水色是水环境质量评价中一个重要的综合性指标,不同的水色反映水质的营养状况;藻类群落是水体营养状况的生物表征,对水色具有重要影响作用。本文通过分析不同水色中的藻类优势种群及其作用,认为藻类优势种群是决定水色的主要生物因子;阐明了藻类与水色之间的相互关系以及施肥改变水色的内在机理,水体营养状况决定了水体藻类群落结构进而决定不同的水色;并结合实践对如何判断不同藻类种群引起的不同水色提出了看法,同时对改变和调控水色的方法和途径进行了论述,为相关生产和水环境管理提供理论依据和技术指导。  相似文献

提高自然降水和灌溉水利用效率是节水农业要解决的中心问题。近年实践证明,通过提高水分利用率的途径增加农田生产力存在很大潜力,节水和增产的目标可能同时实现。为实现这一目标,需要研究确定植物水分亏缺的允许程度。植物各个生理过程对水分亏缺的敏感性不同,综合文献报道和作者研究结果,水分亏缺对与作物产量密切相关生理过程影响的先后顺序为:生长—蒸腾—光合—运输。在一定条件下,有限水分亏缺不会对作物最终经济产量造成影响,但却能显著提高水分利用效率。  相似文献

“人体电磁兼容系统与电磁场处理水”一文分为三篇文章写 ,第一篇“I.人体电磁兼容系统” ,已在《生物磁学》发表 ,本文是第二篇。水占人体总重量的 70 %左右 ,因而在很大程度上人体的性能是由水的特性所决定。而我们研究电磁水之目的是为了人体的自然保健 ,因而本文专题讨论水。首先简介人们还不太注意的“水的异乎寻常的特性” ,尔后讨论“电磁场对水的作用” ,最后阐述“电磁水的特性” ,尤其是“水感应电磁场”这一特性。有关水的问题广泛而且复杂 ,动态性强 ,太多数水的现象的研究应该服从于“统计学规律” ,引入“量子力学”的处理方法是必要的 ,也简捷些。  相似文献

Water availability in the root zone (green water) is a critical component of plant production, but is often deficient in many Third World regions. When deficient, runoff water (blue water) can be added. Focusing on ten physiographic regions in Africa and Asia, characterized by mainly or partly dry climates and rapid population growth, this study analyses whether in a 30-years'' perspective enough blue water could be provided to allow food self-sufficiency. It is assumed that for food self-sufficiency some 900 cubic metres of water per person per year has to be provided. In judging the realism it is assumed that a maximum 25 per cent increase in water mobilization rate would be manageable in a 30-year period. The study suggests that by 2025, water scarcity will make regions populated by some 55 per cent of the world''s population dependent on food imports. For water-wasting regions in Central Asia, water saving might, however, free the water needed. The paper closes by proposing some urgent measures. <br>  相似文献

The water footprint (WF) has been developed within the water resources research community as a volumetric measure of freshwater appropriation. The concept is used to assess water use along supply chains, sustainability of water use within river basins, efficiency of water use, equitability of water allocation and dependency on water in the supply chain. With the purpose of integrating the WF in life cycle assessment of products, LCA scholars have proposed to weight the original volumetric WF by the water scarcity in the catchment where the WF is located, thus obtaining a water-scarcity weighted WF that reflects the potential local environmental impact of water consumption. This paper provides an elaborate critique on this proposal. The main points are: (1) counting litres of water use differently based on the level of local water scarcity obscures the actual debate about water scarcity, which is about allocating water resources to competing uses and depletion at a global scale; (2) the neglect of green water consumption ignores the fact that green water is scarce as well; (3) since water scarcity in a catchment increases with growing overall water consumption in the catchment, multiplication of the consumptive water use of a specific process or activity with water scarcity implies that the resultant weighted WF of a process or activity will be affected by the WFs of other processes or activities, which cannot be the purpose of an environmental performance indicator; (4) the LCA treatment of the WF is inconsistent with how other environmental footprints are defined; and (5) the Water Stress Index, the most cited water scarcity metric in the LCA community, lacks meaningful physical interpretation. It is proposed to incorporate the topic of freshwater scarcity in LCA as a “natural resource depletion” category, considering depletion from a global perspective. Since global freshwater demand is growing while global freshwater availability is limited, it is key to measure the comparative claim of different products on the globe's limited accessible and usable freshwater flows.  相似文献

In the present paper, we have presented a theoretical discussion of specific biophysical mechanisms pertaining to the regulation (by means of internal factors) of physiological water exchange with the water medium by the cells of the Nitella translucens. The investigation has demonstrated that these cells have a capacity for water exchange regulation through changes in the values of transport parameters of the cell membrane (i.e. the filtration coefficient Lp and the reflection coefficient σ), as well as changes in the concentration Csi (inside the cells) of the osmotically active solute.  相似文献

In most parts of China, water resources development and utilization has reached or exceeded the international warning level, especially in the northern arid and semi-arid regions, the serious water stress have aroused worldwide concerns. Many issues of water resources are closely and some inseparably associated with human activities. In this study, the water footprint (WF) and related indicators were applied as comprehensive indicators to assess real water use by humans from the consumption perspective. A Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model (FCE) was used for the evaluation in its role to assess water stress. And the index system of water stress assessment including four aspects, namely water supply and demand balance, socio-economy, agricultural production and ecological environment was established. Taking the case of Hebei province of China where there is serious conflict between water supply and demand, water stress assessment of all eleven administrative areas for the period 2000–2013 was analyzed. The findings showed that water stress was denoted by three levels, namely high water stress (red zone), general water stress (yellow zone) and low water stress (blue zone), which lays the foundation of the further research on water risk warning. According to the results of water stress assessment and the socio-economic development trends of Hebei, a Markov Chain Risk Warning model was built to describe the risk state of water system and to predict the transition probability of future states. This was intended to focus on the possibility that water stress levels might change into higher water stress level. The current study aims at extending earlier research by making a first step from water footprint estimation towards water stress assessment and providing reference for scientific management of water resources in arid and semi-arid regions.  相似文献

Climate change, world population growth and industrialization have placed considerable stress on the local availability of water resources. Considering that most of the world's population currently resides in cities, this issue has particular relevance in an urban environment. One of the methods that is recognized to support better water management is water footprint accounting. However, due to the requirement of large amounts of data and their limited availability, applications of this method at an urban scale use national or regional water use data. The goal of this study is to develop a methodological proposal to assess the water footprint accounting of direct water use at an urban level to support the local management of water resources by using local data, by adopting a bottom-up approach and by verifying its applicability in a real case study. The water footprint accounting approach was modified by adopting a modular approach in the definition of boundaries and by adapting the blue, green and gray water footprint accounting formulations. The proposed method was successfully tested in the municipality of Vicenza (north east Italy) and provided interesting responses in terms of water management. Herein, we also discuss the latest developments in impact assessments related to water based on a life cycle assessment, which should be used as a framework for the future development of the model that is presented.  相似文献

Use of a water flip-back pulse in the homonuclear NOESY experiment   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Summary A simple modification to the WATERGATE water suppression scheme [Piotto, M., Saudek, V. and Sklená, V. (1992) J. Biomol. NMR, 2, 661–665] is proposed. Radiation damping is used as an active element during the mixing time of a NOESY experiment, in order to obtain a reproducable state of the water magnetization at the end of the mixing time. Through the use of a water flip-back pulse and a gradient-tailored excitation scheme, we obtain both an excellent water suppression and a water magnetization close to equilibrium at the beginning of the acquisition time. We show experimentally that this modification results in a 20% gain in intensity for all signals when using a relaxation delay of 1.5 s, and also that avoiding a semisaturated state for the water magnetization allows the amide protons as well as other proton resonances to relax to equilibrium with their proper relaxation time.  相似文献

水库供水(特别是对城市的供水)已成为缓解全球水资源供给不足的重要途径。于2001年至2003年的丰水期和枯水期调查分析了新建河流型水库-飞来峡水库的水质、浮游植物群落特征和营养状态。结果表明飞来峡水库水质良好,多数水质指标为地表水Ⅱ水质标准,其营养盐浓度、浮游植物的密度均较低,属于贫中营养。从近几年的水质变化来看,建库后,水质改善明显。通过对广州市饮用水源水水质现状及存在问题的分析,从水质和水量两方面探讨了飞来峡水水库作为广州优质水源地的优势。由于来水量大,水库水质净化能力强,飞来峡水库水质和水量均有保证,可作为广州市重要水源地之一。但今后,在流域管理和水土保持工作更应重视和加强。  相似文献

Four varieties of maize differing in drought resistance and geographical origin (Swabi White and Shaheen from Pakistan, Garbo and Goldprinz from Germany) were analyzed for their proline and abscisic acid (ABA) accumulation during a prolonged water stress period. Proline levels increased continuously during the stress period in all the four varieties, but to different amounts. The drought-susceptible varieties Shaheen and Goldprinz produced higher levels of proline than the drought-resistant varieties Swabi White and Garbo. A negative correlation was also found between maximal ABA contents and degree of drought resistance during prolonged stress of younger plants. ABA levels did not increase steadily, but reached a maximum long before the end of the stress phase, and then declined. The results are discussed in relation to the possibility of using proline and ABA levels as biochemical indicators of resistance against drought.  相似文献

Aquporins are intrinsic membrane proteins that function as water channel to transport water and/or mineral nutrients across biological membranes. In this study, we aimed to clarify whether water structure can be changed by the presence of ceramics and whether such a change can be determined by aquaporin. First, we confirmed that ceramics could transform tap water into active tap water by increasing water permeability through aquaporin. We also found that this change in water permeability by treatment with ceramics occurred in distilled water. The distilled water was determined to exhibit the same aquaporin permeability as the original tap water. Our data indicate that the aquaporin permeability of water can be changed by severe physical shocks, such as slapping and sonication, which is consistent with the implication that the aquaporin permeability is closely related to the structure of the water. In this study, using aquaporins, we first reported that the treatment of water with ceramics can affect the structure of water, and the water can retain the structure for a given period under certain condition  相似文献

Water scarcity is a widespread problem in many parts of the world. Most previous methods of water scarcity assessment only considered water quantity, and ignored water quality. In addition, the environmental flow requirement (EFR) was commonly not explicitly considered in the assessment. In this study, we developed an approach to assess water scarcity by considering both water quantity and quality, while at the same time explicitly considering EFR. We applied this quantity–quality-EFR (QQE) approach for the Huangqihai River Basin in Inner Mongolia, China. We found that to keep the river ecosystem health at a “good” level (i.e., suitable for swimming, fishing, and aquaculture), 26% of the total blue water resources should be allocated to meet the EFR. When such a “good” level is maintained, the quantity- and quality-based water scarcity indicators were 1.3 and 14.2, respectively; both were above the threshold of 1.0. The QQE water scarcity indicator thus can be expressed as 1.3(26%)|14.2, indicating that the basin was suffering from scarcity problems related to both water quantity and water quality for a given rate of EFR. The current water consumption has resulted in degradation of the basin's river ecosystems, and the EFR cannot be met in 3 months of a year. To reverse this situation, future policies should aim to reduce water use and pollution discharge, meet the EFR for maintaining healthy river ecosystems, and substantially improve pollution treatment.  相似文献

Features of Crassulacean acid metabolism (CAM) were studied in a variety of different succulents in response to climatic conditions between March 1977 and October 1983 in the southern Namib desert (Richtersveld). A screening in 1977 and 1978 revealed that nearly all investigated succulents performed a CAM, but overnight accumulation of malate declined gradually with decreasing soil water potential, tissue osmotic potential, and leaf water content. This was further substantiated by an extended period of insufficient rainfall in 1979 and 1980 which damaged the evergreen CAM succulents between 80 and 100%. In most of the species still living, neither CO2-gas exchange nor diurnal acid fluctuation, indicative of CAM, could be detected unless an abundant rainfall restored both CAM features. Plants persisted in a stage of latent life.Water supply is one necessary prerequisite for CAM in the Richtersveld. But even well-watered plants with CAM were sensitive to short-term water stress caused by high water-vapour partialpressure deficit (VPD) in the night, which reduced or prevented CO2 uptake and resulted in a linear relation between overnight accumulated malate and VPD. The results do not support the opinion that, for the Namib succulents, CAM is an adaptive mechanism to water stress since long-term and short-term water stress stopped nocturnal malate synthesis, but instead lead to the conclusion that nocuturnal CO2 fixation is only performed when the water status of the plant can be improved simultaneously.Abbreviations CAM Crassulacean acid metabolism - VPD water vapour pressure deficit Dedicated to Professor H. 为了解秸秆覆盖下作物群体对土壤水分和小麦产量的影响,于2012年6月至2013年6月在渭北旱塬研究秸秆覆盖与常规耕作模式下播种密度对土壤储水量、冬小麦群体动态变化、小麦产量及水分利用效率的影响。秸秆覆盖与常规耕作相比休闲期在0~3.6 m土层多蓄水105 mm,主要于小麦拔节后利用。不同播种密度主要影响小麦抽穗前的群体大小,抽穗后群体差异不显著。小麦籽粒产量为2 841~3 496 kg/hm, 不同密度水平或覆盖均没有显著影响小麦产量,但是高密度处理较中、低密度显著降低小麦收获指数。另外,秸秆覆盖小麦较常规增加20%耗水量,小麦水分利用效率降低11%。因此,在休闲期降雨丰富,生育期特旱的气候条件下播种密度对秸秆覆盖小麦产量没有影响,显著增加耗水量,降低水分利用效率。播种密度、秸秆覆盖及其交互效应还有待于在其他气候年型下进一步研究观测以便综合评价这些因素的影响效应,进而建立旱地小麦高产高效用水的管理措施。  相似文献

根据水量平衡方程式计算,雨养麦田5个试验麦季的耗水量分别为435.5、326.0、293.8、277.2和365.9mm,可代表该区过湿、一般和干旱年份的小麦耗水量.研究结果表明,小麦地上部分生物量与其总耗水量的相关关系不显着(r=0.67).在耗水量中,土壤储水的贡献占50%.在降雨少而土壤储水丰足的年份,其贡献高达60%,是小麦水分的重要来源.在充分施肥条件下,5个麦季的水分利用率≥11.25kg·ha-1·mm-1,表明适当增加肥料投入可提高农田水分利用率.  相似文献

A simple model of water uptake by vegetation is used to aid the discrimination of plant water sources determined with isotope data. In the model, water extracted from different soil depths depends on the leaf–soil potential difference, a root distribution function and a lumped hydraulic conductance parameter. Measurements of plant transpiration rate, and soil and leaf water potentials are used to estimate the value of the conductance parameter. Isotopic ratios in soil water and xylem are then used to constrain the root distribution. The model is applied to field measurements of transpiration, leaf water potential and 18O composition of xylem water on Corymbia clarksoniana, Lophostemon suaveolens, Eucalpytus platyphylla and Melaleuca viridiflora, and soil water potential and 18O composition of soil water to 8.5 m depth, in an open woodland community, Pioneer Valley, North Queensland. Estimates of the water uptake from various depths below the surface are determined for each species. At the time of sampling, the proportion of groundwater extracted by the trees ranged from 100% for C. clarksoniana to <15% for L. suaveolens and E. platyphylla. The advantages of the model over the traditional approach to determining sources of water used by plants using isotope methods are that it: (1) permits more quantitative assessments of the proportion of water sourced from different depths, (2) can deal with gradational soil water isotope profiles (rather than requiring distinct values for end-members), and (3) incorporates additional data on plant water potentials and is based on simple plant physiological processes.  相似文献

通过3年的定位观测,分析了晋西黄土区护林主要造林树种刺槐和油松寺地供水与耗水关系,油松和刺槐林地4-6月林地水分消耗大于供给,供耗矛盾突出;雨季水分供应充足,土壤贮水增加;相同条件下密度大的林分耗水量较大,在干旱季节和年份,相同条件下,密度大的林分林地有效供水较少,林地水分亏损较为严重;不同坡向的水分缺量大小顺序为阳坡>半阳坡>阴坡,本文引入耗水特性系数来表示林分耗水的大小和需水量的满足程度,研究表明,用耗水特性系数表示林木规律和水分供耗关系是适合的衡量指标。  相似文献
