驻极体处理对小麦和甘草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
静电处理植物种子可促进其萌发和幼苗的生长[1~4] 。目前处理方法多采用外接电源的高压静电装置 ,此法不仅操作不便 ,而且产生臭氧、污染环境 ,高压放电和电磁场辐射还会危及操作者安全 ,因而难以推广。为了探索一条简便、无污染、安全的促进植物种子萌发及幼苗生长的新方法 ,本文以驻极体代替静电装置处理植物种子 ,观察其对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。驻极体是永久极化的电介质 ,可用多种方法制作。本文所用驻极体是将双拉伸聚丙烯薄膜置于高压静电装置的两极板间通电数分钟 ,注入电荷使其带静电荷。用驻极体直接处理植物种子时 ,将小麦 …  相似文献

聚乙二醇(PEG)、KH2PO4、赤霉素(GA3)和低温处理可以不同程度上提高甜椒二叶一心、四叶一心和六叶一心期的壮苗指数、根系活力、根系吸收面积和叶绿素含量,改善甜椒幼苗的生长;甜椒壮苗指数、根系活力和根系活跃吸收面积与种子活力指数相关性显著,种子活力指数与甜椒苗龄的相关性大小依次为:二叶一心>六叶一心>四叶一心期.  相似文献

槭属某些种的种子具有休眠生物学特性,如糖槭(Acer saccharum)和茶条槭(Acer ginnala)。本试验采用低温处理糖槭种子,打破它的休眠,获得高达95%的种子萌芽率,并用这种已萌芽的种子播种,出苗速度快,缩短了播种管理时间。试验还表明,主要存在于糖槭种子子叶、种皮中抑制种子萌芽的调节物质,在0—8℃低温、相对湿度90—100%(遮光)的条件下,能够被逐渐转化、消失,使种子得以萌芽出苗。不经低温处理的种子则不能萌芽,而且低温处理只有伴随高湿的条件才会发生良好的效应。  相似文献

以蝴蝶兰品种‘中国红’、‘牛魔王’为试材,研究不同肥料对蝴蝶兰生长及开花品质的影响。结果表明,T1(花无缺10-30-20肥)、T2(单体肥营养液N∶P∶K=1∶3∶2)处理的蝴蝶兰性状指标优于CK,但T1与CK对花的观赏性影响差异不显著;T2处理对蝴蝶兰叶的大小、叶绿素含量影响显著,花箭长、花朵数量均显著提高,更有助于提高蝴蝶兰的商业价值。  相似文献

通过人工补光和遮光处理,初步研究了光周期对狐尾藻生长和开花的影响。研究发现:8h短日照条件不利于狐尾藻的生长和花序形成,导致狐尾藻不能正常开花和结实;与自然日照长度(平均日照14h)条件下相比,16h长光照条件可以增加植株的高度和分枝数,形成更大的生物量;但24h全光照条件对生长有抑制作用。长光照条件下,狐尾藻花序形成时间和开花时间均比自然条件下延迟,形成花序的数目也显著较自然条件下的少,但长光照条件下形成的种子比自然条件下形成的种子具有更高的萌发率。  相似文献

海南万宁普通野生稻居群开花习性和生殖特性研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对目前海南最大的普通野生稻居群——万宁普通野生稻居群的花期、花时、结实率和花粉育性进行了调查研究。结果发现,该普通野生稻居群内东部和西部群体花期相差15d;东部群体单穗平均结实率为8.67%,西部群体单穗平均结实率达62.1%,呈极显著差异;而东部和西部群体的花时基本相同,花粉育性与栽培稻均无显著差异。该居群东部群体与毗邻再生栽培稻的花期相遇,花时一致,满足基因漂移发生的部分必须条件。虽然目前尚无充分证据证明普通野生稻与其毗邻的栽培稻有基因漂移发生,但出于野生稻保护的需要,转基因水稻种植应设置安全距离,避开该野生稻分布区域。  相似文献

用不同电场强度处理油葵种子,在田间和实验室测定电场处理种子对苗期干旱胁迫后生长的影响。研究结果表明,种子经电场处理,可明显提高油葵生长的抗旱能力。在0.5kV/cm-6.0kV/cm场强范围内,不同电场强度对其生长的影响程序不同。与对照组相比,田间出苗率提高4.11% ̄28.0%,根冠比提高6.60% ̄38.7%,植株萎蔫程度降低5.0% ̄95%,产量提高3.40% ̄17.9%,含油率提高1.03  相似文献

初步探讨了磺胺对小麦种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。研究表明,用低浓度(<6.0mg/L)的磺胺溶液浸泡小麦种子,能显著增加幼苗的根重,根长和根冠比,提高根系活力和叶片叶绿素的含量,降低幼苗的苗高,苗重,但对发芽率影响不大。高浓度(>10.0mg/L)和安则强烈抑制小麦幼苗根,芽的生长,并导致幼苗形态的不良变化。  相似文献

以哥伦比亚生态型(Columbia-0)的野生型拟南芥为材料,利用He-Ne激光生物辐照仪(632.8nm,5mW/mm2)处理拟南芥种子,统计其发芽势和发芽率,并测定根长及叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)的含量,以探讨He-Ne激光对拟南芥种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果显示,短时间的He-Ne激光辐照可促进拟南芥的生长发育,且最佳辐照时间为4min,此时的发芽势、发芽率、根长、叶绿素、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白的含量均达到最大,而丙二醛(MDA)的含量为最低。当辐照时间大于4min时,促进作用逐渐变小,且随着辐照时间的延长而表现出抑制作用。研究表明,适量的He-Ne激光辐照在一定程度上可以促进拟南芥种子的萌发和幼苗生长以及保护其细胞膜免受伤害。  相似文献

在温室条件下,用1%的地木耳提取物水溶液对瓜叶菊(Seneciocruentus)、万寿菊(Tageteserecta)、矮牵牛(Petuniahybrida)、香石竹(Dianthuscaryophyllus)、一品红(Euphorbiapulcherrima)、仙客来(Cyclamenpersium)、一串红(Salviasplendens)等7种花坛花进行叶面喷施后,结果表明,7种花的株高、冠径、株鲜重、叶片数目、叶长、根长比对照均有显著增加(P<0.05);万寿菊,矮牵牛,一品红,一串红的平均株干重有显著增加,而瓜叶菊,香石竹,仙客来的平均株干重增加不显著(P>0.05);除了香石竹的叶宽有显著增加外,其余6种花的叶宽对1%地木耳提取物水溶液的反应不敏感;而7种花卉的叶厚都没有显著的变化。提取物水溶液还可促进花提早开花,增加花数目,并延长花期。  相似文献

The influence of unfavourable climatic conditions at the onset of the growth period on chilling-sensitive tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill., cv. Abunda) was studied by exposing young plants to combinations of low temperature and low light (60–100 mol quanta · m–2 · s–1) for several weeks. When the temperature did not decrease below a critical point (8 ° C) no loss of developmental capacity of the plants was detected. However, while new leaves were readily formed upon return to normal growth conditions (22/18 °C, day/night, in a greenhouse), net accumulation of biomass showed a lag phase of approximately one week. This delay was accompanied by a strong, irreversible inhibition of photosynthesis in the fully expanded leaves which had been exposed to the chilling treatment. When plants were subjected to temperatures below 8 ° C, survival rates decreased after three weeks at 6 ° C and irreversible damage of apical meristematic tissue occurred. 开展气候变化背景下苹果冷热积累变化及其对始花期的影响研究,对指导苹果种植及生产具有重要意义。本研究选取山东福山、山西万荣、甘肃西峰和新疆阿克苏代表中国北方苹果主产地,利用1996—2018年红富士苹果的始花期观测资料和逐时气温数据,采用动态模型、生长度小时模型分别计算逐日冷积累量(CP)和热积累量(GDH),并利用偏最小二乘回归法,对逐日冷、热积累量和各地苹果始花期进行相关分析,以明确各地苹果冷、热积累起止日期和积累量,以及冷、热积累期内温度变化对始花期的影响规律。结果表明: 我国北方主产地苹果冷积累时段集中于10月1日前后至2月中下旬或3月中旬,积累量为74.1~89.3 CP;热积累时段集中于1月下旬前后至始花期,积累量为4010~5770 GDH。西峰和阿克苏冷积累期内平均气温每升高1 ℃,冷积累量将分别增加3.8和5.0 CP;各地热积累期内平均气温每升高1 ℃,热积累量将增加725~967 GDH。与冷积累期内温度变化的影响效应相比,热积累期内温度变化主控我国北方主产地苹果始花期,且气候变暖总体有利于冷积累期内平均气温较低地区的苹果开花和生产。  相似文献

Effects of total irradiance on growth and flowering were studied in cineraria cv. Cindy Blue grown under warm (mean 21°C) glasshouse conditions. Efficiency of light conversion for leaf and shoot dry weight increase were reduced from 0.08 to 0.02 as the mean daily light integral increased from 0.9 to 4.4 MJ m-2 day-1 but no significant difference in leaf area were associated with this. Specific leaf area decreased exponentially from 0.07 to 0.02 m2g1 over the cumulative irradiance range 23 to 127 MJ m-2 after the start of treatments and thereafter remained stable. A light integral of 19.2 MJ m-2 were required for initiation of one leaf in plants grown under a daily integral of 4.4 MJ m-2 day-1, as compared with only 5.1 MJ m-2day-1 required per leaf in plants grown at less than 0.9 MJ m-2day-1. Neither chronological duration of juvenile development nor leaf number below the flower was affected by irradiance. However, as the rate of leaf initiation increased with irradiance up to 2.4 MJ m-2day-1 so the rate of progress to flower visibility increased linearly with irradiance over the same range. This rate then remained constant from 2.4 to 4.4 MJ m-2day-1. Length of the main flowering shoot decreased and the number of flowering shoots increased as irradiance increased from 0.9 to 2.4 MJ m-2 day-1 and then remained unchanged by further increases in irradiance.  相似文献

Germination and post-germination events have been compared in seeds of Cercis siliquastrum whose dormancy was removed by fulfilling the natural chilling requirement or by exogenous GA3 application.Compared to the chilled ones, the GA3 treated seeds showed precocious embryo growth and an earlier reserve mobilization, which started before radicle emergence.Although the hormonal application was interrupted at seed germination, the plantlets of Cercis siliquastrum that originated from GA3-supplied seeds were taller than those from chilled ones. Moreover, they produced a greater number of leaves but a reduced root mass and had some difficulty in maintaining a good water balance.Thus, the treatment of Cercis siliquastrum seeds with exogenous GA3 broke dormancy and induced germination, but also caused long-lasting consequences on morphogenesis of the growing plantlet.  相似文献

以新疆十字花科典型早春短命植物抱茎独行菜(Lepidium perfoliatum L.)为材料,分别在不同环境、不同土壤基质及不同春化时间下栽培,以探讨环境因素对抱茎独行菜抽薹开花的影响。结果表明:抱茎独行菜种子在蛭石∶珍珠岩(3∶1)中的出苗率显著高于营养土和自然生境土壤,基质对抱茎独行菜植株是否抽薹无显著影响,但影响其抽薹的早晚及结实特性;人工4℃春化对3种不同栽培环境中于阳台生长植株的抽薹有明显促进作用,而对培养室及户外环境中栽培植株是否抽薹无显著影响;抱茎独行菜抽薹开花对光照和温度的响应最明显,光照时间由短变长与苗期一定时间的低温之间的相互作用是促使抱茎独行菜抽薹开花的关键因素。  相似文献

Three major cultivated Mentha spp. (M. arvensis, M. citrata and M. cardiaca) were grown under short-days, normal-days or long-days for 60 cycles. Subsequent to photoperiodic treatment, the plants were assessed for growth behaviour, essential oil content, oil composition and essential oil biosynthesis. The species grew better under long-day conditions. The long-day treatment resulted in flowering in M. citrata, which normally does not flower under our conditions. The oil concentration and biogenesis was maximal in short-day plants. The photoperiodic treatment also affected the oil composition. The observations are discussed in relation to physiology of the oil biogenesis.  相似文献

为比较不同产地木荷(Schima superba Gardn.et Champ.)优树无性系的生长性状(包括树高、胸径、冠幅和一级侧枝数)和开花性状(包括开花物候期和花朵数量)的遗传差异,采用方差分析、相关性分析和聚类分析方法,对来源于福建建瓯和连城、浙江庆元及龙泉和遂昌、江西上犹的22个木荷优树无性系的生长和开花性状进行了综合分析。结果表明:供试木荷无性系的树高、胸径、冠幅和一级侧枝数的的变异系数为19%~32%,始花时段、盛花时段、末花时段和花朵数量的变异系数为37%~73%,表明不同无性系生长和开花性状的变异较大。除木荷无性系一级侧枝数产地间的变异未达到显著水平外,其他生长和开花性状产地间和产地内的变异均达到显著或极显著水平。各生长和开花性状的无性系重复力为0.41~0.94,显示遗传控制程度中等偏强。无性系的树高、胸径和冠幅与花期的相关性均不显著,但与花朵数量呈显著或极显著正相关;来自较低纬度的无性系始花期最早,来自较高纬度或海拔的无性系始花期最晚。聚类分析结果显示:22个木荷无性系可聚为4个类型,类型1和类型4分别包含5个和7个无性系,这2类无性系的树高、胸径、冠幅和花朵数量总体上高于群体均值,生长表现优良、花朵数量较多,且类型4包含的无性系产地纬度较低、开花日期较早;类型2包含8个无性系,生长表现一般、花朵数量较少;类型3包含2个无性系,生长表现优良、花朵数量低于群体均值。研究结果显示:依据产地的纬度和海拔可初步判定木荷无性系的花期,可为木荷杂交育种亲本的选配和种子园建园过程中无性系的配置提供科学依据和理论基础。  相似文献

Timing of cotyledon damage affects growth and flowering in mature plants   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Although the effects of herbivory on plant fitness are strongly linked to age, we understand little about how the timing of herbivory at the seedling stage affects growth and reproduction for plants that survive attack. In this study, we subjected six north-western European, dicotyledonous grassland species (Leontodon autumnalis, Leontodon hispidus, Plantago lanceolata, Plantago major, Trifolium pratense and Trifolium repens) to cotyledon removal at 7, 14 and 21 d old. We monitored subsequent growth and flowering (number of inflorescences recorded, and time taken for first flowers to open) over a 107 d period. Cotyledon removal reduced growth during establishment (35 d) for all species, and a further three exhibited reduced growth at maturity. Four species developed fewer inflorescences, or had delayed flowering after cotyledon removal. Although early damage (7 d old) had the greatest long-term effect on plant performance, responses varied according to the age at which the damage occurred and the species involved. Our results illustrate how growth and flowering into the mature phase is affected by cotyledon damage during different stages of seedling ontogeny, and we highlight the ways in which ontogenetic variation in seedling tolerance of tissue loss might impact upon plant fitness in mature plant communities.  相似文献
