Two new abietane diterpenoids, (3S,5R,10S)‐3‐hydroxy‐12‐O‐demethyl‐11‐deoxy‐19(4→3)‐abeo‐cryptojaponol, 12,19‐dihydroxyabieta‐8,11,13‐trien‐7‐one, were isolated from Selaginella moellendorffii Hieron., together with one known abietane diterpenoid and four known tetracyclic triterpenoids. Their structures were characterized by their 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, ECD and mass spectral studies. All compounds were tested for their inhibitory effects on proliferation of three human cancer cells (human non‐small‐cell lung carcinoma cell lines A549 and human breast adenocarcinoma cell lines MDA‐MB‐231 and MCF‐7) in vitro. Among them, three compounds displayed modest cytotoxic activities against the above three human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 16.28 to 40.67 μM.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of whole plants of Euphorbia pilosa led to the isolation and identification of two new daphnane‐diterpenoid glucosides, euphopilosides A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), and a new ent‐abietane, euphopilolide ( 3 ), together with eight known compounds. Compounds 1 and 2 are the first daphnane‐type diterpenoid glycosides. Their structures were elucidated by a combination of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS analyses, and acid hydrolysis. Compounds 1 – 9 were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxicities against five human tumor cell lines, HL‐60, SMMC‐7721, A‐549, MCF‐7, and SW‐480. Compound 7 showed moderate inhibitory activity against all five cell lines.  相似文献

Three new 4,5‐seco‐20(10→5)‐abeo‐abietane diterpenoids, 16‐hydroxysalvilenone ( 1 ), 15‐hydroxysalprionin ( 2 ), and 11β,15‐dihydroxysalprionin‐12‐one ( 3 ), and nine known abietane diterpenoids, 4 – 12 , along with one known sempervirane diterpenoid, hispidanol A ( 13 ), were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon lophanthoides var. graciliflorus. The structures of compounds 1 – 3 were determined on the basis of spectroscopic methods including extensive analysis of NMR and mass spectroscopic data. All diterpenoids were tested for their TNF‐α inhibitory effects on LPS‐induced RAW264.7 cells. Compound 9 (16‐acetoxyhorminone) was the most potent with an IC50 value of 3.97±0.70 μm .  相似文献

Investigation of the constituents of the whole plant of Hyptis suaveolens led to the isolation of three new abietane diterpenes, isosuaveolic acid ( 1 ), 8α,9α‐epoxysuaveolic acid ( 2 ), and 14‐O‐methylsuaveolic acid ( 3 ), together with eleven known compounds. The structures of 1 – 3 were established by spectroscopic methods and chemical correlations. Some isolates were tested for their antimycobacterial and cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Four new diterpenoids named cuceolatins A–D, including three labdane‐type ( 1 – 3 ) and one abietane‐type ( 4 ) as well as three known labdane analogs ( 5 – 7 ), were reported from the leaves of Cunninghamia lanceolata. Structural assignments for these compounds were conducted by analyses of spectroscopic data, and their absolute configurations were determined by time‐dependent density functional theory (TD‐DFT) based electronic circular dichroism (ECD) calculations. Among them, the abietane‐type diterpenoid (11‐hydroxy‐12‐methoxyabieta‐8,11,13‐trien‐3‐one ( 4 )) showed significant cytotoxicity against human MDA‐MB‐231, MCF‐7, and HeLa tumor cell lines with IC50 measurements of 4.3, 2.8 and 4.5 μm , respectively, while the labdane‐type diterpenoids with a 4α‐carboxy group ( 1 – 3 and 5 ) exhibited moderate antibacterial activity towards Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus with IC50 values all below 25 μm .  相似文献

Asperochramides A – D ( 1  –  4 ), a new natural product and three new indole diketopiperazine alkaloids, along with seven known analogs ( 5  –  11 ), were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Aspergillus ochraceus. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, ECD calculation, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 3 and 4 represent a rare group of indole diketopiperazine alkaloid with a 3‐hydroxyl‐2‐indolone moiety. The in vitro anti‐inflammatory effects of compounds 1 and 3  –  11 were investigated by using LPS‐stimulated murine macrophage RAW 264.7 cells. Compounds 1 , 8 , 10 , and 11 showed potential anti‐inflammatory activities.  相似文献

Two new oleanane‐type triterpenes named ivorengenin A (=3‐oxo‐2α,19α,24‐trihydroxyolean‐12‐en‐28‐oic acid; 1 ) and ivorengenin B (=4‐oxo‐19α‐hydroxy‐3,24‐dinor‐2,4‐secoolean‐12‐ene‐2,28‐dioic acid; 2 ), together with five known compounds, arjungenin, arjunic acid, betulinic acid, sericic acid, and oleanolic acid, were isolated from the barks of Terminalia ivorensis A. Chev . (Combretaceae). Their structures were established on the basis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR data, and mass spectrometry. A biogenetic pathway to the formation of these compounds from sericic acid, isolated as the major compound from this plant, was proposed. The antioxidant activities of different compounds were investigated by means of the 2,2‐azinobis(3‐ethylbenzothiazoline‐6‐sulfonic acid) (ABTS) and 1,1‐diphenyl‐2‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) assays, and IC50 values were calculated and compared with Trolox activity. Antiproliferative activities of the isolated compounds were also evaluated against MDA‐MB‐231, PC3, HCT116, and T98G human cancer cell lines, against which the compounds showed significant cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

Bioassay‐guided fractionation of the active AcOEt‐soluble fraction from the roots of Piper taiwanense has led to the isolation of two new phenylpropanoids, taiwanensols A and B ( 1 and 2 , resp.), a new natural product, taiwanensol C ( 3 ), and 3‐acetoxy‐4‐hydroxy‐1‐allylbenzene ( 4 ). The compounds were obtained as two isomer mixtures ( 1 / 2 and 3 / 4 , resp.). Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry, and by the comparison of their NMR data with those of related compounds. Compounds 1 – 4 were evaluated for their antiplatelet and antitubercular activities. The mixtures 1 / 2 and 3 / 4 showed potent inhibitory activities against platelet aggregation induced by collagen, with IC50 values of 35.2 and 8.8 μM , respectively. In addition, 1 / 2 and 3 / 4 showed antitubercular activities against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv, with MIC values of 30.0 and 48.0 μg/ml, respectively.  相似文献

Two new steroids, (14β,22E)‐9,14‐dihydroxyergosta‐4,7,22‐triene‐3,6‐dione ( 1 ) and (5α,6β,15β,22E)‐6‐ethoxy‐5,15‐dihydroxyergosta‐7,22‐dien‐3‐one ( 2 ), together with three known steroids, calvasterols A and B ( 3 and 4 , resp.), and ganodermaside D ( 5 ), were isolated from the culture broth of an endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. isolated from Aconitum carmichaeli. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and their inhibitory activities against six pathogenic fungi were evaluated. Most of the compounds showed moderate or weak antifungal activities in a broth‐microdilution assay.  相似文献

The fruit of Crataegus dahurica Koehne was used to treat the disease of infantile indigestion and dyspepsia as an ethnic medicine and food. As a continuous work on finding the active constituents from the edible herbs, four new biphenyl derivatives ( 1 – 4 ), together with two known compounds ( 5 and 6 ), were obtained from the petroleum ether fraction of the fruits of C. dahurica. Their structures were determined by the extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectra and HR‐MS spectrometry. Furthermore, the anti‐inflammatory activities of all the isolated compounds were investigated, in which compound 4 showed moderately inhibitory effects on NO production in RAW264.7 cells without inducing cytotoxicity.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpene ester, tunetanin A ( 1 ), a new sesquiterpene coumarin, tunetacoumarin A ( 2 ), together with eight known compounds, i.e., coladin ( 3 ), coladonin ( 4 ), isosmarcandin ( 5 ), 13‐hydroxyfeselol ( 6 ), umbelliprenin ( 7 ) propiophenone ( 8 ), β‐sitosterol ( 9 ), and stigmasterol ( 10 ), were isolated from the roots of Ferula tunetana. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments and MS analysis, as well as by comparison with published data. The cytotoxicity of compounds 1 – 7 towards two human colon cancer cell lines, HT‐29 and HCT 116, was evaluated. Compounds 3, 4 , and 6 showed weak cytotoxic activities.  相似文献

A new steroid, 20‐hydroxyisofucosterol (stigmasta‐5,24(28)‐diene‐3β,20β‐diol) ( 7 ), along with six known compounds 1 – 6 were isolated from the MeOH extract of the leaves of Sauropus androgynus L. Merr . (Euphorbiaceae). The structure of new steroid was determined by HR‐APCI‐MS and various NMR techniques in combination with literature data. Subsequently, their anti‐inflammatory, cytotoxic activities against five human cell lines, as well as inhibitory activities against the α‐MSH induced melanogenesis on the B16 cell line were evaluated. As the results, steroid compounds, 6 and 7 exhibited moderate cytotoxic to HL60, AZ521, SKBR3, and A549 tumor cell lines (IC50 26.9 – 45.1 μm ) with high tumor selectivity for A549 relative to WI38 cell lines (SI 2.6 and 3.0, resp.). And, flavonoid compounds, 4 and 5 exhibited superior inhibitory activities against melanogenesis (67.0 – 94.7% melanin content), even with no or low toxicity to the cells (90.1 – 99.6% cell viability) at the concentrations from 10 to 100 μm . Furthermore, Western blot analysis suggested that compound 5 could inhibit melanogenesis by suppressing the protein expressions of MITF, TRP‐1, TRP‐2, and tyrosinase.  相似文献

A new dibenzo[1,4]dioxin 1 , and two new prenylated diphenyl ethers, 2 and 3 , together with six known compounds, 4 – 9 , were isolated from a sponge‐associated fungus Aspergillus versicolor Hmp‐F48 by bioactivity‐guided fractionation. Their structures were elucidated by 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS analyses. The compounds showed potent cell growth inhibitory activities against HL‐60 cell line.  相似文献

Six new triterpene saponins, ilexasprellanosides A–F ( 1 – 6 , resp.), together with eleven known compounds were isolated from the roots of Ilex asprella. The new saponins were characterized as ursa‐12,18‐dien‐28‐oic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐xylopyranoside ( 1 ), 19α‐hydroxyursolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐(2′‐O‐acetylxylopyranoside) ( 2 ), 19α‐hydroxyursolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucuronopyranoside ( 3 ), 3β,19α‐dihydroxyolean‐12‐en‐23,28‐dioic acid 28‐Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 4 ), 19α‐hydroxyoleanolic acid 3‐O‐β‐D ‐(2′‐O‐acetylxylopyranoside) ( 5 ), 19α‐hydroxyoleanolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucuronopyranoside ( 6 ). The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data and chemical degradation. Compounds 2, 4 , oleanolic acid 3‐Oβ‐D ‐glucuronopyranoside, 3‐β‐acetoxy‐28‐hydroxyurs‐12‐ene, and pomolic acid showed significant cytotoxic activities against human tumor cell line A549 (IC50 values of 1.87, 2.51, 1.41, 3.24, and 5.63 μM , resp.).  相似文献

Chemical investigation of the marine sponge Dactylospongia elegans, collected from the South China Sea, afforded three new dimeric sesquiterpene quinones, popolohuanones G – I ( 1 – 3 ), together with two known analogs, popolohuanones B ( 4 ) and C ( 5 ). The new structures were determined by HR‐ESI‐MS and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR analyses. All the five compounds showed no cytotoxic activity against five human cancer cell lines, while popolohuanone H ( 2 ) showed potent inhibitory activity against IL‐6, an inflammatory cytokine, at the concentration of 10 μm .  相似文献

Two new flavones, 6,7‐methylenedioxy‐4‐hydroxypeltogynan‐7′‐one ( 1 ), cochliophilin B ( 2 ), as well as two known ones, cochliophilin A ( 3 ) and 6‐methoxy‐7‐hydroxy flavone ( 4 ), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the root of Phytolacca acinosa Roxb . Compound 1 is a flavanol framework with one δ‐lactone unit, which is rather rare in nature. The structures of the new compounds were determined on the basis of extensive spectroscopic (IR, MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR) analyses, the absolute configuration of 1 was established by comparing experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra. The structures of known compounds were fixed by comparison with literatures data. Compounds 2 and 4 showed modest inhibitory activities against BEL‐7402 cell line, with IC50 values of 28.22 and 39.16 μmol/L, respectively.  相似文献

A new tribromoiododiphenyl ether ( 1 ) and eight known brominated diphenyl ethers ( 2 – 9 ) were isolated from the MeOH extract of the sponge Arenosclera sp. collected in Vietnam, using repeated open column chromatography and preparative thin layer chromatography. The chemical structure of the new compound 1 was determined by analyses of spectroscopic (1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and MS) data and by comparison of our data with those reported in the literature. Compounds 1 , 3 , and 8 exhibited strong antibacterial activities against the Gram‐positive bacteria Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus and the Gram‐negative bacterium Klebsiella pneumoniae with MIC values ranging from 0.8 to 6.3 μm , while compounds 5 and 7 only displayed activities against Gram‐positive bacteria with MIC values from 0.5 to 3.1 μm . Compound 2 showed activities against the four tested bacteria with MIC values ranging from 0.5 to 6.3 μm .  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of the AcOEt extract of G. Lucidum has led to the isolation of two new triterpenoids, 1 and 2 , together with five known ones, 3 – 7 . The structures of the new compounds were identified as 12β‐acetoxy‐3β,7β‐dihydroxy‐11,15,23‐trioxolanost‐8‐en‐26‐oic acid butyl ester ( 1 ) and 12β‐acetoxy‐3,7,11,15,23‐pentaoxolanost‐8‐en‐26‐oic acid butyl ester ( 2 ) on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis (mass spectrometry, and 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments). Four new cycloartane triterpenes, named huangqiyegenins V and VI and huangqiyenins K and L ( 1 – 4 , resp.), together with nine known triterpenoids, 5 – 13 , and eight flavonoids, 14 – 21 , were isolated from a 70%‐EtOH extract of Astragalus membranaceus leaves. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by detailed spectroscopic analyses, and the compounds were identified as (9β,11α,16β,20R,24S)‐11,16,25‐trihydroxy‐20,24‐epoxy‐9,19‐cyclolanostane‐3,6‐dione ( 1 ), (9β,16β,24S)‐16,24,25‐trihydroxy‐9,19‐cyclolanostane‐3,6‐dione ( 2 ), (3β,6α,9β,16β,20R,24R)‐16,25‐dihydroxy‐3‐(β‐D ‐xylopyranosyloxy)‐20,24‐epoxy‐9,19‐cyclolanostan‐6‐yl acetate ( 3 ), and (3β,6α,9β,16β,24E)‐26‐(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)‐16‐hydroxy‐3‐(β‐D ‐xylopyranosyloxy)‐9,19‐cyclolanost‐24‐en‐6‐yl acetate ( 4 ). All isolated compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory activities against LPS‐induced NO production in RAW264.7 macrophage cells. Compounds 1 – 3, 14, 15 , and 18 exhibited strong inhibition on LPS‐induced NO release by macrophages with IC50 values of 14.4–27.1 μM .  相似文献
