To improve the utilization efficiency of precious metals, metal‐supported materials provide a direction for fabricating highly active and stable heterogeneous catalysts. Herein, carbon cloth (CC)‐supported Earth‐abundant CoS2 nanosheet arrays (CoS2/CC) are presented as ideal substrates for ultrafine Pt deposition (Pt‐CoS2/CC) to achieve remarkable performance toward the hydrogen and oxygen evolution reactions (HER/OER) in alkaline solutions. Notably, the Pt‐CoS2/CC hybrid delivers an overpotential of 24 mV at 10 mA cm?2 and a mass activity of 3.89 A Ptmg?1, which is 4.7 times higher than that of commercial Pt/C, at an overpotential of 130 mV for catalyzing the HER. An alkali‐electrolyzer using Pt‐CoS2/CC as a bifunctional electrode enables a water‐splitting current density of 10 mA cm?2 at a low voltage of 1.55 V and can sustain for more than 20 h, which is superior to that of the state‐of‐the‐art Pt/C+RuO2 catalyst. Further experimental and theoretical simulation studies demonstrate that strong electronic interaction between Pt and CoS2 synergistically optimize hydrogen adsorption/desorption behaviors and facilitate the in situ generation of OER active species, enhancing the overall water‐splitting performance. This work highlights the regulation of interfacial and electronic synergy in pursuit of highly efficient and durable supported catalysts for hydrogen and oxygen electrocatalytic applications.  相似文献

A flexible air electrode (FAE) with both high oxygen electrocatalytic activity and excellent flexibility is the key to the performance of various flexible devices, such as Zn–air batteries. A facile two‐step method, mild acid oxidation followed by air calcination that directly activates commercial carbon cloth (CC) to generate uniform nanoporous and super hydrophilic surface structures with optimized oxygen‐rich functional groups and an enhanced surface area, is presented here. Impressively, this two‐step activated CC (CC‐AC) exhibits superior oxygen electrocatalytic activity and durability, outperforming the oxygen‐doped carbon materials reported to date. Especially, CC‐AC delivers an oxygen evolution reaction (OER) overpotential of 360 mV at 10 mA cm?2 in 1 m KOH, which is among the best performances of metal‐free OER electrocatalysts. The practical application of CC‐AC is presented via its use as an FAE in a flexible rechargeable Zn–air battery. The bendable battery achieves a high open circuit voltage of 1.37 V, a remarkable peak power density of 52.3 mW cm?3 at 77.5 mA cm?3, good cycling performance with a small charge–discharge voltage gap of 0.98 V and high flexibility. This study provides a new approach to the design and construction of high‐performance self‐supported metal‐free electrodes.  相似文献

To verify if non-invasive collection of soft faeces (SF) from rabbits can be used as an index of bacterial biodiversity in caecal contents (CC), 24 weaned rabbits were given diets with low (LI) and high (HI) levels of insoluble fibre (neutral detergent fibre, NDF) and low (LS) and high (HS) levels of soluble fibre (neutral detergent soluble fibre, NDSF). After 21 days, animals were fitted with neck collars for SF collection. Two days later, animals were slaughtered and CC sampled. Total bacterial concentration quantified by real time PCR (log10 ng DNA/mg DM) was higher in SF than CC (2.615 vs. 2.383). Among diets, in CC it was (P = 0.059) lowest in LILS diet, whereas in SF it decreased (P = 0.025) with the NDF level. DGGE profiles showed that structure of bacterial communities of SF was close to that of CC; however, similarity was higher in LI than HI diets (0.82 vs. 0.74). Diversity indexes in CC decreased with NDSF (P < 0.05), whereas the effect of NDF (P < 0.05) was also appreciated in SF. Soft faeces can be an alternative to surgery or slaughter techniques to monitor changes in caecal bacterial community; however, high dietary NDF may decrease similarity between both communities.  相似文献

The non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs diclofenac (DCF) and mefenamic acid (MFA) were treated with the white rot fungus Phanerochaete sordida YK-624. DCF completely disappeared and MFA decreased by about 90% after 6 days of treatment. It was also confirmed that the fungus almost completely removed the acute lethal toxicity of DCF and MFA towards the freshwater crustacean Thamnocephalus platyurus after 6 days of treatment. Mass spectrometric and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance analyses demonstrated that two mono-hydroxylated DCFs (4′-hydroxydiclofenac and 5-hydroxydiclofenac) and one di-hydroxylated DCF (4′,5-dihydroxydiclofenac) were formed via fungal transformation. The four metabolites of MFA were identified as 3′-hydroxymethylmefenamic acid (mono-hydroxylated MFA), 3′-hydroxymethyl-5-hydroxymefenamic acid (di-hydroxylated MFA), 3′-hydroxymethyl-6′-hydroxymefenamic acid (di-hydroxylated MFA) and 3′-carboxymefenamic acid. These results suggest that hydroxylation catalyzed by cytochrome P450 (CYP) in P. sordida YK-624 may be involved in the elimination and detoxification of DCF and MFA. This notion was further supported by the fact that smaller decreases in DCF and MFA were observed in cultures of P. sordida YK-624 incubated with 1-aminobenzotriazole, a known inhibitor of CYP.  相似文献

Atomic layer deposition (ALD) is used to deposit Pt nanoparticles at low temperature (25–150 °C) to fabricate highly transparent counter electrodes (CEs) for flexible dye‐sensitized solar cells (DSCs). The Pt nanoparticles (NPs) are deposited for different number of ALD cycles on indium tin oxide (ITO)/polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) substrates. Rutherford backscattering spectroscopy (RBS) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to assess the Pt NP loading, density, and size. There is a trade‐off between transparency and catalytic activity of the CE, and the best cell performances of back‐side‐illuminated DSCs (≈3.7% efficiency) are achieved for Pt ALD at temperatures in the range of 100–150 °C, even though deposition at 25 °C is also viable. The best cell produced with ALD platinized CE (100 cycles at 100 °C) outperforms the reference cells fabricated with electrodeposited and sputtered Pt CEs, with relative improvements in efficiency of 19% and 29%, respectively. In addition, these parameters are used to fabricate a large area CE for a sub‐module (active area of 17.6 cm2), resulting in an efficiency of 3.1%, which demonstrates the scalability of the process.  相似文献

It was found that isoniazid (ISO) or p‐aminosalicylic acid (PAS) could enhance the chemiluminescence (CL) emission from Cu (II)‐luminol‐hydrogen peroxide system, and the increased chemiluminescence signals were proportional to their concentrations, respectively. Based on this phenomenon, a chemiluminescence method coupled to capillary electrophoresis (CE) was established for simultaneous determination of ISO and PAS. The CE conditions including running buffer and running voltage were investigated in detail. The effects of the pH of H2O2 solution and the concentrations of luminol, H2O2 and Cu (II) on the CL signal were also investigated carefully. Under the optimized conditions, the analysis could be accomplished within 10 min, with the limits of detection of 0.3 µg mL–1 for ISO and 1.1 µg mL–1 for PAS, corresponding to 7.2 and 26.4 pg per injection (24 nL), respectively. Finally, the method was validated by determining the two analytes in pharmaceutical preparation and spiked human serum samples. The results of pharmaceutical tablet analysis were in good agreement with the labeled amounts. The recoveries for ISO and PAS in human serum were in the range of 92–104% and 90–113%, respectively. Extensive genomic resources are available in the model legume Medicago truncatula. Here, we present the discovery and design of the first array of single‐nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers in M. truncatula through large‐scale Sanger resequencing of genomic fragments spanning the genome, in a diverse panel of 16 M. truncatula accessions. Both anonymous fragments and fragments targeting candidate genes for flowering phenology and symbiosis were surveyed for nucleotide variation in almost 230 kb of unique genomic regions. A set of 384 SNP markers was designed for an Illumina's GoldenGate assay, genotyped on a collection of 192 inbred lines (CC192) representing the geographical range of the species and used to survey the diversity of two natural populations. Finally, 86% of the tested SNPs were of high quality and exhibited polymorphism in the CC192 collection. Even at the population level, we detected polymorphism for more than 50% of the selected SNPs. Analysis of the allele frequency spectrum in the CC192 showed a reduced ascertainment bias, mostly limited to very rare alleles (frequency <0.01). The substantial polymorphism detected at the species and population levels, the high marker quality and the potential to survey large samples of individuals make this set of SNP markers a valuable tool to improve our understanding of the effect of demographic and selective factors that shape the natural genetic diversity within the selfing species Medicago truncatula.  相似文献

The corneal endothelium (CE) is a single layer of cells lining the posterior face of the cornea providing metabolic functions essential for maintenance of corneal transparency. Adult CE cells lack regenerative potential, and the number of CE cells decreases throughout life. To determine whether endogenous DNA damage contributes to the age‐related spontaneous loss of CE, we characterized CE in Ercc1?/Δ mice, which have impaired capacity to repair DNA damage and age prematurely. Eyes from 4.5‐ to 6‐month‐old Ercc1?/Δ mice, age‐matched wild‐type (WT) littermates, and old WT mice (24‐ to 34‐month‐old) were compared by spectral domain optical coherence tomography and corneal confocal microscopy. Histopathological changes in CE were further identified in paraffin tissue sections, whole‐mount immunostaining, and scanning electron and transmission electron microscopy. The CE of old WT mice displayed polymorphism and polymegathism, polyploidy, decreased cell density, increased cell size, increases in Descemet's thickness, and the presence of posterior projections originating from the CE toward the anterior chamber, similar to changes documented for aging human corneas. Similar changes were observed in young adult Ercc1?/Δ mice CE, demonstrating spontaneous premature aging of the CE of these DNA repair–deficient mice. CD45+ immune cells were associated with the posterior surface of CE from Ercc1?/Δ mice and the tissue expressed increased IL‐1α, Cxcl2, and TNFα, pro‐inflammatory proteins associated with senescence‐associated secretory phenotype. These data provide strong experimental evidence that DNA damage can promote aging of the CE and that Ercc1?/Δ mice offer a rapid and accurate model to study CE pathogenesis and therapy.  相似文献

A new enantioselective potentiometric sensor containing R‐type chiral porous organic cage CC9 as the chiral selector was designed for the assay of 2‐aminobutanol. Optimized membrane electrodes displayed a linear dynamic range from 10−3 ~ 10−1 mol·L−1 with a detection limit of 2.5 × 10−4 mol·L−1 and a Nernstian response of 27 ± 0.5mV·decade−1 toward S‐2‐aminobutanol within the pH range 7.0–10.0. The potentiometric enantioselectivity coefficient ( ) of this sensor was −1.333, indicating that the porous organic cage‐based electrode exhibited good discrimination toward S‐2‐aminobutanol over R‐2‐aminobutanol.  相似文献

The interaction of rain water with the vegetation canopy results in changes of the water quantity and quality. We examined these canopy effects in different ecosystems of the Brazilian savanna, the Cerrado. The ecosystems were 20 yr-old Pinus caribaea Morelet plantations (PI), productive (PP) and degraded Brachiaria decumbens Stapf pastures (DP), continuous corn-soybean rotation (CC), and native typical cerrado (CE). We collected rainfall, throughfall, and, in PI and CE, stemflow from three plots of each ecosystem. Dry deposition and canopy leaching were estimated with a Na-tracer method. Between May 1997 and April 1999, the mean annual rainfall was 1656 mm of which 145 mm fell during the dry season (May–September). The throughfall percentage of the rainfall increased in the order, PI (75–85%) < CC (76–89%) < CE (89–100%) < PP (90–100%) < DP (99–100%); stemflow was < 1% of the rainfall. The volume-weighted mean (VWM) pH in rainfall was higher in the dry (6.5) than in the rainy season (5.4). The VWM pH in throughfall decreased in the order, CC (rainy season: 5.9/dry season: 6.2) > PP (5.5/6.0) > CE (5.2/6.0) > DP (5.2/5.6) > PI (4.8/5.7). The rainfall deposition of the dry season contributed one third of the annual element input with rainfall because of higher element concentrations than in the rainy season. The mean Na deposition ratios, i.e. the ratio of throughfall (+ stemflow) to rainfall deposition as a measure for dry deposition, increased in the order, CE (1.5) = CC (1.5) < PP (1.7) < PI (1.9) < (DP 2.1). Total deposition (rainfall + dry deposition) accounted for 104–164% of the K and Ca fertilizer application in PP and for 6.1–12% of the K, Ca, and Mg fertilizer application in CC. The P concentrations were below the detection limit of 0.2 mg L–1 in all samples. Net canopy uptake, i.e. a smaller throughfall(+ stemflow) than rainfall + dry deposition, of Ca, K, Mg, S, Cu, and Zn in at least one of CE, PI, DP, and PP indicate that plant growth may be limited in part by these nutrients. During the vegetation period, between 28 and 50% of the applied K and Ca were leached from the canopy in PP and between 8.7 and 17% of the applied K, Ca, Mg, and S in CC. Our results demonstrate that PI causes larger water losses and enhanced acid inputs to the soil compared with all other ecosystems. However, the PI and pasture canopies scavenge more nutrients from the atmosphere than CE and CC.  相似文献

Bazedoxifene (BZA), a new selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) was recently approved in Europe for the prevention and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Combination therapy using BZA and conjugated estrogens (CE) is currently in late stage development representing a new paradigm for the treatment of menopausal symptoms and prevention of osteoporosis. A GeneChip microarray study was designed to compare gene expression profiles of BZA to that of other SERMs, raloxifene (RAL) and lasofoxifene (LAS). In addition, we compared the gene expression profiles of the three SERMs in combination with CE, a mixture of 10 most abundant estrogens present in Premarin. According to the hierarchical clustering heat map analysis, gene clusters that specifically responded to CE treatments or SERM treatments were identified and gene lists sorted based on a set of cutoff filters. A group of genes differentially regulated by CE were also identified to be antagonized by BZA when comparing CE with the BZA + CE treatment. All three SERMs showed significant antagonistic effect against CE-stimulated cell proliferation, based on the MCF-7 cell proliferation assay and GeneChip data, with the order of antagonist activity being BZA > RAL > LAS. These results indicate that SERMs in combination with CE exhibit differential pharmacology, and therefore, combinations of other SERMs and estrogen preparations may not yield the same effects that are observed in clinic by pairing BZA with CE.  相似文献

The present study investigated the effect of different culture conditions on the vegetative growth of a new species, Haematococcus alpinus (strain LCR‐CC‐261f) using airlift photobioreactors. The influence of culture medium, aeration rates, CO2 concentration in air‐gas mixture, temperature, light intensities, and wavelengths were investigated to achieve sustainable high cell density cultures. Growth parameters were determined by fitting the data to a form of the logistic equation that included a lag phase. The shear‐sensitive vegetative cells favored lower aeration rates in the photobioreactors. MLA medium increased to 40 mM nitrate produced high density cultures. Temperatures between 12°C and 18°C, 3% (v/v) CO2 concentration and a narrow photon flux density ranging between 37 and 48 μmol photons · m?2 · s?1 were best suited for growth. The wavelength of the light source also impacted growth and a high cell density of 9.6 × 105 cells · mL?1 was achieved using a mixture of red and blue compared to warm white, red, or blue LEDs.  相似文献

Northern corn leaf spot, a foliar disease caused by Cochliobolus carbonum, has become prevalent in southwestern China, especially in the Yunnan Province. Races and mating types were identified for 169 isolates collected from 13 prefectures of Yunnan by artificial inoculation using six hybrid corns as differential hosts and by crossing with three standard mating strains: CC092 (MAT1‐2), CC120 (MAT1‐1) and CC026 (MAT1‐1). Results showed the existence of three races: CCR1 (one isolate), CCR2 (43 isolates) and CCR3 (125 isolates). Most isolates were moderately or weakly virulent with only five being highly virulent. CCR3 was widely distributed and significantly more virulent than CCR2 that coexisted with CCR3 in many locations. On Sach's nutrient agar, 20.71% of the Yunnan isolates self‐mated, forming sterile perithecia. Fully developed perithecia could be formed between isolates of different geographic origins, but only 15.98% strains mated successfully with CC092 and 5.33% formed mature perithecia with 4–6 ascospores per asus. Similar results were obtained in crossing with CC026 or CC120. Mating could also occur between CCR3 and CCR2. Both mating types were found in Yunnan with 84 MAT1‐1 strains (one CCR1, 10 CCR2 and 73 CCR3) and 85 MAT1‐2 strains (33 CCR2 and 52 CCR3) and they coexisted in most areas. To identify the mating type rapidly, three specific primers were successfully developed and employed to amplify the mating‐type genes, with stable patterns of 1627 and 876 bp fragments obtained from MAT1‐1 and MAT1‐2 isolates, respectively. The ratio between MAT1‐1 and MAT1‐2 was 1 : 1, indicating that the mating‐type genes segregated randomly in the field naturally.  相似文献

Designing the electrocatalysts that are stable and active for extensively adaptable water splitting is highly desirable for developing hydrogen based energy. IrO2 is a promising and widely used catalyst for the oxygen evolution reaction in commercial applications, but is rarely used for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), due to the high Gibbs free energy for hydrogen adsorption (ΔGH*). Herein, an approach to modify the electronic structure of IrO2 via cyclic voltammetry is proposed. In this process, Ir(+4) is partially reduced and trace Pt is simultaneously deposited on IrO2, which greatly lowers the ΔGH* and thus accelerates the reaction kinetics. The as‐prepared Pt–IrO2/CC with low noble metal loading (36.6 µg cm?2(Ir+Pt)) exhibits excellent HER activity with overpotentials of 5, 22, and 26 mV at 10 mA cm?2 in 0.5 m H2SO4, 1 m KOH, and 1 m phosphate buffer solution, respectively, making it possible to organize an all‐IrO2 based water electrolyzer. The Pt–IrO2/CC||IrO2/CC couple exhibits a promising activity and stability in pH‐universal conditions as well as natural seawater for H2 production. Density function theory calculations reveal that the optimized electronic structure of IrO2 balances the ΔGH*, resulting in a much enhanced HER performance.  相似文献

Typha angustifolia was evaluated for various heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Ni, Fe, Mn, and Zn) bioremediation potential from aqueous solution containing variable concentrations of phenol (100–800 mg l?1) and melanoidin (2500–8500 Co–Pt) at 20, 40, and 60 days. The concentration of phenol (200–400 mg l?1) along with melanoidin 2500 Co–Pt showed optimum for phytoremediation of tested heavy metals, while, higher concentrations of melanoidin (5600–8500 Co–Pt) showed toxic effect on T. angustifolia along with phenol. Phenol and melanoidin showed adverse effect on T. angustifolia of up to 20 days incubation, but this leads to induction of peroxidase and ascorbic acid activity to cope with adverse conditions. Subsequently, as pollutants were decreased along with plant growth, peroxidase and ascorbic acid also declined. However, with reduction of peroxidase, catalase level was increased. The Cu, Zn, and Ni were accumulated at maximum in all tested conditions. The TEM observations of T. angustifolia showed clotted deposition of metals and shrinkage of cell in root, breakdown of spongy and palisade parenchyma of leaves at higher concentration of phenol (100 mg l?1) and melanoidin (5500 Co–Pt). Thus, this study concluded that T. angustifolia could be a potential phytoremediator for heavy metals from metal, melanoidin, and phenol containing industrial wastewater at optimized condition.  相似文献

This study aimed to evaluate whether PD1.1 (c.‐606G>A), PD1 (c.627 + 252C>T), PD1.5 (c.804C>T), and PD1.9 (c.644C>T) single nucleotide polymorphisms of PDCD1 gene influence the risk, clinicopathological aspects, and survival of cutaneous melanoma (CM). Individuals with phototype I or II and PD1 CC genotype were under 5.89‐fold increased risk of developing CM. PD1.5 TT genotype increased PDCD1 expression (2.49 versus 1.28 arbitrary units, = .03) and PD1.5 CT or TT genotype and allele T increased PD1 expression in TCD4+ lymphocytes (16.6 versus 12.5%, = .01; 17.0 versus 13.1%, = .006). At 60 months of follow‐up, short recurrence‐free survival was seen in patients with PD1.1 AA genotype (33.3 versus 71.8%, = .03). Patients with PD1.1 AA and PD1.5 CC genotype had 4.21 and 2.62 more chances of presenting relapse and evolving death by disease in Cox analyses, respectively. Our data provide preliminary evidence that abnormalities in regulation of T lymphocyte alter CM risk, clinical aspects, and prognosis.  相似文献

Fish‐mint (Houttuynia cordataThunb .), belonging to family Saururaceae, has long been used as food and traditional herbal medicine. The present study was framed to assess the changes occurring in the essential‐oil composition of H. cordata during annual growth and to evaluate allelopathic, antibacterial, antifungal, and antiacetylcholinesterase activities. The essential‐oil content ranged from 0.06 – 0.14% and 0.08 – 0.16% in aerial parts and underground stem, respectively. The essential oils were analysed by GC‐FID, GC/MS, and NMR (1H and 13C). Major constituents of aerial‐parts oil was 2‐undecanone (19.4 – 56.3%), myrcene (2.6 – 44.3%), ethyl decanoate (0.0 – 10.6%), ethyl dodecanoate (1.1 – 8.6%), 2‐tridecanone (0.5 – 8.3%), and decanal (1.1 – 6.9%). However, major constituents of underground‐stem oil were 2‐undecanone (29.5 – 42.3%), myrcene (14.4 – 20.8%), sabinene (6.0 – 11.1%), 2‐tridecanone (1.8 – 10.5%), β‐pinene (5.3 – 10.0%), and ethyl dodecanoate (0.8 – 7.3%). Cluster analysis revealed that essential‐oil composition varied substantially due to the plant parts and season of collection. The oils exhibited significant allelopathic (inhibition: 77.8 – 88.8%; LD50: 2.45 – 3.05 μl/plate), antibacterial (MIC: 0.52 – 2.08 μl/ml; MBC: bacteriostatic) and antifungal (MIC: 2.08 – 33.33 μl/ml; MFC: 4.16 – 33.33 μl/ml) activities. The results indicate that the essential oil from Hcordata has a significant potential to allow future exploration and exploitation as a natural antimicrobial and allelopathic agent.  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective technique for the speciation of platinum by cloud point extraction prior to determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was described. The separation of Pt(II) from Pt(IV) was performed in the presence of 4-(p-chlorophenyl)-1-(pyridin-2-yl)thiosemicarbazide (HCPTS) as chelating agent and Triton X-114 as a non-ionic surfactant. The extraction of Pt(II)–HCPTS complex needs temperature higher than the cloud point temperature of Triton X-114 and pH = 7, while Pt(IV) remains in the aqueous phase. The Pt(II) in the surfactant phase was analyzed by GFAAS, and the concentration of Pt(IV) was calculated by subtraction of Pt(II) from total platinum which was directly determined by GFAAS. The effect of pH, concentration of chelating agent, surfactant, and equilibration temperature were investigated. An enrichment factor of 42 was obtained for the preconcentration of Pt(II) with 50 mL solution. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the calibration curve was linear up to 30 μg L?1 with detection limit of 0.08 μg L?1 and the relative standard deviation was 1.8%. No considerable interference was observed due to the presence of coexisting anions and cations. The accuracy of the results was verified by analyzing different spiked samples (tap water, blood plasma and urine). The proposed method was applied to the speciation analysis of Pt in blood plasma and urine with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Recently, we reported the properties of CD31‐expressing cells in healthy individuals. However, the characteristics of CD31‐expressing cells derived from coronary artery disease (CAD) patients remain unknown. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between circulating CD31+ cells and CAD as well as their biological characteristics. Analysis with flow cytometry revealed that CD31+ cells (C‐CD31) from the peripheral blood (PB) of CAD patients exhibited low levels of T‐cell marker and high levels of macrophage marker compared with the PB‐CD31+ cells from healthy individuals (H‐CD31). In addition, the expression levels of multiple pro‐angiogenic and chemokine genes were significantly down‐regulated in C‐CD31. However, inflammatory gene IL‐1α was highly up‐regulated in C‐CD31. Patients with unstable angina (UA) had significantly more CD31+ cells in the PB than healthy control group (P < 0.001). Moreover, there were significant correlations between the number of CD31+ cells and cardiovascular (CV) disease activity (R = 0.318, P = 0.006) and the number of diseased coronaries (R = 0.312, P = 0.005). For the diagnostic category of UA, the area under curve was 0.803 (P < 0.001). In conclusion, C‐CD31 have impaired angiogenic potential and the number of circulating CD31+ cells were correlated with CV risk. These findings may contribute to the understanding of the pathogenesis of CAD.  相似文献
