本试验对鲜蕨和盐渍蕨菜中的氨基酸,γ-氨基丁酸,无机元素的含量进行了比较分析,结果表明,两个样品中均含有16种以上的氨基酸,7种人体必需的微量元素,5种常量元素。其中盐渍蕨中的总氨基酸,必需氨基酸以及具有重要药理活性的微量元素(Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn等)的含量均高于鲜蕨,而鲜蕨中的γ-氨基丁酸的含量却明显的高于盐渍蕨。  相似文献

海南野生石斛中必需微量元素与必需氨基酸的分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
本文对几种海南野生石斛(红头金石斛、重唇石斛、流苏金石斛、华石斛、密花石斛、刀叶石斛)及人工栽培的金钗石斛,进行了人体及植物必需微量元素和人体必需氨基酸的含量分析.结果表明:每种石斛中均含有植物和人体所需的7种微量元素和7种人体必需氨基酸,其中流苏金石斛的微量元素和氨基酸含量均高于其他种.人工栽培的金钗石斛其微量元素和氨基酸含量与海南野生石斛比较,差异不大,仅在Fe、Mn两个元素均低于野生种.本文还进行了植物必需微量元素与必需氨基酸相关性的讨论.  相似文献

在人体和动植物的生长发育过程中,铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)、硒(Se)3种微量元素起着重要的作用。为了提高小麦籽粒中Fe、Zn、Se元素的含量及进一步分析叶面喷施Fe、Zn、Se肥及其组合对籽粒中Fe、Zn、Se以及其他矿物元素含量的影响,并寻求生产上最适宜的叶面喷施组合,采用不同浓度的硫酸亚铁(Fe肥)、硫酸锌(Zn肥)和亚硒酸钠(Se肥)及其组合对小麦品种北京0045(BJ0045)进行叶面喷施处理。结果表明,叶面喷施Fe、Zn、Se肥均能显著提高BJ0045籽粒中Fe、Zn、Se元素的含量;Fe与Se能够相互促进吸收,Zn能够促进Se与Fe的吸收,Se对Zn有抑制作用;不同的叶面喷施组合处理中,Fe/Zn/Se三者混合肥的使用能显著提高籽粒中Fe、Zn、Se元素的含量,同时发现不同的叶面喷施组合的施用对籽粒中Ca、Mg、Cu、Mn、P矿物元素的吸收也有不同的影响。  相似文献

用氨基酸分析仪、原子吸收分光光度计,对江西黄毛楤木中的营养成份进行分析研究。分别测定黄毛楤木根皮中氨基酸及微量元素含量。结果显示黄毛楤木根皮中含有16种氨基酸,总量为4.57mg·g-1,人体必需的8种氨基酸齐全,质量分数为1.71mg·g-1,占氨基酸总量的37.33%;含有多种人体必需的微量元素和宏量元素,尤其是zn,cu,K,Mg含量较其它种楤木要高。江西黄毛楤木富含氨基酸、微量元素,营养成分丰富,作为一种营养、保健、医药资源大有开发利用价值。  相似文献

锌(zinc, Zn)和铁(iron, Fe)是水稻(Oryza sativa L.)生长必需的矿质元素,也是人体必需的微量元素。水稻体内Zn、Fe含量维持在适宜水平有利于提高其产量和品质,提高稻米中Zn、Fe含量能够在一定程度上解决人体Zn、Fe营养缺乏的问题。因此,研究水稻中Zn和Fe等微量元素转运蛋白的具体功能对于提高水稻产量和稻米品质具有重要意义。锌铁转运蛋白(zinc-regulated transporters and iron-regulated transporter-like protein, ZIP)负责Zn和Fe等离子的吸收、转运和分配,是维持水稻中Zn和Fe平衡的重要转运蛋白,其表达水平受Zn和Fe水平影响。ZIP基因家族在自然群体中具有丰富的等位变异,而且某些单倍型存在明显的籼粳分化,这可能造成了不同品种间籼、粳稻中Zn和Fe积累的差异。目前,已有大量关于ZIP基因家族的研究,但只有OsZIP3的作用机制研究的较为清楚。另外,对Zn、Fe在籽粒中的积累机制研究和自然群体中ZIP基因的等位变异研究还不够深入。因此,ZIP转运蛋白家族仍存在较大的研究空间。本文详细介绍了ZIP转运蛋白在水稻体内的亚细胞定位、表达模式、转运机制以及在自然群体中的等位变异等,以期为研究水稻稻米微量元素的积累提供理论基础,为提高稻米品质提供借鉴。  相似文献

目的:通过测定延龄草中微量元素的含量,发挥延龄草的药用和食用价值.方法:采用干法灰化处理样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定延龄草中微量元素的含量.结果:延龄草中9种微量元素含量分别是:Zn 20.00 mg/kg,Fe 95.5 mg/kg,Cu 7.5 mg/kg,Mn 11.75 mg/kg,Cd 0.02 mg/kg,Cr 0.0955 mg/kg,Co 0.0075 mg/kg,Pb 0.01175 mg/kg,Ni 0.07275mg/kg.结论:延龄草中人体必需的微量元素Zn、Fe、Mn的含量较高,有害元素Pb、Cd等的含量很低.  相似文献

对藜的营养成分进行了测定并对其作为新型蔬菜进行了评价。藜具有较高含量的维生素C,β-胡萝 卜素,以及Fe、Zn、Mn和Cu等微量元素,氨基酸的种类达17种,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸。藜种子中粗脂 肪的含量是16.4%,含有多种油酸,其中亚油酸和亚麻酸是人体必需脂肪酸,尤其是亚油酸含量高达 53.86%。还讨论了藜的生物学特性、对环境的适应性及食用处理方法。并认为藜是一种很有开发利用前景 的野生蔬菜资源。  相似文献

测定了云南高黎贡山管花鹿药茎叶的营养成分 ,并与常见蔬菜及一些粮谷类食物进行了比较 ,结果显示 :管花鹿药茎叶含多种营养成分 ,干品蛋白质含量高达 4 4 92 %、氨基酸含量为 2 6 4 %、含有多种人体必需的常微量元素 ,矿质元素含量呈十分典型的高钾低钠特点 :钾含量高达 395 0mg/kg ,而钠含量仅为 0 14mg/kg ,Fe、Mn、Zn等元素含量也较高 ,具有较高的营养价值和良好的营养保健作用  相似文献

BackgroundThe existing data demonstrate that both trace elements and amino acids play a significant role in neurodevelopment and brain functioning. Certain studies have demonstrated alteration of micronutrient status in children with cerebral palsy, although multiple inconsistencies exist.The objectiveof the present study was to assess serum trace element and mineral, as well as amino acid levels in children with cerebral palsy.Methods71 children with cerebral palsy (39 boys and 32 girls, 5.7 ± 2.3 y.o.) and 84 healthy children (51 boys and 33 girls, 5.4 ± 2.3 y.o.) were enrolled in the present study. Serum trace element and mineral levels were assessed using inductively-coupled plasma mass-spectrometry (ICP-MS). Amino acid profile was evaluated by means of high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC).ResultsChildren with cerebral palsy are characterized by significantly lower Cu and Zn levels by 6% and 8%, whereas serum I concentration exceeded the control values by 7%. A tendency to increased serum Mn and Se levels was also observed in patients with cerebral palsy. Serum citrulline, leucine, tyrosine, and valine levels were 15 %, 23 %, 15 %, and 11 % lower than those in healthy controls. Nearly twofold lower levels of serum proline were accompanied by a 44 % elevation of hydroxyproline concentrations when compared to the control values. In multiple regression model serum I, Zn, and hydroxyproline levels were found to be independently associated with the presence of cerebral palsy. Correlation analysis demonstrated a significant correlation between Cu, Mn, Se, I, and Zn levels with hydroxyproline and citrulline concentrations.ConclusionThe observed alterations in trace element and amino acid metabolism may contribute to neurological deterioration in cerebral palsy. However, the cross-sectional design of the study does not allow to estimate the causal trilateral relationships between cerebral palsy, altered trace element, and amino acid metabolism.  相似文献

Trace elements are essential for normal brain functions. Tiny amounts of these elements help in the formation of neurotransmitters and involved in the antioxidant defense and intracellular redox regulation and modulation of neural cells. Vincamine is a plant alkaloid used clinically as a peripheral vasodilator that increases cerebral blood flow and oxygen and glucose utilization by neural tissue to combat the effect of aging. Neurodegenerative diseases associated with aging characterized by a disturbance in trace element levels in the brain. The objective of this study was to determine the level of zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), iron (Fe), Selenium (Se), and chromium (Cr) in the brain of rats treated with vincamine. Vincamine was injected i.m. to rats at a dose of 15 mg/Kg bodyweight daily for 14 days. Twenty-four hours after the last injection, rats were killed, and brains were ashed and digested by concentrated acids and analyzed for trace elements concentrations by flame emission atomic absorption spectrophotometer. The results showed that Zn was the highest trace element in the brain of control rats (3.134?±?0.072 ppm) and Cr was the lowest (0.386?±?0.027 ppm). Vincamine administration significantly (p?<?0.01) reduced the brain Fe concentration (1.393?±?0.165 ppm) compared to control (2.807?±?0.165 ppm). It was concluded that Zn was the highest trace element in the brain of rats. Vincamine administration resulted in approximately 50% reduction in brain Fe concentration which suggests its beneficial effect to prevent the oxidative stress of Fe in neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and Huntington’s diseases.  相似文献

Zinc is an essential trace element in the human body and it participates in various pathways of metabolism. Cordyceps sinensis is a wellknown traditional Chinese medicine that contains cordycepin, cordycepic polysaccharides, proteins, vitamins, trace elements, and many other biological active materials. In this study, we cultured C. sinensis in liquid medium containing Zn ions and then analyzed the biomass, the ratios of total Zn accumulation, and the organic Zn content in the mycelia. The results showed that when the media contain 150 mg/L Zn, the biomass of mycelia of C. sinensis reached 10.7 g/L and the Zn content present in the mycelia reached 4875.1 microg/g. The percentage of Zn accumulated in the mycelia was 34.05% of the total Zn in the media, of which the organic Zn accounted for 76.33%. The results also revealed that the content of total amino acid (TAA) and essential amino acid (EAA) in the mycelia were increased substantially TAA and EAA in the Zn-treated mycelia were 11.1% and 15.2% higher, respectively, than that in the mycelia without Zn treatment. These results will be useful for elucidation of the physiological mechanism of Zn effects on the biological metabolism in the mycelia of C. sinensis.  相似文献

Brain, liver, kidney and muscles demonstrate significant changes in essential trace element (Cu, Zn, Mn and Fe) level in adult female mice given 30, 60 and 120 ppm sodium fluoride (NaF) in drinking water. These changes involve excess removal or accumulation of these trace elements in respective tissues. Changes observed were dose dependent and significant at 120 ppm NaF concentration in drinking water.  相似文献

Trace element studies were carried out on four species of Fusarium: F. moniliforme, F. solani, F. poae and F. bulbigenum. Out of fifteen trace elements tested, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Mo and B were found to be essential for growth and sporulation of all these species of Fusarium. Optimum concentrations in ppm of essential trace elements of these fungi were as follows: F. moniliforme Fe 1.0, Zn 0.1, Mn 0.1, Cu 0.1, Mo 0.1, B 1.0-10.0; F. solani Fe 1.0, Zn 10.0, Mn 0.1, Cu 0.01, Mo 1.0, B 0.1; F. poae Fe 1.0, Zn 0.1, Mn 0.1, Cu 1.0, Mo 0.1, B0.1, F. bulbigneum Fe 10.0, Zn 1.0, Mn 1.0, Cu 1.0, Mo 0.01, B 1.0. 目的:探讨微量元素五项联合红细胞四项检测在小儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)中的诊断价值。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年1月于我院进行治疗的小儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)患儿130例作为缺铁性贫血(IDA)组及同期于我院进行常规体检的健康儿童40例作为对照组。检测和比较其钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均血红蛋白含量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)水平,并比较微量元素五项、红细胞四项检查以及两者联合对IDA患儿的诊断效能。结果:缺铁性贫血(IDA)组患儿微量元素镁、铁、锌含量以及Hb、MCV、MCH及MCHC水平均明显低于对照组儿童,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组儿童微量元素钙、铜含量比较差异不显著(P0.05)。微量元素五项联合红细胞四项的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值均明显高于微量元素五项和红细胞四项(P0.05)。结论:IDA患儿微量元素镁、铁、锌含量以及Hb、MCV、MCH及MCHC水平较低,微量元素五项联合红细胞四项检测可以提高小儿IDA的检出率。  相似文献

目的:了解青岛地区2010年儿童体内微量元素水平。方法:随机抽样2010年来我院健康查体的2044例儿童,分别测量末梢血Cu、Zu、Ca、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd 7种元素水平,将结果按年龄分组进行统计分析。结果:各年龄段儿童均无Cu、Mg两种元素的缺乏和Cd元素的超标;Zn、Ca、Fe三种元素在不同年龄段儿童中均有不同程度缺乏,且含量及缺乏率的差异在不同年龄段均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pb仅有22个超标。结论:微量元素整体水平不容乐观,并且不同年龄段儿童中的含量水平及缺乏程度差异较大,了解这种年龄差异对指导不同时期儿童的保健工作有重要意义。  相似文献
