Summary Concentration of N, P, K, Ca, Mg and S in summer groundnut crop was higher than in kharif while Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu contents were higher in summer crop. Kernel's N, P and Zn; Leaflet's Ca and Mn; Stem's K and Fe; Root's S and Cu and Petiole's Mg contents were highest. Shell's N, P, K, Mg, S, Zn and Cu; Kernel's Ca, Fe and Mn contents were the least. N, P, K, S, Zn and Cu concentrations decreased linearly as the crop grew. Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn concentrations did not display any distinct pattern. Ca concentration was positively correlated with pod yield in both the seasons.  相似文献

Abstract

Macroscopic symptoms were observed in two strawberry cultivars, with the degree of symptom intensity varying depending on the susceptibility of the cultivars, i.e. resistant or susceptible. The symptoms presented as red spots and were observed 30 d following leaf tissue inoculation with the Mycosphaerella fragariae pathogen. A comparison of the superoxide dismutase isoform profiles obtained by gel electrophoresis in all samples extracted from both resistant and susceptible cultivars indicated one constant sharp band, identified as Mn[sbnd]SOD with a molecular mass of 19 kDa. The intensity of this band was higher in all samples derived from the resistant cultivar than in those from the susceptible cultivar. Another superoxide dismutase (SOD) isoform, identified as CuZn[sbnd]SOD with a molecular mass of 16 kDa, was detected in all soluble proteins derived from the resistant cultivar. This isoform was not observed in the susceptible cultivar; however, following an incremental increase in the amount of loaded protein, it was illuminated as a faint band in a sample collected 3 d after inoculation, indicating insufficient production of the CuZn[sbnd]SOD isoform in the susceptible cultivar during an oxidative burst induced by the M. fragaria pathogen. Several bands were also characterized in both cultivars containing Fe and Mn as their co-factors (Fe, Mn[sbnd]SOD). Unlike in the resistant cultivar, where the activity of Fe, Mn[sbnd]SOD isoforms gradually and regularly increased and reached its highest level on the third day after inoculation, the activity of the isoforms changed irregularly over 20 days of study in the susceptible cultivar.  相似文献

以文冠果叶片为试材,运用原子吸收光谱法分析了叶片养分元素含量的季节动态变化和再吸收效率。结果表明:N、P、K均呈下降趋势,是“稀释效应”和养分再吸收导致;Mg呈“单峰”曲线走势,与Mg的生理功能有关;Fe、Mn呈“V”字型走势,Cu呈“W”型,Zn呈“N”型,与树体吸收特性和不同的物候期有关。总体来看,养分元素含量顺序是:N>P>K>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu,且不同时期又有所不同。大量元素之间存在显著的相关关系;微量元素间相关关系不显著(Fe、Zn除外),Fe与N显著负相关,与拮抗作用有关。C/N呈升高趋势,差异显著;N/P呈降低趋势,差别不大。养分再吸收效率由大到小的顺序是:Mg>N>K>P,差异显著。微量元素由于移动性较差,不能被再吸收。N、P、K、Mg养分再吸收效率反映了文冠果较高的养分保存能力和养分利用效率。  相似文献

The nutrient cycling and foliar status for the elements Ca, Mg, K, N, P, S, Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu were investigated in an urban forest of Aleppo pine (Pinus halepensis) in 2004 in Athens, Greece in order to draw conclusions on the productivity status and health of the ecosystem. The fluxes of bulk and throughfall deposition were characterized by the high amounts of Ca, organic N and sulfate S. The magnitude of the sulfate S fluxes indicated a polluted atmosphere. The nutrient enrichment in throughfall was appreciable for ammonium N, P and Mn. The mineral soil formed the largest pool for all the elements followed by the forest floor, trunk wood and trunk bark. The understory vegetation consisting of annual plants proved important for storing N, P and K. Compared to current year needles of Aleppo pine in remote forests of Spain, the needles of the Aleppo pine trees in Athens had significantly higher concentrations of Ca, N, P and Cu and significantly lower concentrations of Mg and Zn. The soil had a high concentration of calcium carbonate and accordingly high pH values. When all inputs to the forest floor were taken into account, the mean residence time of nutrients in the forest floor followed the order Fe > Mn > Cu > Ca > Mg > P > Zn > N > K > S.  相似文献

The seasonal dynamics of uptake, partitioning and redistributionof dry matter, N, P, K, S, Ca, Mg, Na, Cl, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cuby the cormaceous plant Ixia flexuosa were studied in pot cultureat Perth, Western Australia. Dry matter and P, N, K, Zn andCu were redistributed from the mother corm with about 90 percent net efficiency: there was no net redistribution of Ca,Na, Fe or Mn. The efficiency of redistribution from the leafyshoot to fruits and the new season's corm was 80 per cent forN and P, 24–49 per cent for K, Cu and Zn, and 0–15per cent for Na, Fe, Ca, Mn, Cl, Mg, S and dry matter. Redistributionfrom the mother corm and vegetative organs could have suppliedthe replacement corm, cormlets and fruits with 32–53 percent of their S, K, P, N, Cu and Zn, and 11–25 per centof their Ca, Cl, Mn, Mg and dry matter. The mature replacementcorm had over 60 per cent of the plant's N and P, 25–50per cent of its dry matter, Zn, Cu, Mg, K and Cl, but less than20 per cent of its Ca, Na, Fe and Mn. Each plant produced anaverage of 12 cormlets; these had 35 per cent of the dry matterand 23–47 per cent of the amount of a particular nutrientin the new season's corms. Fruits had less than 16 per centof the dry matter and each mineral in the mature plant. Ratesof mineral intake by Ixia were much lower than reported forcrop plants, and may be related to the long growing season ofthe species. 本研究探讨闽南甜橙主栽品种(印子柑、改良橙、伏令夏橙)叶片营养元素含量的适宜范围。结果表明,各品种不同地点、年份的叶片元素含量存在明显差异,而三个甜橙品种间叶片元素含量未见稳定的差异,因此,作者认为,可建立三个甜橙品种通用的叶片营养元素含量适宜标准。统计分析表明:其叶片毛素含量的变异系数,大量元素以氮、磷较小,镁、钾、钙较大;微量元素多高于大量元素。本文初步提出甜橙于片元素的适宜含量:氮2.50%~3.30%,磷0.12%~0.18%,钾1.00%~2.00%,钙2.00%~3.50%,镁0.22%~0.40%,铜4.0~18.0ppm,锌25.0~70.0ppm,锰20.0~100.0ppm,铁90.0~160.0ppm,硼25.0~100.0ppm。大量元素含量的适宜比值为氮:磷:钾:钙:镁=1:0.05:0.5:2:0.95:0.11。上列指标可供甜橙营养诊断指导合理施肥之参考。  相似文献

采用盆栽法研究了不同施氮水平下接种丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhiza,AM)真菌Glomus mosseae对茶树生长、矿质元素吸收及茶叶品质的影响。结果表明,适量的施氮利于AM真菌的侵染和菌根发育,当施氮过量时则会抑制菌根发育。在不同施氮水平下接种AM真菌均提高了茶树地上部、地下部和总干物质量,其中又以接种AM真菌同时施氮量为0.53g kg-1的茶树总干物质量最大,为对照的1.63倍。不同矿质元素受AM真菌和氮肥的影响不一致,在一定施氮水平下接种AM真菌可提高茶树叶片中N、P、K、Ca、Zn和Fe含量,降低Mn和Cu含量;显著增加根中N、P、K、Mg和Zn含量,降低Mn含量,施高浓度的氮(1.06 g kg-1)显著降低了根系Ca和Fe含量。不同施氮水平下AM真菌处理可增加茶叶中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量,提高了茶叶中茶多酚、咖啡碱、氨基酸和水浸出物含量,降低酚氨比,显著改善茶叶品质。本实验条件下,茶树施氮量为0.53 g kg-1时,接种AM真菌改善茶叶品质的效果最佳。  相似文献

本文测定了日本落叶松人工林针叶中N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn9种矿质营养元素含量并研究了生长期内元素含量的变化规律。结果表明,在生长期内各元素含量随季节变化可用修正指数曲钱描述;探讨了落叶松针叶中常量元素与某些土壤化学因子之间的关系。土壤有机质仅与土壤全量氮、水解氮表现了显著的线性相关,与落叶松针叶中的氮没有直接的线性相关。土壤中钙镁的含量则表现出明显的对针叶中磷、钾的含量的制约关系。在日本落叶松针叶中的氮、磷、钾3个元素之间,氮、磷的比值与钾的含量有显著的线性负相关,而磷与钾之间则表现为显著的线性正相关关系。  相似文献

Summary The dry matter production and the concentration of nutrients in rice (Oryza sativa L.) cultivars from soil adjusted to different levels of salinity were evaluated under a greenhouse conditions. Soil salinity levels were produced by applying 0.34 mol l–1 solution of NaCl which resulted in the following levels, control (0.29), 5, 10 and 15 dS m–1 conductivity of saturation extract. The effect of salinity on dry matter production varied from cultivar to cultivar.The concentrations of P and K in the tops of rice cultivars decreased with increasing soil salinity. But the concentrations of Na, Zn, Cu and Mn increased.Significant varietal differences were found in relation to salinity tolerance. Based on dry matter yield reduction, rice cultivars were classified as tolerant, moderately tolerant, moderately susceptible or susceptible.  相似文献

采用马弗炉干法灰化消化样品,火馅原子吸收法连续测定白木通Akebia trifoliata var.australis (Cieli._Kehd、三叶木通A.trifoliata(Thumb.)Koidz、木通A.quinata Decne.果实中微量金属元素,检测出K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu等8种元素含量。3种植物果实中K,Ca,Mg含量较高(>0.1000mg/g),其中K元素远高于其他元素,Na,Cu含量较低(<0.0100mg/g)。Fe,Zn,Mn的含量处于中等水平。白木通果实中K,Me,Zn,Mn 4种矿质元素高于三叶木通和木通。木通果实中Ca,Fe两种元素稍高于白木通、三叶木通。Na,Cu两种微量元素在3种果实中含量基本相拟。  相似文献

The characteristics of the contents of 20 elements (Al, Fe, Mn, Ca, Mg, K, S, Si, P, Cd, Cu, Zn, Ti, Ni, Sr, Mo, Na, B, Cr, V) in 16 plant species collected from the Three Gorges Region in China were investigated. The average contents of Ca, K and Mg were higher than 1 000 μg·g-1, that of Al, P, Si, Fe, S and Mn ranged between 100—1 000 μg·g-1 and Ti, Cu, Ni, Cr, Mo, Cd and V were less than 10 μg·g- 1. The level of Na content was less than that of the reported. The main character of the element contents was of the Ca> K type. The contents of P, S, Ca and K in different plant samples showed a normal distribution pattern, while Al and Mn showed a elements lognormal distribution pattern. Plant species differed greatly in the element contents. On analyzing the coefficient of variation (C. V., % ), Al, Mn, Mg, Ni, Sr and Fe had higher C.V., while the C.V. of K, S, P, Cr, Cd and Cu was less than 60%, and Cu had the lowest C.V. The correlations between Al and Fe, Al and Ti, Al and Cr, A1 and V, Cd and Sr, Cd and Mo, Fe and V, Zn and Cr, Ni and Sr, Mg and Ni, Mo and Sr, Ca and Sr, Cr and Mo, Na and Mg, Na and P, P and S were statistically significant in different plant species. The classification of the 16 plant species and 20 dements by two-way indicator species analysis (TWINSPAN) method may suggest the difference in dement contents of the different plant species.  相似文献

在涪陵区选取30个茎瘤芥种植农户,采用大田调查和室内化学分析方法,研究了茎瘤芥不同生长期(苗期、快速膨大期、采收期)叶片和茎瘤10种必需营养元素含量的变化特征及其与产量的关系。结果表明:茎瘤芥在整个生育期内,除K、S含量较高外,其余大、微量元素均在大多植物含量范围内;不同生育期茎瘤芥叶片、茎瘤中各养分含量变化具有明显的规律性,苗期叶片大量元素含量次序为N>K>Ca>P>S>Mg,快速膨大期和采收期叶片大量元素含量次序均为N>K>Ca>S>P>Mg,茎瘤中大量元素含量次序均为K>N>P>S>Ca>Mg,3个生长期叶片和茎瘤的微量元素含量,除快速膨大期茎瘤中略有不同(Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu)外,其余均为Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;从苗期到快速膨大期再到采收期养分变化规律看,叶片中N、P、K、Fe、Cu和Zn含量呈降低趋势,而Ca、Mg、S和Mn则呈现先降低后升高的趋势,从快速膨大期到采收期茎瘤中除N、S、Fe和Cu元素呈降低趋势外,其余养分元素均呈上升趋势。从茎瘤芥不同器官养分含量高低看,快速膨大期和采收期叶片中N、P、K、Cu和Zn含量较茎瘤中低,而Ca、Fe和Mn含量的变化特点则相反,S和Mg差异较小,表明茎瘤芥不同部位对不同养分的敏感程度各异。相关分析表明,各生育期不同器官的Mg、Fe、Mn和Zn与产量呈显著或极显著的负相关关系,K、Cu与产量呈正的相关关系。通过逐步回归分析建立茎瘤芥各生育期植株营养元素与产量的回归预测模型,其中苗期叶片营养元素与产量的最优回归方程为Y= 36768 3583XK-6.328XFe-76.09XMn;快速膨大期叶片和茎瘤营养元素与产量的最优回归方程分别为Y=50458 21557XP 7925XCa-88092XMg-1145XCu和Y=32487 7294XK-116122XMg;采收期叶片和茎瘤营养元素与产量的最优回归方程分别为Y=36064 3413XK-30.15XFe和Y= 11791 7334XK-385XZn。因此,在茎瘤芥各生长期均应注意钾肥的合理施用,快速膨大期应重视磷肥的施用。而几种微量元素和镁素对茎瘤芥产量的负效应,则可通过增施充分腐熟的有机肥料加以调控。  相似文献

Summary A solution culture experiment was conducted using 2 rice cultivars (EEA 304, and CICA 4) to determine the effects of Al concentrations on chemical composition. The treatments consisted of five Al concentrations: 0, 10, 30, 40 and 60 ppm.Aluminum content in plant tissues way increased with increasing levels of Al in two cultivars. Increased Al concentrations in the nutrient solution exerted an inhibiting effect on the uptake of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S, Fe, B, Cu, Zn, and Mn. Rice cultivars responded differently to Al treatments with respect to nutrients uptake. Tolerant cultivar, EEA 304, absorbed more phosphorus compared to susceptible cultivar CICA 4. Macro and micronutrients inhibiting effect was much lower in this Al tolerant cultivar. These results suggested that one of the Al tolerance mechanism in rice cultivars is associated with more efficient nutrients uptake.  相似文献

Estimates were made of the above-ground biomass and contents of ash, N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Mn, Al, Fe, Zn, and Cu by plant components for a 40-year-old Pinus resinosa Ait. plantation growing on a known K-deficient site and treated with KCl fertilizer and/or irrigation. Regression equations were developed from sample-tree data, obtained by total tree analysis techniques, for each tree component on each treatment. After an examination of analytical techniques, it was determined that the contents of the fertilized trees increased more than 140 per cent K, 70 per cent Mn, and 50 per cent N compared to the nonfertilized trees, while the increases in contents of the other elements were more closely related to the 22 percent increase in the biomass of the fertilized trees. The approximate ratio of contents of elements in the total above-ground biomass, expressing Cu=1, was Ca 1000, N 800, K 260, P 90, Mn 90, Mg 75, Al 50, Na 20, Fe 15, Zn 8, Cu 1. The 75 kg per ha more K in the above-ground biomass of the fertilized trees compared to nonfertilized trees was about 15 per cent of the total K applied in the fertilizer. The influence of irrigation on the biomass and chemical composition of the trees was minimal.  相似文献

Both species showed essentially the same patterns,which resemble those of herbaceous terrestrial plants. The effect of salinity on contents of water, soluble saccharides, phenols, minerals and on respiration rate in bulbs of five garlic (Allium sativum L.) cultivars differing in salinity tolerance was determined. Cultivar HG-6 was found to be the most tolerant followed by cvs. G-l and G-42, and cv. Aru the least tolerant to salinity. The cultivars which were tolerant showed lesser reduction in water content of the bulbs by salinity. Initial contents of phenolic compounds and sulphur were comparatively low in salinity tolerant cultivars but they increased under high salinity levels whereas reverse was found in salt sensitive cultivars. The fatty acids profile did not show significant changes under saline conditions. Contents of K and Ca were reduced, content of Na was increased and there were no changes in the contents of N, Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe. The changes in soluble saccharides content and respiration rate were not found to be associated with the salinity tolerance.  相似文献

Temperature and mineral nutrition are major environmental factors regulating plant growth and development. Yet, cold impact on mineral contents and the ability of the plants to perform changes in specific elements as a part of the acclimation process received little attention. Using five Coffea genotypes previously characterized concerning their cold sensitivity, a mineral analysis was performed considering macro (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and S) and micro (Na, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, and B) nutrients in order to predict their importance in cold tolerance. The results showed a cold-induced dynamics of mineral nutrients in recently mature leaves. The less cold sensitive Icatu, and partially Catuaí, accumulated N, Ca, Mn, Cu, and Zn with potential implications in the maintenance of photosynthetic performance, the reinforcement of the antioxidative defense system, lipid metabolism, and the expression of cold regulated genes, thus constituting interesting traits to evaluate the cold acclimation ability. After a principal component analysis (PCA), N, Fe, Mn, and Cu were further confirmed as strong candidates for an early cold tolerance evaluation due to their dynamics and to specific roles in the activities of Cu/Zn-SOD (Cu), APX (Fe), and PSII (Mn).  相似文献
