以海南“中白”品种的番木瓜果实为试材,研究了在常温25℃条件下,热处理和钙处理对番木瓜果实品质和生理效应的影响并对其保鲜效果进行比较分析。结果表明,热处理和钙处理番木瓜均能有效减少失重率,显著遏制果实软化,抑制可溶性固形物(TSS)下降,增强SOD酶活性,抑制丙二醛(MDA)含量积累,其中以50℃热处理和2%钙处理最好,但50℃热处理的保鲜效果比2 %钙处理更显著。  相似文献

苹果和葡萄果实发育过程中蛋白激酶特性的比较研究   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
在苹果 (MalusdomesticaL .Borkh .cv .RedStarking)和葡萄 (VitisviniferaL .×V .lubruscaL .cv .Kyoho)的不同发育阶段均检测到蛋白激酶活性 ,它们可被Ca2 强烈激活 ,表明依赖钙的蛋白激酶是苹果和葡萄果实中一类非常重要的蛋白激酶。钙调素 (CaM)对苹果和葡萄果实蛋白激酶没有激活作用 ,同时CaM拮抗剂calmidazolium、W7及三氟乙酸 (TFA)均可不同程度地抑制其活性 ,表明依赖钙的蛋白激酶中可能有含类似钙调素结构域的蛋白激酶(CDPK)的存在。在苹果和葡萄果实发育中 ,依赖钙的蛋白激酶无论在其活性变化还是特性上都存在着显著差异 :苹果果实发育的不同阶段依赖钙的蛋白激酶活性无明显变化 ,而葡萄果实在发育的第Ⅱ期蛋白激酶活性大大高于第Ⅰ、Ⅲ期 ;苹果果实依赖钙的蛋白激酶可被Mn2 强烈激活并对热敏感 ,而葡萄果实依赖钙的蛋白激酶却不受Mn2 及热处理的影响 ;此外 ,葡萄果实蛋白激酶活性不受磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)的影响 ,而苹果果实蛋白激酶可被PS激活 ,表明苹果果实中还可能有钙和磷脂激活的蛋白激酶即PKC的存在。苹果和葡萄果实发育中蛋白激酶种类、特性及其活性变化的不同 ,暗示了这两种果实发育调控的差异 ,也意味着苹果和葡萄果实发育调控可能与蛋白激酶密切相关。  相似文献

采前果面喷施钙制剂对苹果果实品质的影响北大核心CSCD   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以‘富士’、‘金冠’和‘粉红女士’3个苹果品种为试验材料,并用氯化钙、硝酸钙和氨基酸钙3种钙制剂在采前30 d对果实进行喷施处理,采用常规方法测定基本果实品质指标,应用顶空固相微萃取及气相色谱质谱联用技术等测定果实香气等13项品质指标,并结合主成分分析和线性加权求和等方法对钙制剂处理的果实品质进行综合评价,以探究比较钙制剂对不同品种苹果果实品质的改进效果,为提高苹果果实品质和品种改良提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)采前钙处理对‘富士’和‘金冠’的单果重影响不显著,但‘粉红女士’采用氯化钙和氨基酸钙处理后单果重显著上升。(2)采前用氯化钙处理显著提高了苹果果实的糖酸比和硬度等;硝酸钙处理能够显著提高果皮亮度和色泽饱和度等;氨基酸钙处理则显著提升了果实的各类香气物质含量。(3)主成分分析和综合评价结果显示,经氯化钙、硝酸钙和氨基酸钙处理后,各品种苹果果实品质的综合得分均高于对照,且以氨基酸钙处理后果实的品质综合得分最高。研究发现,采前30 d钙处理可有效提升苹果果实的色泽、糖酸比、硬度以及香气等品质,且以氨基酸钙的处理效果最佳,而且对‘粉红女士’苹果果实品质的提升效果最为明显。  相似文献

以采后"红地球"葡萄果实为试材,分别设置对照(CK)、250μL/L臭氧处理(O3)、0.3%海藻酸钠涂膜处理(M)、250μL/L臭氧+0.3%海藻酸钠涂膜处理(O3+M),在(0±0.5)℃条件下贮藏,通过测定贮藏过程中葡萄可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、呼吸强度、硬度、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、几丁质酶(CHI)、β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GLU)的活性以及膜脂过氧化物质丙二醛(MDA)和总酚含量等的变化,统计果实失重率与腐烂率情况,观察各处理对葡萄保藏效果的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,250μL/L臭氧处理、0.3%海藻酸钠涂膜及250μL/L臭氧+0.3%海藻酸钠涂膜复合处理均能显著降低葡萄果实的失重率和腐烂率,抑制葡萄果实的呼吸上升,延缓硬度下降,提高果实抗性相关酶(POD、SOD、GLU、CHI)的活性,减少膜脂的过氧化程度,延缓果实总酚含量下降,有效改善葡萄的贮藏品质,并以250μL/L臭氧+0.3%海藻酸钠涂膜复合处理对葡萄果实保鲜效果最佳。  相似文献

为探究不同供氮水平下施硅对辣椒产量、果实品质及养分吸收利用的影响,以辣椒品种‘奥黛丽’为试验材料,采用基质栽培,设置正常施氮肥(1.0N:260.9 kg/667 m2)、氮肥减施40%(0.6N:149.1 kg/667 m2)、氮肥减施60%(0.4N:104.3 kg/667 m2)、不施氮肥(0N:0 kg/667 m2)4个不同供氮(基施)水平和2个硅肥(根施)水平(0 mmol/L、1.5 mmol/L),研究不同供氮水平下硅对辣椒产量、品质及氮肥利用效率的影响效应,并筛选出最佳施肥处理,旨在为辣椒的增产提质提供理论基础和技术参考。结果表明:(1)0.6N供氮水平较1.0N、0.4N和0N供氮水平下的辣椒果实产量分别提高了7.18%、74.14%和87.99%,施硅处理后则进一步促进了果实产量,其中0.6N供氮水平下施硅较正常供氮量下的辣椒果实产量提高了15.33%;(2)0.6N供氮水平更有利于促进辣椒果实中可溶性糖、还原糖、可溶性蛋白、维生素C含量的提高和可滴定酸、NO3?含量的降低,施硅后不同供氮水平下辣椒果实品质均显著提高;(3)0.6N供氮水平更有利于辣椒果实矿质元素的积累与土壤氮肥利用率的提高,其中0.6N供氮水平较1.0N供氮水平下的氮肥利用率与氮肥农学效率分别显著提高了97.57%和69.20%,施硅处理后不同供氮水平下辣椒果实矿质元素含量与土壤氮肥利用率均显著提高;(4)通过对辣椒产量及果实品质指标的主成分分析,结果表明,0.6N+Si处理下的综合得分最高,即氮肥减施40%配施1.5 mmol/L的外源硅肥对辣椒产量、品质及氮肥的吸收利用促进效果最佳。  相似文献

以高需冷量葡萄品种‘夏黑’为试材,研究短日照、长日照和自然光照3个条件下,葡萄冬芽休眠的自然诱导因子及其对休眠诱导期冬芽呼吸代谢的调控机制.结果表明: 自然低温、短日照2个环境因素单独或共同作用均能诱导葡萄冬芽进行自然休眠.短日照在诱导葡萄冬芽进入自然休眠的过程中起主导作用,自然低温起辅助作用;温度相同条件下,日照时间越短对葡萄冬芽自然休眠的诱导作用越强.总呼吸速率达到峰值是葡萄冬芽休眠诱导期结束的标志.在自然休眠诱导期间,葡萄冬芽磷酸戊糖途径运行活性和容量占总呼吸的比例迅速上升,其中自然条件的葡萄冬芽分别由16.0%和20.1%上升至22.3%和26.0%.自然低温是诱导葡萄冬芽底物氧化水平上呼吸途径发生变化的主导因素,短日照起促进作用.在葡萄冬芽自然休眠诱导期间,交替途径运行活性和容量占总呼吸的比例迅速上升,其中自然条件葡萄冬芽分别由19.4%和27.3%上升至38.2%和46.8%.自然低温和短日照均可诱导葡萄冬芽电子传递链水平上呼吸途径发生变化.  相似文献

以4年生‘贝达’嫁接的早熟葡萄品种‘瑞都香玉’为试材,研究设施促早栽培条件下,紫外光、蓝光和红蓝光不同光质补光对果实品质的影响,结果表明: 促早栽培节能日光温室内环境属于典型的弱蓝紫光和弱紫外光环境.与对照(未补光)相比,夜间6 h的蓝光和紫外光补光处理可显著加快葡萄果实发育过程中质量和果粒纵横径的增大、果实糖含量的升高以及酸含量的下降,红蓝光效果不明显.果实成熟期紫外光补光处理果实的单粒质量最高,蓝光与红蓝光处理显著高于对照;蓝光补光处理果实葡萄糖、果糖和总糖含量最高,紫外光次之,红蓝光略高于对照.与对照相比,蓝光补光处理可显著加快果实中里那醇、α-萜品醇、橙花醇等萜烯类组分含量高峰的出现,而紫外光、红蓝光补光处理差异较小.果实成熟期蓝光补光处理果实中里那醇、香茅醇等萜烯类物质含量最高,紫外光补光处理里那醇含量较高,香叶醇、己醛、E-2-己烯醛等主要香气物质的含量最高,而红蓝光补光处理里那醇的含量与对照相比有所降低.紫外光、蓝光和红蓝光3种光质补光处理均增加了果实中醛酮类物质的种类及含量.表明蓝光补光处理果实发育最快,成熟最早,糖含量最高,里那醇等萜烯类物质含量高峰出现的时间最早;紫外光补光处理果实的单粒质量最大,主要萜烯类组分含量高;红蓝光补光处理对改善果实品质的效果不明显.  相似文献

使用浓度为10%、15%、20%的海藻酸钠溶液对油桃涂膜处理5min,定期测定油桃果实的理化指标,研究不同浓度海藻酸钠涂膜处理油桃果实,对其贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:涂膜处理能够抑制油桃果实腐烂率、失重率的上升,推迟其呼吸高峰的出现时间,延缓油桃果实含糖量、维生素C含量、含酸量和硬度的下降速度;海藻酸钠涂膜处理有利于油桃保鲜,其中浓度为15%的海藻酸钠溶液涂膜处理对保持油桃果实的贮藏品质效果最好。  相似文献

以‘紫金红霞’葡萄为试验材料,在果实转色前分别进行5种不同类型果袋(白色纸袋、无纺布 白纸双层袋、绿色纸袋、蓝色纸袋、棕色纸袋)套袋处理,以不套袋为对照,测定不同发育时期葡萄果实的单果重、果粒纵横径、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸,及总花色苷含量等生理指标,并利用qRT PCR技术分析不同发育时期花色苷合成相关基因的表达水平,探索不同类型果袋对‘紫金红霞’葡萄果实品质、花色苷含量及花色苷合成相关基因表达的影响。结果表明:(1)白色、蓝色和棕色果袋不利于成熟果实中可溶性固形物含量的升高,蓝色和棕色果袋不利于成熟果实中可滴定酸含量的降低。(2)套袋处理会使果实色泽指数显著降低,除无纺布 白纸双层袋未显著降低成熟期果皮中花色苷含量外,其他套袋处理均显著降低了果皮中总花色苷含量。(3)套袋处理对6个花色苷合成相关基因的表达主要表现为抑制作用,但无纺布 白纸双层袋对成熟期F3′HUFGT基因的表达、白色纸袋对成熟期MYBA1、DFRLDOX基因的表达则具有促进作用。研究发现,无纺布 白纸双层袋对成熟期果实的内在品质和果皮着色影响最小,可用于‘紫金红霞’果实套袋,其次为白色和绿色纸袋;蓝色和棕色纸袋可使葡萄果实的品质大幅降低,故不可用于实际生产中葡萄果实的套袋。  相似文献

遮阳网对酿酒葡萄果实及葡萄酒品质的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
遮阳网可以通过调节微气候来影响果树的生长和果实的发育。该试验以酿酒葡萄‘赤霞珠’和‘西拉’为材料,于2015年在新疆和硕进行遮阳网试验,处理时间为转色期(8月5日)至采收前12d(9月5日),探究遮阳网对酿酒葡萄果实和相应葡萄酒相关品质指标的影响。结果表明:(1)遮阳网显著降低了日均温度、光照强度和光合有效辐射,增加了日均湿度,有效改善了葡萄生长的微气候。(2)与露地相比,遮网处理使葡萄果实的横径、纵径和单果重都有所增加;能够显著抑制葡萄果实糖分的过快积累和有机酸的快速降解,进而降低葡萄酒酒精度;能够显著提高葡萄果实和葡萄酒中总酚和总单宁含量,并显著降低总花色苷和总类黄酮含量。(3)采用HPLC法在葡萄和葡萄酒中共检测出9种单体花色苷,在‘赤霞珠’果实中除花青素-3-葡萄糖苷外,其余8种单体花色苷的含量都是露地对照高于遮阳网处理,在‘西拉’果实中除二甲花翠素-3-香豆酰化葡萄糖苷外,其余8种单体花色苷也是露地对照高于遮阳网处理。研究结果为解决炎热产区生产中葡萄成熟过快、葡萄酒酒精度过高等问题以及提高酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒品质具有一定的实际指导意义。  相似文献

葡萄生长素响应基因家族生物信息学鉴定和表达分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
生长素响应基因家族能调节植物体内生长素平衡和生长素信号途径。文章采用生物信息学方法检索获得葡萄(Vitisvinifera L.)基因组数据库中的生长素响应基因,通过分析其染色体定位、基因共线性和系统进化,发现葡萄基因组含有25个AUX_IAA基因、19个ARF基因、9个GH3基因、42个LBD基因。这些生长素响应基因不均匀分布在葡萄的19条染色体上,部分家族基因在染色体上形成基因簇。葡萄芯片数据结果表明,生长素响应基因在葡萄不同时期的果实和叶芽中均有表达,尤其在果实转色期、叶芽萌发或休眠期表达量急剧变化。研究结果为葡萄生长素响应基因在叶片和果实发育过程中的功能研究提供参考。  相似文献

以‘红地球’葡萄和‘克瑞森无核’葡萄为试材,研究了采前6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)处理对果实采收时的品质及采后贮藏特性的影响。结果表明,采前20mg·L-1 6-BA处理可以显著提高两种葡萄果实单粒重和单穗重,有效控制贮藏过程中果实腐烂与落粒,显著抑制葡萄的呼吸速率,维持果实硬度,延缓可滴定酸的下降,提高贮藏期间可溶性固形物的含量,抑制果实细胞膜透性的增加,保持细胞膜的完整性,提高葡萄的贮藏品质。  相似文献

This paper examines the impacts of declining winter chill on the production of temperate perennial crops in the northern hemisphere. Recent studies have linked long-term climate data to key seasonal reproductive events in perennial plants. These studies suggest that the amount of winter chill occurring in the UK has declined and is predicted to continue to do so, based on future climate change scenarios described in the UK Climate Impacts Programme. It is apparent that there is a serious lack of mechanistic understanding of the physiological, molecular and genetical basis of winter chill requirement and dormancy-related environmental factors which affect perennial crop growth and yield. This situation exists despite knowledge of the impacts of climate on perennial plant development and an ability to model its effects, for many temperate fruit crops, on yield. The implications for future reductions in winter chill require recognition as a potential limiting factor on fruit production across Europe, particularly in the south. Within this review we describe the symptoms of lack of winter chill; these include effects on bud break, flower quality and the potential to set fruit, as well as effects on vegetative growth and development. Also included is current knowledge of developmental and physiological events which link flower initiation, anthesis, dormancy, chilling and bud break. Attention is given to what is known about dormancy induction, satisfaction of specific requirements and bud break. Possible strategies are described for mitigation of reduced winter chill, providing long-term solutions to secure perennial fruit supplies in Europe. This includes exploiting genotypic variability, within several perennial crops, through plant breeding to develop low chill-cultivars, together with opportunities to change crop management practices and growing systems to tolerate low chill.  相似文献

我国北方一些地区因土壤pH高,导致其中有效性微量元素含量很低而不能满足果树植物的正常生长发育,进而导致严重的缺素症。通过土壤直接施肥或通过灌溉水将化肥施入土壤,肥料中的微量元素很快会被土壤固定,因而这些方法不能有效地解决缺素症问题。作者用5年时间研制成功了应用果树植物的系列复合叶面肥,这些叶面肥不仅含有植物所需的大量元素,而且含有微量元素、有机营养及植物生长调节剂;叶面肥的配方也因果树植物种类生长习性的不同而异。以油桃和葡萄为试材,喷施复合叶面肥72h后,叶片中叶绿体含量、硝酸还原酶活性、铁和锌含量显著提高;叶面肥还能增进油桃和葡萄果实品质,促进葡萄枝芽增重,但不会引起葡萄树体徙长。整个生长季节喷施复合叶面肥对树体均有益,但喷施间隔时间不应少7-10d。  相似文献

The effects of fruit on bud sprouting and vegetative growth were compared on fruiting and defruited loquat trees from fruit set onward. Carbohydrate and nitrogen content in leaves and bark tissues and hormone concentrations were studied during the fruit development and vegetative growth periods. On defruited trees, a significant proportion of buds sprouted in winter, whereas buds from fruiting trees sprouted only in the spring when fruit reached its final size. Furthermore, when panicles were completely removed in autumn, the buds also sprouted. In addition, fruit directly affected vegetative growth by reducing shoot length. An effect of sink removal (flower or fruit) promoting bud sprouting, regardless of the season, was then demonstrated. Neither soluble sugar concentration nor nitrogen fraction concentration in leaves or bark tissues was related to bud sprouting, but a certain nutritional imbalance was observed during the most active period of fruit development. Moreover, fruit sink activity significantly modified hormone content by increasing indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and reducing zeatin concentrations, resulting in a higher IAA/zeatin ratio parallel to the lower bud sprouting intensity. Therefore, these changes caused by fruit removal are all related to vegetative growth, but there is no evidence that they are responsible for bud burst.  相似文献

Harvista?, a sprayable formulation of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP), has recently been developed for preharvest use on horticultural products, whereas SmartFresh? is a widely used 1-MCP treatment for products after harvest. The effects of Harvista? on apple fruit ripening when sprayed at different maturities and on expression patterns of ethylene biosynthesis and receptor genes during storage have been investigated. Harvista? applied to on-tree maturing apple fruit at an average starch pattern index of 2.5 resulted in a higher at-harvest firmness value compared with those treated at a starch pattern index of 1.5 and 3.5. This indicates that the timing of the Harvista? application is critical. An application of Harvista? led to better postharvest fruit firmness retention as well as reduced ethylene production. In addition, both preharvest and postharvest 1-MCP treatments resulted in contrasting responses in the expression patterns of two ethylene biosynthesis genes and in differentially suppressing effects on four ethylene receptor genes. Furthermore, the combined application of Harvista? + SmartFresh? resulted in greater fruit firmness retention and longer ethylene suppression. The expression profiles of these genes during on-tree fruit maturation prior to Harvista? application were also characterized. Different regulation patterns of receptor genes could contribute to differential effects by 1-MCP treatments. The potential roles of Harvista? to manipulate the ripening process as well as the molecular mechanism influencing 1-MCP treatment efficacy are discussed.  相似文献

In the Satsuma mandarin ( Citrus unshiu Marc.) the presence of the fruit results in a gradual inhibition of flowering and of bud sprouting. This inhibitory effect starts several months before the onset of the winter rest period and lasts until the end of the accumulation of carotenoids in the fruit peel, more than one month after the completion of fruit growth. During all this time and until natural bud sprouting, flowering and bud sprouting are inhibited by exogenous gibberellic acid. Peak responses to this growth regulator coincide with periods of maximal rates of flowering inhibition by the fruit. Kinetin and abscisic acid, applied at the time of peak response to gibberellic acid, inhibited flowering and reduced the number of shoots developed through the reduction of the number of shoots formed per sprouted node, but failed to reduce the number of nodes which sprouted. The same pattern of sprouting was obtained in trees treated with gibberellic acid during the winter rest period or several months earlier. It is concluded that some step leading to flowering and which determines the differences in sensitivity of the buds to this growth regulator has taken place already at this early date.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to examine the effect of abscisic acid (ABA), sucrose, and auxin on grape fruit development and to assess the mechanism of these three factors on the grape fruit ripening process. Different concentrations of ABA, sucrose, and auxin were used to treat the grape fruit, and the ripening-related indices, such as physiological and molecular level parameters, were analyzed. The activity of BG protein activity was analyzed during the fruit development. Sucrose, ABA, and auxin influenced the grape fruit sugar accumulation in different ways, as well as the volatile compounds, anthocyanin content, and fruit firmness. ABA and sucrose induced, but auxin blocked, the ripening-related gene expression levels, such as softening genes PE, PG, PL, and CELL, anthocyanin genes DFR, CHI, F3H, GST, CHS, and UFGT, and aroma genes Ecar, QR, and EGS. ABA, sucrose, and glucose induced the fruit dry weight accumulation, and auxin mainly enhanced fruit dry weight through seed weight accumulation. In the early development of grape, starch was the main energy storage; in the later, it was glucose and fructose. Sucrose metabolism pathway-related gene expression levels were significant for glucose and fructose accumulation. BG protein activity was important in the regulation of grape ABA content levels. ABA plays a core role in the grape fruit development; sucrose functions in fruit development through two pathways: one was ABA dependent, the other ABA independent. Auxin blocked ABA accumulation to regulate the fruit development process.  相似文献

为了验证作者建立的葡萄(Vitis vinifera L.)基因电子表达分析平台在葡萄果实发育相关基因的表达预测及特定序列快速检索等方面的应用效果,利用NCBI上公布的大量葡萄EST序列及半定量PCR和RT-PCR技术,对葡萄不同器官中VvANR、VvCHI、VvCHS2和VvDFR基因的表达分析预测结果进行验证,并对该平台具有的特定序列快速检索功能进行了简介.预测结果表明:葡萄各器官中VvANR、VvCHI、VvCHS2和VvDFR基因的无冗余EST序列数量均较多,分别为33条、36条、55条和46条;4个基因的表达量有一定差异,VvANR在花序和芽中表达量较高,VvCHI在花序、果实和芽中表达量较高,VvCHS2在果实、芽、花序和花中表达量较高,VvDFR在花序、芽、花、果实和根中表达量均较高.半定量PCR和RT-PCR实验结果显示:VvANR主要在花序、花和小果中表达;VvCHI主要在小果、花、茎和花序中表达;VvCHS2主要在茎、花序、花和小果中表达;VvDFR在各组织中表达量从高至低依次排序为花、花序、茎、叶、小果、中果、大果.验证结果表明:采用葡萄基因电子表达分析平台识别表达量较高的组织时,平台的预测结果与实验结果基本一致;而在预测一些表达量较低的组织时效果较差.应用该平台、通过5个步骤,可以简便、快速检索出特定组织或特定状况下的特定cDNA文库信息.  相似文献
