中型滇丁香抑菌及抗耐药菌株作用的研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
采用平板法 ,对中型滇丁香乙醇浸膏抑菌和抗耐药菌株的活性进行研究 ,发现其对金黄葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、白色念珠菌敏感菌株具有抑制或杀菌作用 ;对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌的耐药菌株没有抑菌或杀菌的作用 ;以青霉素为对照 ,发现其对大肠埃希菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌作用比青霉素明显。  相似文献

本文统计了我院1992年8月—1994年7月两车间医院内感染病原菌的分离结果,分离出病原菌25种758株,其中革兰氏阳性菌163株(占21.51%),革兰氏阴性菌378株(占49.87%),真菌217株(占28.62%)。院感病原菌依次为,白色念珠菌、绿脓假单胞菌表、葡菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、酵母菌及大肠艾希氏菌等,显示了真菌及表葡菌在院内感染中已经上升到不可忽略的地位。用18种常用抗生素,对除真菌外的上述病原菌541株做耐药谱测定,并发现除了表葡菌及多数革兰氏阴性菌对喹谱酮类及少数头孢三代抗生素尚属敏感外,大部分均具有越来越广泛的耐药性。  相似文献

应用K-B氏纸片扩散法测定了5年间本院分离的4种2451株革兰氏阴性菌大肠埃希氏菌、沙雷氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、醋酸钙不动杆菌对临床常用11~14种抗生素的敏感性,4种菌对受试抗菌素均有不同程度的耐药性,且对多种抗菌素的耐药率有逐年增加的趋势,表明细菌耐药性在医院内感染中有着越来越重要的作用。  相似文献

Leaf resistance (RL) of Kalanchoe blossfeldiana to water vapor transfer was determined with a resistance hygrometer. The diurnal leaf-resistance change followed a normal pattern (i.e., low in light and higher in dark) when plants were pretreated with cool thermoperiods or with thermoperiods having little diurnal temperature fluctuation. Large diurnal temperature fluctuations (30-18, 26-15 C) resulted in apparent nocturnal stomatal opening. Nocturnal stomatal opening was more apparent than real since leaf-resistance measurements indicated day stomatal closing rather than complete night opening. Low nocturnal leaf resistances ( < 10 sec/cm) were not measured in the dark; however, resistances tended to decrease toward the end of the dark period indicating some degree of nocturnal stomatal opening. Leaf resistances were generally higher than those reported for nonsucculent plants. The data suggested that gaseous diffusion (Q) into or out of the leaves of K. blossfeldiana would be adequately described by an equation of the form, Q = D Δ e RL−1. There was little or no indication that physiological long days (15 min of 660 mμ light in the middle of a 16-hr dark period), which prevented flowering and reduced organic acid accumulation, significantly affected leaf resistance. It was concluded that the photoperiod response effects of dark CO2 fixation were probably not due to leaf-resistance changes and, therefore, not due to stomatal aperture changes.  相似文献

Antibiotic resistance mutations are accompanied by a fitness cost, and two mechanisms allow bacteria to adapt to this cost once antibiotic use is halted. First, it is possible for resistance to revert; second, it is possible for bacteria to adapt to the cost of resistance by compensatory mutations. Unfortunately, reversion to antibiotic sensitivity is rare, but the underlying factors that prevent reversion remain obscure. Here, we directly study the evolutionary dynamics of reversion by experimentally mimicking reversion mutations—sensitives—in populations of rifampicin‐resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We show that, in our populations, most sensitives are lost due to genetic drift when they are rare. However, clonal interference from lineages carrying compensatory mutations causes a dramatic increase in the time to fixation of sensitives that escape genetic drift, and mutations surpassing the sensitives’ fitness are capable of driving transiently common sensitive lineages to extinction. Crucially, we show that the constraints on reversion arising from clonal interference are determined by the potential for compensatory adaptation of the resistant population. Although the cost of resistance provides the incentive for reversion, our study demonstrates that both the cost of resistance and the intrinsic evolvability of resistant populations interact to determine the rate and likelihood of reversion.  相似文献

The role of mutations in evolution depends upon the distribution of their effects on fitness. This distribution is likely to depend on the environment. Indeed genotype‐by‐environment interactions are key for the process of local adaptation and ecological specialization. An important trait in bacterial evolution is antibiotic resistance, which presents a clear case of change in the direction of selection between environments with and without antibiotics. Here, we study the distribution of fitness effects of mutations, conferring antibiotic resistance to Escherichia coli, in benign and stressful environments without drugs. We interpret the distributions in the light of a fitness landscape model that assumes a single fitness peak. We find that mutation effects (s) are well described by a shifted gamma distribution, with a shift parameter that reflects the distance to the fitness peak and varies across environments. Consistent with the theoretical predictions of Fisher's geometrical model, with a Gaussian relationship between phenotype and fitness, we find that the main effect of stress is to increase the variance in s. Our findings are in agreement with the results of a recent meta‐analysis, which suggest that a simple fitness landscape model may capture the variation of mutation effects across species and environments.  相似文献

为克隆淋球菌染色体耐药相关核苷酸序列,我们利用抑制性消减杂交技术构建耐药性淋球菌与标准参考菌株差异DNA消减库,从中筛选淋球菌耐药相关核苷酸序列。通过初步筛选,对克隆得到的DNA片段进行测序,经GenBank和淋球菌基因组序列库检索分析,发现5个未知新核苷酸序列。这些核苷酸序列可能与淋球菌染色体耐药性相关,将为研究淋球菌耐药性提供新的实验对象。  相似文献

目的:研究双歧杆菌的耐药性与质粒的关系。方法 对17株5种来自微生态制剂的双歧杆菌进行抗生素药敏试验和质粒检测,利用溴化乙锭消除其质粒;比较质粒消除前后耐药性的改变。结果17株双歧杆菌对氨基糖式类和多肽类抗生素呈强抗性;除1株短型双歧杆菌B157存有2.7Kb和5.6Kb两种质粒外,其余菌株均未质粒,消除后持粒的B157株菌对抗生素的敏感性并未改变。结论 此17株双歧杆菌的耐药性与质粒无直接相关性  相似文献

香港养殖海鲷弧菌致病菌药物敏感性及耐药质粒研究   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
从发病海鲷(Sparus sarba)中共分离到51株弧菌(\%Vibrio)\%,经API20E细菌快速鉴定系统及Alsina和Blanch关键生理生化特性分析鉴定为7个种,它们分别是:溶藻胶弧菌(\%V.alginolyticus)(24株),创伤弧菌(V.vulnificus)(12株)和副溶血弧菌(V.parahaemolyticus)(7株),火神弧菌(V.logei)(4株),远洋弧菌Ⅱ菌(V.pelagius Ⅱ)(2株),河弧菌(V.fluvialis)(1株)和地中海弧菌(V.mediterranei)(1株)\%。其中3种优势菌溶藻胶弧菌创伤弧菌和副溶血弧菌证实对海鲷有致病性。另外采用平板稀释法检测了51株菌对16种抗菌素的敏感性。发现所有菌株对ceftriaxone,链霉素,萘啶酮酸和利福霉素敏感,几乎所有菌株对ceftazidime, netilimicin,氯霉素和sulfamethoxazole敏感.大部分菌株对氨苄青霉素 (60.8%),cefuroxime(667%),丁胺卡那霉素(55%),卡那霉素(588%)和三甲氧苄氨嘧啶(765%)等具有较强的耐药性。通过对菌株中所含有的耐药质粒进行分析,发现15株菌株含有1~4个质粒,分子量范围为9~123kb之间,对12株既含有较大分子量质粒又具有耐药性的菌株进行了质粒转化试验,结果其中9株菌的质粒具有转化能力,转化率为10-11~10-9,表明所分离的菌株的抗药性是由于细菌染色体相关突变造成的。  相似文献

目的:为预防和治疗质粒介导的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)细菌感染提供依据。方法:采用E-test法对可疑细菌进行ESBL检测,用K-B法做药物敏感试验,用WHONET4进行分析。结果:在890株革兰阴性杆菌中检出ESBL44株,其中大肠埃希菌18株、肺炎克雷伯菌10株、阴沟肠杆菌9株、费劳地枸椽酸杆菌3株、嗜水气单胞菌2株、鼠伤寒沙门菌1株、液化沙雷菌1株,对亚胺培菌、呋喃妥因、阿米卡星、环丙沙星的敏感率分别为100%、68.2%、29.5%、25.0%。结论:产ESBL细菌分布广泛、阳性率高、易借助耐药质粒传播,具有较高的交叉耐药性和多重耐药性。  相似文献

考查了27株球形芽孢杆菌有毒株对青霉素、链霉素、四环素、氯霉素、红霉素、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、麦迪霉素、核糖霉素、利福平、吖啶黄、磺胺和迭氮钠的自然抗性。结果表明,所有菌株对高浓度的链霉素和迭氮钠及低浓度的氯霉素有抗性,大部分菌株对四环素有抗性。所有菌株对所考查的其它几种抗生素敏感。  相似文献
