Four strains representing three novel anamorphic yeast species were isolated from the external surface of sugarcane leaves (DMKU-RK254T), corn leaves (DMKU-RK548T), bean leaves (K129) in Thailand and hengchun pencilwood leaves (TrB1-1T) in Taiwan. On the basis of morphological, biochemical, physiological and chemotaxonomic characteristics, the sequence analysis of the D1/D2 region of the large subunit (LSU) rRNA gene, the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region, the actin gene (ACT1) and the elongation factor 2 gene (EF2), the four strains were determined to represent novel Yamadazyma species although formation of ascospores was not observed. Strain DMKU-RK254T was determined to be related to Candida diddensiae, Candida naeodendra and Candida kanchanaburiensis but with 1.8, 1.8 and 2.0 % nucleotide substitutions in the D1/D2 region of the LSU rRNA gene, respectively. It was assigned to Yamadazyma siamensis sp. nov. (type strain DMKU-RK254T = BCC 50730T = NBRC 108901T = CBS 12573T). The sequences of the D1/D2 region of the LSU rRNA gene, the ITS region, ACT1 gene and EF2 gene of two strains (DMKU-RK548T and K129) were identical but differed from that of strain TrB1-1T by 0.6, 1.0, 3.3 and 5.9 % nucleotide substitutions, respectively. Therefore, the two strains (DMKU-RK548T and K129) and strain TrB1-1T were assigned to be two separate species. The closest species in terms of pairwise sequences similarity of the D1/D2 region to the two novel species was Yamadazyma philogaea but with 1.1–1.7 % nucleotide substitutions. The two strains (DMKU-RK548T and K129) were assigned to Yamadazyma phyllophila sp. nov. (type strain DMKU-RK548T = BCC 50736T = NBRC 108906T = CBS 12572T) and the strain TrB1-1T was named Yamadazyma paraphyllophila sp. nov. (type strain TrB1-1T = BCRC 23030T = CCTCC AY 204005T = CBS 9928T).  相似文献

The aim of this paper was to investigate the capacity of the aquatic macrophyte Potamogeton pusillus to remove As3+, As5+, and Hg from aqueous solutions. The plants were exposed to 0 mg.L?1, 0.1 mg.L?1, 0.5 mg.L?1, 1 mg.L?1, or 2 mg.L?1 of As3+, As5+, and Hg for 20 days. The results obtained for the individual removal of As3+, As5+, and Hg from water solutions, together with their accumulation in P. pusillus, indicate that this plant can be effectively used for the removal of Hg and of moderate concentrations of As3+ or As5+ (0.1 mg.L?1) from aquatic systems. Roots and leaves accumulated the highest amount of As when the plant was exposed to As5+, but when it was exposed to As3+, the root accumulated the highest amount of As, and the leaves, the highest amount of Hg. When compared to other aquatic plants species, the results showed that P. pusillus demonstrated a higher Hg accumulation (2465 ± 293 µg.g?1) when the transfer coefficient was 40,580 ± 3762 L.kg ?1, showing the great potential of this macrophyte for phytoremediation of water contaminated with Hg. To the extent of our knowledge, this is the first report on bioaccumulation of As3+, As5+, and Hg by P. pusillus.  相似文献

This study was conducted to determine the effects of diet supplementation of laying hens with Enterococcus faecalis (EF) on egg production, egg quality and caecal microbiota. A total of 360 Hy-Line Brown laying hens (72 weeks old) were divided into three groups with four replicates of 30 birds each. The laying hens were fed with the basal diet (Control), the basal diet + 3.75 · 108 cfu EF/kg (Group I) or the basal diet + 7.5 · 108 cfu EF/kg (Group II). The experiment lasted for 45 d. Eggs and caecal samples were collected at the end of the experiment. Results showed that dietary supplementation with EF did not affect the average daily egg weight, cracked egg rate, mortality and egg quality. However, EF supplementation caused a significantly increased laying rate and decreased feed/egg ratio (p < 0.05). The differences in caecal microbiota between Group II and the Control were significant. The relative abundance of Verrucomicrobia and Cyanobacteria at the phylum level, Rikenellaceae, Christensenellaceae and Veillonellaceae at the family level, and the Faecalibacterium, Christensenellaceae R-7 group and Eubacterium coprostanoligenes group at the genus level changed significantly in Group II compared with the Control (p < 0.05). In conclusion, the tested dietary supplementations with EF improved product performance and affected the caecal microbial community structure of laying hens during the late laying period.  相似文献

Xanthomonas arboricola pv. pruni causes bacterial spot of stone fruit resulting in severe yield losses in apricot production systems. Present on all continents, the pathogen is regulated in Europe as a quarantine organism. Host resistance is an important component of integrated pest management; however, little work has been done describing resistance against X. arboricola pv. pruni. In this study, an apricot population derived from the cross “Harostar” × “Rouge de Mauves” was used to construct two parental genetic maps and to perform a quantitative trait locus analysis of resistance to X. arboricola pv. pruni. A population of 101 F1 individuals was inoculated twice for two consecutive years in a quarantine greenhouse with a mixture of bacterial strains, and disease incidence and resistance index data were collected. A major QTL for disease incidence and resistance index accounting respectively for 53 % (LOD score of 15.43) and 46 % (LOD score of 12.26) of the phenotypic variation was identified at the same position on linkage group 5 of “Rouge de Mauves.” Microsatellite marker UDAp-452 co-segregated with the resistance, and two flanking microsatellites, namely BPPCT037 and BPPCT038A, were identified. When dividing the population according to the alleles of UDAp-452, the subgroup with unfavorable allele had a disease incidence of 32.6 % whereas the group with favorable allele had a disease incidence of 21 %, leading to a reduction of 35.6 % in disease incidence. This study is a first step towards the marker-assisted breeding of new apricot varieties with an increased tolerance to X. arboricola pv. pruni.  相似文献

Brown rot caused by Monilinia spp. is among the most important postharvest diseases of commercially grown stone fruits, and application of antagonistic yeasts to control brown rot is one promising strategy alternative to chemical fungicides. In this research, new yeast strains were isolated and tested for their activity against peach brown rot caused by Monilinia fructicola. Three yeast strains were originally isolated from the surface of plums (cv Chinese Angelino) collected in the north of China. In artificially wounded inoculation tests, the yeast reduced the brown rot incidence to 20 %. The population of the yeast within inoculated wounds on peaches significantly increased at 25 °C from an initial level of 5.0 × 106 to 4.45 × 107 CFU per wound after 1 day. The antagonistic strains were belonging to a new species of the genus Candida by sequence comparisons of 26 S rDNA D1/D2 domain and internal transcribed spacer region. The strains are most closely related to C. asparagi, C. musae and C. fructus on the basis of the phylogenetic trees based on the D1/D2 region of 26S rDNA. However, the strains are notably different from C. asparagi, C. musae and C. fructus, in morphological and physiological characteristics. Therefore, the name Candida pruni is proposed for the novel species, with sp-Quan (=CBS12814T = KCTC 27526T = GCMC 6582T) as the type strain. Our study showed that Candida pruni is a novel yeast species with potential biocontrol against brown rot caused by M. fructicola on peaches.  相似文献

The effect of Neotyphodium endophytes on growth parameters and zinc (Zn) tolerance and uptake was studied in two grass species of Festuca arundinacea and Lolium perenne. Plants were grown under different Zn concentrations (control, 200, 400, 800, and 1800 mg kg?1) in potted soil for 5 months. The results showed that the number of plant tillers was 85 and 51% greater in endophyte infected Festuca (FaEI) and Lolium (LpEI), respectively, compared to their endophyte free (EF) plants. Roots and shoots dry weights in infected Festuca were 87 and 9% greater than non-infected counterparts but in opposite, EF Lolium had 47 and 8% greater root and shoot dry weights than LpEI. Endophyte infected Festuca and Lolium improved chlorophyll fluorescence as Fv/Fm at high concentrations of Zn, showing their better chlorophyll functions and significant reduction of Zn stress in endophyte infected plants. Shoots of endophyte infectedFestuca had 82% greater concentration of Zn than EF Festuca when grown in soil containing 1800 mg kg?1 Zn. Festuca and Lolium may tolerate high Zn concentration in soil without reduction in shoot and root growth. Endophyte infection in Festuca may help the grass accumulate and transport more Zn in aboveground parts under Zn-stress, thereby aiding phytoremediation of contaminated soils.  相似文献

The effects of different concentrations of P and N, added separately or combined, on the Cr(III) accumulation capacity of P. stratiotes were studied. Plants and pond water with the addition of contaminant(s) were placed in plastic aquaria. Cr concentration was 5 mg L–1, while P and N concentrations were 5 mg L–1or 10 mg L–1. Nutrient addition significantly favoured Cr removal and enhanced Cr translocation to leaves. In Cr treatments a high detritus formation from loss of root biomass was observed probably due to its toxicity. Cr was mainly accumulated in the detrital fraction, whereas P and N were retained fundamentally in leaves. A toxic effect was observed in the Cr + P10 and Cr + N10 treatments. These results could be applied to enhance Cr removal efficiency of constructed wetlands using P. stratiotes, where nutrient enrichment could be attained by treating sewage together with the industrial effluents.  相似文献

Tuta absoluta (Meyrick) is a destructive pest causing adverse environmental and economic effects globally. Management of T. absoluta by synthetic chemicals is of diminutive achievement due to resistance trick of the pest. Harnessing of biocontrols is currently fascinating and efficient for management of the tremendous pests. This study isolated an entomopathogenic fungus from dead larvae of T. absoluta on tomato leaves from farmer’s field Tanzania. Two Aspergillus fungal isolates were isolated and tested against larvae and adults of T. absoluta under conditions of 19.5°C and 50%RH, 30.4°C and 70% RH, respectively, in the laboratory. Sequence analysis of Aspergillus isolates that we referred as A-Tz1 and A-Tz2 were analysed with the BLAST program available at the National Center for Biological Information (NCBI). The two isolates (A-Tz1 and A-Tz2) showed 100% similarity with Aspergillus oryzae of GeneBank accession numbers EF121337.1 and MG519722.1. Such similarity implied that both A-Tz1 and A-Tz2 isolates were A. oryzae. To confirm pathogenicity, bioassays were conducted against the larvae, pupa and adults of T. absoluta. Results showed that at 1.0?×?108?conidia/mL, fungal isolates caused up to 70% larval mortality 3 days post inoculation and consequently inhibited pupation by 84.5% and adult emergence by 74.4%. The identified A. oryzae reduced the life span of adult T. absoluta up to 5 days post inoculation at 1.0?×?108?conidia/mL whereas in control T. absoluta survived up to 25 days. This study found that isolates of Aspegillus species have the potential to be used as active ingrediennt for the formulation of a new bioinjections for application by farmers to control the pest in fields.  相似文献

Abstract

Kaempferia galanga is a monocotyledonous plant of the Zingiberaceae family, commonly utilized for medicinal purposes. This study evaluates the effect of different concentrations of sucrose, benzylaminopurine (BA) and photoperiod on in vitro propagation of K. galanga. Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with 5 mg L?1 BA and 30 g L?1 sucrose, and a photoperiod with 4 h of light induced the highest shoot proliferation (7.4 ± 1.0 shoots/explant) and the highest number of roots/shoot (31.3 ± 3.2). On the contrary, the maximum shoot height (4.7 ± 0.7 cm) and the highest number of leaves/shoot (4.7 ± 0.2) were obtained from cultures using MS medium supplemented with 30 g L?1 sucrose but without BA, and exposed to 16 h of light. Hence MS medium supplemented with 5 mg L?1 BA and 30 g L?1 sucrose, and incubated under a 4 h light/20 h dark photoperiod was chosen as the optimal protocol for mass multiplication of K. galanga. This in-vitro technique can facilitate the production of a large number of uniform plants of K. galanga, irrespective of the seasonal factor, and could be used as a tool for conservation of the species.  相似文献

The role of cotyledons in seedling establishment of the euhalophyte Suaeda physophora under non-saline and saline conditions (addition of 1 mM or 400 mM NaCl) was investigated. Survival and fresh and dry weights were greater for seedlings grown in the light (12-h light/12-h dark) than in the dark (24-h dark). The shading of cotyledons tended to decrease shoot height, shoot organic dry weight, number of leaves, and survival of seedlings regardless of NaCl treatment, but the effect of cotyledon shading was greater with 400 mM NaCl. Concentrations of Na+ were higher in cotyledons than in leaves, regardless of NaCl treatment. The K+/Na+ ratio was lower in cotyledons than in leaves for seedlings treated with 1 mM NaCl but not for seedlings treated with 400 mM NaCl. Addition of 400 mM NaCl decreased oxygen production in cotyledons but especially in leaves. These results are consistent with the hypothesis that, by generating oxygen via photosynthesis and by compartmentalizing Na+, cotyledons are crucial for the establishment of S. physophora seedlings in saline environments.  相似文献

The effect of electric field (EF) in a newly designed molecular nanowire 9,10-dimethoxy-2,6-bis(2-p-tolylethynyl)anthracene has been analysed theoretically from the structural and electronic charge transport properties using quantum chemical and charge density calculations. The applied EF (0–0.36 VÅ? 1) alters the molecular conformation, charge density distribution, electrostatic properties and the electronic energy levels of the molecule. Furthermore, the applied EF decreases the highest occupied molecular orbital–lowest unoccupied molecular orbital gap significantly from 1.775 to 0.258 eV and it also induces polarisation in the molecule, which leads to increase the dipole moment of the molecule. The electrostatic potential for various levels of applied EF reveals the charge-accumulated regions of the molecule. The IV characteristics of the molecule have been studied against various applied fields using Landauer formalism.  相似文献

Nitrous oxide (N2O) emissions can be significantly affected by the amounts and forms of nitrogen (N) available in soils, but the effect is highly dependent on local climate and soil conditions in specific ecosystem. To improve our understanding of the response of N2O emissions to different N sources of fertilizer in a typical semiarid temperate steppe in Inner Mongolia, a 2-year field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of high, medium and low N fertilizer levels (HN: 200 kg N?ha-1y-1, MN: 100 kg N ha-1y-1, and LN: 50 kg N ha-1y-1) respectively and N fertilizer forms (CAN: calcium ammonium nitrate, AS: ammonium sulphate and NS: sodium nitrate) on N2O emissions using static closed chamber method. Our data showed that peak N2O fluxes induced by N treatments were concentrated in short periods (2 to 3 weeks) after fertilization in summer and in soil thawing periods in early spring; there were similarly low N2O fluxes from all treatments in the remaining seasons of the year. The three N levels increased annual N2O emissions significantly (P?<?0.05) in the order of MN > HN > LN compared with the CK (control) treatment in year 1; in year 2, the elevation of annual N2O emissions was significant (P?<?0.05) by HN and MN treatments but was insignificant by LN treatments (P?>?0.05). The three N forms also had strong effects on N2O emissions. Significantly (P?<?0.05) higher annual N2O emissions were observed in the soils of CAN and AS fertilizer treatments than in the soils of NS fertilizer treatments in both measured years, but the difference between CAN and AS was not significant (P?>?0.05). Annual N2O emission factors (EF) ranged from 0.060 to 0.298% for different N fertilizer treatments in the two observed years, with an overall EF value of 0.125%. Aphidius transcaspicus Telenga (Hymenoptera: Braconidae: Aphidiinae) has been selected for use as a biological control agent against Hyalopterus pruni Geoffroy (Hemiptera: Aphididae) in prune orchards in California. In this study we focus on the host instar preference and functional response of A. transcaspicus. Host instar preference was determined using laboratory arenas by allowing female parasitoids to attack aphids on field-collected leaves of Prunus domestica L. supporting a natural range of H. pruni instars. A relative preference index indicated that A. transcaspicus was 1.4 times more likely to attack intermediate instars (2–4) than 1st or adult instars. The functional response of A. transcaspicus to H. pruni density was determined on enclosed P. domestica shoots in a prune orchard. The functional response to host density was linear (Type I) at the lowest aphid densities, and the asymptotic number of aphids attacked at higher aphid densities was 64.3?±?6.7 aphids day?1.  相似文献

Metabolites of Taphrina wiesneri (Rath.) Mix. were examined. Brassicasterol, stearic acid, and p-hydroxyphenylacetic acid were isolated in crystalline form. p-Hydroxybenzoic acid and vanillic acid were identified by paper chromatography and UV measurement. Palmitic acid was identified by gas-chromatography. The fungus produced usually these compounds on any one of four kinds of medium used. p-Hydroxyphenylacetic acid promoted germination of rape seeds at the concentration of 20 ppm in water and showed inhibition at 250 ppm.

Phenolic acids and their related compounds in Japanese flowering cherry leaves infected by Taphrina wiesneri were examined. In the acidic and neutral extracts of infected cherry leaves (I), eighteen compounds positive to diazotized sulfanilic acid and two fluorescent compounds were detected by paper chromatography. Of these compounds, coumarin, 3, 4-dihydrocoumarin, melilotic acid, o- and p-coumaric acids, p-hydroxybenzoic melilotic acid, ferulic acid and caffeic acid were identified. Melilotic acid and coumarin were obtained in crystalline form. The amount of melilotic acid in I was higher than that in healthy leaves independent of sample source, although increased with the growth of cherry leaves.  相似文献

Three strains representing one novel yeast species were isolated from the phylloplanes of the vetiver grasses (DMKU-LV90 and DMKU-LV99T) and sugarcane (DMKU-SP260) collected in Thailand by leaf washing followed by a plating technique. On the basis of morphological, biochemical, physiological and chemotaxonomic characteristics and the sequence analysis of the D1/D2 region of the large subunit (LSU) rRNA gene and the internal transcribed spacer region (ITS), the three strains were found to represent a single novel anamorphic ustilaginomycetous yeast species in the genus Pseudozyma. The name Pseudozyma vetiver sp. nov. is proposed for this novel species. The type strain is DMKU-LV99T (BCC 61021 = CBS 12824). The novel species showed phylogenetic relationships to the other members of the genus Pseudozyma and to teleomorphic fungal genera, namely Ustilago, Sporisorium and Anomalomyces in Ustilaginaceae, Ustilaginales. The three strains showed identical sequences both in the D1/D2 and ITS regions. The Pseudozyma species closest to the novel species in terms of pairwise sequence similarity in the D1/D2 region was Pseudozyma pruni but with 2.3 % nucleotide substitutions (14 nucleotide substitutions and no gaps out of 606 nt). The novel species and P. pruni differed by 10.9 % nucleotide substitutions (75 nucleotide substitutions and 31 gaps out of 691 nt) in the ITS region. The phylogenetic analysis based on the combined sequences of the ITS region and the D1/D2 region of the LSU rRNA gene showed that the novel species was found to be most closely related to Pseudozyma fusiformata but with 2.9 % nucleotide substitutions in the D1/D2 region and 7.4 % nucleotide substitutions in the ITS region.  相似文献

In this study, HPLC-MS and ICP-MS methods were used for the determination of histidine and nickel in Morus L., Robinia pseudoacacia L., and Populus nigra L. leaves taken from industrial areas including Gaziantep and Bursa cities. In the determination of histidine by HPLC-MS, all of the system parameters such as flow rate of mobile phase, fragmentor potential, injection volume and column temperature were optimized and found to be 0.2 mL min?1, 70 V, 15 µL, and 20°C, respectively. Under the optimum conditions, histidine was extracted from plant sample by distilled water at 90°C for 30 min. Concentrations of histidine as mg kg?1 were found to be between 2–9 for Morus L., 6–13 for Robinia pseudoacacia L., and 2–10 for Populus nigra L. Concentrations of nickel were in the ranges of 5–10 mg kg?1 for Morus L., 3–10 mg kg?1 for Robinia pseudoacacia L., and 0.6–4 mg kg?1 for Populus nigra L. A significant linear correlation (r = 0.78) between histidine and Ni was observed for Populus nigra L., whereas insignificant linear correlation for Robinia pseudoacacia L. (r = 0.22) were seen. Limits of detection (LOD) and quantitation (LOQ) were found to be 0.025 mg Ni L?1 and 0.075 mg Ni L?1, respectively.  相似文献

A phosphodiesterase I (EC 3.1.4.1; PDE-I) was purified from Walterinnesia aegyptia venom by preparative native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE). A single protein band was observed in analytical native PAGE and sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-PAGE. PDE-I was a single-chain glycoprotein with an estimated molecular mass of 158 kD (SDS-PAGE). The enzyme was free of 5′-nucleotidase and alkaline phosphatase activities. The optimum pH and temperature were 9.0 and 60°C, respectively. The energy of activation (Ea) was 96.4, the Vmax and Km were 1.14 µM/min/mg and 1.9 × 10?3 M, respectively, and the Kcat and Ksp were 7 s?1 and 60 M ?1 min?1 respectively. Cysteine was a noncompetitive inhibitor, with Ki = 6.2 × 10?3 M and an IC50 of 2.6 mM, whereas adenosine diphosphate was a competitive inhibitor, with Ki = 0.8 × 10?3 M and an IC50 of 8.3 mM. Glutathione, o-phenanthroline, zinc, and ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA) inhibited PDE-I activity whereas Mg2+ slightly potentiated the activity. PDE-I hydrolyzed thymidine-5′-monophosphate p-nitrophenyl ester most readily, whereas cyclic 3′-5′-AMP was least susceptible to hydrolysis. PDE-I was not lethal to mice at a dose of 4.0 mg/kg, ip, but had an anticoagulant effect on human plasma. These findings indicate that W. aegyptia PDE-I shares various characteristics with this enzyme from other snake venoms.  相似文献

A pot culture experiment was used to determine the differences in uptake characteristics of a cadmium hyperaccumulator Solanum nigrum L. discovered in China, an ecotype from Melbourne, Australia and a non-hyperaccumulator Solanum melogena. Australian ecotype was not significantly different to the China ecotype. In particular, Cd concentration in leaves and shoots of S. nigrum collected from Australia were 166.0 and 146.3 mg kg?1 respectively when 20 mg kg?1 Cd spiked, and were not significantly different to the ecotype imported from China which had 109.8 and 85.3 mg kg?1 respectively, in the stems and leaves. In contrast, the tolerance of the eggplant to Cd was significantly less than the two S. nigrum ecotypes. Although some morphological properties of S. nigrum collected from Australia were different from that of the plants collected from China, Cd hyperaccumulator characteristics of two ecotypes were similar. The results suggested that the tolerance and uptake of Cd may be a constitutive trait of this species.  相似文献

At the end of the spring 1987 growing season, the mycoparasite Sporidesmium sclerotivorum was applied at 0, 0.2, 2 or 20 kg ha‐1 to lettuce plants infected with Sclerotinia minor. Disease incidence was monitored in the same plots for five subsequent crops (three fall and two spring crops) without additional application of either pathogen or mycoparasite. Logistic growth curves were fitted to the data to describe disease progression over time for each inoculum level within each of the five crops. Within each crop, increasing the quantity of mycoparasite inoculum resulted in positive horizontal displacement of the curve with respect to time. As quantities of inoculum of S. sclerotivorum increased, inflection points of the disease progress curves increased at a decreasing rate. Thus, additional mycoparasite inoculum resulted in ever‐smaller increases in inflection point, and after a certain threshold level of mycoparasite inoculum (< 0.2 kg ha‐1), increases in inflection point did not result in meaningful increases in harvestable lettuce. Maximum rates of disease increase were not different among the treatments within each crop, but were different between crops. Maximum rates of disease increase averaged 3.4, 3.4, 2.1, 3.6 and 1.5% day‐1 for the fall 1987, spring 1988, fall 1988, spring 1989, and fall 1989, respectively. At all inoculum levels, the fall epidemics began later after planting than the spring epidemics.  相似文献

Contamination of surface soils with lead (Pb) is a global concern due to the release of hazardous materials containing the metal element. In order to explore ways to remediate contaminated soils with less impact on environment and costs, this study aimed at screening ornamental plant species exposed to Pb gradient in spiked soils for Pb phytoextraction. Twenty-one ornamental plant species that currently grow in Pakistan, were selected to assess their potential for Pb accumulation. Pot experiments were conducted to evaluate the accumulative properties of the different plant species in unspiked control (Pb = 0) and spiked soils with different levels of Pb at 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 mg Pb kg?1 of soil. Biotranslocation factor (TF), Enrichment factor (EF) and Bioconcentration factor (CF) were calculated to assess the phytoremediation potential of tested plant species after seven weeks of exposure. Out of 21 plant species, Pelargonium hortorum and Mesembryanthemum criniflorum performed better and accumulated more than 1000 mg Pb kg?1 of shoot dry biomass when they were grown in 500, 1000 and 1500 mg Pb kg?1 contaminated soils. Both plants had no significant (P < 0.05) variation in the total dry biomass with increasing soil Pb concentration indicating a high tolerance to Pb. Considering the capacity of Pb accumulation, total dry biomass, TF, EF &; CF indices, Pelargonium hortorum and Mesembryanthemum criniflorum could be considered as Pb hyperaccumulators and could have the potential to be used in phytoremediation.  相似文献
