五味子属种子形态及其分类学意义   总被引:4,自引:1,他引:4  
用光学显微镜及扫描电镜对五味子属(Schisandra)10种96号样品的种子宏观形态和种皮的微观形态特征进行观察,首次对该属的种皮微观形态特征进行系统报道,并编排有分种检索表。研究结果表明:该属的种子宏观形态呈现平滑、细皱纹或瘤状突起,并认为五味子属种子形态可有从平滑到有细皱纹再到有瘤状突起的演化趋势;该属种皮表面微观形态可分为疣状突起型和网纹型。结合其它性状,本文认为网纹型所代表的两种植物应与本属中其它植物建立并列的分类单元。五味子属植物在种子形态特征上存在一定的差异,可为属以下、种以上的分类提供依据,并为探讨该属的系统演化提供有价值的参考资料。  相似文献

本文对中国滨藜属(Atriplex L.)13种植物的种子形态进行了观察并探讨其在分类学中的意义. 在种子外部形态观察基础上明确了胚根位置类型的划分标准, 认为滨藜属胚根位置仅有胚根上位和胚根侧位两种类型;利用扫描电镜首次观察报道了该属种皮微形态特征。研究结果表明, 种子形态及种皮微形态特征对属内类群划分具有较大的分类学意义。  相似文献

在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下,观察了南五味子属(Kadsura Kaempf. ex. Juss.)全属11种,八角属(Illicium Linn.)2种,共108个样品的叶表皮特征。在南五味子属中,叶表皮细胞的形状、叶表皮表面的纹饰、气孔器的形状、气孔极区的形状、表皮毛的有无等性状能用于研究南五味子属种间关系,以及与五味子属(Schisandra Michaux)和八角属之间的关系。在八角目(Illiciales)中发现的一个新分类学性状(叶表皮表面具角质网纹),支持将南五味子属分为离蕊南五味子亚属(Subg. Cosbaea)和南五味子亚属(Subg. Kadsura)。根据叶表皮形态特征,支持将南五味子亚属分为南五味子组(Sect. Kadsura)和肉蕊组(Sect. Sarcocarpon),支持R. M. K. Saunders和林祁对某些种的归并处理。根据与五味子属和八角属叶表皮形态特征的比较,认为这3个属的叶表皮形态特征相似,但南五味子属叶表皮形态比五味子属和八角属的叶表皮形态复杂,不支持将五味子科(Schisandraceae)从八角目(Illiciales)中分出而成立五味子目(Schisandrales)的观点。  相似文献

在扫描电镜下观察了70多份五味子属种子样品,并拍摄了照片,其中34幅展示在文中。选取代表27个分类群,34个居群的36份种子样品,每份样品20粒,测量长、宽、厚,取平均值。采用“相对体积”这一新概念作为种子形态比较的一项指征。同时对种子整体照片所呈现的表面纹饰进行了分析归纳,将其分为4个类型:(1)平滑或基本平滑,(2)有明显的皱纹,或有或疏或密的疣状突起,(3)有密集而显著的乳头状突起,(4)密被不规则的、有结节的绳索状突起,突起物曲折蜿蜒,酷似哺乳动物的大脑。综合种子的大小、颜色、表面整体纹饰以及雄蕊群特征等分析的结果表明,少蕊组sect.Maximowiczia、五味子组sect.Schisandra和球蕊组sect.Sphaerostema的种子形态分别与其雄蕊群特征具有高度的相关性;而多蕊组sect.Pleiostema的情况稍微复杂一点,但种子形态与与其雄蕊群特征之间仍然有部分相关性。本文以种子的整体形态为基础讨论五味子属种子表面形态在该属分类上的意义。研究种子整体形态得到的证据与研究种子表面微形态得到的证据一致,不支持林祁(2000)和Saunders(2000)对五味子属的分类修订,也不支持刘玉壶(1996)将球蕊组sect.Sphaerostema划分成两个亚属的修订。  相似文献

用光镜和扫描电镜观察了五味子科Schisandraceae23种、6变种和1变型的91份花粉的形态。其中5种、4变种和1变型的花粉形态为首次报道。该科花粉为单花粉,异极,辐射对称,扁球形至超扁球形,其萌发沟的排列格局在被子植物中是独一无二的。若按萌发沟的数目划分,该科花粉可分为3沟型和6沟型两个类型。外壁为网状纹饰,网眼的大小和网脊的宽度与花的形态有一定相关性。研究结果不支持lowski对该科花粉用网眼大小来划分类型的作法,认为对他关于3长沟汇聚的一极即花粉的远极的结论应作进一步探讨;不支持一些学者认为南五味子属Kadsura比五味子属Schisandra原始的观点。根据研究结果可认为,南五味于属的总体演化水平高于五味子属,它们可能是源于共同祖先、沿两条不同的路线平行演化的两个近缘类群。  相似文献

借助扫描电镜观察了南五味子属(Kadsura)中黑老虎(K.coccinea)、南五味子(K.japonica)和狭叶南五味子(K.angustifolia)雄花和雌花的形态发生过程, 三种植物花发育早期相似而发育后期出现分异。根据花形态发生早期的相似性, 支持南五味子属为单系起源;根据花形态发生后期的分异状态, 支持将南五味子属分为离蕊南五味子亚属(Subgenus Cosbaea)和南五味子亚属(Subgenus Kadsura)。借助扫描电镜观察了短梗南五味子(K.borneensis)和披针叶南五味子(K.lanceolata)花的形态, 将南五味子和狭叶南五味子的花与短梗南五味子和披针叶南五味子的花比较, 赞成在南五味子亚属下设南五味子组(Section Kadsura)和南洋南五味子组(Section Sarcocarpon)。根据在狭叶南五味子中观察到的两性花痕迹和在五味子属(Schisandra)东亚五味子(S.elongata)花中观察到的两性花, 本文认为现存五味子科(Schisandraceae )植物的单性花可能由具两性花结构的祖先演化而来。根据五味子科植物柱头与八角科(Illiciaceae)植物柱头的相似性, 不支持将五味子科从八角目(Illiciales)中分出而成立五味子目(Schisandrales)的观点。  相似文献

根据对12个国家54个标本馆所收藏的5000余份南五味子属植物标本的研究,结合野外调查和采集,对南五味子属的一些种类作了分类学订正:将仁昌南五味子归并入狭叶南五味子,将菲律宾南五味子和盘柱南五味子归并入异型南五味子,将长梗南五味子、城口南五味子、少齿南五味子、麦克氏南五味子和峨嵋南五味子归并入南五味子,将苏拉威西南五味子归并入南洋南五味子,将史氏南五味子归并入柄果南五味子。在南五味子属中,11个种被确认。  相似文献

首次报道用扫描电镜观察的五味子科24种7变种1变型的92个居群117份种子样品的表面微形态特征。将该科种子表面微形态归纳为4大类型,其中第Ⅰ型又分为3个亚型。将种子表面微形态与该科的花粉微形态,以及花、果、茎和叶的宏观形态结合起来进行对比分析,结果表明,五味子科种子表面微形态特征几乎不受其植株生长地环境条件的影响,相当稳定,因而作为分类的鉴别特征完全可靠。已观察到的种子表面微形态特征不支持林祁和Saunders对五味子科所做的大部分分类学修订结果。种子表面微形态特征所揭示的Schisandra属与Kadsura属之间的关系,与花粉形态所揭示的两属关系极其相似,即两属可能起源于共同的祖先,分别沿两条不同路线演化,但亦不能排除两属间有更复杂的关系的可能性。Kadsura属的总体演化水平高于Schisandra属,因而不支持认为Kadsura属比Schisandra属原始的观点。  相似文献

Pollen morphology of 91 samples, representing 23 species, 6 varieties and 1 form of the Schisandraceae, was examined under light microscope (LM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Palynological data of 5 species, 4 varieties and 1 form are reported for the first time. The pollen grains are monads, heteropolar, radiosymmetric and oblate to peroblate in shape. Arrangement of their colpi is unique in angiosperms. The pollen grains can be divided into two types according to the number of their clopi: the tricolpate pollen type and the hexacolpate pollen type. The exine sculpturing is reticulate. The size of luminae and the breadth of muri are correlated with the floral morphology of the hisandraceae to a certain extent. Our results do not support the division of the pollen grains of the Schisandraceae into 4 types according to the size of inae as proposed by Praglowski. There is also still room of discussion about his conclusion that the pole where the three longer colpi converge is the distal pole. The evolutionary trends of the pollen grains of the Schisandraceae seem to be from fewer to more in the number of colpi, and from smaller to larger in the size of luminae. The view that Kadsura is more primitive than Schisnadra is not supported by palynological data; on the contrary, Kadsura seems to be more advanced than Schisandra at the general level of evolution. The two genera may be closely related, and might have originated from a common ancestor and then evolved parallelly along two different routes.  相似文献

首次报道了兰科的手参属Gymnadenia国产5种植物花粉形态的研究结果,并与邻近的兜被兰属Neottianthe花粉进行了对比研究。前者花上块形状大多不规则,少数为三棱体形;而后者花粉小块大多形状为三棱锥体形,少数形状不规则。手参属花粉外壁表面具很细微的小穿孔、皱波状,小穴和小穿孔与沟渠状纹饰共存,或沟渠状等。而兜被兰属外壁表面纹饰明显,具有5种类型:(1)小穿孔,(2)表面近光滑,(3)沟渠状  相似文献

A palynological survey, including LM, SEM and TEM is presented for eight genera, nine species and 76 samples of the Monotropoideae which is composed of 10 genera and 13 species. On the basis of the aperture number and shape, the following six pollen types are recognized: 1) 3-colp(oroid) ate—Allotropa, 2) 2-colpor(oid)ate—Monotropsis andHemitomes, 3) 4-colpor(oid)ate—Pterospora, Sarcodes andPleuricospora, 4) 2- and 3-colpor(oid)ate—Monotropa hypopitys, 5) 3-colporate and-porate —Monotropa uniflora, 6) 3- to 4- porate—Monotropastrum humile. Relationships among taxa within the Monotropoideae are illustrated on the palynological characters including the aperture type, exine sculpture and structure. Both pollen grains with two and four apertures have evolved independently from pollen grains with three apertures, according to the infraspecific variation of aperture numbers and the usual occurrence of three-aperturate pollen grains in the Ericaceae. 3-colp(oroid)ate pollen ofAllotropa is the most primitive and occupies an isolated position in the subfamily, on the other hand 3- to 4-porate pollen ofMonotropastrum humile is most advanced in the subfamily, probably even in the Ericaceae. A reduced sexine inMonotropastrum humile appears to be a specialized pollen character. Infraspecific geographical difference in palynological characters is revealed in two species ofMonotropa for the first time.M. hypopitys is basically characterized by pollen grains with two apertures in the New World vs. three apertures in the Old World.M. uniflora is basically characterized by 3-porate pollen in the New World vs. 3-colporate in the Old World. Studied in this work was seed morphology of the genus Plantago (2 subgenera, 8 sections, 17 species and 1 variety )in China. The sculpture was observed under scanning election microscope. Four forms of seed morphology are recognized as follows: (1)Multi-angular type: seeds are variously angulate, yellow-brown or black, 6-30 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture ranges from reticulate to papillate. It occurs in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Polyneuron: P. scheideri, P. denstflorus, P. major, P. hostifolia, P. asiatica, P. erosa and P. centralis. (2) Navicular type: seeds are navicular, yellow, brown to black, 2 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture is reticulate. It was found in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Novorbis: P. virginica; Sect. Arnoglossum: P. lanceolata; Sect. Leucopsyllium: P. minuta, P. lessingii and P. aristata and Subgen. Psyllium Sect. Psyllium: P. indica. (3)Ovoid type: seeds are long-ovoid, yellow-brown, black and lustrous. Seed-coat sculpture scali-ratiform. P. maxima in Subgen. Plantago Sect. Lamprosantha belongs to this type. (4)Recti-circular type: seeds are recti-circular, yellow-brown, black, 1-2 or 4-5 in a fruit; seed-coat sculpture is reticulate and papillate. It was found in P. maritima var. salsa of Subgen. Plantago Sect. Coronopus and P. depressa, P. camtschatica and P. arachnoidea of Sect. Mesembrynia. The seed morphology and seed-coat sculture exhibit specific characters, by which some of confused species can be clarified and a new species, P. densiflorus J. Z. Liu. is established. The present author’s seed morphology classification is in accordance with Pilger’s systemof the genus, which was established using other features.  相似文献

算盘子属是一个分类较为困难的大类群,全世界超过300种,其中众多物种间的界定至今颇存争议。本研究在野外考察及对馆藏标本查阅的基础上,对中国算盘子属21种1变种的果实形态进行了仔细观察和研究。结果显示,该属物种果实被毛情况、果实大小、宿存花柱、纵沟深浅和数目等形态特征在种间具有很高的多样性,可用于对不同物种的鉴别,具有一定的分类学价值。基于果实形态特征提供了这21种1变种的分类检索表。  相似文献

Seeds of 30 species of Moehringia and 12 representatives of the Caryophyllaceae were examined with the Scanning Electron Microscope. High diversity was found in seed coat micromorphology, and a number of novel morphological features have been observed. Comparison with other representatives of the Caryophyllaceae has provided new insight into the potential taxonomic value of discrete morphological characters. Though many characters appear informative within Moehringia, they are affected by a high level of homoplasy when considered in a wider phylogenetic context. Smooth seed is the common condition in Moehringia, except for Eastern Balkan and Iberian species that maintain a secondary ornamentation of the testa cells resembling the plesiomorphic Caryophyllaceae-type. Five types of strophioles were recognized, in accordance with previous literature. Among these, the strophiole of the Iberian species appears very distinctive and a proper strophiole could not be verified in M. glochidisperma and M. fontqueri.  相似文献
