By use of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy including 2D 1H,1H DQF-COSY/TOCSY and 1H,13C HMQC/HMBC experiments, the main water-soluble carbohydrate components extracted from leaves of Matricaria maritima were identified as oligofructans composed of a linear chain of (2-->1)-linked beta-D-fructofuranosyl residues specifying an inulin-type structure. Twenty new 5-(hydroxyalkyl)-2-cyclopentenone derivatives (hygrophorones) could be isolated from Hygrophorus latitabundus, H. olivaceoalbus, H. persoonii, and H. pustulatus. Their fungicidal activity was exemplarily tested. The hygrophorones have structural similarities to the antibiotic pentenomycin. Chemically, hygrophorones are 2-cyclopentenones with hydroxy or acetoxy substituents at C-4 and/or C-5. An odd-numbered 1' oxidized alkyl chain (C(11), C(13), C(15), or C(17)) is attached at C-5. In addition, from H. persoonii the new gamma-butyrolactone derivative [5-(E)-2-hydroxytetradexylidene-5H-furan-2-one] could be isolated. Some hygrophorones are responsible for the color reaction of the stipes of these fungi upon treatment with potassium hydroxide solution. Structural elucidations are based on 1D ((1)H, (13)C) and 2D (COSY, NOESY, HSQC, HMBC) NMR spectroscopic analyses as well as HR-FT-ICR-MS investigations.  相似文献

The O-polysaccharide (O-antigen) of Providencia stuartii O44:H4 (strain 3768/51) was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharide and studied by sugar and methylation analyses along with (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, including 2D (1)H,(1)H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, and H-detected (1)H,(13)C HSQC, and HMQC-TOCSY experiments. An acidic polysaccharide was isolated from Pseudoalteromonas flavipulchra type strain NCIMB 2033(T) and found to consist of 6-deoxy-L-talose (L-6dTal), D-galactose and 3-deoxy-D-manno-oct-2-ulosonic acid (Kdo). Two new abietane-type diterpenoid o-quinones, 7beta-methoxyabieta-8,13-diene-11,12-dione-(20,6beta)-olide (rosmaquinone A) (1) and 7alpha-methoxyabieta-8,13-diene-11,12-dione-(20,6beta)-olide (rosmaquinone B) (2), together with six known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Rosmarinus officinalis L. In the course of studies on polyphenol metabolism in Punica granatum heartwood two new ellagitannins, diellagic acid rhamnosyl (1-->4) glucopyranoside and 5-O-galloylpunicacortein D were isolated and characterized together with four known tannin metabolites, punicacortein D, punicalin, punicalagin and 2-O-galloylpunicalin. Three sesterterpenes (1-3), one triterpene (4) and five diterpenes (5-9) were isolated from the aerial parts of Salvia palaestina Bentham (Lamiaceae), together with two sesquiterpenes, 10 known diterpenes, three triterpenes, and rosmarinic acid. Isofloridosides (1-O-alpha-D-galactopyranosylglycerol) and floridoside (2-O-alpha-D-galactopyranosylglycerol) were extracted from the red alga Porphyra umbilicalis (Linné) Kützing (Bangiales, Rhodophyta). Their separation was achieved by HPLC (NH(2) P50 column) after successive purification of the crude extract by ion-exchange chromatography and HPLC (Sugar-Pak TM1 column). 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy experiments allowed to completely assign the (1)H and (13)C spectra of D-isofloridoside.  相似文献

High resolution NMR has been applied for assessment of lipid classes and acyl stereospecific positions of fatty acids in marine phospholipids and triacylglycerols. 1D and 2D NMR techniques in combination with recording of a number of reference standards have been used to interpret the (1)H and (13)C NMR spectra of fish gonads. (13)C NMR spectra gave information regarding the polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) in phosphatidylcholine (PC) and phosphatidylethanolamine (PE). The carbonyl resonances showed that n-3 PUFAs primarily were esterified in the sn-2 position of PC and PE. The glycerol resonances showed that the PC/PE ratio was higher in roe than in milt and that roe comprised more triacylglycerols than milt. Thin layer chromatography showed that milt contained 2.4 times more cholesterol than roe, which was also found by integrating the (1)H NMR spectra. Concentration (mol%) of n-3 fatty acids were calculated from the (1)H NMR data and showed 44.8 and 36.3% in roe and milt, respectively.  相似文献

Two alpha-pinene-type monoterpenes, 7-hydroxymyrtenol (1) and 7-hydroxymyrtenal (2), a inositol derivative, (+)-quebrachitol (3) and two p-menthene triols (4 and 5), in addition to two known compounds were isolated from the aerial parts of Artemisia suksdorfii. Six steroidal glycosides (1-6) were isolated from the aerial parts of Tribulus alatus Del. (Zygophyllaceae), together with one known cholestane, one spirostane, and six flavonol glycosides. Among them, 1 and 2 possess a furostane-type aglycone, 3 and 6 a cholestane structure, and 4 and 5 a spirostane skeleton. The O-polysaccharide was obtained by mild acid degradation of the lipopolysaccharide from Providencia alcalifaciens O27 and studied by sugar and methylation analyses along with (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, including 2D (1)H,(1)H COSY, TOCSY, ROESY, H-detected (1)H,(13)C HSQC, and HMBC experiments. The tubers of Lepidium meyenii contain the benzylated derivative of 1,2-dihydro-N-hydroxypyridine, named macaridine, together with the benzylated alkamides (macamides), N-benzyl-5-oxo-6E,8E-octadecadienamide and N-benzylhexadecanamide, as well as the acyclic keto acid, 5-oxo-6E,8E-octadecadienoic acid. The structure elucidation of the isolated compounds was based primarily on 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic analyses, including 1H-1H COSY, 1H-13C HMQC, 1H-13C HMBC and 1H-1H NOESY experiments, as well as from 1H-15N NMR HMBC correlations for macaridine and N-benzylhexadecanamide.  相似文献

As part of a long-term study of the chemical defenses of Norway spruce (Picea abies) against herbivores and pathogens, a phytochemical survey of the phenolics in the bark was carried out. Eight stilbene glucoside dimers, designated as piceasides A-H (1a-4b), were isolated as four 1:1 mixtures of inseparable diastereomers. Their structures were determined by extensive spectroscopic means including 1D (1H and 13C) and 2D NMR (1H-1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, ROESY) spectra, and were supported by enzymatic hydrolysis and computational analysis.  相似文献

The structure of an acidic polysaccharide from Pseudoalteromonas aliena type strain KMM 3562(T) has been elucidated. The polysaccharide was studied by component analysis, (1)H and (13)C NMR spectroscopy, including 2D NMR experiments. A (1)H, (13)C band-selective constant-time heteronuclear multiple-bond connectivity experiment was used to determine amide linkages, between serine and uronic acid (UA) residues, via (3)J(H,C) correlations between Ser-alphaH and UA-C-6. Six novel alkylated p-Benzoquinones irisoquin (A-F) (1-2, 4-7) together with a known cytotoxic quinone, irisoquin (3) along with three known isoflavones, tectoregenin, iristectorin and irigenin were isolated from the rhizomes of Iris kumaonensis and characterized. The structures of compounds 1-2, 4-7 were confirmed by extensive spectroscopic analysis, IR, MS, HRMS, GC, GC-MS, 1D (1H, 13C, NOE) and 2D (HMQC and HMBC) NMR and comparison with literature data of known compounds.  相似文献
