对生长在不同磷营养水平条件下小麦(Triticum aestivum var.Zhongyou 9507)叶片中光合膜脂含量变化的原因进行了研究.通过对生长在不同磷营养水平条件下9 d龄和16 d龄小麦叶片中光合膜脂含量的分析,发现在磷缺失培养条件下,小麦光合膜脂的相对含量发生了很大变化,这种变化与小麦叶龄密切相关.在16d龄小麦植株中,第一片叶为老叶,第二片叶为较老叶,而第三片叶为新叶,PG和MGDG在叶片中的相对含量从新叶到老叶逐渐下降,而DGDG和SQDG含量逐渐上升;在磷缺失条件下,16 d龄小麦第一叶片中PG的含量(2.5%)远远低于其在9 d龄第一叶片中的含量(5.5%).以上结果说明,磷缺失引起小麦叶片中脂含量的变化不仅与脂合成有关,而且与PG的降解有关;新生叶片中PG含量减少的主要原因是由于磷供应不足,从而影响了PG的合成;而PG的降解则是老叶中PG含量下降的主要原因.  相似文献

Acyl lipids and pigments were analyzed in young plants of garden pea, spring wheat and spinach exposed to < 5 or 65 nl l?1 ozone 12 h per day for 6 days. In one set of experiments, the plants were exposed to 14CO2 for 2 h 3 days prior to ozone exposure. The plants responded differently to the moderately enhanced level of ozone used Spinach was not at all sensitive while in both pea and wheat, leaves of different ages differed in ozone sensitivity. In pea, ozone sensitivity increased with leaf age. In the second and third oldest leaves, the amounts of galactolipids per leaf area and the proportions of 18:3 of the total lipid extract and of phosphatidylglycerol decreased. In the second oldest leaf, ozone also caused a decreased proportion of 18:3 of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol. In the fourth oldest leaf, lipid composition and galactolipid unsaturation was unaffected, but ozone caused decreased leaf expansion resulting in increased acyl lipid content per leaf area. In both the first and second leaves of wheat, ozone fumigation caused a marked decrease in the content of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol and in the first leaf, the contents of phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine increased. The proportion of 18:3 in phosphatidylcholine was larger in ozone-fumigated than in control plants, while the reverse applied for phosphatidylglycerol. In the oldest sampled leaves of pea and wheat, ozone caused an increase in the radioactivity associated with β-carotene, indicating increased turnover. Thus, while spinach was unaffected, in both pea and wheat ozone caused a decrease in the proportion of chloroplast membrane lipids to non-chloroplast membrane lipids in older leaves while younger leaves were less sensitive.  相似文献

Some effects of light intensity, day length, and temperatureon the fatty acid composition of the major glycerolipids ofleaves of Vicia faba L. (cv. Giant Windsor) were observed. Increasinglight intensity caused an increase in the relative concentrationsof 16 : 1 in PG and 18 : 3 in MGDG and DGDG. Increasing daylength during growth (and continuous illumination of leaf tissue)had no effect on 16 : 1 in PG but caused a decrease in the 18: 3 content of PG, PC, MGDG, and DGDG. Since the quantitiesof these lipids increased under these conditions, the decreasewas not due to photodestruction but to the differences in therelative rates of biosynthesis and desaturation of fatty acids.Incubation of leaf tissue in the dark for 4 d had little effecton the fatty acid composition of MGDG, DGDG, and PG. Temperaturealso controls fatty acid synthesis and desaturation. Above theoptimum growth temperature (20 °C), the 18 : 3 content ofMGDG, DGDG, PG, and PC decreased. In mature leaf tissue, thedegree of unsaturation of MGDG may be modified upward in responseto temperature changes. When plants were grown at 30 °Cand transferred to 20 °C the level of 18 : 3 in MGDG ofthe leaf tissue increased to levels found in plants grown onlyat 20 °C. The level of 18 : 3 in MGDG does not decreaseas rapidly when plants grown at 20 °C were transferred to30 °C. Total lipids, total fatty acids and most polar lipids of tobaccoleaves increased and decreased almost concomitantly with changesin chlorophyll during leaf development and senescence. In individualpolar lipids, marked changes were observed in compounds associatedwith chloroplast membranes, i.e., monogalactosyldiglyceride(MGDG), digalactosyldiglyceride and sulfoquinovosyldiglyceride.Phosphatidylglycerol (PG) was the first to decrease during leafdvelopment. Green leaves contained a considerable amount ofhexadecatrienoic acid (16: 3) in MGDG, which suggests that tobaccobelongs to 16: 3- plants. The proportion of linolenic acid infour chloroplast lipids was lower in senescent leaves than ingreen leaves. Similar phenomena were also observed in 16: 3of MGDG and in hexadecenoic acid of PG. The effect of thiolactomycin (TLM), an inhibitor of type IIfatty acid synthase, on lipid synthesis in greening tissueswas examined. Pulse-chase experiments with Na[1-14C]acetatefor greening Avena leaves showed that continuous administrationof TLM (100µg/ml) decisively reduced phosphatidylcholine(PC) synthesis from acetate and blocked the subsequent conversionof PC to monogalactocyldiacylglycerol (MGDG), whereas temporaladministration of TLM (100 µ/ml) reduced PC synthesisfrom acetate by only 50% and did not block the conversion ofPC to MGDG. In the reduced PC synthesis, the ratio of oleicto palmitic acid decreased at earlier stages of greening, reflectingmore suppression of oleic acid synthesis. In later greeningstages the modulated fatty acid composition recovered to thenormal composition. In further steps, the fatty acid compositionwas not affected by TLM throughout the greening stages. Greeningof either etiolated Avena leaves or etiolated Brassica cotyledonsin the presence of TLM led to a marked decrease in the contentsof MGDG, digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG) and phosphatidylglycerol(PG), but only a small change in the fatty acid compositionof their lipids. The only inhibition characteristic of TLM wasthe desaturation of palmitic to 3-trans-hexadecenoic acid inAvena leaf PG. These results suggest the presence of a mechanismby which the modulated fatty acid composition of lipids is normalizedin the flow of the synthesis. Electron microscopic observationsshowed that Avena chloroplasts developed into round forms ratherthan normal ellipse forms and the thylakoid membranes of Brassicachloroplasts were abnormally swollen everywhere in the presenceof TLM. An in vivo method of labelling lipid fractions in developing seeds of Brassica campestris using [1–14C] acetate has been developed. The “wick” method for introducing label into the intact plant is quite effective, safe and easy to use. The results obtained were reproducible and comparable to those reported earlier for seeds procured from greenhouse grown plants. The labelling pattern showed that rapid oil deposition began around 20 days after anthesis (DAA) and continued until about 45 DAA. The proportion of label in polar lipids declined and that in non-polar lipids increased during the phase of active oil synthesis. Among phospholipids, the label was incorporated mainly in phosphatidyl choline (PC), which was found to be the major fraction of phospholipids. During development, the two galactolipids i.e. monogalactosyl diglyceride (MGDG) and digalactosyl diglyceride (DGDG) followed patterns exactly opposite to each other. The content of the label in MGDG decreased, while that in DGDG increased, indicating the conversion of MGDG to DGDG during maturation.  相似文献

This research aims to examine the effect of cadmium uptake on lipid composition and fatty acid biosynthesis, in young leaves of tomato treated seedlings (Lycopersicon esculentum cv. Ibiza F1). Results in membrane lipids investigations revealed that high cadmium concentrations affect the main lipid classes, leading to strong changes in their composition and fatty acid content. Thus, the exposure of tomato plants to cadmium caused a concentration-related decrease in the unsaturated fatty acid content, resulting in a lower degree of fatty acid unsaturation. The level of lipid peroxides was significantly enhanced at high Cd concentrations. Studies of the lipid metabolism using radioactive labelling with [1-14C]acetate as a major precursor of lipid biosynthesis, showed that levels of radioactivity incorporation in total lipids as well as in all lipid classes were lowered by Cd doses. In total lipid fatty acids, [1-14C]acetate incorporation was reduced in tri-unsaturated fatty acids (C16:3 and C18:3); While it was enhanced in the palmitic (C16:0), palmitoleic (C16:1), stearic (C18:0) and linoleic (C18:2) acids. [1-14C]acetate incorporation into C16:3 and C18:3 of galactolipids [monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG) and digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG)] and some phospholipids [phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylglycerol (PG)] was inhibited by Cd stress. Our results showed that in tomato plants, cadmium stress provoked an inhibition of polar lipid biosynthesis and reduced fatty acid desaturation process.  相似文献

The labeling kinetics of the fatty acids of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylglycerol (PG), monogalactosyldiglyceride (MGDG), and digalactosyldiglyceride (DGDG) were examined after 14CO2 feeding and incubation of leaf discs of Vicia faba over 72 hours in continuous light. The results indicate a rapid accumulation and turnover of radioactivity into PC and PG fatty acids (oleic acid in PC and oleic and palmitic acids in PG). Radioactivity accumulates in MGDG and DGDG fatty acids much more slowly and continuously over 72 hours. Most of this activity is found in linoleic and linolenic acids; very little activity is found in the more saturated fatty acids. Little or no desaturation occurs in situ in conjunction with the galactolipids. The results suggest that PC and PG may act as “carriers” for MGDG and DGDG fatty acid synthesis. Analyses of the labeling patterns of the molecular species of MGDG after 14CO2 and 14C-acetate feeding confirm that MGDG is formed by galactosylation of a preformed diglyceride containing predominantly unsaturated fatty acids.  相似文献

The uptake and distribution of 65Zn and 54Mn by wheat (Triticumaestivum cv. Aroona) was investigated. Plantswere grown in achelate-buffered nutrient solution with either sufficient Znand Mn, low Zn or low Mn. A single representative seminal rootfrom 14-d-old and 42-d-old plants was dual-labelled with 65Znand 54Mn. The 14-d-old plants were harvested every 10 min from10–140 min of labelling, whilst the 42-d-old plants wereharvested after 2 h of labelling. At harvest, each plant wasseparated into leaves, main stem, unexposedroots, and tillers.In addition, the crown was separatedfrom the stem in the 14-d-oldplants In the control plants labelled at 14 d, 65Zn was firstdetectedand accumulated in the crown of the roots after 40–60min. Labelled Zn was then detected in the stem, followed bythe leaves. The oldest and youngest leaves received less 65Znthan the second and third oldest leaves. The plants grown underlow Zn conditions accumulated more 65Zn in their older leavesand transferred 63Zn to the unexposed roots. Distribution of54Mn was similar in the controls to that of 65Zn, except theolder leaves received no HMn, At the second harvest, a similardistribution pattern of 65Zn and 54Mn was observed with regardto leaf age. Large amounts of 65Zn and 54Mn were detected withinthe unexposed roots of all treatments. It is suggested thatthe distribution of root-supplied Zn and Mn may be determinedby micronutrient status and its relationship with leaf transpirationrates. Light-induced changes in the membrane lipid compositions were studied in pea leaves and in protoplasts and a plasmamembrane-enriched fraction (PMEF)* of pea leaves. PC, PE, PI, PG, PA, MGDG, DGDG and SL were identified as the glycerolipids. The relative levels of various membrane lipids changed due to light-induced greening. There was an increase in the galactolipids of leaves and leaf protoplasts. The galactolipid constituent of the PMEF was very low and showed no change. Among the plasmamembrane phospholipids, PI increased with a concomitant decrease in PC.  相似文献

Plants of garden pea ( Pisum sativum L.) were exposed to charcoal-filtered air with or without addition of 65 ± 5 l−1 ozone. Plants were harvested daily for 9 days and lipids were extracted from the second-oldest leaf. Visible injury of this leaf was evident from day 5 on, while the differences in lipids between ozone and control treatments were observed earlier. Ozone caused large decreases in the contents of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG), digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG) and sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG), a slower decrease in the content of phosphatidylcholine (PC), but an increase in the content of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) per leaf area, compared with exposure to charcoal-filtered air. The content of phosphatidylglycerol (PG) was unaffected by ozone. Compared with charcoal-filtered air, fumigation with ozone resulted in a decrease in the proportion of linolenic acid (18:3) of the total lipid extract, with a concomitant increase in the proportion of linoleic acid (18:2). For individual lipids, ozone caused a similar pattern of decreased 18:3 and increased 18:2 in MGDG, SQDG, PC and PE, while the fatty acid composition of DGDG was unaffected. In PG, ozone decreased the proportions of 18:3 and trans -Δ3-decenoic acid (16:1trans), balanced by increased proportions of palmitic and oleic acids. The contents of chlorophylls and carotenoids were unaffected by ozone. Our results show that moderately elevated levels of ozone cause significant changes in the polar lipid composition of garden pea leaves and in the level of unsaturation of the lipid acyl groups and, furthermore, that ozone has different effects, which could be direct or indirect, on chloroplast lipids (MGDG, DGDG, SQDG, PG acylated with 16:1trans) and cytosolic membrane lipids.  相似文献

When the upper leaf surface of spinach (Spinacia oleracea L.) plants was treated with [1-(14)C]acetate and grown for 2 days, (14)C was effectively incorporated into acyl moieties of leaf lipids in ratios approximately their composition by mass. Fumigation of the plants with ozone (0.5 microliter per liter) caused a redistribution of (14)C among lipid classes, i.e. a marked increase of (14)C content in triacylglycerol (TG) and 1,2-diacylglycerol (1,2-DG) and a decrease of label in monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG) without affecting (14)C distribution in leaf fatty acids. Label in both TG and 1,2-DG was found predominantly in their polyene molecular species. Since MGDG consists of similar polyene molecular species, the results indicate the synthesis of TG from MGDG via 1,2-DG. Label was also accumulated in tri- and tetragalactosyldiacylglycerol, products of galactolipid:galactolipid galactosyltransferase (GGGT). Moreover, there was a close relation between increases in the amounts of TG and the oligogalactolipids in ozonetreated leaves. These results indicate that MGDG was converted to 1,2-DG by GGGT and then to TG. In intact chloroplasts isolated from ozone-treated leaves, there was an enhanced production of free fatty acid (FFA), which was diminished by the addition of coenzyme A (CoA) and ATP, indicating that ozone stimulated the hydrolysis of MGDG to liberate FFA, which was in turn converted to acyl-CoA. The final step of TG synthesis, acylation of 1,2-DG with acyl-CoA, was confirmed by feeding with [1-(14)C]linolenic acid in leaf discs excised from ozone-fumigated leaves; (14)C was effectively incorporated into TG but not into 1,2-DG. These results demonstrate the synthesis of TG from 1,2-DG and FFA which were liberated from MGDG in ozone-fumigated spinach leaves.  相似文献

Rape ( Brassica napus L. var. Bienvenue) is a 16:3 plant which contains predominantly prokaryotic species of monogalactosyldiacylglycerol i.e. sn-1 C18, sn-2 C16 (C18/C16 MGDG). Rape plants were exposed to a restricted water supply for 12 days. Under drought conditions, considerable changes in lipid metabolism were observed. Drought stress provoked a decline in leaf polar lipids, which is mainly due to a decrease in MGDG content. Determination of molecular species in phosphatidylcholine (PC) and MGDG indicated that the prokaryotic molecular species of MGDG (C18/C16) decreased after drought stress while the eukaryotic molecular species (C18/C18) remained stable. Drought stress had different effects on two key enzymes of PC and MGDG synthesis. The in vitro activity of MGDG synthase (EC. 2.4.1.46) was reduced in drought stressed plants whereas cholinephosphotransferase (EC. 2.7.8.2) activity was not affected. Altogether these results suggest that the prokaryotic pathway leading to MGDG synthesis was strongly affected by drought stress while the eukaryotic pathway was not. It was also observed that the molecular species of leaf PC became more saturated in drought stressed plants. This could be due to a specific decrease in oleate desaturase activity.  相似文献

Wheat leaves were labelled with [l-14C]-glycerol or [l-14C]-acetateand chase experiments performed in the dark or under light.In plastids, both in the dark and under light, the results indicatea transfer of [l-14C]-glycerol from phospholipids to galactolipidsand of [l-14C]-acetate from phosphatidylcholine (PC) to monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG). They also argue for a transfer of [l-14C]-glyceroland [1-14C]-acetate from phosphatidylcholine (PC) to phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) in extraplastidial membranes. During chase experimentsin the dark, the chloroplasts accumulated higher amounts ofradioactive precursor in saturated fatty acids. In the darkor under light, oleoyl-PC labelling equally decreased in plastids,but decreased much more under light in extraplastidial membranes.Light enhanced polyunsaturated fatty acid synthesis, mainlyin MGDG, PC, PE and plastidial phosphatidylglycerol (PG). In the dark or under light, all glycerolipids were labelledwhen purified plastids were incubated with [l-14C]-acetate.Light stimulated the incorporation of the label in palmitoyl-MGDG,PG and sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SL) and also the transferof oleate from PC to MGDG. Only under light and when extraplastidialmembranes were added to isolated plastids, linoleoyl-MGDG, PGand PC were slightly labelled. These results argue for a stimulating effect of light on glycerolipidsynthesis in wheat leaf chloroplasts, on the transfer of oleatefrom PC to MGDG and on the desaturase activity. Although the influence of temperature, particularly cold, on lipid metabolism is well established, previous studies have focused on long-term responses and have largely ignored the influence of other interacting environmental factors. Here, we present a time-resolved analysis of the early responses of the glycerolipidome of Arabidopsis thaliana plants exposed to various temperatures (4, 21 and 32°C) and light intensities (darkness, 75, 150 and 400 μmol m(-2) s(-1)), including selected combinations. Using a UPLC/MS-based lipidomic platform, we reproducibly measured most glycerolipid species reported for Arabidopsis leaves, including the classes phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylinositol (PI) phosphatidylglycerol (PG), monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG), digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG) and sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG). In addition to known lipids, we have identified previously unobserved compounds, such as 36-C PGs and eukaryotic phospholipids containing 16:3 acyl chains. Occurrence of these lipid species implies the action of new biochemical mechanisms. Exposition of Arabidopsis plants to various light and temperature regimes results in two major effects. The first is the dependence of the saturation level of PC and MGDG pools on light intensity, likely arising from light regulation of de novo fatty acid synthesis. The second concerns an immediate decrease in unsaturated species of PG at high-temperature conditions (32°C), which could mark the first stages of adaptation to heat-stress conditions. Observed changes are discussed in the context of current knowledge, and new hypotheses have been formulated concerning the early stages of the plant response to changing light and temperature conditions.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of Cd exposure (100 μmol/L) on polar lipid composition, and to examine the level of fatty acid unsaturation in maize (Zea mays L.). In roots, the level of 16:0 and monounsaturated fatty acids (16:1 + 18:1) decreased in phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE). In contrast, the proportion of unsaturated 18-C fatty acid species showed an opposite response to Cd. The content, on the other hand, of PC, PE, digalactosyldiacylglycerol (DGDG), and steryl lipids increased in roots (2.9-, 1.6-, 5.3-, and 1.7-fold increase, respectively). These results suggest that a more unsaturated fatty acid composition than found in control plants with a concomitant increase in polar lipids may favor seedling growth during Cd exposure. However, the observed increase in the steryl lipid (SL) : phospholipid (PL) ratio (twofold), the decrease in monogalactosyldiacylglycerol (MGDG) : DGDG ratio, as well as the induction of lipid peroxidation in roots may represent symptoms of membrane injury. In shoots, the unsaturation level was markedly decreased in PC and phosphatidylglycerol (PG) after Cd exposure, but showed a significant increase in sulfoquinovosyldiacylglycerol (SQDG), MGDG and DGDG. The content of PG and MGDG was decreased by about 65%, while PC accumulated to higher levels (4.4-fold increase). Taken together, these changes in the polar lipid unsaturation and composition are likely to be due to alterations in the glycerolipid pathway. These results also support the idea that the increase in overall unsaturation plays some role in enabling the plant to withstand the metal exposure.  相似文献

Concentrations of fluazifop-butyl sprayed on intact plants caused large decreases in the incorporation of radioactivity from [1-14C]acetate into lipids of barley (Hordeum vulgare) leaves and stems, but did not affect leaves or stems of pea (Pisum sativum). Labelling of all acyl lipids, but not pigments, was reduced. The effects of the active acid form, fluazifop, were also determined in leaf pieces and chloroplasts. Concentrations of (R,S)-fluazifop up to 100 microM had no affect upon quality or quantity of fatty acids produced from [1-14C]acetate in pea. In barley, however, 100 microM-(R,S)-fluazifop caused 89% (leaf) or 100% (chloroplasts) inhibition in labelling of fatty acids from [1-14C]acetate. Lower concentrations of fluazifop (less than 25 microM) caused incomplete inhibition and significant decreases in the proportion of C18 fatty acids synthesized, particularly by isolated chloroplasts. Synthesis of fatty acids from [2-14C]malonate was also inhibited (59%) in barley leaf tissue by 100 microM-(R,S)-fluazifop. The labelling pattern of products showed that elongation reactions were unaffected by the herbicide, but synthesis de novo was specifically diminished. By using resolved stereoisomers, it was found that the (R) isomer was the form which inhibited fatty acid synthesis, a finding that is in agreement with its herbicidal activity. These results suggest that inhibition of fatty acid synthesis de novo forms the basis for the selective mode of action of fluazifop.  相似文献

The lipid composition of the inner and outer membranes of the chloroplast envelope isolated from winter rye (Secale cereale L. cv Puma) leaves was characterized before and after cold acclimation. In nonacclimated leaves the inner membrane contained high proportions of monogalactosyldiacylglycerols (MGDG, 47.9 mol% of the total lipids) and digalactosyldiacylglycerols (DGDG, 31.1 mol%) and a low proportion of phosphatidylcholine (PC, 8.1 mol%). The outer membrane contained a similar proportion of DGDG (30.0 mol%); however, the proportion of MGDG was much lower (20.1 mol%) and the proportion of PC was much higher (31.5 mol%). After 4 weeks of cold acclimation, the proportions of these lipid classes were significantly altered in both of the inner and outer membranes. In the inner membrane the proportion of MGDG decreased (from 47.9 to 38.4 mol%) and the proportion of DGDG increased (from 31.1 to 39.3 mol%), with only a slight change in the proportion of PC (from 8.1 to 8.8 mol%). In the outer membrane MGDG decreased from 20.1 to 14.8 mol%, DGDG increased from 30.0 to 39.9 mol%, and PC decreased from 31.5 to 25.4 mol%. Thus, both before and after cold acclimation, the proportion of MGDG was much higher in the inner membrane than in the outer membrane. In contrast, the proportion of PC was higher in the outer membrane than in the inner membrane. The relationship between the lipid composition of the inner and outer membranes of the chloroplast envelope and freeze-induced membrane lesions is discussed.  相似文献

Changes in lipid composition were investigated on maize roots and shoots under aluminum stress. After 4d exposure to 100 microM Al, root growth was inhibited while shoot growth was not affected. In roots, the decrease of the DBI (double bond index) of total fatty acids may signal a decrease in membrane fluidity. The total lipids (TL) decreased by 49%, but phospholipids (PL), phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) increased to approximately 3-fold. The MGDG increased to 2-fold but no significant change was found in the DGDG. The steryl lipids (SL) increased by 69%. The SL/PL ratio decreased from 2.64 to 1.52 and the MGDG/DGDG ratio increased from 0.45 to 1.06 in roots of Al-stressed plants. Al leads to oxidative stress in roots of treated plants as indicated by the increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) concentrations. In shoots, changes in fatty acid composition were associated with an increase of the DBI in all lipid classes except that of the DGDG decreased. The PG was the lipid class which shows the large variation of fatty acid composition. No significant changes were found either for TL, PL, SL or MDA concentrations in shoots of Al-treated plants. While PE levels did not show significant change, PI and PG increased and PC decreased. However, the Al caused 87% decrease in the GL levels. The MGDG and DGDG decreased to 19- and 8-fold, respectively. The deleterious effects of Al on polar lipids could be caused by a direct intervention of Al on plasma membrane and/or alteration of cell metabolism.  相似文献
