Copper(I) is five coordinate in (1,10-phenanthroline)tetrahydroborato(triphenylphosphine)copper(I). This compound crystallizes from either toluene as the yellow, α-form, a = 16.247(8), b = 9.750(7), c = 9.322(5) Å, α = 62.92(4), β = 84.77(4), γ = 84.34(5)°, triclinic P1, Z = 2, or from a xylene/methylene chloride mixture as the red β-form, X-ray cell, a = 13.675(11), b = 10.115(8), c = 9.700(7) Å, α = 95.22(6), β = 96.22(6), γ = 101.02(6)°; neutron cell, as the tetradeuteroborate, a = 13.703(1), b = 10.096(8), c = 9.74(1) Å, α = 95.23(9), β = 96.51(8), γ = 101.04(2)°, triclinic, P1, Z = 2. For both forms, unidentate triphenylphosphine, bidentate 1,10-phenanthroline and unsymmetrical bidentate BH4? completes the copper(I) coordination but there are subtle differences between the two. When the ligand 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dmdp, replaces 1,10-phenanthroline, the compound obtained is four coordinate with no tpp in the crystal. [C(dmdp)BH4] is monoclinic, Cc, a = 14.522(4), b = 20.07(2), c = 7.718(2) Å, β = 106.17(2)°, Z = 4.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds, M(S2COiC3H7)3, M = As(III), (1); Sb(III), (2); and Bi(III), (3) have been determined by three dimensional X-ray diffraction techniques and refined by a least square method. Crystals of (1) and (2) are isomorphous and both crystallize in the rhombohedral space group R3, with unit cell parameters for (1) ahex = 11.559(2), chex = 28.131(3) Å and for (2) ahex = 11.696(2) and chex = 28.135(2) Å, Z = 6. The central metal atom in both (1) and (2) is coordinated by three asymmetrically chelating xanthate ligands [AsS 2.305(2) and 2.978(2) Å and SbS 2.508(1) and 3.006(1) Å] which form a distorted octahedral environment consistent with the presence of a stereochemically active lone pair of electrons. Crystals of (3) are orthorhombic, space group Pnma, Z = 4 with dimensions a = 11.003(3), b = 20.833(4) and c = 9.428(2) Å. The environment of the bismuth atom in (3) is seven coordinate and is comprised of six sulphur atoms, derived from three asymmetrically coordinating xanthate ligands, and a bridging sulphur atom from a neighbouring molecule which results in the formation a polymeric array. For (1) final R and RW 0.050 and 0.047 respectively for 936 reflections [I ? 3σ(I); (2) R 0.040, Rw 0.040 for 1455 reflections I ? 2σ(I)]; and (3) R 0.052, Rw 0.039 for 1796 reflections [I ? 2σ(I).  相似文献

Crystals of cholesteryl oleate (C45H78O2) are monoclinic, space group P21, with a = 12.65(3), b = 9.13(3), c = 18.79(5)A?, β = 93.3(3)° and have 2 molecules in the unit cell. The crystal structure has been determined by Patterson and Fourier methods at a resolution dmin = 1.1 A?, using 799 X-ray intensities (CuKα) measured by a diffractometer. Structure refinement by block-diagonal least squares gave R = 0.12. The oleate chains are almost straight except for a kink at the cis-double bond. The chains pack side by side but without a regular sub-cell structure, in a manner which might be similar to the arrangement within biological membranes. As in cholesteryl octanoate, the cholesteryl ring systems pack together with extensive overlap of anti-parallel nearest neighbours. Projecting methyl groups interlock.  相似文献

The crystal structure of CsReF6, together with a reinvestigation of that of BaSiF6, is reported. Both have been determined from single crystal three-dimensional X-ray diffraction data. The structure of BaSiF6 has been found to conform to the initially assigned space group R3m, contrary to the suggestions of other workers. The unit cell of BaSiF6 has the dimensiona ahex 7.189(1), chex 7.015(1) Å; Z = 3. Refinement by a least squares method gave R 0.0079 and Rw 0.0077. Crystals of CsReF6 belong to the lower symmetry rhombohedral space group R3. The unit cell has the dimensions ahex 7.853(1), chex 8.140(1) Å; Z = 3. Refinement gave R 0.031 and Rw 0.030. The lowering of symmetry is caused by rotation of the ReF6? octahedra about the 3-fold axis through each Re atom, causing CsReF6 to have the KOsF6 structure.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound has been determined from single-crystal X-ray analysis. The triclinic cell has dimensions a = 13.225(3), b = 10.246(2), c = 8.283(2) Å, α = 112.1(1), β = 101.9(1) and γ = 85.0(1)°, space group P1, Z = 2. The structure was refined by least square methods to the conventional R value 0.032 for 2791 observed reflections. The molecule is formed by [GdCl2EtOH(18-crown-6)]+ cations and Cl? anions. In the cation the crown ether ligand, which includes the Gd ion, is folded away from the side where a chlorine and the ethanolic oxygen are coordinated to the metal ion; a second chloride ion is coordinated on the opposite side.  相似文献

Complexes of the M(en)3Ag2(CN)4 (M = Ni, Zn, Cd) and M(en)2Ag2(CN)4 (M = Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd) type were prepared and identified by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, measurement of magnetic susceptibility, and X-ray powder diffractometry. The crystal structures of Ni(en)3Ag2(CN)4 (I) and Zn(en)2Ag2(CN)4 (II) were determined by the method of monocrystal structure analysis. Complex I crystallizes in the space group C2/c, a = 1.2639(5), b = 1.3739(4), c = 1.2494(4) nm, β = 113.25(4)°, Dm = 1.86(1), Dc = 1.86 gcm−3 Z = 4, R = 0.0429. The crystal structure of I consists of complex cations [Ni(en)3]2+ and complex anions [Ag(CN)2]. Complex II crystallizes in the space group I2/m, a = 0.9150(3), b = 1.3308(4), c = 0.6442(2) nm, β = 95.80(3)°, Dm = 2.14(1), Dc = 2.15 gcm−3, Z = 2, R = 0.0334. Its crystal structure consists of infinite, positively charged chains of the [-NCAgCNZn- (en)2]nn+ type and isolated [Ag(CN)2] anions. The atoms of Ag are positioned parallely to the z axis and the AgAg distance is equal to 0.3221(2) nm.  相似文献

The crystal structures of the title compounds Sb(C9H6NO)2(S2COC2H5) (1) and Sb(S2COC2H5)3 (2) have been determined by three dimensional X-ray diffraction techniques and refined by a least squares method; final R 0.049 for 2911 reflections [I ? 3σ(I)] for (1) and R 0.047, Rw 0.046 for 846 reflections [I ? 2σ(I)] for (2). Crystals of (1) are triclinic, space group P1, a = 10.825(2), b = 11.131(2), c = 8.911(1) Å, α = 109.45(1), β = 95.92(1) and γ = 93.02(1)° with Z = 2. Crystals of (2) are rhombohedral, space group R3, arhomb = 10.138(3) Å and α = 103.43(2)°. The environment of the Sb atom in (1) is based on a pentagonal bipyramidal geometry consisting of the six donor atoms of the three chelating ligands and a stereochemically active lone-pair of electrons which occupies the remaining axial position. The xanthate ligand chelates the Sb atom almost symmetrically with two long SbS bonds of 3.059(2) and 3.171(2) Å. In contrast the xanthate ligands in (2) chelate the Sb atom with asymmetric SbS bonds of 2.511(2) and 3.002(3) Å.  相似文献

The title compound was prepared by slow crystallization from a hot aqueous solution of copper(II)- dichromate and pyridine. The structure determination was performed at room temperature on a single crystal in the triclinic space group P1, a = 5.378(1), b = 5.619(1), c = 13.569(2) Å, α = 93.32(1), β = 100.25(1), γ=98.45(1)°. Using 2026 reflections with Fo2 > (Fo2) obtained on a CAD-4 single crystal diffractometer the structure was solved by conventional Patterson and Fourier methods and full matrix least-squares refinement to R = 0.047. The structure consists of complex chains built up from two different (4 + 2) distorted copper(II) octahedra sharing common edges. These chains are linked via OCrO bonds thus forming a two-dimensional infinite network. The pyridine rings extending into the space between these layers are disordered due to rotation around the CuN bond. In the course of the refinement two favoured positions with occupation probabilities 50:50 percent were found. During thermal decomposition the compound loses pyridine and water followed by a release of oxygen to yield poly- crystalline CuCr2O4 and CuO. An intermediate phase with empirical formula Cu3O(CrO4)2 was detected by X-ray powder diffraction and its unit cell parameters were determined.  相似文献

By reacting neodymium nitrate hexahydrate with the cryptand 〈222〉 in methanol, the complex Nd2-(NO3)6[C18H36O6N2]·H2O was obtained and analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The cell is triclinic P1 with a = 14.870(2) Å, b = 13.261(2) Å, c = 8.832(1) Å, α = 91.2(1)°, β = 93.4(1)°, γ = 87.6(1)°, Z = 2 and U = 1736.6 Å3. The structure was refined by least-squares methods to the conventional R = 0.039 for 6177 observed reflections. The compound contains the cations [Nd〈222〉(NO3)]2+ and the anions [Nd(NO3)5·H2O]2?, and is isostructural with the samarium analogue. Solid state fluorescence spectra of the title complex were measured at room and liquid nitrogen temperature, and the transitions 4F3/24I9/2 and 4F3/24I11/2 analyzed.  相似文献
