The molecular structure of [Cu(sulfadimet)(2)].SO(CH(3))(2) (sulfadimet=sulfadimethoxine=4-p-aminobenzenesulfonamido-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine) was determined by single crystal X-ray diffractometry. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c with Z=4. The Cu(II) cation is in a distorted CuN(5) square pyramidal coordination, involving four sulfadimethoxine molecules, one of them acting as a bidentate ligand. The infrared spectrum is briefly discussed on the basis of the structural peculiarities of the complex.  相似文献

A polymer-based aptasensor, which consisted of fluorescein amidite (FAM)-modified aptamers and coordination polymer nanobelts (CPNBs), was developed utilizing the fluorescence quenching effect to detect sulfadimethoxine residue in food products. A single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) aptamer, which was a specific bio-probe for sulfadimethoxine (Su13; 5'-GAGGGCAACGAGTGTTTATAGA-3'), was discovered by a magnetic bead-based systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment (SELEX) technique, and the fluorescent quenchers CPNBs were produced by mixing AgNO(3) and 4,4'-bipyridine. This aptasensor easily and sensitively detected sulfadimethoxine in solution with a limit of detection (LOD) of 10ng/mL. Furthermore, the antibiotic dissolved in milk was also effectively detected with the same LOD value. In addition, this aptamer probe offered high specificity for sulfadimethoxine compared to other antibiotics. These valuable results provide ample evidence that the CPNB-based aptasensor can be used to quantify sulfadimethoxine residue in food products.  相似文献

1.Pharmacokinetic profiles of triclabendazole (TCBZ) following intravenous (i.v.) and oral administration of the drug in rabbits were carried out.2. In normal rabbits, TCBZ was metabolized rapidly to its sulphoxide (TCBZ-SO) and sulphone (TCBZ-SO2) derivatives following administration, with undetectable concentrations of unchanged TCBZ in the plasma of the treated animals at any time (detection limit, 10 ng/ml).3. The disposition kinetics of this drug in rabbits can be described by a two-compartment open model.4. Mean peak concentrations in plasma of TCBZ-SO and TCBZ-SO2 of 12.41 μg/ml and 9.5 μg/ml occurred 7.5 and 9.5 hr after oral administration, respectively.5. Both metabolites were eliminated slowly from plasma with elimination half-lives of 16.86 hr for the sulphoxide and 13 hr for the sulphone.6. The area under the plasma concentration versus time curve (AUC) was 240 mg hr/l for the sulphoxide, higher than that found for the sulphone, 185 g hr/l.  相似文献

We studied interactions between thenucl. caudatus and ventrolateral nucleus of the thalamus in cats. With the use of a retrograde axon transport technique, we demonstrated the existence of direct connections between these important motor centers. Using electrophysiological techniques allowed us to support this conclusion and detail the peculiarities of these connections.  相似文献

Proprietary formulations of sulfaphenazole were administered intravenously and orally to sheep. After intravenous injection the disposition of sulfaphenazole was described by an open two compartment model, and the elimination half-time was on average 5.58 h. The apparent volume of distribution was 0.273 1/kg and total body clearance 34.1 ml/kg/h. Judged from the area under the curves, the oral dose was completely absorbed, Drug plasma concentrations versus time fitted an open one compartment model, the half-time of absorption and elimination being 2.66 and 7.12 h, respectively. The binding to plasma proteins was high i.e. 93–96 % at therapeutic concentrations, and concentration dependent. The results demonstrate that the doses indicated by the manufacturer appear to be low and more appropriate for drugs with a longer elimination half-time. Consequently, considerable adjustments in the dosage regimen are recommended.  相似文献

The possibility of reproducing DOCA-salt hypertension in cats has been explored. It has been shown that administration of DOCA and sodium chloride may result in the development of a hypertensive condition in some of cats. Unilateral nephrectomy increases the probability of hypertension occurrence. To attain a steady and noticeable (up to 190 +/- 8/146 +/- 7 mm Hg) elevation of arterial pressure, it is necessary that appreciable amounts of DOCA and sodium chloride be administered for a long time (during 6 months) in the presence of unilateral nephrectomy. The hypertension thus induced is marked by the increased (71%) overall peripheral resistance and by the decreased cardiac output, which rises for a short period in the course of hypertension development.  相似文献

The application of manure to fertilize arable lands is one of the major means through which veterinary sulfonamides (SAs) enter the environment. Little is known about the capacity of woody plants to phytoremediate this class of antibiotics. To this purpose we performed preliminary studies to evaluate Salix fragilis L. response to sulfadimethoxine (SDM) by investigating both its ability to absorb and tolerate doses of SDM found in fresh faeces of treated calves. Forty cuttings were exposed to either 0, 0.5, 1, or 2 mM of SDM for one month. Decreases in photosynthetic electron transport rate and net CO2 assimilation after 25 days for the higher SDM concentrations were noticed. Moreover, alterations in root morphology of treated plants were observed and further investigated through electron microscopy. However, collected data revealed high root accumulation potential. These preliminary results are promising as they demonstrate that Salix fragilis L. can both absorb and tolerate high concentrations of SAs.  相似文献

Rifamycin pharmacokinetics was studied on experimental animals after the antibiotic administration by various routes. Parenteral use of the antibiotic resulted in its high levels in rats and rabbits. Irrespective of the administration route, i. e. intravenous, intramuscular or oral rifamycin satisfactorily penetrated into the rat tissues. The highest antibiotic levels were found in the animal liver. In small amounts the antibiotic was excreted with the urine (about 6 per cent for 4 hours). The extrarenal clearance of rifamycin was lower than the plasmic clearance only by 3 per cent and higher than the kidney clearance almost by 40 times. Rifamycin was bound in close amounts by the blood serum of humans, oxen and rabbits, i. e. by 68, 64 and 56 per cent respectively. The rat organ homogenates bound the antibiotic by 34--72 per cent.  相似文献

The phenomenon of paradoxical sleep (PS) self-deprivation has been detected and described. The self-deprivation is acquired just as a classical conditioned reflex during enforced PS deprivation both by water tank procedure and by the animal's awakenings in response to sensory stimuli or direct electric stimulation of activating structures of the midbrain and diencephalon, following the transition of slow-wave sleep to PS. In this situation the transition of the brain from one physiological state to another is a conditioned signal, and sensory stimulation or brain stimulation, resulting in arousal reaction, serves as an unconditioned stimulus. It is suggested that the detection and analysis of PS self-deprivation are of a great importance, on the one hand, for correct understanding of the functional significance of this physiological brain state, and, on the other hand, for accurate analysis and assessment of the dissociative processes, observed during PS deprivation and postdeprivation period.  相似文献

Average gestation length in domestic cats is 65.6 days, with a range of 52-74 days. Average reported litter size is 4.0 kittens per litter; litter size is not correlated with number of matings in a given estrus. Superfecundation is common in domestic cats; superfetation never has been definitively proven to occur. Eclampsia may occur during pregnancy in queens, with non-specific clinical signs. Ectopic pregnancy and uterine torsion have been reported.
