The authors carried out a cytogenetic examination of chromosomal aberrations of peripheral lymphocytes (100 cells evaluated in each sample) with simultaneous monitoring of the level of exposure by means of determination of nickel in the urine, serum and hair. The series included 21 workers occupationally exposed to nickel at two workshops producing NiO (6 persons) and NiSO4 (15 persons) in a chemical plant. At the same time a comparable control group, i.e., 19 workers of the same chemical plant but without any direct occupational nickel exposure (clerks, service men, etc.), were examined in the same way. In the exposed group chromosomal aberrations of peripheral lymphocytes were detected with an average value of 6.41 +/- 1.9% (range 2-14%); in the group producing NiO it was, on the average, 9.5 +/- 3.2% (range 7-14%) whereas in the NiSO4 production workers it was only 5.2 +/- 1.9% (range 2-10%). There was a dependence of chromosomal aberrations of peripheral lymphocytes on the exposure time and on the nickel content of the biological material. Significantly increased values (in contrast to the normal value of chromosomal aberrations of peripheral lymphocytes, up to 2%) were detected in the control group as well (average value of 4.05 +/- 2.27%, range 1-10%). The authors explain this fact by the nickel-polluted environment of the whole observed chemical plant.  相似文献

A cytogenetic study was conducted for the first time on human populations neighboring the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site (STS) and exposed to ionizing radiation for a long period of time. In populations with the extreme and maximum radiation risks, high frequencies of radiation-induced chromosomal markers, including acentric fragments (1.99 +/- 0.10 per 100 cells), dicentrics (0.23 +/- 0.01), ring chromosomes (0.38 +/- 0.14), and stable chromosomal aberrations (1.17 +/- 0.02), were found. These frequencies significantly exceeded those in control populations. The spectrum of chromosomal aberrations and the frequencies of the aberrations of different types in persons living in the areas with the highest radionuclide contamination confirmed the mutagenic effect of radiation on chromosomes in the human populations studied.  相似文献

To evaluate the possible genetic consequences of the industrial exposure among the vulcanizers of a rubber plant we measured the in vivo levels of chromosomal aberrations and sister-chromatid exchanges in peripheral lymphocytes of 34 vulcanizers and in an adequate control population. The observed chromosomal aberration frequencies were 1.9 +/- 1.4 aberrations/100 cells in the exposed group and 2.1 +/- 1.5 aberrations/100 cells in the controls. No difference was found between the two groups for the mean value of sister-chromatid exchanges (5.2 +/- 1.3 in the exposed, 5.2 +/- 0.7 in the control group). Cigarette-smoking was clearly associated with increased sister-chromatid exchange frequencies both in the exposed and in the control groups, while chromosomal aberration frequencies were not correlated with smoking habits.  相似文献

Sister-chromatid exchanges (SCE) and chromosomal aberrations were studied in a population of floriculturists occupationally exposed to organophosphorus, carbamate and organochlorine pesticides. Blood samples from 36 individuals from a community of 154 persons of asiatic origin were obtained. Among the group sampled, 21 individuals exhibited at least one symptom of chronic intoxication. SCE analysis was performed in 14 symptomatic and 13 asymptomatic persons. The asymptomatic group showed a SCE frequency of 5.47 +/- 1.03 and the symptomatic group a frequency of 6.45 +/- 1.19. Comparison between both groups with the Mann-Whitney 'U' test revealed a significant difference (p 0.0409). Case-control analysis of 9 pairs matched by sex and age also showed significant differences between both groups (p 0.0104). In contrast, the frequencies of chromosomal aberrations were not correlated with intoxication symptomatology, though a significant increment of exchange-type aberrations in relation to a group of non floriculturists was observed in the population studied.  相似文献

The studies were conducted among 39 people (29 women and 10 men) operating X-ray equipment in radiology institutes and comparisons were made in the following schemes: A/ Group of persons operating the X-ray equipment (39 persons) and control group (18 persons). B/ A subgroup of persons that had been operating radiology equipment for > 5 years (29 workers was separated) and the results were compared with those for the subgroup of persons working < 5 years (10 workers). C/ Among the workers a subgroup of women (29) was separated and the results were compared with those for the subgroup of men (10 men). The following investigations were carried out: 1./ The absolute number of neutrophils in peripheral blood. 2./ Neutrophil adherence to fibres. 3./ Evaluation of CD 11b/CD 18 adhesion molecules expression on the surface of neutrophils. 4./ Evaluation of fibronectin concentration in serum. In the group A of the employees examined who operated X-ray units compared with the control group, the statistically significant decrease in the percentage of peripheral blood neutrophils showing adherence was observed and statistically significant decrease in median value and decrease of "Peak" value from the curve of the CD 18 adhesion molecule expression was detected and amounted to respectively: 91.0 +/- 4.26% adhering neutrophils in workers operating X-ray units and 94.8 +/- 2.98% in control group; values of median 120 +/- 4 in workers and 123 +/- 3 in control group in logarithmic scale; values of "Peak" 120 +/- 4 in workers and 123 +/- 3 in control group in logarithmic scale. Our own testing results show that the adherence properties of the peripheral blood neutrophils taken from X-ray operators are independent of the length of employment period and of the sex of the persons tested.  相似文献

We have examined the spontaneous and X-radiation-induced chromosomal damage in normal humans and in patients with retinoblastoma using the BudR-Giemsa technique in lymphocytes cultured for 48 h. 9 sporadic unilateral non-hereditary cases, 11 hereditary cases (8 bilateral sporadic and 3 unilateral hereditary cases) and 20 healthy individuals were studied simultaneously. No difference in the spontaneous frequency of chromatid and chromosome aberrations was observed between patients and controls. After treatment with 150 rad the frequency of chromosome exchange aberrations was higher in unilateral hereditary cases than the controls (42.0% +/- 5.3 and 22.3% +/- 2.6 respectively; p = 0.05). In bilateral sporadic retinoblastoma 2 different groups were observed. A hypersensitive group showed a significant increment in radiation-induced chromosomal exchange aberrations over the control group (46.2% +/- 5.4 and 24.2% +/- 2.1 respectively; p = 0.01). The other group had a chromosomal exchange frequency similar to normal individuals (26.5% +/- 2.0 and 24.2% +/- 0.4 respectively; p = 0.10). Sporadic unilateral non-hereditary retinoblastoma had an exchange chromosomal aberration frequency similar to control individuals (26.1% +/- 2.8 and 24.6% +/- 2.7 respectively; p greater than 0.10). These results suggest that: There is no relationship between spontaneous chromosome fragility and retinoblastoma. Sporadic unilateral non-hereditary retinoblastoma has normal chromosome sensitivity to X-irradiation. Some hereditary cases of retinoblastoma are sensitive to X-rays while others behave like normals. A mutation or a submicroscopic deletion at a DNA repair locus which is independent of the retinoblastoma gene may cause this radiosensitivity.  相似文献

The frequency of translocations detected by FISH in lymphocytes of control donors increases with age as a quadratic function. This process is faster in persons previously exposed to low doses of radiation. It means that translocation frequency can be used as a measure of biological age. Moreover, translocation frequency should be taken into account in biological reconstruction of absorbed doses. The frequencies of dicentrics detected by FIGH and FPG linearly increase with age in both groups, and this process occurs at equal rates during natural and radiation-induced aging. The age-dependent increase in the frequency of translocations exceeds the increase in dicentrics. The radiation sensitivity of lymphocytes estimated from the frequency of in vitro induced chromosomal aberrations tends to increase with age in the control group and decreases significantly in the group exposed to radiation; i.e., low-dose preexposure alters the pattern of the age dependence of radiation sensitivity in lymphocytes in vitro.  相似文献

Chromosome analysis using a single-color FISH technique to paint three pairs of chromosomes was undertaken on a group of 46 retired plutonium workers with assessed bone marrow doses >60 mSv, 34 of whom were categorized as having robust dosimetry and 12 for whom internal doses were considered less reliable. Comparisons were made with a group of 34 workers with negligible radiation exposure and a group of 34 workers with similar recorded external gamma-ray doses but negligible internal dose. The simple translocation frequency of 17.65 +/- 1.96 x 10(-3) per genome equivalent for the 34 plutonium workers with robust dosimetry was significantly increased in comparison with that of 10.06 +/- 1.16 x 10(-3) per genome equivalent for the unirradiated control group (P = <0.001) and that of 13.55 +/- 1.43 x 10(-3) per genome equivalent for the group with similar external gamma-ray exposure (P = 0.012). Thus, although in vitro studies have indicated that the majority of alpha-particle-irradiated cells suffer complex non-transmissible chromosome damage, in vivo a significant proportion survive with simple exchanges that can be passed on to descendant cells. In contrast, the three groups demonstrated no significant differences in stable complex aberrations. No evidence of an increase in dicentrics or unstable complex aberrations associated with plutonium exposure was observed, and it can therefore be assumed that there is little, if any, ongoing irradiation of mature lymphocytes. The translocation frequency of 12.08 +/- 1.92 x 10(-3) per genome equivalent for the group of 12 plutonium workers with less reliable internal dosimetry could adequately be accounted for by age and external dose and indicates that the internal bone marrow doses are likely to have been overestimated. Cytogenetic analysis can therefore make a valuable contribution to the validation of internal doses from plutonium deposition.  相似文献

Published data concerning the effects of indoor radon exposure on the frequency of chromosome aberrations in peripheral lymphocytes of residents are contradictory. Possible reasons for this may be the low radon concentration in dwellings and/or the limited number of investigated persons. We therefore studied the relationship of domestic radon exposure and the occurrence of chromosome aberrations in peripheral lymphocytes in 61 persons living in houses with radon concentrations from 80 up to 13,000 Bq/m3. We analyzed 60,000 cells from fluorescence plus Giemsa (FPG)-stained slides. It could be clearly demonstrated that in groups of persons living in dwellings with indoor radon concentrations >200 Bq/m3 the number of cells containing dicentrics and/or centric rings (C(dic + cr)) (2.45 +/- 0.50 x 10(-3)) was significantly increased (p < 0.05) in comparison to the control level (1.03 +/- 0.15 x 10(-3)). However, there was no difference in the mean frequency of C(dic + cr) between the groups living in dwellings with higher radon concentrations. Using the fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique for the detection of translocations, we analyzed 23,315 cells in 16 persons of the highest exposed group (>5,000 Bq/m3). The observed frequency of translocations was 3.9 +/- 0.64 x 10(-3). In comparison to the control group (2.02 +/- 0.18 x 10(-3)), there was a slight but not statistically significant increase in the exposed group (P = 0.055). If, however, the age of the examined persons is taken into account, the values are significantly increased (P < 0.05) in the exposed persons older than 40 years in comparison to the age-matched controls. Since most of the translocations were found in stable cells, it is concluded that translocations are also induced in blood-forming tissue and are transmitted to peripheral blood.  相似文献

Recombinogenic activity of five pesticides (dimatyph, endosulfan, cypermethrin, picloram and crotoxyphos) has been studied on yeasts Saccharomyces cerevisiae under conditions of metabolic activation and without it. Treatment of yeasts by microsomal activating mixtures (S9 fractions of hens and rats) promoted no formation of active metabolites. Active pesticides (dimatyph, endosulfan, picloram) under conditions of metabolic activation induced the detoxication process.  相似文献

A pathogen which has been shown to commonly contaminate in vitro bovine embryo production system is bovine pestivirus (bovine viral diarrhea virus). Three experiments were designed to evaluate the in vitro maturation (experiment I), fertilization (experiment II) and embryo development (experiment III) of immature oocytes, inseminated oocytes and presumptive zygotes in the presence of a bovine pestivirus (non-cytopathic, nCP type 1). The virus inoculum used was derived from a persistently infected cow. In experiment I, follicular oocytes (n=1257) recovered from slaughterhouse derived ovaries were randomly assigned to either a control group (n=578) which did not become exposed to bovine pestivirus and a treatment group (n=679) which was inoculated with bovine pestivirus (2.20-3.69 log(10) TCID(50)/50 microl) at the time of commencement of in vitro maturation. Overall, there was no significant difference between the control and pestivirus inoculated oocytes in either the cumulus cell expansion rate (79+/-7.5% versus 74+/-10.7%) or the nuclear maturation rate (89+/-4.8% versus 85+/-7.4%), respectively. In experiment II, in vitro matured oocytes (n=607) were inseminated either in the absence (control; n=301) or the presence of bovine pestivirus (4-4.6 log(10) TCID(50)/50 microl; n=306). A significant (P<0.01) reduction in the overall number of fertilized oocytes with two well formed male and female pronuclei was observed in the treatment group compared to the control group (58.5+/-5.8% versus 73.3+/-3.6%, respectively). In experiment III, after in vitro maturation and fertilization, presumptive zygotes were randomly assigned to either a control group (n=139) which was not exposed to bovine pestivirus or a treatment group which was inoculated with bovine pestivirus (2.97-4.47 log(10) TCID(50)/30 microl; n=139). The zygotes were then cultured under mineral oil in an atmosphere of 88% N(2), 7% O(2) and 5% CO(2) at 39 degrees C. The morphologic appearance of the embryos was assessed 48 h after the commencement of culture, and then every 48 h up to days 7-8 after insemination. The 22% (31/139) and 3.6% (5/139) of the presumptive zygotes developed to the morula or blastocyst stage in the control and the bovine pestivirus inoculated groups, respectively (P<0.001). This study demonstrates that bovine pestivirus has a significant detrimental effect on in vitro fertilization and early in vitro embryo development.  相似文献

Fumagillin is a naturally secreted antibiotic of the fungus Aspergillus fumigatus. It is used in veterinary medicine against microsporidiosis of bees and fish. In this study, the genotoxicity of fumagillin (in the form of fumagillin dicyclohexylamine) was evaluated in mouse bone-marrow cells using the mitotic index (MI), the chromosome aberration (CA) assay, and the micronucleus (MN) test. Fumagillin was administered to BALB/c mice by gavage, at doses of 25, 50, 75 mg/kg body weight (bw), repeated for 7 days at 24-h intervals, with water-sugar syrup as a negative control and cyclophosphamide (40 mg/kg bw) as a positive control. All experimental doses of fumagillin induced a significant decrease (p<0.001) in MI (3.47+/-0.04%, 3.17+/-0.01%, and 2.27+/-0.02%, respectively) in comparison with the negative control (6.00+/-0.01%). Fumagillin significantly (p<0.001) increased the frequency of MN (4.98+/-0.35, 8.45+/-0.57, and 12.02+/-0.37, respectively) over negative control (1.04+/-0.28). Significantly increased frequencies (p<0.01 or p<0.001) of numerical chromosomal aberrations (aneuploidies and polyploidies) and structural chromosomal aberrations such as gaps, breaks, and centric rings were observed at the highest experimental dose of fumagillin (75 mg/kg bw) compared with the negative control. However, with respect to the induction of Robertsonian translocations, both the intermediate (50 mg/kg bw) and highest (75 mg/kg bw) experimental dose caused a significant (p<0.001) increase (7.12+/-0.26 and 9.00+/-0.10, respectively) in comparison with the negative control (0.00+/-0.00). Chromosomes 4 and 19 participated in these Robertsonian translocations. Regarding total cytogenetic changes, a significant increase (p<0.001) was observed in both the intermediate dose group (17.36+/-1.83) and the highest dose group (59.49+/-1.92) compared with the negative control (7.00+/-1.35). These results suggest that fumagillin has genotoxic (clastogenic) potential in mammals in vivo.  相似文献

There are a few studies with conflicting results on the effects of opioids on the functioning of immune system. This study was performed to investigate the in vitro production of interferon-gamma and interleukin-10 after antigenic stimulation of cells using whole blood from opioid addicts. Blood samples were taken from 20 chronically opioid-addicted persons, who voluntarily enrolled for detoxification (10 opium and 10 heroin addicts). Blood samples were also taken from 10 healthy individuals with no history of drug abuse as the control. Cell culture was performed in a whole blood culture assay. Diluted blood samples were stimulated with phytohemagglutinin or with lipopolysaccharide and the supernatants were collected to measure cytokine production. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in interferon-gamma production and an increase in interleukin-10 secretion in heroin addicts, relative to the control group (35.9+/-26.3 versus 110.2+/-60.3 pg/mL, p<0.01 and 71.8+/-28.4 versus 17.1+/-13.5 pg/mL, p<0.01, respectively), however the changes in these values in opium addicts were not significant compared to healthy individuals. The results could suggest that opioid addiction leads to a shift in the Th1/Th2 cytokine balance of peripheral CD4+ cells towards the Th2 response, and opioid addicts demonstrate reduced mitogenic responsiveness of lymphocytes relative to healthy individuals.  相似文献

Radiological personnel represent workers exposed to low cumulative doses of radiation. As their surveillance is generally based on physical dosimetry, there is little or inconclusive information on biological effects due to radiation exposure at these doses. We aimed to explore the extent of chromosomal damage in circulating lymphocytes of hospital workers (technicians, nurses and physicians) chronically exposed to a very low level of radiation using conventional and molecular cytogenetic analyses (chromosome painting with chromosomes #2, #3 and #10 as probe cocktail). Compared with controls, exposed workers displayed a significant increase in the frequency of aberrant lymphocytes (1.26+/-0.11/100 cells versus 1.63+/-0.17/100 cells). In particular, exposed technicians showed significantly higher mean values than nurses or physicians (3.68+/-1.17/100 cells versus 1.36+/-0.18/100 cells and 1.36+/-0.09/100 cells, respectively). Interestingly, we found that the chromosomal damage was prevalently expressed as chromatid-type aberrations. Chromosome painting indicated that the frequency of chromosome rearrangements (CR; translocations and dicentrics pooled together) was approximately comparable between radiological workers and the control group. Moreover, we did not detect any significant difference due to radiation exposure when CR rates were considered separately for each of the three chromosomes in the probe cocktail.  相似文献

The pathogenesis of arterial hypertension in autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is complex and likely dependent on interaction of hemodynamic, endocrine and neurogenic factors. We decided to evaluate the role of endothelin (ET1) and nitric oxide (NO) in the regulation of arterial blood pressure (BP) and to determine plasma levels of ET1 and NO in the group of patients with ADPKD. The ADPKD group (18 patients, 6 men + 12 women, mean age 44.6+/-11.7 years, with creatinine clearancecorrig > 1.1 ml/s) was compared with a control group of 27 healthy volunteers of comparable age. Plasma levels of ET1 assessed by direct RIA determination in the group of ADPKD patients (11.03+/-1.8 fmol/ml) were significantly increased (p<0.001) in comparison with the control group (2.66+/-0.58 fmol/ml), while no significant differences were observed between normotensive and hypertensive patients in the ADPKD group. Serum levels of NO were evaluated according to the determination of serum levels of their metabolites - nitrites/nitrates. Serum levels of NO in the group of ADPKD patients (39.85+/-.38 micro mol/l) were significantly higher (p<0.05) in comparison with the control group (22.7+/-1.20 micro mol/l), whereas in the ADPKD group no significant differences were observed between normotensive and hypertensive patients. Thus, our study supports the concept of complex alteration of both vasoconstrictor and vasodilator systems in the pathogenesis of arterial hypertension in ADPKD.  相似文献

It has been postulated that exposure to nitrous oxide and halogenated anaesthetics is associated with various adverse health effects such as neurological and reproductive abnormalities or impairment of hepatic functions. In spite of the quite well known genotoxic effects of exposure to nitrous oxide in vivo, the mechanisms of these effects are still not clear. The aim of this study was to assess the frequency of micronuclei and to identify the type of chromosomal damage (clastogenic or aneugenic) in peripheral blood lymphocytes of operating-room nurses exposed to nitrous oxide. The study group comprised 46 women working at departments where the concentration of nitrous oxide ranged from 14 to 2308 mg/m3. The control population was composed of 28 women employed in the same hospitals but in non-surgical departments. The clastogenic/aneugenic effect of nitrous oxide was evaluated in lymphocytes using the standard micronucleus (MN) assay in combination with the fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) technique with pancentromeric probes. The results show a significant increase of the MN frequency in lymphocytes of exposed nurses compared with the control group (4.36+/-2.23 versus 9.02+/-4.67). The multiple regression analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship (p=0.0009) between MN frequency and exposure status, indicating that the level of exposure was the main factor affecting chromosomal damage. As assessed by FISH analysis, the overall frequencies of centromere-positive MN in the control and exposed groups were 43 and 49%, respectively. The increase observed in the exposed group may suggest a slight, statistically insignificant pro-aneugenic effect of exposure to nitrous oxide.  相似文献

A study to assess chromosomal damage in persons with acute viral diseases was undertaken in view of conflicting reports in the literature concerning such damage. Forty children with measles, mumps, and chickenpox, or who had received measles vaccine, were investigated and compared with a control group of 12 children. Two-phase recollection micropuncture experiments were performed on female New Zealand rabbits to investigate the effect of flow rate (volume-expansion) compared to reabsorptive rate (furosemide) on calcium and sodium handling along the nephron. Group 1 (n = 6) rabbits represented nonvolume-expanded animals. Each experiment was conducted with a control phase followed by a second phase of furosemide administration (1 mg/kg/min). Group 2 rabbits (n = 6) were initially volume-expanded to 3% body weight with modified Ringers. The fractional excretion of sodium and calcium in the control phase of group I and II was 3 +/- 1 and 22 +/- 6% and 4 +/- 1 and 26 +/- 2%, respectively. Fractional excretion of sodium, calcium and magnesium rose after furosemide administration. The effect of volume expansion on sodium, calcium and magnesium remaining in the proximal tubule was relatively modest and not affected by furosemide. Our distal micropuncture data reveal that volume expansion has a greater inhibitory effect on fluid reabsorption at a site beyond the proximal micropuncture site (group 1, 9 +/- 2%, group 2,22 +/- 2%). After furosemide infusion, the amount of electrolytes remaining rose similarly in both groups; however, additional sodium and calcium reabsorption did not occur in the volume-expanded group in the final segment of the nephron. These results indicate that calcium reabsorption by the cortical terminal segment of the rabbits is passive similar to that suggested by the in vitro perfused study since no additional calcium reabsorption is seen in the volume-expanded rabbit.  相似文献

Chromosomal abnormalities in Day-6, in vitro-produced pig embryos   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
A cytogenetic study was undertaken to quantify, by chromosomal karyotyping, the incidence and type of chromosomal abnormalities present in Day-6 in vitro-produced (IVP) porcine embryos. Morphologically normal Day-6 blastocysts (n=318) were fixed and grouped into six classes according to the number of total cells (from < or =20 to 61-70). Of 248 embryos suitable for analysis, 97 (39.1%) displayed chromosomal abnormalities. The abnormalities included haploidy (9.3%), polyploidy (71.1%) and mixoploidy (19.6%). Within polyploid embryos, triploidy and tetraploidy showed the highest incidence (56.5 and 27.5%, respectively); among mixoploid embryos, diploid-triploid embryos (2n/3n) were prevalent (36.8%). Overall, the mean cell number was 34.3 +/- 12.1 and the mitotic index was 8.6 +/- 6.1. Chromosomally abnormal embryos had fewer (P<0.01) total cells compared to normal (2n) embryos (31.8 +/- 1.3 versus 35.9 +/- 1.0). In addition, the incidence of polyploidy decreased as the number of cells increased, while that of mixoploidy did not differ. These data indicate that polyploidy affects a large percentage of IVP porcine embryos capable of developing to blastocysts and the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities is much higher than that reported previously in in vivo embryos in this species. Given the ability of morphologically normal embryos with an abnormal chromosome complement to undergo preimplantation development in vitro, and the inability to identify blastocysts with abnormal karyotype without cytogenetic analysis, careful consideration should be given to factors affecting ploidy of IVP embryos, especially the incidence of polyspermic fertilization, when evaluating criteria of a porcine in vitro embryo production scheme.  相似文献

Lymphocytes from patients with Turner syndrome were irradiated with X-rays (200 rad) to determine the chromosomal aberration frequency in first-division metaphases. Five patients with 45,X karyotype; three 45,X/46,Xi(X)q mosaics; one 45,X/47,XXX mosaic and 9 female controls were studied. Patients with a 45,X karyotype exhibited a radioinduced chromosomal aberration frequency similar to controls (38.6 +/- 6.37 and 36.2 +/- 5.11 respectively; p = 0.42). In the mosaics, 45,X cells had a mean frequency of 38.75 +/- 2.16; 46,Xi(X)q cells a mean of 38 +/- 2.16 and the control group a rate of 36.25 +/- 4.32. No differences were observed between 45,X and 46,Xi(X)q cells (p = 0.50), 45,X and normal cells (p = 0.24) or 46,Xi(X)q and normal cells (p = 0.35). Apparently neither the X monosomy nor the Xq isochromosome influences the 'in vitro' X-ray-induced chromosomal damage in Turner syndrome lymphocytes.  相似文献
