人类活动已成为地球上生物多样性的主要影响因素,而生物多样性的变化是目前主要的全球变化问题之一。榆树疏林是分布于温带草原地带的沙地生境顶级群落,其生态环境脆弱,极易遭到人类活动的破坏。研究结果表明,各种人类活动(包括人工林的建造)对原生榆树疏林土壤环境和植物多样性有很大的影响,其中人工樟子松林和重牧干扰影响最大,其次是人工杨树林。在沙地环境治理中应充分地考虑自然规律和系统的短期与长期生态过程的统一。  相似文献

面对全球,特别是中国大范围的生态与环境问题,设计生态学应运而生:通过人工设计生态关系,修复、重建甚至创造基于自然的生态系统,已经成为当下生态文明和美丽中国建设的关键途径。人类有关生态科学的研究成果、古老文明的生态智慧积累和当代人对美好生活的向往是设计生态的三大灵感源泉,使设计的生态具有基于自然的、以综合生态系统服务为导向的、科学和艺术完美结合的特质。本专栏发表了对若干人工设计生态系统的绩效研究,研究结果已经给设计生态学在解决中国当下生态与环境问题的前景带来希望,尤其在城乡大规模生态修复方面显示出广泛的应用前景。设计生态学必将成为生态文明时代的一门崭新而极富挑战的新学科。  相似文献

"自然存积、自然渗透、自然净化"是海绵城市建设的要义,体现了"天人合一"的生态智慧,其核心在于正确且充分利用"自然力"。从自然降水规律与城市下垫面的特异性研究出发,采取因地制宜的建设策略与方法,以保护、利用、恢复和完善城市水系为主,人工优化与补充为辅,是"三个自然"的精髓。结合案例研究,从天然海绵体的保护与人工优化、海绵系统与城市排水系统的衔接、因地制宜的人工海绵体建构三个方面阐述了正确理解"三个自然"的方法。  相似文献

自然界的生态系统为人类繁衍发展提供各式各样的生活、生产和生计的环境条件与自然资源。基于自然规律的生态系统管理是人类社会不断认知自然生态价值、保护利用自然环境和资源、创造积累生态资产、维持社会经济系统永续发展的基本途径。以此为核心认知的区域生态经济学或经济生态学,正在成为探讨人类世地球系统演变及社会经济可持续发展问题的科学研究前沿。本文以大尺度区域宏观生态系统科学为学术视角,以生态系统的多功能性与多元价值观为基础,综合论述了自然生态价值、生态资产、生态产品等基本概念;从生态学、社会学和经济学融合角度,分析讨论了生态资产形成与变化、生态产品生产与消费、生态投资与生态资产损益等过程原理;提出了区域生态资产的系统经营与生态价值实现途径,期望为我国及区域生态系统价值及生态资产的评估,生态产业及生态价值实现体系的发展提供理论和方法学参考。  相似文献

实施洞庭湖区"山水林田湖草"生态修复工程,是践行生态文明理念、遵循自然规律、破解生态环境保护难题的关键措施。由于自然灾害及人类不合理利用等因素影响,洞庭湖区生态问题日益严重,对洞庭湖区生态系统均衡和可持续发展带来威胁。基于恢复生态学理论,以洞庭湖区为研究对象,采用物能循环和物能转化的生态学原则分析洞庭湖区存在土壤重金属污染、水环境、生物多样性与植被退化和农村土地利用的生态问题,明确了"山水林田湖草"生命共同体中各要素及相应形成的子系统存在的相互联系和相互制约的关系,厘清洞庭湖区生态系统的生态退化过程和生态退化机制,就此提出重构生态水体、重建生态地质地貌和重现生态景观的生态恢复策略,提出妥善解决和处理洞庭湖区的生态恢复及亟需进行环境整治问题,实现自然景观的恢复重构。通过构建洞庭湖区生态系统恢复的测度指标体系和洞庭湖区生态系统恢复的监测与管控,实现洞庭湖区"山水林田湖草"生态恢复的目标。  相似文献

本文研究了江苏穭稻——一种草型栽培稻(Orysa sativa L.)的核型与染色体带型。结果表明,穭稻的核型有6对中位染色体(K_1,K_3,K_6,K,K(?)和K_(11)),4对亚中位染色体(K_2,K(?)K_0和K(?)),1对亚端位染色体(K_4)和1对随体染色体(K_(10)),在K_3染色体的长臂上有一次缢痕。Giemsa分带处理表明,穭稻染色体带型比较丰富,各条染色体的带型特征明显。本文还讨论了江苏穭稻与普通野生稻和栽培稻在核型及染色体带型上的异同。  相似文献

Identifying genetic diversity patterns is fundamentally important for effective species management and conservation. In this study, we used five microsatellite loci to investigate the genetic diversity and population differentiation of Achyranthes bidentata in Dao Di and its surrounding region. Our analysis of microsatellite data indicated the level of genetic diversity of A. bidentata (HT = 0.333) was lower than other plants. The results showed no significant genetic diversity differences and population genetic differentiation between the Dao Di and surrounding region. Significant temperature differences (Bio2: mean diurnal range and Bio7: temperature annual range) were found between the Dao Di and surrounding region, which may improve the accumulation of medicinal ingredients of populations in the Dao Di. The populations of A. bidentata were divided into two genetic groups, which was caused by five temperature variables (Bio1, Bio4, Bio7, Bio9, and Bio11). This study thus provides an important case for over-collecting within limited ranges in affecting population diversity and bioclimate variables for different producing area in driving population differentiation.  相似文献

Well-preserved Carboniferous radiolarian faunas were obtained from ribbon-bedded siliceous sediments (radiolarites) north of Chiang Dao city, Chiang Mai province, northern Thailand. These sediments are rich in identifiable radiolarian faunas, including more than 44 species and sub-species belonging to 15 genera. Among them, Albaillellaria and Latentifistularia are dominant, but few Entactinaria are present. Five Early Carboniferous radiolarian assemblage zones are recognised and compared to those of Germany, France and North America. They are, in ascending order: the Albaillella paradoxa gr. assemblage; the Albaillella indensis gr. assemblage: the Albaillella cartalla-Albaillella furcata furcata assemblage which includes the Palaeolithocyclia rota subassemblage; and the A. furcata rockensis-Latentifistula impella gr. assemblage. The age assignment of each assemblage is well-controlled by co-occurring conodonts, which are abundant during this time interval in the area. The Thai radiolarian assemblage zones are rather similar to those of Germany and North America, indicating that the albaillellarian form has a global distribution and can be readily used as a world key indicative fauna. These results also provide an additional data set indicating that distal oceanic deposits are present in northern Thailand from the Devonian to the Late Triassic, which provides evidence for a long-lived oceanic realm between the Indochina and Shan-Thai continental terranes (nearly 200 My).  相似文献

The Market for Medicinal Plants in Sapa and Hanoi, Vietnam. Economic Botany 59(4):377-385, 2005. This article describes the market for medicinal plants sold in the Vietnamese town of Sapa as well as in nine different markets in the Vietnamese capital city, Hanoi. A total of 44 medicinal plants were identified botanically, 27 of which are on sale in Sapa and 28 in Hanoi. Most buyers of medicinal plants in Sapa are members of the Vietnamese middle classes who go to Sapa on holidays. Medicinal plants are gathered or cultivated predominantly by members of ethnic minority groups (Hmong and Dao) who live in small hamlets, some located several hours from the town of Sapa. Sapa is one of the poorest districts in Vietnam with a GDP per household of only U.S. $322 in 2005, so the cash that people are able to earn from the sale of medicinal plants is very important. The article argues that the social roles of the weekend market in Sapa are equally important, as the market helps ethnic minorities to fulfil their needs for a social life beyond the village.  相似文献

A study on the microarthropod community with special reference to species diversity of Oribatid and Collembola communities (Microarthropoda: Oribatei and Collembola) in Tam Dao National Park of Vietnam, a subtropical evergreen broad leaf alpine forest, was undertaken with the aim to explain how they are related to forest decline, and whether they can be used as bioindicators of forest plant succession. The results have shown that microarthropod community structures, particularly species diversity of oribatid and collembolan communities, are related to forest decline. Therefore they can be used as bioindicators of forest plant succession. In Tam Dao National Park, there was an inverse relation between species diversity of the oribatid and collembola communities. The species diversity of the oribatid community gradually decreased with forest decline whereas the species diversity of the collembola community gradually increased.  相似文献

描述了天南星科Araceae南星族Areae犁头尖属Tiphonium Schoa一新种——保山犁头尖Typhonium baoshanense Z.L.Dao & H.Li,它的叶形和佛焰苞形态与犁头尖T.blumei Nicolson & Sivadasan相似,但附属器下部,雄花序之上,有1-2轮不育雄花(退化雄蕊),雌花序圆锥形,附属器基部截形和佛焰焰苞檐部狭窄而易于区别。同域分布的犁头尖染色体数目为2n=52,本种染色体数目为2n=10,为天南星科的最低染色体基数。  相似文献

通过补充拉丁文描述和指定模式,本文合格发表了独龙虾脊兰Calanthe dulongensis H. Li, R. Li & Z. L. Dao。该种因其唇瓣中裂片上有3个具短柄的金黄色球状附属物而有别于本属的其他类群。本种在体态上与疏花虾脊兰C. henryi Rolfe和车前虾脊兰C. plantaginea Lindl.相近,不同之处在于本种的根状茎明显,花瓣倒卵状披针形 ,中萼片无毛;本种在体态上也与三褶虾脊兰C. triplicata (Willem.) Ames相近,区别在于本种的唇  相似文献

New findings of the white-toothed shrews (Crocidura spp.) from offshore islands of Vietnam are reported. The species identifications have been confirmed by the analysis of complete mitochondrial cytochrome b gene (1140 bp). Crocidura phuquocensis is the only species found in the Phu Quoc Island. Crocidura fuliginosa has been recorded from two islands of the Con Dao Archipelago (Con Son and Bai Canh). The occurrence of Crocidura fuliginosa in Vietnam has been genetically confirmed for the first time. Crocidura attenuata has been collected from the Cat Ba Island for the first time, and this finding corresponds well with the proposal that the species' distribution is confined to the north and east of the Red River only.  相似文献
