从峨眉翠雀花(Delphinium omeiense)块根中分得12个已知生物碱氨茴酰基牛扁碱(anthranoyllycoctonine)1、牛扁碱(lycoctonine)2、甲基牛扁碱(methyllycaconitine)3、德尔塔生(deltatsine)4、德尔色明甲(delsemine A)5、德尔色明乙(delsemine B)6、delsoline 7、potanine 8、delectine 9、delectinine 10、isodelectine11、kusnesoline 12,除1、2和3外,其余化合物均系首次自该植物中分得.应用光谱学和化学方法鉴定了报告的所有化合物的结构.  相似文献

从长序虎皮楠(Daphniphyllum longeracemosum)果实的甲醇提取物中分离得到一个新的虎皮楠生物碱和三个已知的环烯醚萜苷型虎皮楠生物碱。通过现代波谱解析技术鉴定为daphlongeranine F(1),caldaphnidine F(2),daphcalycinosidine B(3)and daphcalycinosidine C(4)。其中,三个环烯醚萜苷虎皮楠生物碱系首次从该种分离得到。  相似文献

Fritillaria unibracteata is a famous and precious traditional Chinese medicinal plant. The technique of in vitro organ culture of Fritillaria unibracteata has been established and chemical composition of the metabolites have been confirmed. The experimental results indicated that Fritillaria unibracteata can be rapidly propagated, directly from small cuttings of the bulb by the technique of organ culture. The cultured bulb can be harvested after a 50-day culture period in MS media supplemented with 4.44 μM BA and 5.71 μM IAA. The growth rate was about 30–50 times higher than that under natural wild growth conditions. The content of alkaloid and beneficial micro-elements in the cultured bulbs were higher than found in the wild bulb. It is therefore possible to establish a novel process to produce this natural plant drug in future studies and achieve scale-up for industrial production. The structure of 17-O-acetyl-19,20-dihydrovoachalotine, a new alkaloid from the root bark of Voacanga chalotiana, has been determined by spectroscopic analysis. Attempts at regulating the production of the aberrant alkaloid 4(5)-[N-isovalerylaminomethyl]imidazole were initiated by pretreating Dolichothele sphaerica plants with Known histidine decarboxylase inhibitors. Larger quantities of the unnatural precursor, 4(5)-aminomethylimidazole, were converted to the corresponding aberrant alkaloid when the cactus plants were pretreated with α-methylhistidine or α-hydrazinohistidine. These compounds appeared to be successful in inhibiting the formation of histamine from histidine, thereby limiting the availability of the natural precursor.  相似文献

A new lupin alkaloid, (?)-mamanine N-oxide, was isolated from Sophora chrysophylla together with 18 known alkaloids including some unusual lupin alkaloids such as kuraramine, lamprolobine, epilamprolobine, epilamprolobine N-oxide, (+)-mamanine and (?)-pohakuline. Three undescribed aporphine alkaloids dasymaroine A (1), 3-methoxyoxoputerine N-oxide (2), and dasymaroine B (3), along with nine known analogues (4–12) were isolated from the stems of Dasymaschalon rostratum Merr. The structures were elucidated using spectroscopic methods and by comparison with published NMR spectroscopic data. Compound 1 is a rarely reported nitro aporphine alkaloid and its absolute configuration was defined based on negative specific rotation and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 represents the first example of oxoaporphine alkaloid N-oxide. All compounds were evaluated for their activities of six pathogenic bacteria, 1 exhibited significant inhibition against Escherichia coli and Saphylococcus aureus with MIC values of 1.2 and 2.5 μM, respectively. As well as compounds 1–5, 7, 10, 12 were evaluated for their anti-HIV activities with EC50 ranged from 1.93 to 9.70 μM.  相似文献

Cell suspension cultures of lupins and other legumes accumulate alkaloids at levels that are 2 to 3 orders of magnitude lower as compared to the alkaloid concentrations in leaves of the respective differentiated plants. In the plant the alkaloids are formed in leaf chloroplasts and are then translocated in the phloem sap to the other plant organs, where they are preferentially stored in epidermal tissues. In the cell cultures the formation of specialized storage tissues is probably repressed. As a consequence the alkaloids formed cannot be stored in large quantities. They are degraded rapidly either in the cells or in the cell culture medium, which contains a number of hydrolytic and oxidative exoenzymes.  相似文献

Using in combination an analysis of (i) the levels of enzyme activities present, (ii) the pool sizes of metabolic intermediates and end products and (iii) the effects of feeding metabolic intermediates, the limitations ? flux into tropane alkaloids in a Datura root culture have been examined. This culture, produced by transforming a Datura candida × D. aurea hybrid with Agrobacterium rhizogenes, is found to be highly competent in the biosynthesis of both hyoscyamine and scopolamine as well as a wide range of other hygrine-derived alkaloids. It has been found that, of six enzymes which are involved in this pathway, the two initial activities, ornithine decarboxylase (EC 4.1.1.17) and arginine decarboxylase (EC 4.1.1.19), are present at potentially flux-limiting levels, in contrast to those other enzymes assayed which act further down the pathway. An additional limitation to flux, involving the supply of activated acids for condensation with tropine to form the identified tropoyl and tigloyl derivatives, is also indicated from the observed effect of feeding free acids. The relative contribution to flux limitation caused by these two interacting phenomena is inferred from an analysis of the changing relative levels of metabolic intermediates and end products as cultures mature.  相似文献
