模拟降水减少对帽儿山地区兴安落叶松径向生长的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

以2004年在小兴安岭帽儿山地区栽植的兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)为研究对象,在2012年,经过100%减雨、50%减雨、冬季除雪和对照4种处理,在控雨的前期(6月)和后期(8月)用微生长锥取样利用石蜡切片方法测量扩大细胞的径向长度和数量。在10月末用生长锥取样,打磨后测量成熟管胞的径向长度和数量,进而分析降水减少对兴安落叶松径向生长的影响。结果表明:在帽儿山地区,生长季温度与兴安落叶松径向生长显著正相关,降水在生长季后期为负相关。大树芯成熟管胞测定表明,3块样地综合而言,除雪组成熟管胞数量最多,其次是对照组,50%减雨组和100%减雨组成熟管胞数量最少;管胞径向长度在各个处理组之间差异不显著。但是,在3块样地中,成熟管胞数量和径向长度在相同处理间测定结果有差别,样地1的100%减雨组、50%减雨组、除雪组和对照组中成熟管胞数量随土壤湿度增加而增加,径向管胞长度差异不明显;样地2的除雪组中成熟管胞径向长度显著小于其他3个实验组,而50%减雨组、100%减雨组和对照组的成熟管胞径向长度和数量均差异不显著;样地3中4个实验组的成熟管胞数量均差异不显著,成熟管胞径向长度100%减雨组略小于其他3个实验组,这与样地3遮阴较大、土壤湿度较高有关。石蜡切片的形成层扩大细胞分析表明:在减雨处理的初期(6月份),样地3在扩大细胞的数量上,随着不同处理间土壤湿度的减小而减少。在减雨处理的后期(8月份),样地1扩大细胞的数量随着不同处理间土壤湿度的减小而减少。研究结果表明降水减少会对兴安落叶松径向生长产生影响,其影响程度取决于微环境条件的差异,且不同时期降水减少的影响也有差异。  相似文献

根据兴安落叶松在大兴安岭山脉的分布特征,沿纬度设置了9个采样点,分析了兴安落叶松径向生长对气候因子响应的空间差异和时间动态。结果表明:总体上所有采样点的兴安落叶松径向生长与夏季(6—8月)标准化降水蒸散指数(SPEI)及降水量、2月SPEI及降水量呈正相关,与3月温度呈负相关。在空间上,南部年均温较高区域的兴安落叶松径向生长与2月SPEI呈显著正相关,在北部年均温较低的区域与3月温度呈显著负相关。在时间上,兴安落叶松生长-气候关系不稳定。随着温度升高,在年均温较高区域,夏季SPEI和降水量对树木生长的正效应以及夏季温度的负响应显著增强;在年均温较低区域,树木生长与3月温度负响应增强更明显。这表明气候变化改变了树木生长-气候关系,而且存在明显空间差异。在未来气候暖干化的背景下,大兴安岭兴安落叶松径向生长会受到抑制,在年均温较高且降水量较少的南部地区会因夏季水分亏缺和冬季干旱而衰退,温度较低的北部地区则可能因冬季干旱和冬季变暖而使生长受到抑制。  相似文献

气候变暖引起干旱事件发生频率和强度增加,由此导致全球部分森林出现衰退和死亡的现象已被广泛报道。然而由于不同地区森林对水分亏缺适应性不同,需要从区域尺度对森林适应干旱事件的特征进行详细研究。在中国东北的森林地区中,大兴安岭在过去几十年中变暖速度最快。以落叶松为主的大兴安岭森林,作为中国唯一的北方森林,具有重要的生态意义。尤其是在全球变暖极大地影响水条件的情况下,了解其对缺水的适应非常重要。通过树木年轮学方法分析比较不同纬度(47°17′—51°17′N)兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii)径向生长变化率和树木生长对极端干旱的适应性特征(抵抗力(Rt)、恢复力(Rc)和恢复弹力(Rs))。结果表明:不同纬度兴安落叶松对干旱的应对策略呈现共同特征表现为:(1)研究区不同纬度的兴安落叶松生长均与当年生长季7和8月PDSI显著正相关(P<0.05);(2)大径级树木对干旱的抵抗力和恢复弹力更低,对干旱的适应能力更弱。不同纬度兴安落叶松对干旱的应对策略呈现差异性表现:(1)兴安落叶松对干旱的抵抗力和恢复弹力随纬度升高而降低,恢复力随纬度升高而增加;(2)研究区范围内较高纬度的兴安落叶松...  相似文献

大兴安岭是我国气候变化最为显著的地区之一,兴安落叶松和樟子松是该地区最为重要的树种,研究它们径向生长对气候变化的响应差异,可以为预测气候变化下我国北方森林动态提供科学依据。在大兴安岭地区选择6个样点共采集兴安落叶松树轮和樟子松树轮样芯451个,建立了12个标准年表。比较了1900年以来树木径向生长趋势,利用Pearson相关分析法分析各样点兴安落叶松和樟子松生长对气候因子的响应,运用线性混合模型探讨温度和降水对兴安落叶松和樟子松年径向生长的影响,通过滑动相关对比两个树种生长-气候关系的时间稳定性。结果表明: 兴安落叶松径向生长与3月平均温度呈负相关,与上一年冬季和当年7月降水呈正相关。樟子松径向生长与当年8月温度呈正相关,与当年生长季(5—9月)降水呈正相关。冬季降雪对兴安落叶松径向生长起到重要的促进作用,夏季过多降水对樟子松径向生长起到显著的限制作用。兴安落叶松和樟子松生长对气候变化的响应存在明显差异,因此,气候变化可能会影响北方森林生态系统的树木生长、物种组成以及空间分布等。  相似文献

沟谷和低海拔坡地是大兴安岭地区典型的微地形,这2种微地形的冻土对全球变暖极为敏感.本文在内蒙古大兴安岭北部地区进行树木年轮采样,建立了树轮宽度年表,对比2种小地形上兴安落叶松径向生长对近30年快速升温响应的差异.结果表明: 汗马和莫尔道嘎采样点分别在2000和1980年左右出现树木径向生长与温度的分异现象,之后树木的生长均为沟谷湿地大于山坡立地.1984—2008年2种地形年表t检验均达到显著水平,年表间欧氏距离在1980年以后为0.937~2.742,远大于平均值(0.809~1.304).快速升温使得兴安落叶松径向生长对水热条件的响应发生改变,山坡上兴安落叶松主要受温度限制生长减慢,而沟谷冻土退化中兴安落叶松在短期内生长加快.随着气候变暖,兴安落叶松将经历一个受温度调控的复杂的环境——生长胁迫与气候响应模式,如果气候持续变暖,冻土退化,兴安落叶松可能在我国境内消失.  相似文献

叶片暗呼吸温度敏感性对研究森林生态系统碳循环及其对气候变化的响应具有重要意义,但其树种内的变异性及季节动态还不清楚.本研究于2018年在同质园内测定了移栽自4个纬度(塔河、松岭、黑河和带岭)的兴安落叶松针叶的暗呼吸温度敏感系数(Q10),旨在探索来自不同气候条件树木的Q10的种内变异性及季节动态.结果表明: 4个移栽地的Q10具有明显的季节动态,其最大值均出现在生长季中期.4个移栽地树木的Q10存在显著差异,其变动范围为(1.48±0.01)~(2.15±0.03),并且在每个生长季阶段中差异的变化格局一致,即来自低纬度高温地区的树木Q10值较大.Q10与针叶氮浓度、可溶性糖浓度、移栽地年均气温和年均降水量间均存在显著正相关关系.综上,Q10在移栽地之间的差异及其季节动态主要由针叶养分含量和树木对移栽原地气候的长期适应引起的,这些因素在森林碳循环对气候变化响应的模型和预测中应该予以考虑.  相似文献

将4个纬度上(大兴安岭塔河、大兴安岭松岭、黑河孙吴、伊春带岭)8年生的兴安落叶松(Larix gmelinii Rupr.)幼树移栽到其分布区的南缘构成4个实验处理,以探索树木水分关系的时空变化格局及其影响因子.采用基于热平衡方法的包裹式茎流计和环境因子自动测定系统同步测定移栽自4个纬度的兴安落叶松的树干液流及其相应的环境因子.研究结果表明:兴安落叶松的树干液流密度基本上呈现单峰曲线日变化格局,而日最大液流出现的时间随生长季节和实验处理不同而略有变化.移栽自4个纬度的兴安落叶松的平均单位边材面积液流通量在展叶前、中和后期分别为26.24~54.45 g·cm-2·d-1、114.33~355.39 g·cm-2.d-1和58.32~304.03 g·cm-2.d-1.展叶期间落叶松的日耗水量与距地面10cm处树干直径呈显著的正相关关系;单位边材面积液流通量与针叶长度呈显著的正相关关系.影响树干液流密度的环境因子随生长阶段和实验处理而变化,主要包括太阳辐射、水蒸气压亏缺、相对湿度、气温和风速,其中太阳辐射通常是影响树干液流密度的关键因子.  相似文献

大兴安岭是我国气候变暖的敏感地区。为比较在升温过程中不同地区落叶松(Larix gmelinii)径向生长对温度的响应差异,在大兴安岭主脉南段、中段和北段进行树木年轮取样,建立了各点年轮宽度年表,根据年表第一主成分载荷系数分类最终合成南部、中部和北部各区年轮指数。利用相关函数分析了落叶松径向生长与温度变化的关系,结合主成分分析对比了不同地区树木年轮宽度变化对温度的响应差异。结果表明:落叶松径向生长对温度变化的响应呈现明显的南北差异(中部北部南部);南部年轮指数与上年11月到当年4月的平均温度显著相关,中部年轮指数与上年生长季(6–8月)和当年3–10月的平均温度显著负相关,北部年轮指数与生长季前(4–5月)的平均温度极显著正相关。气候变暖背景下,高温引起的区域暖干化使土壤水分成为限制落叶松径向生长的主要因子,土壤干旱程度加剧使落叶松生长对温度变化的响应增强。胸高断面积增量指示的落叶松生产力经历了从响应低温胁迫到响应高温引起的水分胁迫的转变。未来几十年,若温度持续升高,大兴安岭地区落叶松径向生长量将呈南部和中部降低、北部升高的趋势。  相似文献

The mature embryo of seven species belonging to five genera of Indian bamboos is described. In all these the basic pattern of embryo organisation is same: the scutellar and coleoptilar bundles are not separated by an internode, the epiblast is absent, the lower portion of the scutellum and the coleorhiza are separated by a cleft and the margins of embryonic leaves overlap. The features unique to fleshy fruited bamboos are: presence of a massive scutellum, the juxtaposition of plumule and radicle and the occurrence of a bud in the axil of the coleoptile. The fleshy fruit bearing bamboos should be classified into one group, the tribeMelocanneae. Evidence is provided to recognise additional groups in the subfamilyBambusoideae.  相似文献

Komárek has recently reviewed the various species assigned to the green algal genusNeochloris Starr (Chlorococcales, Chlorococcaceae) and removed those with uninucleate vegetative cells to a new genus,Ettlia. Watanabe & Floyd, unaware ofKomárek's work, also reviewed the species ofNeochloris and distributed them among three genera—Neochloris, Chlorococcopsis gen. nov., andParietochloris gen. nov.—on the basis of details of the covering of the zoospore and the arrangement of the basal bodies of the flagellar apparatus. This paper reconciles these two treatments and makes additional recommendations at the ranks of genus, family, order, and class.  相似文献

The cardinalfishes (Apogonidae) are a diverse clade of small, mostly reef-dwelling fishes, for which a variety of morphological data have not yielded a consistent phylogeny. We use DNA sequence to hypothesize phylogenetic relationships within Apogonidae and among apogonids and other acanthomorph families, to examine patterns of evolution including the distribution of a visceral bioluminescence system. In conformance with previous studies, Apogonidae is placed in a clade with Pempheridae, Kurtidae, Leiognathidae, and Gobioidei. The apogonid genus Pseudamia is recovered outside the remainder of the family, not as sister to the superficially similar genus Gymnapogon. Species sampled from the Caribbean and Western Atlantic (Phaeoptyx, Astrapogon, and some Apogon species) form a clade, as do the larger-bodied Glossamia and Cheilodipterus. Incidence of visceral bioluminescence is found scattered throughout the phylogeny, independently for each group in which it is present. Examination of the fine structure of the visceral bioluminescence system through histology shows that light organs exhibit a range of morphologies, with some composed of complex masses of tubules (Siphamia, Pempheris, Parapriacanthus) and others lacking tubules but containing chambers formed by folds of the visceral epithelium (Acropoma, Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia). Light organs in Siphamia, Acropoma, Pempheris and Parapriacanthus are distinct from but connected to the gut; those in Archamia, Jaydia, and Rhabdamia are simply portions of the intestinal tract, and are little differentiated from the surrounding tissues. The presence or absence of symbiotic luminescent bacteria does not correlate with light organ structure; the tubular light organs of Siphamia and chambered tubes of Acropoma house bacteria, those in Pempheridae and the other Apogonidae do not.  相似文献

Twenty three species in 11 genera were examined in the field to determine hosts. OnlyStriga asiatica andSeymeria cassioides have a narrow host range being restricted to grasses and pines, respectively. Intracellular cysteine aspartate-specific proteases (caspases) play both signaling and effector roles in realizing the program of cell death. Caspases function as proteolytic cascades unique for each cell type and signal triggering apoptosis. All parts of the proteolytic cascades are duplicated and controlled by feedback signals. Amplification cycles between pairs of caspases (the third and the sixth, the ninth and the third, the twelfth and the sixth, and others) help multiply the initial apoptotic signal. The presence of physiological inhibitors of apoptosis that directly interact with caspases creates a multilevel regulatory network of apoptosis in cell. The caspase proteolytic cascades are also regulated by sphingolipid secondary messengers, among them ceramide, sphingosine, and their phosphates. Moreover, an association of the caspase signaling with ubiquitin-dependent proteolysis is shown in cells. In particular, the use of extracellular activators and inhibitors of caspases allows irreversible activation of apoptosis in tumor cells or the prevention of apoptosis in cortical neurons under neurodegenerative diseases.  相似文献

A molecular phylogeny of Hebeloma species from Europe   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
In order to widen the scope of existing phylogenies of the ectomycorrhizal agaric genus Hebeloma a total of 53 new rDNA ITS sequences from that genus was generated, augmented by sequences retrieved from GenBank, and analysed using Bayesian, strict consensus and neighbour joining methods. The lignicolous Hebelomina neerlandica, Gymnopilus penetrans, and two species of Galerina served as outgroup taxa. Anamika indica, as well as representatives of the genera Hymenogaster and Naucoria, were included to test the monophyly of Hebeloma, which is confirmed by the results. Hebeloma, Naucoria, Hymenogaster and Anamika indica cluster in a strongly supported monophyletic hebelomatoid clade. All trees largely reflect the current infrageneric classification within Hebeloma, and divide the genus into mostly well-supported monophyletic groups surrounding H. crustuliniforme, H. velutipes, H. sacchariolens, H. sinapizans, and H. radicosum, with H. sarcophyllum being shown at an independent position; however this is not well supported. The section Indusiata divides with strong support into three groups, the position of the pleurocystidiate Hebeloma cistophilum suggests the possible existence of a third subsection within sect. Indusiata. Subsection Sacchariolentia is raised to the rank of section.  相似文献

The Drosophila Pax6 homolog twin of eyeless (toy) is so far the first zygotically expressed gene involved in eye morphogenesis in Drosophila. The study of its expression during embryogenesis is therefore informative of the initial events of eye development in Drosophila. We have analyzed how the initial expression domain of toy at cellular blastoderm is regulated. We show that the three maternal patterning systems active in the cephalic region (the anterior, terminal and dorsal-ventral systems) cooperate with zygotically activated gap genes to shape the initial expression domain of toy. Whereas Bicoid, Dorsal and Torso signaling synergistically act as activators, Hunchback, Knirps and Decapentaplegic act as repressors.  相似文献
