采前低温可诱发菠萝果实黑心病,发病率变化范围为60%~100%。低于21℃的采前低温影响是诱发菠萝黑心病的重要因子之一。在华南菠萝生产区,不同品种对黑心病敏感性的表现不同。因此,培育和栽培抗黑心病的菠萝新品种,将是一个控制黑心病腐烂的重要措施。  相似文献

在多酚氧化酶(PPO)提取过程中,直接加入GA3溶液,不能使PPO活性增加。采后GA3诱导菠萝(Ananascomosus(L.)Mer.)PPO活性升高的同时,显著提高了酸性磷酸酯酶的活性,这是果实组织的Pi浓度明显升高的主要原因。随着果实的后熟,磷脂酶D活性不断下降,GA3处理显著延缓了该酶的下降速度。虽然采后ABA处理使果实PPO活性有小幅度增加,但ABA处理能使GA3对PPO活性的诱导明显加强。  相似文献

贮藏期间,杀菌剂处理可以推迟采后菠萝可溶性糖含量的减少,而对可滴定酸含量没有明显的影响。采后贮前加热40℃24h处理的菠萝,其可溶性糖、可滴定酸等营养成分的变化与对照果实没有明显差异。与对照果实相比较,GA3处理果实除可溶性糖含量下降明显减少之外,可滴定酸和抗坏血酸含量显著增加。  相似文献

研究了常温、低温、低温加打蜡 3种贮藏条件下菠萝果实硬度、可溶性固形物 (TSS)、可溶性糖醛酸、多聚半乳糖醛酸酶 (PG)和多酚氧化酶 (PPO)等因素的变化 ,及它们对黑心病发生及发展情况的影响。结果表明 ,低温加打蜡可以延缓果肉硬度、可溶性固形物和可溶性糖醛酸含量的下降 ,降低 PG和 PPO的活性 ,降低黑心病的发病率 ,较好的保持果实品质  相似文献

以拟南芥的赤霉素(GA)缺陷型突变体ga-1,ga-2,ga-3和GA不敏感型突变体ga-t为材料,研究了光和4种GA对拟南芥种子萌发和幼苗生长影响的相互关系。结果表明:(1)烯效唑对ga-1种子萌发的抑制在光下可明显被GA恢复,而在黑暗中GA的作用不明显。(2)在光下低浓度的外源GA3可使ga-1,ga-2,ga03的种子萌发,而在黑暗中同样浓度的CA3则难以使种有发。(3)光可以降低子萌发所需  相似文献

利用热偶湿度计(thermocouplepsychrometer)研究了野生型、GA-缺陷型和ABA-缺陷型番茄发育过程中果实种子的水分关系,发现除ABA-缺陷型种子胶囊和果肉水势变化特殊外,3种类型果实水分状况变化基本一致;在整个发育时期内.前期种子胶囊和果肉水分流向种子,中期种子水分流向种子胶囊和果肉,后期种子和果实间的水势达到平衡。鉴于种胚脱水是一种主动过程,种胚水势一直低于整个种子、种子胶囊和果肉。内源赤霉素可明显增加果实和种子的重量,但对增加种胚溶质的作用不大。由于内源脱落酸可以促使果实成熟和衰老,促进果实细胞解体,大大降低种子胶囊和果肉水势,因而抑制成熟种子在果实内萌发。  相似文献

Two genes encoding polyphenol oxidase (PPO) were isolated from pineapple (Ananas comosus[L.] Merr. cv. Smooth Cayenne). Sequence analyses showed that both contained a single intron and encoded typical chloroplast-localized PPO proteins, the sequences of which corresponded to two pineapple PPO cDNAs, PINPPO1 and PINPPO2, recently described by Stewart et al. (2001). Southern blot analyses suggested that pineapple contained only two PPO genes. Analysis of expression of PINPPO1 promoter GUS fusion constructs showed this promoter had a low basal activity and was cold- and wound-inducible, consistent with known mRNA expression profiles. Striking homologies to gibberellin response complexes (GARC) were observed in sequences of both the PINPPO1 and PINPPO2 promoters. Transient assays in mature pineapple fruit and stable expression in transgenic tobacco showed that PINPPO1 promoter-GUS fusions were indeed gibberellin (GA) responsive. A role for the element within the putative GARCs in mediating GA-responsiveness of the PINPPO1 promoter was confirmed by mutational analysis. PINPPO2 was also shown to be GA-responsive by RT-PCR analysis. Mutant PINPPO1 promoter-GUS fusion constructs, which were no longer GA-inducible, showed a delayed response to cold induction in pineapple fruit in transient assays, suggesting a role for GA in blackheart development. This was supported by observations that exogenous GA(3) treatment induced blackheart in the absence of chilling. Sequences showing homology to GARCs are also present in some PPO promoters in tomato, suggesting that GA regulates PPO expression in diverse species.  相似文献

Plasma membrane (PM) plays central role in triggering primary responses to chilling injury and sustaining cellular homeostasis. Characterising response of membrane lipids to low temperature can provide important information for identifying early causal factors contributing to chilling injury. To this end, PM lipid composition and ATPase activity were assessed in pineapple fruit (Ananas comosus) in relation to the effect of low temperature on the development of blackheart, a form of chilling injury. Chilling temperature at 10 °C induced blackheart development in concurrence with increase in electrolyte leakage. PM ATPase activity was decreased after 1 week at low temperature, followed by a further decrease after 2 weeks. The enzyme activity was not changed during 25 °C storage. Loss of total PM phospholipids was found during postharvest senescence, but more reduction was shown from storage at 10 °C. Phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine were the predominant PM phospholipid species. Low temperature increased the level of phosphatidic acid but decreased the level of phosphatidylinositol. Both phospholipid species were not changed during storage at 25 °C. Postharvest storage at both temperatures decreased the levels of C18:3 and C16:1, and increased level of C18:1. Low temperature decreased the level of C18:2 and increased the level of C14:0. Exogenous application of phosphatidic acid was found to inhibit the PM ATPase activity of pineapple fruit in vitro. Modification of membrane lipid composition and its effect on the functional property of plasma membrane at low temperature were discussed in correlation with their roles in blackheart development of pineapple fruit.  相似文献

A full-length cDNA encoding a putative aspartic acid protease (AcAP1) was isolated for the first time from the flesh of pineapple (Ananas comosus) fruit. The deduced sequence of AcAP1 showed all the common features of a typical plant aspartic protease phytepsin precursor. Analysis of AcAP1 gene expression under postharvest chilling treatment in two pineapple varieties differing in their resistance to blackheart development revealed opposite trends. The resistant variety showed an up-regulation of AcAP1 precursor gene expression whereas the susceptible showed a down-regulation in response to postharvest chilling treatment. The same trend was observed regarding specific AP enzyme activity in both varieties. Taken together our results support the involvement of AcAP1 in postharvest chilling stress resistance in pineapple fruits.  相似文献

Experimental evidence indicates that gibberellic acid (GA) hasan insignificant effect on the internode growth-rate in dwarfpeas germinated and grown in darkness. When exposed to eitherred or white light and treatment with GA, dwarf pea seedlingsshow marked internode extension. Various combinations of lightand dark together with GA indicate the possibility of the formationof a light-promoted growth inhibitor which can be reversed inits action by GA. A single application of gibberellic acid (GA) was successful in breaking the rest period of black currants in September, October and November, while chilling for 2 weeks was insufficient to be effective.
The highest percentage of bud burst was obtained by GA application immediately after defoliation. Delay in GA application after defoliation decreased and delayed plant response because penetration of GA was hindered. Multiple and very early GA applications immediately after taking the plants into the glasshouse caused shedding of undeveloped buds.  相似文献

花青素是植物体内广泛存在的一类天然色素,具有重要的生理功能。花青素合成途径可受多种因素调控,其中植物生长激素赤霉素(gibberellic acid,GA)对其的调控作用报道较少。本文用不同浓度的赤霉素处理心里美萝卜幼苗,以探讨它对花青素含量的影响。结果表明,外源GA3处理显著增加了萝卜幼苗的下胚轴长度,并提高了下胚轴中α-淀粉酶活性;显著降低下胚轴中花青素的含量。1 μmol/L GA3处理效果较好;处理后第3 d和第5 d,花青素合成的关键酶查尔酮合酶、查尔酮异构酶和花青素还原酶编码基因的表达水平均低于对照组。同时,外源GA3显著诱导过氧化物酶活性的升高。上述结果表明,外源赤霉素可能通过下调花青素合成基因的表达,提高过氧化物酶活性和促进下胚轴伸长生长降低花青素的水平。  相似文献
