation in incorporation of [14C]isoleucine into insulin and an augmentation of [3H]tryptophan into glucagon(s) and somatostatin-14, but no change in incorporation of [3H]tryptophan into somatostatin-28. Raising the concentration of arginine from 0.1 to 1.15 or 10 mM resulted in a dose-dependent inhibition of labeled amino acid incorporation into all hormones except somatostatin-28. The results demonstrate the usefulness of the culture system for studying the modulation of hormone biosynthesis in anglerfish islet cells. Porcine skin nucleoplasmic extract (PSNE) was shown to alter the incorporation of [3H]thymidine into DNA of selected porcine, bovine, and human cell populations in culture. PSNE stimulated incorporation of [3H]thymidine into DNA of porcine and bovine dermal cells an average of 300 and 200% of control value, respectively. When porcine and bovine epidermal cells were exposed to PSNE the treatment inhibited [3H]thymidine incorporation into DNA by an average of 48 and 45%, respectively. Similar inhibitions were observed for porcine and bovine kidney, porcine lung, and human KB cells. Thus, the effect of PSNE on the incorporation of [3H]thymidine into DNA of various cultured cells was either stimulatory to dermal cells or inhibitory to a variety of other cell types, including skin epidermal cells. The stimulatory and inhibitory effects of PSNE were abolished by heating PSNE for 5 min in boiling water before its addition to cell cultures. In the presence of tracer concentrations of extracellular leucine (5 μM), treatment of rat splenic lymphocyte suspensions in vitro with 1 μM dexamethasone for 2.5–4 h caused a 30–35% inhibition of [3H]leucine incorporation into protein. As the extracellular leucine concentration was raised to 5 mM, this inhibition was progressively reduced to 0–12%. This phenomenon correlated with a marked dependence on extracellular leucine concentration of the dexamethasone-dependent enlargement of free intracellular leucine pools in splenic lymphocytes: a 123% increase in pool size with tracer extracellular leucine; a 10% increase with 5 mM leucine. Varying extracellular leucine had no effect on: (1) nuclear [3H]dexamethasone binding by the cells; (2) the concentration of dexamethasone needed for half-maximal inhibition of [3H]leucine incorporation; (3) the time course of onset and maximal expression of the hormonal inhibition of [3H]leucine incorporation; or (4) the magnitude of dexamethasone-dependent inhibition of [3H]uridine incorporation into RNA by these cells. There was no detectable effect of dexamethasone on uptake and retention of [3H]leucine by the cells, regardless of the extracellular leucine concentration. Treatment of splenic lymphocytes for 4 h in vitro with 1 μM dexamethasone caused a small shift of ribosomes from larger aggregate polysomes to smaller forms. Thus, glucocorticoid-induced inhibition of amino acid incorporation in splenic lymphocytes is a multicomponent response, of which an actual decrease in protein synthesis is only a small part. Enlargement of free intracellular amino acid pools, probably resulting from increased protein degradation, is the major contributing factor to the hormonal inhibition of amino acid incorporation.  相似文献

Abstract: We have investigated the mechanism of inhibition of RNA synthesis by methyl mercury (MeHg) in isolated neonatal rat cerebellar cells. Each of the three component steps involved in the incorporation of exogenous [3H]uridine into cellular RNA was examined separately in whole-cell and/or subcellular preparations. Nuclear RNA polymerase activity was measured in preparations containing both free nuclei and whole cells. Incorporation of [3H]UTP into nuclear RNA was found to be unimpaired at concentrations of MeHg that inhibited whole-cell incorporation of [3H]uridine by > 75%. Cellular uptake of [3H]uridine was assayed in cerebellar cells treated with KCN to deplete ATP levels and block subsequent phosphorylation reactions of transported uridine. Uptake activity under these conditions was unaffected by MeHg. Measurement of intracellular phosphorylation of [3H]uridine indicated that inhibition of this activity closely paralleled that of RNA synthesis. Quantitation of individual uridine nucleotides by polyethyleneimine-cellulose TLC revealed reduced levels of UTP and UDP whereas levels of UMP were elevated, suggesting that impairment of phosphorylation was not the result of cellular ATP depletion but, more likely, a direct effect on phosphouridine kinase enzymes. This mechanism of MeHg-induced inhibition of RNA synthesis was confirmed by assays of uridine phosphorylation using cell-free extracts in which exogenous ATP was supplied.  相似文献

Autoradiography was used to investigate incorporation of tritiated adenine, adenosine, guanosine and thymidine by Eimeria nieschulzi and rat jejunal villus epithelial cells. At 2 1/2 days postinoculation, parasitized and control tissues were incubated for 20 min in oxygenated Tyrode's solution (37 C, pH 7.5) containing 30 μCi/ml of each nucleic acid precursor. Treatment of tissues with ribonuclease revealed that E. nieschulzi incorporated label from [3H]adenine primarily into RNA while that from [3H]adenosine and [3H]guanosine was present mainly in DNA. Label from [3H]thymidine was not utilized by parasites. Host villus epithelial cells incorporated label from [3H]purines primarily into RNA. Labeled cytoplasmic RNA was significantly increased in parasitized cells after incubation in [3H]adenine. Tritiated nuclear RNA and cytoplasmic RNA were significantly decreased in parasitized cells after incubation in [3H]adenosine. Incorporation of label from [3H]guanosine was similar for parasitized and control cells. A small quantity of label from each [3H]precursor was incorporated into DNA of villus epithelial cell nuclei.  相似文献

Summary The autoradiographic investigation of L cells and Chinese hamster cells for the presence of mycoplasmas (A. laidlawii andM. hyorhinis) using uridine/uracil (UdR/U) testing is a rapid and reliable method suitable for the serial checking of even a small number of cells. It depends on a reduced incorporation of [3H]uridine and an increased uptake of [3H]uracil into the RNA of mycoplasma-infected cells, shown in autoradiograms by the density of the grains and their distribution. Results obtained by the autoradiographic technique correspond approximately to specific activity values of RNA-infected cells after the incorporation of [3H]uridine and [3H]uracil.  相似文献

Summary. We have analysed the incorporation of [3H]sucrose and [3H]mannitol in pulvinar motor cells of Robinia pseudoacacia L. during phytochrome-mediated nyctinastic closure. Pairs of leaflets, excised 2 h after the beginning of the photoperiod, were fed with 50 mM [3H]sucrose or [3H]mannitol, irradiated with red (15 min) or far-red (5 min) light and placed in the dark for 2–3 h. Label uptake was measured in whole pulvini by liquid scintillation counting. The distribution of labelling in pulvinar sections was assessed by both light and electron microautoradiography. [3H]Sucrose uptake was twice that of [3H]mannitol incorporation in both red- and far-red-irradiated pulvini. In the autoradiographs, [3H]sucrose and [3H]mannitol labelling was localised in the area from the vascular bundle to the epidermis, mainly in vacuoles, cytoplasm, and cell walls. Extensor and flexor protoplasts displayed a different distribution of [3H]sucrose after red and far-red irradiation. Far-red light drastically reduced the [3H]sucrose incorporation in extensor protoplasts and caused a slight increase in internal flexor protoplasts. After red light treatment, no differences in [3H]sucrose labelling were found between extensor and flexor protoplasts. Our results indicate a phytochrome control of sucrose distribution in cortical motor cells and seem to rule out the possibility of sucrose acting as an osmoticum. The effects of sodium butyrate on [3H]thymidine incorporation and cell growth characteristics in randomly growing and synchronized HeLa S3 cells have been examined in an attempt to determine what effects, if any, butyrate has on S phase cells. Whereas 5 mM sodium butyrate rapidly inhibits [5H]thymidine incorporation in a randomly growing cell populations, it has no effect on incorporation during the S phase in cells synchronized by double thymidine block techniques. This lack of effect does not result from an impaired ability of the S phase cells to take up butyrate, since butyrate administration during this period leads to histone hyperacetylation that is identical with that seen with butyrate treatment of randomly growing cells. Furthermore, the ability to induce such hyperacetylation with butyrate during an apparently normal progression through S phase indicates that histone hyperacetylation probably has no effect on the overall process of DNA replication. Temporal patterns of [3H]thymidine incorporation and cell growth following release from a 24-h exposure to butyrate confirm blockage of cell growth in the G1 phase of the cell cycle. Thus, the inhibition by butyrate of [3H]thymidine incorporation in randomly growing HeLa S3 cell populations can be accounted for solely on the basis of a G1 phase block, with no inhibitory effects on cells already engaged in DNA synthesis or cells beyond the G1 phase block at the time of butyrate administration.  相似文献
