【目的】文章旨在探讨山东昆嵛山地衣的物种多样性,进一步明确其物种组成和分布。【方法】综合运用形态学、解剖学、化学成分分析和基于ITS序列的分子系统学分析等手段对采自该区域的地衣进行分类研究。【结果】发现了3个中国新记录种,即哈氏癞屑衣(Lepraria harrisiana Lendemer)、尼氏绒枝(Leprocaulon nicholsiae Lendemer & E. Tripp)、鳞棕衣[Brownliella kobeana (Nyl.) S.Y. Kondr.,K?rnefelt,A. Thell,Elix,Jung Kim,A.S. Kondr. & Hur],该文对这3个中国新记录种进行了详细描述,并提供了其地衣体形态特征图片。研究标本保存于山东师范大学学植物标本室(SDNU)。【结论】昆嵛山地衣物种丰富度较高。 相似文献

Spadicoides hodgkissa sp. nov. and Spadicoides arengae sp. nov., recorded from submerged decaying wood in Hong Kong and from decaying palm fronds in Brunei, are described and illustrated. Spadicoides hodgkissa is characterized by versicolored, obovoid conidia with up to 2 septa, including a distal distoseptum and a proximal euseptum, while Spadicoides arengae is characterized by unicellular, ellipsoidal conidia with verruculose walls that are relatively large. Eight genera, including Dendrographium, Helminthosporium, Luzfridiella, Paliphora, Polyschema, Polytretophora, Porosubramaniania, and Weufia, have the same conidiogenesis as Spadicoides. The genus Beltraniella Subramanian is characterized by setiform conidiophores with radially lobed basal cells, separating cells and lageniform conidia with the distal free end truncate, proximal end rostrate, with a subhyaline transverse band at equatorial zone. Beltraniella porosa and Beltraniella patilii are two species that show characteristics distinct from Beltraniella: They have sterile lateral setae arising at the conidiogenous apparatus and several equatorial pores in place of the continuous band. Spadicoides lushanensis sp. nov., S. multiseptata sp. nov. and S. rostrata sp. nov. are described and illustrated from specimens collected on dead branches of unidentified plants in Lushan Mountain, China. Spadicoides lushanensis is characterized by obclavate, rostrate, pale brown, 40–65?×?4.5–5.5 μm, smooth, 6–8-euseptate conidia. Spadicoides multiseptata is easily distinguished by obclavate, smooth, 11–15-euseptate, 65–115?×?11.5–13 μm, brown to pale brown conidia with a subacute apex. Spadicoides rostrata differs from other described Spadicoides species by obclavate, rostrate, pale brown, 40–65?×?10.5–12.5 μm, smooth, predominantly 5-euseptate conidia. Two new dematiaceous hyphomycetes, Spadicoides camelliae and Diplococcium livistonae, are described and illustrated based on specimens collected from the subtropical forests in Fujian Province, southeast China.
They were collected on dead branches of Camellia japonica and Livistona chinensis, respectively. Spadicoides camelliae is characterized by polytretic, terminal conidiogenous cells with solitary, ovoid, versicolored, and mainly 2-septate conidia
(15.0–22.0 × 7.0–10.0 μm). Diplococcium livistonae is distinguished by polytretic, terminal, and intercalary conidiogenous cells with catenate, cylindrical, concolored, and

Purification and characterization of a new endo-1,4-beta-D-glucanase from Beltraniella portoricensis

A new endoglucanase, designated BCE1, produced by Beltraniella portoricensis, was purified from the culture supernatant. The N-terminal amino acid sequence suggests that BCE1 belongs to family 45 glycoside hydrolase (family 45 endoglucanase). The molecular mass of BCE1 was found to be 40 kDa by sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). The optimum pH for the carboxymethyl cellulase (CMCase) activity of BCE1 was 4.5, and the optimum temperature was 55 degrees C. Among family 45 endoglucanases, RCE1 and RCE2 from Rhizopus oryzae, PCE1 from Phycomyces nitens, and EGL3 and EGL4 from Humicola grisea, BCE1 was most resistant to anionic surfactant and oxidizing agent. These results indicate that BCE1 might prove to be a useful enzyme in the detergent industry. 相似文献

本文共记录到金钟山鸟类274种,分别隶属于18目57科,其中陆生鸟类251种,水鸟23种;以留鸟为主,共157种;候鸟、旅鸟分别为104种、13种;东洋种为优势类群,共有171种,古北种和广布种分别为4种、27种。这些鸟类中有国家重点保护鸟类39种,中国特有种鸟类3种,列入世界自然保护联盟红皮书名录中的鸟类5种,列入中国濒危动物红皮书名录中的鸟类20种,列入CITES附录中的鸟类34种。本文还对金钟山鸟类保护区的5种不同生境类型的鸟类种类组成作了比较,结果表明灌丛+农田的鸟种多样性指数最高,为3.04;水域的鸟种多样性指数最低,为2.14。 相似文献
