借助中国坡面土壤流失预报方程(CSLE)估算研究区的土壤侵蚀量,并重点对该区土壤侵蚀生态经济损失进行计算和分析,结果表明研究区土壤侵蚀的直接经济总损失为1776.387万元,占同期当地第一产业总产值的5.001%,其中经济损失最严重的是林地和坡耕地,其次探讨了水土流失生态.经济面积边际损失比的概念,通过分析得出侵蚀所造成的直接经济边际损失每增加1万元,在此基础上,其生态价值的边际损失将增加76—91元。  相似文献

In denervation, there was loss of protein in gastrocnemius muscles and this loss of was more in prednisolone treated animals. There was significant change of protein loss between tenotomy and tenotomy with prednisolone treatment. The reduction of protein in denervation and denervation with prednisolone treatment were also highly significant. Significant loss of muscle creatine was observed in denervation with prednisolone treatment. It was about 50% of the normal control group and about 40% when compared to other limb. In denervation alone, the creatine loss was about 24%. In tenotomy and in tenotomy with prednisolone treatment, the loss of creatine was also significantly high. All these figures regarding the reduction of muscle creatine in different experiments were highly significant. The reduction of muscle weight, protein and creatine content of muscle in denervation were due to inactivation of the muscle and due to trophic changes caused by loss of motor supply to the muscle. But in tenotomy, the reductions were only due to inactivation.  相似文献

Experiments were performed to determine whether conditions which cause the rapid loss of nitrate reductase activity in Neurospora crassa mycelia were accompanied by the loss of antigenically detectable nitrate reductase protein. When mycelia with nitrate reductase activity were transferred to ammonia media, there was a rapid loss in the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-nitrate reductase activity plus the parallel loss of the reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide-diaphorase and the reduced methyl viologen-nitrate reductase activities associated with the nitrate reductase. In addition, there was the loss of cross-reacting material to anti-nitrate reductase antisera that was concomitant with the loss of nitrate reductase activity. When mycelia were exposed to either ammonia plus cycloheximide, nitrate plus cycloheximide, or nitrogen-free media, or to media which lacked an assimilable carbon source, the amount of cross-reacting material declined in concert with the nitrate reductase activity. The mutant nit-6, which lacks nitrite reductase activity, was exposed to ammonia or nitrate plus cycloheximide media. The nitrate reductase and the amount of cross-reacting material declined together as in the wild-type mycelia. We conclude that the loss of nitrate reductase activity was accompanied by the specific loss of this protein and that no pool of inactivated nitrate reductase molecules existed.  相似文献

For soil and water erosion control in slope farmland, field experiments consisting of corn?+?no straw application?+?longitudinal ridge (CNL-CK), corn?+?stubble standing?+?cross ridge (CSSC), corn?+?straw application?+?cross ridge (CSC), soybean?+?straw application?+?cross ridge (SSC) and alfalfa?+?straw application?+?cross ridge (ASC) were conducted. Compared with the traditional CNL cropping pattern, soil loss in CSSC, CSC, SSC, and ASC was decreased 43.6%, 48.6%,58.2% and 62.1%, respectively, soil nitrogen loss load was decreased 53.8%, 50.8%, 62.1% and 66.2%, respectively, and soil phosphorus loss load was decreased 50.7%, 50.7%, 60.0%, and 66.7%, respectively. Runoff volume was decreased 42.4%, 52.3%, 54.6% and 61.0%, runoff nitrogen loss load was decreased 52.8%, 56.8%, 46.1% and 50.2%, respectively, and runoff phosphorus loss load was decreased 46.9%, 78.2%, 67.2%, and 62.7%, respectively. Soil and water erosion control of soybean and alfalfa were better than that of corn. Soil loss was decreased 19.2% and 26.7%, soil nitrogen loss load was decreased 22.9% and 31.3% respectively, soil phosphorus loss load was decreased 18.9% and 32.4% respectively, runoff volume was decreased 4.8% and 18.4% respectively, runoff nitrogen loss load was decreased ?24.9% and ?15.3% respectively, and runoff phosphorus loss load was decreased ?50.4% and ?71.2% respectively. Though runoff volume of SSC and ASC were lower than CSC, the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in SSC and ASC runoff liquid were higher than CSC, so the runoff nitrogen and phosphorus of SSC and ASC were increased. The runoff nitrogen and phosphorus loss load could be negligible because the soil nitrogen and phosphorus loss load were large. The concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus of all treatment runoff liquid was less than the environmental quality standards for class III surface water, so the runoff from slope farmland did not influence the water quality of the Songhua River.  相似文献

The lipid composition of growing and starving cells of Arthrobacter crystallopoietes was compared. Although the lipid composition of the two cell types was similar, the amount of total lipids recovered from the starving cells was 30.4% less than that recovered from the growing cells. The loss of lipids, as compared to the loss of total cell mass during starvation, was (i) proportional to the loss of the cell mass (phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylglycerol-2, and cardiolipin), (ii) greater than the loss in cell mass (neutral lipids, "glycophospholipids," and phosphatidic acid), or (iii) less than the loss in cell mass (coenzyme Q, glycolipids, and phosphatidylglycerol-1).  相似文献

A strain of Streptococcus faecium from the sheep rumen showed spontaneous loss of urease activity when subcultured at the normal rumen temperature of 38 degrees C, although in mixed cultures in vivo or in vitro loss of urease was not apparent. The rate of loss of urease in pure cultures was increased at incubation temperatures above 38 degrees C, but loss was never complete. However, at temperatures below 38 degrees C loss was greater, and at 22 or 18 degrees C the urease was completely eliminated. Incubation with sodium dodecyl sulphate (0-002%) or ethidium bromide (2-5 X 10(-5)M) caused complete loss of urease activity. The urease activity was also eliminated when the streptococcus was grown aerobically, and this loss of activity was irreversible. It is suggested that the urease activity is controlled by a plasmid gene and that aeration, low growth temperature and chemical agents 'cure' the streptococcus of the plasmid. Attempts to demonstrate the presence of covalently closed circular extrachromosomal DNA by caesium chloride-ethidium bromide equilibrium density-gradient centrifugation were unsuccessful.  相似文献

流域非点源污染关键源区的定位是控制和治理流域非点源污染的重要问题,为进一步揭示时间尺度对流域非点源氮素流失空间分异特征的影响,通过构建山美水库流域SWAT模型,在对各个子流域的总氮(TN)流失强度进行模拟的基础上,从多年平均、多年月平均、场次暴雨洪水过程等3种时间尺度,对氮素流失的空间分异特征和关键源区进行分析,并通过多元线性相关分析,对自然和人为因素的影响进行研究.结果表明: 不同时间尺度下流域氮素流失空间差异均十分显著,氮素流失空间分异程度以多年月平均最高,场次暴雨洪水过程最低;桃溪亚流域氮素流失量最大,是非点源氮污染关键源区.不同时间尺度下,土地利用类型均是影响流域非点源氮素流失空间分布的主要因素,而降雨、径流等自然因子对氮素流失空间分异的影响仅表现在不施肥月份和部分不施肥场次的暴雨洪水过程,这种规律与土地利用及施肥具有显著空间变化、而降雨径流的空间变异程度低有关.  相似文献

The effect of transferring onion bulbs from low to high temperatures during storage was investigated. It was found that the later transfer was made the lower was the weight loss per bulb but the greater the loss from sprouting. The aim of the study was to assess a relationship between circulating platelet aggregates (CPA) and progression of visual field loss in primary open-angle glaucoma patients. CPA was determined in 27 patients with open-angle glaucoma with nonprogressive visual field loss and 15 patients with open-angle glaucoma and progression of visual field loss. Intraocular pressure (IOP) under topical therapy was < 18 mmHg in all patients. CPA in glaucoma patients with progression of visual field loss was not significantly higher than those without visual field progression (p = 0.59). In conclusion, our study shows that increased platelet aggregability is not solely responsible for progression of visual field loss in glaucoma patients, and indicates the role of IOP in the pathogenesis of visual field loss.  相似文献

This study was undertaken to examine the effects of high water temperatures on the allometric scaling effects of energy and protein starvation losses by juvenile barramundi, Lates calcarifer. The somatic energy and protein loss was examined in fish of varying sizes when starved for 24 or 25 days at temperatures ranging from 23 °C to 38 °C. The amount of energy and protein lost varied according to both size and temperature and was consistent with the function of a*W(b), where a is a temperature dependent coefficient, W the animal's weight and b an exponent relating energy loss to live-weight. The coefficient for energy or protein loss varied and was described by a polynomial function, with a general increase from 23 °C to 32 °C, before a dramatic decline after 35°C. In contrast, the exponent for energy loss was relatively constant between 23 °C and 35 °C, but showed a rapid increase at 38 °C. Both the coefficients and exponents of protein loss mirrored that of energy loss. Analysis of the protein and lipid contributions to energy loss shows that typically lipid loss accounts for the greater part of energy loss (~67%), but also shows that above 35 °C protein energy loss increases (from ~33% to ~39%) while the losses seen from lipid catabolism remain the same. These results show that one of the main nutritional issues associated with heat stress in fish is a dramatic increase in endogenous loss of protein.  相似文献

Induced mitotic chromosome loss was assayed using diploid yeast strain S. cerevisiae D61.M. The test relies upon the uncovering and expression of multiple recessive markers reflecting the presumptive loss of the chromosome VII homologue carrying the corresponding wild-type alleles. An interlaboratory study was performed in which 12 chemicals were tested under code in 2 laboratories. The results generated by the Berkeley and the Darmstadt laboratories were in close agreement. The solvents benzonitrile and methyl ethyl ketone induced significantly elevated chromosome loss levels. However, a treatment regime that included overnight storage at 0 degree C was required to optimize chromosome loss induction. Hence, these agents are postulated to induce chromosome loss via perturbation of microtubular assembly. Fumaronitrile yielded inconsistent results: induction of chromosome loss and respiratory deficiency was observed in both laboratories, but the response was much more pronounced in the Darmstadt trial than that observed in Berkeley. The mammalian carcinogens, benzene, acrylonitrile, trichloroethylene, 1,1,1-trichloroethane and 1,1,1,2-tetrachloroethane failed to induce chromosome loss but elicited high levels of respiratory deficiency, reflecting anti-mitochondrial activity. Trifluralin, cyclophosphamide monohydrate, diazepam and diethylstilbestrol dipropionate failed to induce any detectable genetic effects. These data suggest that the D61.M system is a reproducible method for detecting induced chromosome loss in yeast.  相似文献

Mitigating crop and livestock loss to wildlife and improving compensation distribution are important for conservation efforts in landscapes where people and wildlife co-occur outside protected areas. The lack of rigorously collected spatial data poses a challenge to management efforts to minimize loss and mitigate conflicts. We surveyed 735 households from 347 villages in a 5154 km2 area surrounding Kanha Tiger Reserve in India. We modeled self-reported household crop and livestock loss as a function of agricultural, demographic and environmental factors, and mitigation measures. We also modeled self-reported compensation received by households as a function of demographic factors, conflict type, reporting to authorities, and wildlife species involved. Seventy-three percent of households reported crop loss and 33% livestock loss in the previous year, but less than 8% reported human injury or death. Crop loss was associated with greater number of cropping months per year and proximity to the park. Livestock loss was associated with grazing animals inside the park and proximity to the park. Among mitigation measures only use of protective physical structures were associated with reduced livestock loss. Compensation distribution was more likely for tiger related incidents, and households reporting loss and located in the buffer. Average estimated probability of crop loss was 0.93 and livestock loss was 0.60 for surveyed households. Estimated crop and livestock loss and compensation distribution were higher for households located inside the buffer. Our approach modeled conflict data to aid managers in identifying potential conflict hotspots, influential factors, and spatially maps risk probability of crop and livestock loss. This approach could help focus allocation of conservation efforts and funds directed at conflict prevention and mitigation where high densities of people and wildlife co-occur.  相似文献

Interfering RNA was used to suppress simultaneously the expression of the four genes which encode the PsbO and PsbP proteins of Photosystem II in Arabidopsis (PsbO: At5g66570, At3g50820 and PsbP: At1g06680, At2g30790). A phenotypic series of transgenic plants was obtained that expressed variable amounts of the PsbO proteins and undetectable amounts of the PsbP proteins. Immunological studies indicated that the loss of PsbP expression was correlated with the loss of expression of the PsbQ, D2, and CP47 proteins, while the loss of PsbO expression was correlated with the loss of expression of the D1 and CP43 proteins. Q(A)(-) reoxidation kinetics in the absence of DCMU indicated that the slowing of electron transfer from Q(A)(-) to Q(B) was correlated with the loss of the PsbP protein. Q(A)(-) reoxidation kinetics in the presence of DCMU indicated that charge recombination between Q(A)(-) and donor side components of the photosystem was retarded in all of the mutants. Decreasing amounts of the PsbO protein in the absence of the PsbP component also led to a progressive loss of variable fluorescence yield (F(V)/F(M)). During fluorescence induction, the loss of PsbP was correlated with a more rapid O to J transition and a loss of the J to I transition. These results indicate that the losses of the PsbO and PsbP proteins differentially affect separate protein components and different PS II functions and can do so, apparently, in the same plant.  相似文献

The lability of tubulin in supernatant fluids from rat brain was studied by measuring the loss of colchicine-binding activity. During incubation at 37 degrees C for 1 hr approximately 50% of the binding activity of rat brain supernatant fluids was lost. This loss was reduced by mercaptoethanol or reduced glutathione. Anaerobic conditions did not affect loss of binding, while oxygen markedly reduced it, especially in the presence of reduced glutathione. Supernatant fluids prepared from brains of animals deficient in selenium showed a lower loss of binding than those from selenium-supplemented controls.  相似文献

ObjectiveThis study used con-beam computed tomography (CBCT) to investigate the prevalence and severity of alveolar bone loss in middle-aged (40–59 years) Chinese with chronic periodontitis.ResultsThe study revealed that 40–59 year old patients with chronic periodontitis had severe bone loss. At 5,286 sites (34.7%), alveolar bone loss was mild; severe alveolar bone loss was found at 5,978 sites (39.2%). A comparison of bone loss in different jaws revealed that the area with the highest degree of bone loss was on the lingual side of the maxillary molar (56.3 ± 7.2%), and that the area with the lowest degree was primarily on the lingual side of the mandibular canine (27.5 ± 6.3%). There was a lower degree of alveolar bone loss in males than females. Differences were observed when comparing the incidence of bone loss between males and females (P < 0.05). Menopause in females and smoking in both genders may affect the level of bone loss. Male smokers experienced a greater degree of bone loss (41.67 ± 5.76%) than male non-smokers (32.95 ± 4.31%). A 42.23 ± 6.34% bone loss was found in menopausal females versus 31.35 ± 3.62% in non-menopausal females.ConclusionsThe study revealed that different sites and teeth exhibited a diverse degree of bone loss. In middle-aged patients with chronic periodontitis, the highest degrees of bone loss in the incisors, premolars, and molars were on the lingual side, mesial side and lingual side, respectively. Menopause in females and smoking may affect the level of bone loss.  相似文献

Changes in markers of inflammation (MOI) and fat distribution with weight loss between African-American (AA) and white (W) women have yet to be characterized. The purpose of this study was to examine potential ethnic differences in MOI and regional fat distribution with weight loss, and identify the associations between these markers and changes in regional fat distribution with weight loss among AA and W women. Subjects were 126 healthy, premenopausal women, BMI 27-30 kg/m(2). They were placed on a weight-loss intervention consisting of diet and/or exercise until a BMI <25 was achieved. Fat distribution was measured with computed tomography, and body composition with dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Serum concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), soluble TNF receptor-I (sTNFR-I), sTNFR-II, C-reactive protein (CRP), and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were assessed. All MOI and adiposity measures significantly decreased with weight loss. Significant ethnic differences with weight loss were observed for fat mass, body fat, intra-abdominal adipose tissue (IAAT), sTNFR-I, and sTNFR-II. Mixed-model analysis indicated that adjusting for change in IAAT explained ethnic differences in change in TNF-α and the decrease in TNF-α with weight loss, while total fat mass only explained the decrease in sTNFR-I and sTNFR-II with weight loss. In conclusion, all MOI decreased following weight loss among W, whereas only IL-6 and CRP decreased following weight loss in AA. The most distinct phenotypic difference observed was a greater impact of weight loss on TNF-α in W compared to AA, which was directly associated with IAAT in W.  相似文献

目的:调查分析西药房药品报损情况和原因,加强西药房药品的管理,规范药品报损制度.方法:通过调阅2007年至2011年我院西药房药品报损记录以及2010年与2011年医院与医药公司的退药登记本进行分析统计.结果:我院2007年至2011年药品报损率均小于0.002%,且药品报损率呈递减趋势.药品报损的主要原因为药品破损,2007年至2011年药品报损总金额为1549.78元,破损药品金额占63.30%,过期药品金额占20.06%,其他药品金额占16.64%.滞销药品退货金额占退货总金额的80%以上,成为了药房管理的隐患.结论:完善药品报损制度,加强对药品的养护,能有效地降低了药品报损率以及医院资金损失.  相似文献

Summary A strain of Escherichia coli containing a conditional drug dependent arginine auxotrophy was used to select for the loss of plasmid and/or transposon encoded kanamycin (Km) or streptomycin (Sm) resistance determinants. Because these determinants inactivate the corresponding drug thus elminating drug suppression, loss of the drug-resistance determinants was selected directly by growth on minimal media plates containing sub-lethal dosages of the drug. This method was used to select loss of Km or Sm resistance determinants due to loss of plasmids, transposition from plasmid to chromosome, and eduction of transposons from the chromosome. Drug suppression was compared to phage PRD1 resistance in selecting for loss of plasmid vehicles during transposition and was found to be 10-1,000 times more efficient. Eighty percent of the eductant clones had undergone imprecise eductions suggesting that this method may be useful in selecting stable deletion mutants. An antibiotic suppressible strain of Pseudomonas stutzeri was obtained implying a broad utility of this selection procedure.  相似文献

The effect of polyamines and related metabolites on several parameters of leaf senescence was followed in detached radish ( Raphanus sativus L. var. radicular cv. "Giant Butter") leaves floated on test solutions in darkness. Leaf senescence was accompanied by a marked loss of chlorophyll, which started at 24–48 h of incubation. The polyamines, spermine and spermidine, and the diamines, putrescine and cadaverine, were highly effective in arresting chlorophyll loss over a period of at least 96 h. l -arginine, and especially l -ornithine, were less active. Polyaminens prevented the marked chlorophyll loss in dark-incubated leaves, but did not compensate for the moderate chlorophyll loss when the leaves were aged in light. Polyamines were also highly effective in retarding earlier events of leaf senescence, prior to chlorophyll loss: both protein degradation and ribonuclease activity were inhibited by spermidine. Chlorophyll and protein loss in dark-or light-incubated suspensions of either "intact" or disrupted chloroplasts was not affected by polyamines. – It is concluded that polyamines are highly effective in preventing chlorophyll loss from detached leaves, possibly by controlling early senescence-linked events which occur in darkness rather than by direct inhibition of chlorophyll degradation.  相似文献
