Using a system analysis for the investigation of all processes which occur in a biochemical reactor on the micro and macro level, a mathematical model was worked out. It characterizes the model of the kinetics and stoichiometry of the growth of microorganisms and the rules of hydrodynamics and mass transfer in form of blocks. Relating to the discussed mathematical total model [11], experimental data on which the calculation of the model parameters is based are described in this second part of the paper. They were determined not only directly from the cultivation process, but also from experiments with model media.  相似文献

This paper presents the application of a new developed measuring device for continuous determination of ammonium concentration especially in the field of biotechnology. Kinetic measurements of changes of ammonium concentration during stationary and instationary growth of microorganisms allows to quantify such interesting parameters as nitrogen consumption rate rN, productivity rx, specific growth rate ß, adaption time, diauxic behavior and mass content MF of fermenter etc. The results received by the combination of appropriated methods with the ammonium measuring device are not limited to biotechnology, so other applications in the field of chemistry, agriculture, technology, waste water industry etc. are possible.  相似文献

Physiological properties of the fungus Trichoderma longibrachiatum Rifai and its pathogenicity for maize seedling and young maize plants In the 1977–1980 period Trichoderma longibrachiatum was found to make 1.7 % of the maize seed mycoflora in Slovenia/Yugoslavia. Its mycelium growth was investigated on complex as well as on defined substrates with regard to spore formation, light induction (which is indispensable for spore formation), temperature requirements, relative humidity and different C- and N-sources. These observations showed that the properties of the investigated fungus are those which characterize other Trichoderma species as well.  相似文献

Bei Photosynthesemessungen an Keimblättern intakter Gerstenpflanzen wurden rhythmische Änderungen in der CO2-Aufnahme beobachtet, die auf Spaltöffnungsbewegungen zurückgeführt werden konnten. Voraussetzung, Induzierbarkeit und Modifikation der Schwingungen durch verschiedene Faktoren wurden untersucht. Als entscheidende Voraussetzung müssen ein gewisses Wasserdefizit und eine hohe Evaporation während der Messung angesehen werden. Bei Vorhandensein eines schwingungsfähigen Systems kann die Induktion durch verschiedene Faktoren erfolgen. Die Schwingung kann gedämpft oder ungedämpft verlaufen. Frau Prof. Dr. H.
