中国鸢尾属花粉形态研究

本文借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜,对我国产鸢尾属Iris L．32种植物的花粉形态进行 了观察。该属植物的花粉为舟形或近球形。萌发孔可分为远极单沟、远极单沟-拟沟、二合 沟及无萌发孔等类型。外壁主要为网状纹饰,少数具瘤状或鼓槌状纹饰。本文依据花粉形态 和其它器官特征,对本属花粉外壁及萌发孔的演化趋势及某些种的分类地位进行了探讨。     

中国松科花粉形态研究

本文研究了我国松科(Pinaceae)9属61种的花粉形态, 其中有6种进行扫描电子显微镜观察和照相, 4种进行透射电子显微镜观察和照相, 每属都有代表种的绘图, 对该科花粉形态类型、科下的分类及演化问题进行讨论, 为本科的亚科、属、种的划分提供孢粉学方面的参考依据。     

射干和马蔺的花粉形态

利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜 ,对射干和马蔺的花粉粒进行了观察与研究。二者的花粉粒均为长球形 ,左右对称 ,不等极 ,具单沟 (远极沟 ) ,射干花粉粒外壁网状饰纹较粗 ,网脊稍弯曲 ,网胞大 ,网眼中有颗粒 ;马蔺花粉粒外壁网状饰纹较细 ,网脊平滑 ,网胞小 ,网眼中无颗粒。     

安徽黄精属植物花粉形态的研究

利用光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜对安徽省所产七种黄精属植物进行了花粉结构观察。结果表明,黄精属植物花粉形态较为一致,均属两侧对称;形状上多为船形,大小为（２１．５－５７．９）×（１８．９－３１．０）μｍ,具远极单沟,沟长,花粉外壁两层红等中外层略厚,或内层略层;外壁具微穿孔纹饰,穿孔大小、形状均不规则。主张在进行黄精属种间区分时,应考虑花粉外壁的某些特点。     

云南松花粉形态研究

在云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Fr.)小孢子发生发育过程中,花粉母细胞、四分孢子及花粉粒均见有粘连现象。花粉气囊的形态、大小变化复杂多样。除一般具两个正常气囊的花粉粒外,还观察到气囊不发育、具一个气囊、二个异形气囊、三个气囊和四个气囊的花粉粒。成熟花粉壁从外至内可分为外壁外层、外壁内层、内壁外层和内壁内层,它们的构成成分及形态均有明显差别。贮存后花粉的内壁结构发生了明显变化。     

延龄草属花粉形态的研究

对延龄草属（Ｔｒｉｌｌｕｍ Ｌ．）２３种进行了光镜和电镜的观察研究。其中１４种作了透射电镜的研究。研究结果表明,本属花粉的形状和大小在种间变化不大,但在外壁纹饰上却有较大的差异,大致可分为４个纹饰类型,即颗粒状纹饰（多数种类）,疣状纹饰,星状纹饰及刺状纹饰。外壁结构上,大多数种类结构层次模糊,无明显的复盖层和柱状层分化。但Ｔ．ｇｒａｎｄｉｆｌｏｒｕｍ和Ｔ．ｃａｔｅｓａｂｅｉ２个种则有较明显的复盖层     

八角属花粉形态研究

本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对八角属(Illicium L.)14种1变种的花粉形态作了研究。通过花粉形态的研究,验证了在分类上本属所分各组的合理性,讨论了该属花粉形态的演化趋势。     

中国蒿属植物比较形态和解剖学研究 Ⅱ花粉形态

本文通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜,观察国产菊科蒿属２亚属７组５８种代表物的花粉形态,结合有关资料以及菊科１２族,３０属代表植物花粉作比较,分析研究,取得以下结果：１．蒿属的花粉特征具有高度的一致性。主要体现在：花粉呈球形或近球形,极面观的三形圆形,赤道面观为圆形或椭圆形。     

Studies On the Pollen Morphology of the Genus Iris in China

In this paper, pollen grains of 32 species of the genus Iris in China were examined under light microscope and scanning elrctron microscope. Pollen grains in Iris of China are navicular or subspheroidal. According to the characters of aperture and shape, pollen grains may be divided into four types: (1) Monocolpate (distal): pollen grains navicular or subspheroidal, exine reticulate. (2) Monocolpate-colpoidal: pollen grains subspheroidal, exine pilate. (3) 2-syncolpate: polen grains subspheroidal or navicular, exine reticulate. (4) No aperture: pollen grains subspheroidal; exine verrucate. The evolutional trends of aperture and exine ornamentation are traced and systematic po-sitions of some species are discussed based on characteristics of pollen grains and other organs.     

Pollen Morphology of the Aceraceae

Pollen of 40 Acer taxa and one species of Dipteronia were examined by light, scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Pollen grains in both genera are tricolpate or tricolporate of prolate to nearly spheroidal shape. Based on sexine pattern, four major pollen types were recognized and include striate grains, rugulose grains, microreticulate grains, and granular grains. Although the family appears to be rather stenopalynous, several useful taxonomic variations occur.     

大戟科现代植物花粉形态

对大戟科21属33种植物的现代花粉形态进行了系统的形态学研究。选取的33种大戟科植物基本涵盖了该科绝大部分花粉形态类型。根据花粉的大小、形状、外壁表面纹饰, 结合大戟科亚科分类, 对该科花粉形态特征进行详细对比和分析。结果表明, 每个亚科都有其独特的花粉形态, 各亚科可以根据花粉形态来鉴别。此外, 大戟科多个属(如野桐属、山麻杆属、叶下珠属等)的植物花粉形态特征较明显, 可以鉴定到属甚至种一级水平。研究结果不仅为大戟科花粉形态分类学提供了依据, 同时为地层孢粉分析中花粉的鉴定提供参考。     

Pollen Morphology of the Betulaceae

Pollen grains of 6 genera, including 36 species, of the Betulaceae, were examined under LM, SEM and TEM.Their morphological characters are described and three types of pollen are distinguished here. The evidence from pollen morphological characters does not support Hutchinson's (1973)and Dahlgren's (1983)treatments which divided the Betulaceae into two families: Corylaceae ( including Corylus, Ostryopsis, Carpinus and Ostrya) and Betulaceae (including Alnus and Betula). The author agrees with Abbe's (1974)division of the Betulaceae into three tribes with one modification that Ostryopsis is transferred from the tribe Coryleae to the tribe Carpineae. The limits of the three tribes presented here are the same as Kuprianova's (1963) treatment in which she divided the Betulaceae into three families. It is more reasonable to treat Kuprianova's families as tribes. Pollen morphological characters of the three tribes of the Betulaceae are described as follows: 1. Tribe Betuleae (including Alnus and Betula): Pollen grains are triporate or stephanoporate and oblate, suboblate or spheroidal. Sometimes the exine has arci and the ektexine thickens in the apertural region; the sculpture of exine is slightly rugulate under scanning electron microscope (SEM) ; the exine structure is four-layered: tectum, columellae, footlayer and endexine. The columellae are columellate, the endexine thickens in the apertural region and sometimes it is separated from the footlayer to form vestibulum. 2. Tribe Coryleae (only Corylus): Pollen grains are triporate and suboblate. The exine has no arci and the ektexine does not thicken in the apertural region; the sculpture of exine is slightly rugulate under SEM; the exine structure is five-layered: granular layer, tectum, columellae, footlayer and endexine. The tectum is vovered with a granular layer, the columellae granular and the endexine thickens but is not separated from the footlayer in the apertural region. 3. Tribe Carpineae (including Ostryopsis, Carpinus and Ostrya): Pollen grains are mostly triporate and suboblate. The exine has no arci and the ektexine does not thicken in the apertural region; the sculpture of exine is slightly rugulate under SEM; the exine structure is five-layered which is the same as those of the Coryleae. The tectum is covered with a granular layer, the columellae are columellate and the endexine is neither thickened nor separated from the footlayer in the apertural region. 旌节花科及其相关类群花粉形态的研究

对旌节花科及其相关类群五桠果科、猕猴桃科、水东哥科、金莲木科、省沽油科和山茶科等7科19属37种花粉进行了光镜（LM）和扫描电镜（SEM）的观察和比较。其中有些种类是第一次观察和报道。研究表明,上述各科花粉多为近球形至球形,少数近扁球形或近长球形。极面观三裂圆形或近三裂圆形。直径20－30（－35μm）,但厚皮香亚科和省沽油科银鹊树属Tapiscia的花科特别小,仅12.5-20μm。3孔沟,罕有3沟或4孔沟。外萌发孔（沟）相对地较长而宽,内孔多数较发达。花粉外壁纹饰变化大,从模糊而粗糙的细突起到皱波状纹饰,细孔状纹饰,蜂巢状－穴状纹饰,穴－网状纹饰,网状纹饰和颗粒状纹饰等。从形状、大小、萌发孔类型和外壁纹饰的比较看,虽然上述各科花粉均在不同程度上具有一定的相似性,但其中以旌节花科、省沽油科和山茶科中厚皮香科的花粉具有更多的相似性,尤其表现在外壁纹饰特征上。就孢粉学而言,也许旌节花科与省沽油科和山茶科中的厚皮香亚科的关系相对地较为密切。不过,其孢粉学特征所表现出的亲缘关系似乎不如在分子生物学中所表现出的明显。     

牛奶子花粉形态特征与生活力测定

采用两种扫描电镜样品制备技术制备牛奶子花粉,扫描电镜观察其形态,研究结果表明:经自然干燥法制样,牛奶子花粉外观变形严重;采用固定—脱水制样,花粉外形保持良好,牛奶子花粉近球形,极面观钝三角圆形,具3沟,表面具脑纹状雕纹。采用I2-KI染色法测定牛奶子花粉开花后不同时间的生活力,结果表明:牛奶子花粉生活力在开花初较高,并在开花后36h内维持在80%以上,之后迅速下降,但在花期末仍有部分花粉具有生活力。
