球状绿藻主要指绿藻门中多为单细胞, 形状为球形、近球形, 或由球形衍生出来的其他形状的藻类。球状绿藻分布广泛, 遍布全球, 生活于淡水、海水和亚气生等生境中, 其相似的简单形态下隐藏着复杂的物种多样性。球状绿藻分类学上主要位于绿藻门的两纲四目及其一些独立支系的类群。球状绿藻分类学正由传统的基于形态特征向基于分子信息的复合分类方法转变。球状绿藻隐性的物种多样性涉及约40属, 其中15属是依据新标本材料而建立的新属, 12个属是依据新证据建立的新组合。本文重点介绍了1998年以后在共球藻纲和绿藻纲中新发现和命名的单细胞球状绿藻, 介绍了它们的形态特征、分类学迁移及理由, 特别对常见的小球藻属和栅藻属的分类学概念变迁作了详细介绍, 对一些尚没有中文名的拉丁学名给出了中文命名。另外, 本文讨论了基于DNA的分类学方法在球状绿藻分类学中的应用, 目前系统发育位置的不同已经成为球状绿藻分类的主要依据。目前球状绿藻分类面临的问题是大多分类位置未用分子系统发育方法的验证。 未来, 球状绿藻分类学家应用系统发育研究结合形态学研究探索单细胞球状绿藻的生物多样性。  相似文献

在糖多孢菌属的分类学研究中,最初是根据形态特征、培养特征及生理生化特征等表观分类学指征进行研究。随着“多相分类”方法的广泛应用,化学分类和分子分类在糖多孢菌属的分类学研究中起到越来越重要的作用。糖多孢菌是寻找新的生物活性物质的重要菌源,某些种能产生重要的生物活性物质,如抗生素、酶类、维生素、藻类促生长因子、纤维素降解促进因子、免疫抑制剂等。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜观察了国产蹄盖蕨科(Athyriaceae)对囊蕨亚科(Deparioideae)10种植物及双盖蕨属(Diplazium Sw.)3种植物根状茎的管状分子。结果显示, 这些管状分子端壁和侧壁的形态及结构分别相同且侧壁具有穿孔板(多穿孔板)。根据穿孔板的形态特征, 将该亚科的管状分子分为5种类型: (1)梯状穿孔板, 无穿孔的二型性现象; (2)梯状穿孔板, 有穿孔的二型性现象; (3)网状穿孔板; (4)梯状-网状混合的穿孔板; (5)大孔状穿孔板。按照纹孔膜残留的程度又可分为3种: 部分区域有完整的纹孔膜、残留呈网状或线状以及很少或无纹孔膜残留。结合前人的研究资料, 发现蕨类植物的管状分子与被子植物的导管分子在形态和输导机理上存在明显差异, 管胞和导管分子不能仅仅根据纹孔膜的存在与否来确定, 而应根据穿孔板存在于端壁还是侧壁进行判断, 即穿孔板仅存在于端壁的管状分子为导管分子; 端壁和侧壁形态及结构分别相同, 有或无穿孔板的管状分子为管胞。由此可以推测蕨类植物和裸子植物中输导水分和矿物质的管状分子主要为管胞。单叶双盖蕨属(Triblemma(J. Sm.) Ching)与双盖蕨属管状分子的特征并不相似, 显示了将单叶双盖蕨属从双盖蕨属独立出来归入对囊蕨亚科的合理性。根据管状分子的特征, 推测假蹄盖蕨属(Athyriopsis Ching)和蛾眉蕨属(Lunathyrium Koidz.)可能是比较进化的属, 而介蕨属 (Dryoathyrium Ching)相对比较原始, 单叶双盖蕨属的系统位置应介于假蹄盖蕨属与介蕨属之间。  相似文献

运用光学显微镜对相似穿孔线虫进行观察及测量其主要特征;采用线虫通用引物18S和28S对6个相似穿孔线虫种群进行rDNA-ITS区进行了序列扩增,获得片段长度大约850 bp,克隆测序后使用UPGMA法进行聚类分析和构建系统发育树。结果表明:6个相似穿孔线虫的相似度高达99.3%,其中1RS、2RS、3RS和6RS 4个种群与来自台湾的KJ845638.1、广州的KF234224.1和马来西亚半岛的FJ455830.1在一个小类群中,表明它们之间的亲缘关系较近;而4RS和5RS种群在另一个小类群中。本研究为深入相似穿孔线虫不同种群间的形态差异与系统发育关系、及两者之间的关系等研究提供科学的理论依据。  相似文献

采用扫描电镜对来自北美和东亚的变豆菜属植物(美国7个种,中国8个种)的果实表面微形态进行观察,结合前人对伞形科其他类群果实微形态特征的研究及近年来分子系统学证据,对变豆菜属的种间分类进行研究。结果显示,变豆菜属植物果实的形态大小、皮刺弯曲程度和果柄蜡质纹饰丰富多样。研究表明变豆菜属是一个自然类群,果实表面钩刺结构有利于该属植物的传播及扩散,果实微形态特征具有分类学价值,可作为种间分类的依据。根据变豆菜属果实表面微形态特征,编制了该属植物分种检索表。  相似文献

梧桐科(Sterculiaceae)是锦葵目中的一个多型科,主要分布于热带和亚热带地区,只有少数种可分布到温带地区。由于该科植物的形态特征较为多样化,至今对于它的范围和所包含的属种数目在各国学者间仍没有达成共识。该文从梧桐科的分类地位和系统关系、属的分类地位和亲缘关系以及分类学新特征在梧桐科分类中的应用3个方面入手,分析了梧桐科分类学研究的历史、现状和存在的问题,特别是把来自分子资料的研究结果与传统分类进行了比较分析,试图为梧桐科的分类学研究提供更多的帮助。  相似文献

对中国凤尾蕨属44个分类群进行孢粉学与叶表皮形态学研究。结果表明:在属的水平,该属的孢子形态稳定。根据赤道环的有无和脊类纹饰的情况,该属可划分成6种类型。但这与该属的孢子体形态不相关。在属和种的水平,该属的气孔器类型均具有较高的稳定性,大部分种类以极细胞型和腋下细胞型为主。气孔器密度、面积、长宽比这3个定量特征在属和种的水平上稳定性都较差,因此不具有分类学价值。基本气孔器类型在种间重复性较高,可作为该属稳定的形态特征之一,在属的水平上具有一定的分类学价值,但不宜作为该属属下的分类学依据。综合两方面的数据,对部分疑似种进行初步的分类学处理,并探讨了易混淆种的分类学关系。  相似文献

真菌物种的形态特征有限,加之形态滞后和形态可塑性,仅靠外部形态、内部结构及生理生化指标,很难把握真菌的系统亲缘。应用DNA测序、基因组测序、比较基因组学及生物信息学等技术,研究人员可以快速识别真菌演化中出现的数量众多的单系支系,为建立各分类等级的新分类单元提供有力证据,为真菌分类学研究带来了新的希望和活力。自2000年以来,在真菌界至少发表了1新亚界、4新门、7新亚门、19新纲、9新亚纲、40余新目等高级分类单元。近3年来,我国发表了20余个真菌新属,其中绝大多数属的建立都有分子证据支持。可以预见,大量的新种、新属、新科乃至更高级分类单元将会在今后10年内持续发现和建立。这必将大大促进真菌分类学的发展,完善现有的真菌分类系统。我们应该顺势而上,利用我国丰富的真菌资源,为真菌分类学的发展做出应有贡献。与此同时,真菌分类学也面临着十分严峻的挑战。挑战主要来自3个方面,一是研究变得越来越综合,不但需要有相应的研究经费支持,而且要求从事该领域的研究人员技术更全面、知识更广博及知识更新速度更快捷;二是新物种描述进度偏慢,远远不能满足人们对物种认识和利用的日益增长的需要;三是研究人员亟需创新研究模式,以新技术、新思路、新机制来构建新的真菌分类学,加速新物种的发现和描述进度,最终为社会进步和科学发展服务。  相似文献

Four endophytic fungi (Fusarium spp.) isolated from the cortical tissue of surface-sterilised banana as well as from tomato roots were tested for their capacity of biological control towards the burrowing nematode Radopholus similis on banana. The pathogenic and parasitic capacities of endophytic fungi towards R. similis were tested in in vitro experiments. No parasitism of fungi on R. similis was observed. However, nematode activity decreased significantly in the presence of all endophytic fungi in vitro when compared to nematodes in the absence of fungi. The effects of fungi on R. similis activities in the soil were tested in the absence of plants. Nematode activities were reduced significantly by 16-30% by endophytic fungi when compared to untreated soil.  相似文献

Paecilomyces lilacinus is a common soil fungus that has been isolated from many different habitats around the world. It is well known as a facultative egg pathogen of sedentary nematodes and also an important option to control Radopholus similis juvenile and adults in banana. This nematode antagonistic fungus may be used in an integrated approach to control banana plant parasitic nematodes. Dose response and form of application experiments were conducted with burrowing nematode, R. similis, on banana using a commercial water dispersible granulate formulated P. lilacinus (strain 251) product. The results revealed that nematode activity decreased in the presence of this fungus. An important correlation between rates of application and the degree of control of R. simnilis penetration and banana root weight was observed. The best control was achieved in the treatment were plantlets and soil were pre-inoculated with P. lilacinus and reinoculated during transplantation. The results showed that the biocontrol agent P. lilacinus is an excellent candidate for an IPM program against nematodes such as Radopholus similis.  相似文献

For obligate plant-parasitic nematodes, cryopreservation has advantages over the usual preservation methods on whole plants or axenic culture systems, because the latter two are labourious and time and space consuming. In addition, cross contamination among different isolates can occur easily. Moreover, specific genetic studies require maintenance of the original population. The nematode under investigation, Radopholus similis, is a plant-parasitic nematode from the humid tropics. Therefore, any treatment at low temperatures is likely to add extra stress to the nematode, making the development of a cryopreservation protocol extremely difficult. In this paper, we describe experiments to achieve a successful cryopreservation protocol for the tropical nematode R. similis using vitrification solution-based methods based on a well defined mixture of cryoprotectants in combination with ultra-rapid cooling and thawing rates. A two-step treatment was used consisting of an incubation in glycerol followed by the application of a vitrifying mixture of methanol, glycerol and glucose. After cryopreservation, the pathogenicity of the nematodes was not altered, since they could infect and reproduce on carrot discs after recovery in the Ringer solution. The cryopreservation method described can be used for routine cryopreservation of R. similis lines from different origins.  相似文献

Radopholus similis and Meloidogyne spp. are the main nematode parasites of banana plants grown under plastic shelters in Morocco. A test was made in pots to evaluate the resistance of four genotypes of banana to these nematodes. Infection by Meloidogyne spp. brought about an increase in root weight in all banana plants tested because of gall formation. The inoculation of R. similis produced a reduction in length and diameter of the pseudo-trunk as well as in root and aerial mass in all genotypes. Pisang jari buaya showed the significantly lowest number of Meloidogyne nematodes per 10 g of roots, whereas for R. similis, the significantly smallest numbers were obtained in Pisang berlin and Pisang jari buaya. Therefore, Pisang jari buaya was the only banana genotype studied to show some degree of resistance to both nematodes.  相似文献

The nematode parasites of Rhinella marina include species of the genus Rhabdias (Rhabdiasidae: Rhabditoidea). The present study describes Rhabdias paraensis sp. nov., which parasitizes the lungs of R. marina in Brazilian Amazonia. Of the more than 70 known species of this genus, 18 are parasites of bufonids, of which, eight are Neotropical. The new species described here is similar to Rhabdias alabialis in the absence of lips is different by the presence of conspicuous cephalic papillae. We describe details of the four rows of pores, which are distributed equally along the whole of the length of the body and connected with hypodermal cells, using histology and scanning electron microscopy. Other histological aspects of the internal structure of this nematode are also described.  相似文献

Five nematode species were recorded from the stomach and rectum of the spotted squeaker Synodontis nigromaculatus Boulenger or the finetooth squeaker S. vanderwaali Skelton & White (Mochokidae, Siluriformes) from the Okavango River, Botswana: Falcaustra similis n. sp. (Kathlaniidae), Labeonema africanum n. sp. (Cosmocercidae), Synodontisia okavangoensis n. sp. (Pharyngodonidae), Procamallanus ( Procamallanus ) laeviconchus (Wedl, 1861) (Camallanidae) and Spinitectus sp. (Cystidicolidae) (only a single female). F. similis (type-host Synodontis nigromaculatus ) differs from the similar species F. straeleni Campana-Rouget, 1961 mainly by the number and disposition of the male caudal papillae and the structure of the mouth; L. africanum (type-host S. nigromaculatus ) differs from its congeners in having distinctly longer spicules (105-120 microm), a relatively shorter gubernaculum (30-36 microm) and in the number and arrangement of the male caudal papillae; Synodontisia okavangoensis (type-host Synodontis nigromaculatus ) is characterised principally by crescent-shaped cephalic papillae, length (87 microm) and shape of the spicule as well as large eggs (0.156-0.180x69-102 microm). Synodontisia moraveci Anderson & Lim, 1996 is transferred to a newly established genus, Royandersonia n. g., (as its type-species) as R. moraveci (Anderson & Lim, 1996) n. comb. Some taxonomic problems concerning Procamallanus ( P .) laeviconchus are discussed. All species were studied by scanning electron microscopy for the first time.  相似文献

Three Pseudomonas fluorescens strains and the type strain Pseudomonas putida CFBP2066 inhibited invasion of the plant-parasitic nematodes Radopholus similis and Meloidogyne spp. in banana, maize and tomato roots. Results were, however, not always significantly different from controls. One Ps. fluorescens strain kept R. similis numbers significantly lower in banana roots after the initial invasion stage. All strains also showed an in vitro repellent effect towards the nematodes, with Meloidogyne spp. being more affected than R. similis. As Ps. putida CFBP2066 was negative for the enzymatic activities tested as well as HCN productivity, it was concluded that either other chemical bacterial compounds affected nematode infectivity or strains elicited induced systemic resistance in plants.  相似文献

Two species of the Australian genus Tympanophora, Tympanophora new species 1 ( T.n.sp.l) and T. similis share the same habitat and are sympatric with several other bushcricket species. Males of T. similis call in aggregations, whilst males of T.n.sp.l frequently sing closer to heterospecific than to conspecific neighbours. Hence males of T.n.sp.l may have to cope with more severe problems of interspecific acoustic interference than males of T. similis. Laboratory experiments support field data which indicate that the number of calling T.n.sp.l males decreases when the number of singing males of T. similis increases. Acoustic interactions between the two species and sympatric bushcricket species occur in the laboratory. Heterospecific song affects chirp interval and/or chirp pattern in the two Tympanophora species. Males of T.n.sp.l respond to the song of the sibling species T. similis differently than to the calls of the more distantly related tettigoniids tested. However, the response of T. similis males appears to depend on the temporal structure of the heterospecific songs. The results do not suggest that the frequency content of the heterospecific calls is important for the song interference which has been observed in Tympanophora.  相似文献

The present taxonomic status of the so called fracticornis–opacicollis complex of the genus Onthophagus , Onthophagus fracticornis (Preyssler, 1790), Onthophagus similis (Scriba, 1790) and Onthophagus opacicollis Reitter, 1892 is still controversial. Discrepancies mainly involve the status of O. similis and O. opacicollis . A genetic analysis of nine populations of this complex using eight loci is presented, indicating that: (i) O. fracticornis is a good species, and (ii) the genetic distances between O. opacicollis and O. similis populations as a function of the biogeographic scenery (allopatry versus sympatry), indicate that they are not completely reproductively isolated across their entire geographic range, thus suggesting a still unfinished speciation in different areas. The data demonstrate both the existence of some gene flow between O. opacicollis and O. similis in one place ('El Barraco'; Central Spain) and isolation in others ('Sa Nevada'; South-east Spain). Geographic areas hosting populations of both taxa with intermediate genetic distances ('Doñana'; South-west Spain) also exist in the Iberian Peninsula.  相似文献

The species of the genus Achalcus Loew from the Nearctic Region are revised and a key to males and females is provided. Achalcus utahensis (Harmston & Miller) and A. oregonensis (Harmston & Miller) are redescribed, and A. californicus sp.n., A. dytei sp.n. and A. similis sp.n. are described. Together with eight of the nine known Palaearctic species of the genus, they represent a monophyletic species group, which is characterized by the presence of five pairs of dorsocentral bristles and the incorporation of the epandrial setae onto the shaft of the epandrial lobe. Like their Palaearctic congeners, most Nearctic species occur in damp habitats, such as coastal forests and riparian vegetation. Most specimens were collected in the Pacific coastal states from British Columbia to California, but one species occurs in Utah, and one of six species which were not described because males are lacking, was discovered in Ontario.  相似文献
