以2种成熟度不同的红枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)为试验材料在入库前采用保鲜剂处理,未采用保鲜剂处理的红枣为试验对照,研究红枣不同贮藏时期果面微生物多样性。结果表明:红枣贮藏期果面微生物种群中,细菌是优势类群,占微生物总数80%以上,真菌较少;采摘期红枣果面上就携带微生物,真菌优势菌株属于链格孢(Alternaria),其次为镰刀菌(Fusarium)和木霉(Trichoderma),贮藏期优势菌株属于链格孢(Alternaria)、青霉(Penicillium)、木霉(Trichoderma)和镰刀菌(Fusarium),曲霉(Aspergillus)、毛霉(Mucor)和根霉(Rhizopus)次之。红枣贮藏期果面微生物种群动态失衡是导致贮藏病害发生的主要原因,成熟度较高的红枣果面微生物总数、真菌和细菌的数量明显高于成熟度较低的红枣,使用保鲜剂后有效地降低了红枣贮藏期果面微生物的多样性,贮藏时间越长红枣果面微生物的多样性越明显。  相似文献

In this study, we found that oxalic acid (OA) at the concentrationof 5 mM could delay jujube fruit sene-scence by reducing ethyleneproduction, repressing fruit reddening and reducing alcoholcontent, which consequently increased fruit resistance againstblue mold caused by Penicillium expansum. In order to gain afurther understanding of the mechanism by which OA delays senescenceand increases disease resistance of jujube fruit, we used aproteomics approach to compare soluble proteome of jujube fruitstreated with water or 5 mM OA for 10 min. A total of 25 differentiallyexpressed proteins were identified by using electrospray ionizationquadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-Q-TOF-MS/MS).Among these proteins, alcohol dehydrogenase 1, which plays adirect role in ethanol metabolism, was repressed, and the abundancesof three photosynthesis-related proteins was enhanced in jujubefruit after OA treatment. The protein identified as a cystathionineβ-synthase domain-containing protein, which can regulateethylene precursors, was also induced by OA treatment. The activityof 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid synthase was significantlysuppressed in OA-treated jujube fruit. In addition, three proteinsrelated to the defense/stress response were up-regulated byOA, and contributed to the establishment of systemic resistanceinduced by OA in jujube fruits. These results indicated thatOA treatment might affect ethanol and ethylene metabolism, resultingin delaying senescence, and increase resistance of jujube fruitsagainst fungal pathogens.  相似文献

梨枣采后乙烯释放量、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脂氧合酶(LOX)活性呈上升而硬度、维生素C(VC)含量和好果率呈逐渐下降趋势.IAA、ABA、乙烯利促进枣果采后初期的乙烯生成,提高梨枣中MDA含量和LOX活性,加速梨枣软化,降低梨枣的VC含量和好果率;ABA的作用更加明显.LOX活性与果肉硬度及好果率呈显著负相关,暗示LOX与枣果的软化衰老有一定关系.  相似文献

以4年生梨枣为试验材料,在果实生长期设置了4个土壤水势水平,研究不同处理梨枣茎秆直径生长、光合速率、蒸腾速率、叶片相对含水量以及果实数量对土壤水势的响应,探讨了梨枣果实生长期适宜的土壤水势范围。结果表明:1)在果实缓慢生长期,茎秆直径生长缓慢;土壤水势高于-84 kPa时能显著地降低落果率。2)果实快速生长期,茎秆直径日最大值和叶片相对含水量能反映梨枣的水分状况;适当的控制土壤水势能显著的提高叶片的水分利用效率;土壤水势高于-84 kPa时果实快速生长期出现坐果现象。3)果实生长期前期的土壤水势低至-461 kPa会影响果实生长期叶片的功能和后期的坐果。因此,梨枣果实生长期的适宜的土壤水势范围为-41—-84 kPa,提高了叶片水分利用效率,提高了单果重,不影响产量。  相似文献

The phenological growth stages of jujube tree are first described here using the BBCH scale. Based on this general scale, jujube phenology showed 8 of the 10 principal stages (0–9): bud, leaf and shoot development, inflorescence emergence, flowering, fruit development, fruit maturity and senescence. A schematic representation of the chronological progression of principal growth stages of jujube is also shown. The codification of the different growth stages is important for correct timing of general orchard management, particularly for disease and pest management. Besides, it will help farmers to efficiently schedule and manage jujube cultivation, as well as to improve knowledge dissemination among scientists around the World.  相似文献

Owing to the high nutritional value and extensive medicinal use of its products, Chinese jujube (Ziziphus jujuba Mill) is one of the most important fruit crops in China. However, jujube fruits are highly perishable and thus have a short shelf life, which is a serious hindrance to the industry. Better understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying jujube fruit softening is fundamental to overcome the problem. Thus, both forward and reverse suppression subtractive hybridization (SSH) cDNA libraries were constructed to identify differentially expressed genes for fruit at half-red ripening stage and complete red stage. As a result of dot blot confirmation, a total of 154 differentially expressed genes were identified. After removed low-quality regions and screened for vector contamination, blasted with the non-redundant NCBI databases, 78.6 % of sequences exhibited high homology to previously identified or putative proteins. All the ESTs were annotated and classified according to the terms of the three main Gene Ontology vocabularies using the Blast2GO software. Furthermore, the quantitative real-time PCR was carried out for 17 genes to validate the genes differentially expressed from the SSH libraries. And the full-length sequences of galactose oxidase and aldehyde dehydrogenase genes were obtained. It is the first step to explore the functional genomics and regulatory networks during the storage period of jujube fruit. The identification of the genes differentially expressed is helpful to understand the ripening and softening of the jujube fruit at the molecular level.  相似文献

沼气发酵残余物应用于金丝小枣栽培的初步研究   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
通过田间试验比较了沼气发酵残余物(沼渣和沼液)和化肥对金丝小枣部分形态特征、土壤肥力和果实品质等的影响.结果表明,施用沼渣和沼液能显著增强植株和枣果抗病、抗逆能力;改良土壤肥力状况,有机碳、总氮和矿质氮分别比化肥组对照高42.65%、37.61%和35.26%;降低土壤碱度,土壤pH值由875下降到821;增加土壤微生物量,微生物碳和氮量分别比对照高59.44%和56.06%;提高果实品质,其中粗纤维、维生素C、总氨基酸、微量元素铁和磷的含量分别比对照高27.69%、24.85%、19.81%、10.89%和5.26%.表明将沼气发酵残余物应用于金丝小枣栽培能给枣农带来良好的经济收益和环境效益,为金丝小枣的无公害生产提供了新思路.  相似文献

Aims:  This study was conducted to measure the efficacy of the marine antagonist Rhodosporidium paludigenum in the suppression of postharvest decay of Chinese winter jujube caused by Alternaria alternata and to explore the possible mode of action involved.
Methods and Results:  The efficacy of controlling postharvest diseases by R. paludigenum was examined. Rapid yeast colonization of wounds was observed during the first 48 h at 25°C. The yeast at 1 × 108 cells ml−1 of washed cells suspension provided better control of A. alternata than any other treatment. The concentration of the antagonist had significant effects on biocontrol effectiveness: as the concentration of R. paludigenum was increased, the disease incidence decreased. Meanwhile, R. paludigenum significantly inhibited the natural development of decay and did not damage fruit quality parameters including lightness values, hue angle, firmness, soluble solids, ascorbic acid and titratable acidity in 21 days' storage at 25°C.
Conclusions:  Rhodosporidium paludigenum was effective in controlling postharvest decay of Chinese winter jujube and did not impair fruit quality parameters.
Significance and Impact of the Study:  Rhodosporidium paludigenum can be used as a nonchemical agent in postharvest biological control of Chinese winter jujube.  相似文献

The efficacy of submicron chitosan dispersions (SCD) on Alternaria alternata rot of the ‘Lingwu changzao’ jujube (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Lingwu changzao) fruit and possible mechanisms involved were investigated in this study. When jujube fruit at the preharvest stage were sprayed twice with SCD (10 mg/ml) water solution and then natural infections were allowed to develop, there was a significant reduction in disease incidence and lesion index compared to control fruit during storage period, and similar results were obtained from postharvest fruit inoculated with the Alternaria rot pathogen. Scanning electron microscopy of the pathogen revealed that hyphae and spores were damaged and deformed when growing on the surface of fruit pretreated with SCD or CHO. The slowed softening of jujube fruit resulted from the protopectin content increasing compared with the control. Furthermore, SCD sprays inhibited cell wall hydrolysing enzymes, pectinase activity was decreased, and the increase in cellulase activity was postponed (from 30 days to 45 days).It was concluded that preharvest application of SCD was a more effective alternative to conventional chitosan for preventing postharvest from Alternaria rot of ‘Lingwu changzao’ jujube fruit.  相似文献

梨枣花果期耗水规律及其与茎直径变化的相关分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
设置4个水分处理,研究了4年生梨枣2010年及2011年花果期不同供水条件下土壤水分动态和耗水规律,分析了梨枣日耗水量与茎直径变化间的相关性,建立回归模型.结果表明:(1)2a内各处理梨枣耗水量随土壤供水量的增加而增大,其日耗水量最大值均出现在灌水后1周内;各处理果实膨大期日耗水强度大于开花坐果期.(2)2a内各处理茎直径日变化平均值(MTD)、茎直径日最大值(MXTD)均符合Logistic函数关系,MXTD与MTD在表征梨枣茎秆生长规律方面效果一致,各处理茎直径变化指标(MTD、MXTD)增长率因水分处理的不同而存在差异.(3)高水分(T1处理)条件下茎直径变化指标(MTD、MXTD、MDS(茎直径日最大收缩量)、DG(茎直径日生长量))在表征枣树耗水状况方面不敏感;在低水分(T4处理)条件下,日耗水量与茎直径日最大收缩量(MDS)相关系数较其他3个茎直径变化指标(MTD、MXTD、DG)高且达极显著水平,说明MDS能够更好的表征低水分处理的梨枣耗水规律.在此基础上建立耗水量与茎直径变化回归模型,为评价梨枣耗水状况提供依据.  相似文献

研究得知湘南地区引进沾化冬枣、梨枣和骏枣的枣头一次枝(下简称枣头)伸长生长节律与本地品种鸡蛋枣相似,幼树期枣头有两次明显的伸长生长过程,其间出现生长暂缓期。从枣头年生长量看,三个引进品种均比本地品种鸡蛋枣要小,但秋季生长量比重均比鸡蛋枣还要大。三个引进品种果实均较鸡蛋枣大,果实生长规律均与鸡蛋枣相似。但各个品种果实生育期均长于鸡蛋枣。冬枣果实生育期最长为100天~110天,梨枣与骏枣果实生育较短,梨枣70天~75天,骏枣约85天,而鸡蛋枣只有65天~70天。  相似文献

Two bacterial strains (ZJ01 and ZJ02) isolated from the phyllosphere of Chinese jujube were tested for antifungal activities and morphological mechanisms against Phoma destructiva, Alternaria alternata and Fusicoccum spp., three key pathogens of jujube fruits. Based on their physiological characteristics and 16S rDNA gene sequences, both strains were identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The disease incidence of jujube fruits sprayed with the fermentation liquor of ZJ01 and ZJ02 on the puncture wounds before inoculation with the spores of those three key pathogenic fungi was 10% or 66.7%, significantly lower than that of Nutrient Broth medium treatment (100%). These results suggest that strains ZJ01 may be a potential biological control agent for Chinese jujube fruit diseases. The antagonistic bacteria could cause five kinds of hyphal alterations of the causal agents, the maximum number ever observed. Of them, hyphal swelling and excessive branching were the dominant phenomenon, the other three varied with the pathogens. The diverse morphological malformation might be helpful to understand the broad antifungal activity of Bacillus spp..  相似文献

The potential of using an antagonistic yeast alone or in combination with microwave treatment for controlling blue mould rot of jujube fruit, and its effect on postharvest quality of fruit, was investigated. The results showed that the growth of Penicillium citrinum was completely inhibited by a 2450‐MHz microwave heating for 2 or more minutes in vitro. The population density of P. citrinum in surface wounds of fruit treated with microwave treatment for 2–3 min was significantly lower than that of controls. When tested on jujube fruit, antagonistic yeast or microwave treatment, as stand‐alone treatment, the disease incidence of infected wounds was reduced from 100% to 45.0% and 36.0%, and lesion diameters were reduced from 1.92 cm to 1.50 cm and 1.38 cm, respectively. However, in fruit treated with a combination of Metschnikowia pulcherrima and microwave treatment, the disease incidence of infected wounds and lesion diameters was only 21.0% and 1.00 cm, respectively. The natural decay incidence on jujube fruit treated with the combination of microwave treatment and M. pulcherrima was 6.2% after storage at 2 ± 1°C for 45 days and at 22°C for 7 days. None of the treatments impaired quality parameters of fruits. Thus, the combination of microwave treatment and M. pulcherrima could provide an alternative to synthetic fungicides for controlling postharvest blue mould rot of jujube fruit.  相似文献

以山地梨枣为试材,进行了枣树茎直径对土壤水势(WPs)、太阳辐射(Rs)、气温(Ta)、空气相对湿度(RH)等生态因子的响应试验研究。试验共设4个WPs区间的处理,连续测定枣树茎直径及不同生态因子的动态变化。结果表明:在果实膨大期,在-41—-390 kPa范围内,WPs越高的处理,其枣树茎直径(TD)越大;不同处理间枣树最大茎直径(MXTD)存在显著性差异,较高的WPs区间有利于茎直径的增加;MXTD是该期较为适宜的水分信息诊断指标。晴天时,茎直径日收缩幅度大;雨天白天时,茎直径基本处于同一水平,收缩不明显。TD与RH呈极显著正相关,与Ta呈极显著负相关关系,与Rs间无显著相关关系,RH与Ta是影响茎直径变化的最主要气象因子。综合考虑,枣树茎直径的微变化同时受到各种生态因子的影响,尤以RH、Ta、WPs的影响更为显著;WPs高时,WPs为影响茎直径变化的主要因子;WPs低时,RH成为影响茎直径变化的主要因子。  相似文献

Indian jujube (Ziziphus mauritiana Lamk.) has been recognised as an underutilised plant worthy of further research and development by the Indian National Genetic Resources Programme and the International Centre for Underutilised Crops, UK. It is an important fruit crop of the hot arid regions in India as it forms an integral part of the life of the locals as a source of nutrition, fodder (leaves), fuel (pruned wood) and it has several ethnobotanical uses. In this study, 8 of the 10 principal growth stages based on the existing Biologische Bundesantalt, Bundessortenamt und Chemische Industrie (BBCH) scale were used to describe Indian jujube. These growth stages were vegetative bud development (Stage 0), leaf development (Stage 1), shoot development (Stage 3), inflorescence development (Stage 5), flower development (Stage 6), fruit development (Stage 7), fruit maturity (Stage 8) and senescence or beginning of dormancy (Stage 9). The phenological BBCH scale for Indian jujube can be used to guide the growers as to when to carry out orchard management practices such as canopy training and pruning, nutrient and water application, pest and disease control and post‐harvest processing.  相似文献

A mycological survey was carried out on the fruit surface of Indian jujube during its growth period (before harvest). A total of 32 microfungi belonging to 20 genera were isolated by surface washing technique. Artificial inoculations with the isolated myco-propagules were also performed in mature jujube fruits and most of them were able to cause rot of varying severity. However, Monodictys castaneae, Eupenicillium lapidosum, Paecilomyces fumosoroseus, Trichurus spiralis and Acremonium spp., although present on the fruit surface, were not able to cause rot, indicating lack of specific macerating enzymes necessary for postharvest pathogenesis.
