Two new flavonol diglycosides kaempferol-3-O-(6-O-E-coumaroyl)-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-rhamnopyranoside and kaempferol-3-O-(6-O-E-feruloyl)-β-d-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-l-rhamnopyranoside were isolated from the aerial parts of Gouania longipetala in addition to seven known compounds. The structure elucidation of these compounds was based on analyses of spectroscopic data including 1D- and 2D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS techniques. The abilities of these compounds to scavenge the DPPH were evaluated. Results showed that compounds 2, 3, 8 and 9 have antioxidant potential with EC50 values ranging from 13.8 to 47.4 μM, compared with ascorbic acid (EC50 60 μM) which was used as positive control.  相似文献

Bioassay-guided fractionation of the marine-derived endophytic fungus Paecilomyces variotii resulted in the isolation of two new butenolides, namely, butyrolactone IX (1) and aspulvinone O (7), together with eight known related congeners, butyrolactones I, IV, V, and VI (25), aspernolide A (6), and aspulvinones H, C, and D (810). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with literature data. All of the isolated butenolides were tested for their activity against DPPH radicals and the results showed that butyrolactones (16) possessed potent activity with IC50 values ranging from 38.0 to 186.3 μM, while aspulvinones (710) exhibited significant activities with IC50 values ranging from 11.6 to 29.4 μM, which are stronger than that of the positive control BHT (with IC50 117.7 μM). The preliminary structure–activity relationship was discussed.  相似文献

本文探讨了益智(Alpinia oxyphylla Miquel)超临界CO2提取物及其渣的水提物、正丙醇提取物和乙酸乙酯提取物的抗氧化作用,测定了总酚含量、黄酮含量、抗氧化力、还原能力、DPPH清除率.结果表明,益智超临界CO2提取物和正丙醇提取物的总酚含量最高,均为5.53%,乙酸乙酯提取物的总酚含量为4.04%,水提物总酚含量最低,为O.89%.抗氧化力与酚含量相关(R2=0.703).四种提取物中黄酮含量顺序为:乙酸乙酯提取物(6.29%)>丙醇提取物(5.81%)>水提取物(4.85%)>超临界CO2提取物(4.70%).在还原能力、清除DPPH自由基和羟自由基方面,乙酸乙酯提取物表现出了很强的抗氧化能力,呈现剂量依赖关系.  相似文献

芦丁是存在于多种植物中的天然多羟基黄酮苷,能与多种金属离子形成配合物。本文采用紫外分光度法考察了芦丁与锗离子的配位作用,并研究了芦丁-锗配合物清除超氧自由基和DPPH自由基的作用。结果显示在KH2PO4-NaOH(pH6.70)的缓冲液中,芦丁与锗离子能形成1:1的配合物,其K稳=10^7.46,同时配合物显示有较好的自由基清除活性。  相似文献

Two new phenanthrene alkaloids, beilschglabrines A (1) and B (2) were isolated from the stem bark of Beilschmiedia glabra, together with lupeol, taraxerol, and 24-methylenelanosta-7,9-diene-3β-15α-diol. The structures of the isolated compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data analysis and comparison with respective literature data. The compounds were tested for DPPH radical scavenging, acetylcholinesterase and lipoxygenase inhibitory activities. Compound 1 displayed considerable activity in the acetylcholinesterase (IC50 50.4 μM), the DPPH radical scavenging (IC50 115.9 μM) and the lipoxygenase (IC50 32.8 μM) assays.  相似文献

以液体培养为基础,研究不同光照和培养液初始pH条件下,忍冬纤孔菌培养过程中生物量、胞内外多酚含量,以及胞内外提取物抗氧化活性的变化。结果显示,24h光照轻微抑制菌丝体的生长,但能促进胞内外多酚的形成和提取物对DPPH自由基的抑制;在初始培养液pH5.3条件下,菌丝体生物量最高,胞内外多酚含量和提取物活性最高。  相似文献

以总黄酮为考察指标,确定纤维素酶提取红景天有效成分的最佳工艺.研究酶解条件对总黄酮浸出率的影响,并对不同提取方法的提取效果和粗提物的DPPH清除活性进行了比较.纤维素酶提取法的最佳工艺条件为:加酶量为1.95%(以原料干重计),液料比为70∶1(mL∶g),pH值为5.5,酶解温度为40℃,酶解时间为5 h,红景天总黄酮的浸出率为4.385%.酶解技术可明显提高红景天总黄酮的浸出率,粗提物得率高且DPPH清除活性较强.  相似文献

从蕨类植物苏铁蕨(Brainea insignis)中分离得到1个新的苯乙烯基吡喃酮苷,利用波谱技术鉴定了其结构。此外,还得到了1个已知的苯乙烯基吡喃酮苷和4个其它已知化合物。同时,还测定了分离得到的两个苯乙烯基吡喃酮苷化合物的DPPH自由基清除活性。  相似文献

Polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH), including fluoranthene, pyrene, benzo(a)-anthracene, chrysene, benzo(a)pyrene (benzo(e)pyrene), dibenzo(a,h)anthracene and benzo(ghi)perylene, were identified and determined in sediments from Tokyo Bay. Their concentrations were proved to be in a range from several tens to several hundreds µg/kg of dry samples. This seems to suggest that the smaller are the average particle sizes of sediments and the higher are the total amounts of PAH concentrations.

Statistically significant positive correlations were observed between the following pairs: total amount of PAH vs. clay content; total amount of PAH vs. the sum of (clay + silt) contents; total amount of PAH vs. ignition loss. In addition, significant positive correlations were statistically found between ignition loss and clay content as well as the sum of (clay + silt) contents.  相似文献

The radical and superoxide scavenging activities of oxidized matairesinols were examined. It could be assumed that the free benzylic position was important for higher radical scavenging activity. The different level of activity was observed between 7′-oxomatairesinol (Mat 2) and 7-oxomatairesinol (Mat 3). The activity of 8-hydroxymatairesinol was lower than that of matairesinol (Mat 1). The superoxide scavenging activity of the oxidized matairesinols was also demonstrated for the first time. It is assumed that the pKa value of phenol in the oxidized matairesinols affected this activity.  相似文献

The bark of Betula platyphylla var. japonica (Betulaceae) has been used to treat pneumonia, choloplania, nephritis, and chronic bronchitis. This study aimed to investigate the bioactive chemical constituents of the bark of B. platyphylla var. japonica. A bioassay-guided fractionation and chemical investigation of the bark of B. platyphylla var. japonica resulted in the isolation and identification of a new lupane-type triterpene, 27-hydroxybetunolic acid (1), along with 18 known triterpenoids (2–19). The structure of the new compound (1) was elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data analysis as well as HR-ESIMS. Among the known compounds, chilianthin B (17), chilianthin C (18), and chilianthin A (19) were triterpene-lignan esters, which are rarely found in nature. Compounds 4, 6, 7, 17, 18, and 19 showed significant antioxidant activities with IC50 values in the range 4.48–43.02 μM in a DPPH radical-scavenging assay. However, no compound showed significant inhibition of acetylcholine esterase (AChE). Unfortunately, the new compound (1) exhibited no significance in both biological activities. This study strongly suggests that B. platyphylla var. japonica bark is a potential source of natural antioxidants for use in pharmaceuticals and functional foods.  相似文献

忍冬木层孔菌是木层孔菌属的一种药用真菌,目前对它的研究少有报道。以液体培养为基础,研究忍冬木层孔菌培养过程中生物量、胞内外多酚含量的变化,以及胞内外提取物抗氧化活性的变化。结果显示,菌丝体生物量在培养168–216h时达到最大值(8.33g/L);胞内多酚和胞外多酚含量分别在216h和168h时达到最大值(15.60mg GAE/g和106.76mg GAE/L);液体培养胞内外提取物的抗氧化活性与多酚含量正相关,多酚含量高时提取物对DPPH[1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical 2,2-Diphenyl-1-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl)hydrazyl]自由基的抑制率也高。  相似文献

Seven new triterpenoids (17), together with two known ones (89), were isolated from the aerial parts ofIlex cornuta. The leaves of I. cornuta are the major source of “Kudingcha”, a popular herbal tea consumed in China and other countries. The structures of compounds 17 were determined as 20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 3β-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (1), 20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 2′-O-acetyl-3β-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (2), 20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 3β-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside-6-O-methyl ester (3), 3β,23-dihydroxy-20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid (4), 23-hydroxy-20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 3β-O-α-l-arabinopyranoside (5), 23-hydroxy-20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 3β-O-β-d-glucuronic acid (6), 23-hydroxy-20-epi-urs-12,18-dien-28-oic acid 3β-O-β-d-glucuronopyranoside-6-O-methyl ester (7), on the basis of spectroscopic analyses (IR, ESI–MS, HR-ESI–MS, 1D and 2D NMR) and chemical reactions. Protective effects against H2O2-induced H9c2 cardiomyocyte injury were tested in vitro for compounds 19, and the data showed that compound 4 had significant cell-protective effect. Compounds 1-9 did not show significant DPPH radical scavenging activity.  相似文献

Three new lignan glycosides, piperhancosides A−C (13), and two known compounds (45) were isolated from the n-BuOH extract of the stems of Piper hancei Maxim. The planar structures of the new compounds were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses. Their relative and absolute configurations were determined by coupling constants, chemical shift differences, acid hydrolysis, enzymatic hydrolysis, and experimental ECD spectra. All the isolates were evaluated for their antineuroinflammatory and antioxidant activities, and compounds 4 and 5 showed significant DPPH.+ radical scavenging ability with EC50 value of 14.07 and 16.48 μM, respectively.  相似文献

在初筛基础上选择不同地理来源的10株细脚拟青霉,用二苯基苦基苯肼自由基酶标仪法比较了不同提取部位的DPPH自由基清除率。结果表明在所有供试菌株中细脚拟青霉的两个菌株清除自由基活性均较高。10株细脚拟青霉间的清除自由基活性少数相似,多数差异显著;发酵液和菌丝体提取物清除自由基活性不同;菌丝体不同溶剂先后提取所得物清除率也不同,其中氯仿提后甲醇提取物无论提取量,还是活性均较高,5分钟时的清除率最少也有66.0%(Pt02菌株),最高是Pt69菌株达到93.5%,Pt57菌株的清除率为92.8%;氯仿提取量极少,活性也不高;经氯仿和甲醇提取后的水提物,得率只有甲醇的一半左右,而活性与氯仿提取物相当,在14.11%~45.3%之间。  相似文献

毛药忍冬(Lonicera serreana)为忍冬属(Lonicera)植物,其花和果实入药,具有清热解毒、凉散风热之功效,但至今缺乏系统化学成分及药理活性研究。为了寻找毛药忍冬中天然抗氧化活性成分,进一步开发利用忍冬属药用植物资源,该研究以DPPH自由基清除法为活性指导,首次对毛药忍冬干燥花蕾75%乙醇提取物的不同极性萃取部位进行抗氧化活性测试,结果发现乙酸乙酯萃取物表现出最强的抗氧化活性(平均清除率为89.45%)。进一步应用现代色谱手段(硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等),从毛药忍冬花蕾的乙酸乙酯萃取物中分离单体化合物,运用现代光谱分析技术(MS、1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、COSY、HSQC、HMBC、ROESY),并结合文献数据鉴定化合物的化学结构。结果表明:从毛药忍冬干燥花蕾75%乙醇提取物中共分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为4个酚酸类化合物:绿原酸(1)、绿原酸甲酯(2)、绿原酸乙酯(3)、咖啡酸(4);4个黄酮类化合物:木犀草素(5)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6)、槲皮素(7)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8);1个甾醇类化合物:β-谷甾醇(9)。所有化合物均为从毛药忍冬花蕾中首次分离得到。研究结果可为抗氧化类相关产品的开发提供科学依据。  相似文献

以生长在长江滩地三种类型(江滩、洲滩、湖滩)上、三种水淹状况下2个品系的人工林杨树木材(欧美杨无性系72杨、美洲黑杨无性系69杨)木材为研究对象,用二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH)酶标仪法,对其80%甲醇提取物的自由基清除活性进行了比较,发现相同立地上杨树边材和心材提取物的自由基清除活性存在显著差异;且边材提取物的自由基清除活性普遍较高.不同立地上杨树心材提取物的自由基清除活性差异不显著;但边材提取物的自由基清除活性存在较大的差异,其中水淹深度为1 m和3 m的杨树边材提取物自由基清除活性差异达到极显著水平.相关性分析表明,心材提取物的IC50与水淹深度呈显著的负相关,边材提取物的IC50与水淹深度呈极显著的正相关.  相似文献

Fish protein hydrolysates (FPH) from horse mackerel were produced by employing an enzyme mixture of subtilisin and trypsin. The antioxidant activity of fish hydrolysates (DPPH scavenging activity, Fe2+ chelating activity and Fe3+ reducing power) was modelled as a function of the operating conditions for the hydrolysis (i.e. protein concentration, temperature and composition of the enzyme mixture). The antioxidant activities showed different behavior depending on whether their controlling pathway was the transference of electrons/protons (i.e. DPPH scavenging activity and Fe3+ reducing power) or metal chelation. In the first case, the antioxidant activities increased with the decrease of substrate concentration and temperature when pure trypsin (DPPH scavenging activity) or a mixture of enzymes (Fe3+ reducing capacity) was employed. Contrarily, hydrolysates showed higher Fe2+ chelating activities at moderate concentration and high temperature (i.e. 5 g/L and 55 °C) employing solely subtilisin. The conflictive behavior among the antioxidant properties suggested using a multiobjective optimization technique. The ε-constraint method was chosen for this purpose. This approach allows determining the most adequate operational conditions for producing hydrolysate with a specific antioxidant profile which is the first approximation to the production of taylor-made antioxidant hydrolysates.  相似文献

Two new phenolic acids, 1, 5-O-dicaffeoyl-3-O-(4-maloyl)-quinic acid (1) and 3, 5-di-O-caffeoyl-1-O-(2-O-caffeoyl-4-maloyl)-quinic acid (2), were isolated from cultured cells of Saussurea involucrata. Their structures were elucidated using 2D NMR spectroscopy and MS. Further in vitro bioactive investigations demonstrated that 3, 5-di-O-caffeoyl-1-O-(2-O-caffeoyl-4-maloyl)-quinic acid (2) had significant scavenging activities against radicals 1, 1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl (DPPH) and 2, 2′-azino-bis-3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid (ABTS).  相似文献
