分析上丘神经元光诱发反应与其背景放电频率的关系。结果见到:根据密度迭加直方图判断呈兴奋反应的单位,背景放电频率高的反应变化率小,反之则大。呈抑制反应的单位,背景放电频率低的反应变化率小,反之则大。部分无明显反应的单位,背景放电频率低时,呈兴奋反应,北京放电频率高时,呈抑制反应。提示:对神经元活动的分析,如果仅以密度迭加直方图判断有无反应而忽视与背景放电频率的关系,将丢失部分阳性反应单位。  相似文献

在大鼠脊髓背角用细胞外记录技术共记录到32个单位。角叉菜胶一侧足底注射致炎后,电刺激该侧足底内外侧神经激动其中A、C纤维时,脊髓背角神经元诱发放电数均显著增加;静脉注射NMDA受体拮抗剂氯胺酮后,A、C纤维刺激诱发的放电反应均显著下降甚至消失。致炎后脊髓背角深层单位出现Windup现象,静脉注射氯胺酮后该现象减轻消失。结果提示:角叉菜胶致炎导致脊髓背角神经元兴奋性升高和Windup;NMDA受体参  相似文献

半胱胺对猫脊髓背角神经元伤害性热反应的抑制   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在戊巴比妥钠麻醉和脊髓腰-1段全横切的16只猫上,观察生长抑素(somatostatin,SOM)的耗竭剂半胱胺对伤害性热刺激脚跖皮肤和电刺激胫后神经所引起的脊髓背角Ⅳ-Ⅵ层神经元单位反应的影响。静脉注射半胱胺50mg/kg对电刺激神经引起的伤害性反应无影响,100mg/kg可使被测试的13个神经元单位中的8个单位反应明显抑制。而静脉注射半胱胺50mg/kg可明显抑制伤害性热刺激所引起的脊髓背角神经元单位反应。用微电极将半胱胺微压注入背角胶质层也使背角神经元的伤害性热反应明显抑制,但只使13个单位中的7个单位对电刺激神经引起的伤害性反应轻度抑制。半胱胺对背角神经元伤害性反应的抑制可能由于耗竭了背角中的生长抑素。本文讨论了半胱胺对背角神经元伤害性热反应的抑制明显强于电刺激神经所诱发的伤害性反应的抑制的可能机制。  相似文献

电刺激大鼠一侧外侧缰核可对脊髓疹角广动力型神经元的伤害性放电产生明显抑制;这种抑制效应可部分地被静脉注射赛庚啶及酚妥拉明所阻断,电解损毁LHb对WDR神经元的放电无影响,本文结果表明,LHb参与了脊髓上结构对脊髓背角WDR神经元伤害性反应的下行抑制,这种下行抑制为位相性抑制。  相似文献

The inhibitory effects of dopamine (DA) applied spinally on the wide dynamic range (WDR) neurons of dorsal horn in rats were studied with extracellular recording technique. 54 WDR units were tested from 43 rats. With a dosage of DA from 0.26 x 10(-6) to 1.58 x 10(-6) mol/kg, the inhibitory effect of the neurotransmitter on the responses of dorsal horn neurons to noxious transcutaneous electrical stimulation exhibited a gradual increase. After DA (0.52 x 10(-6) mol/kg) administration, the inhibitory effect of DA began to appear in 5 min and reach to maximum in 15 min, whereupon the maximum level could be maintained for about 25 min. This effect of DA could be reversed completely by dopaminergic receptor antagonist, droperidol (0.66 x 10(-6) mol/kg) but not by 2.65 x 10(-6) mol/kg phentolamine or 1.37 x 10(-6) mol/kg naloxone. The results of the present investigation suggest that DA may be involved in the modulation of nociception at the spinal level as an independent neurotransmitter.  相似文献

以往的工作表明,蓝斑(LC)-去甲肾上腺素能神经元系统在痛觉调制和针刺镇痛中起着重要作用,本文用电生理学方法研究刺激LC和电针对大鼠脊髓背角神经元伤害性反应的影响,其主要结果如下:1、刺激LC或电针有明显抑制脊髓背角神经元伤害性反应的作用。2、损毁中缝大核和腹腔注射纳洛酮并不明显影响刺激LC的抑制效应。3、α2受体激动剂氯压啶能加强刺激LC或电针的抑制效应,而α受体阻断剂酚妥拉明在一定程度上能削弱这种抑制效应,这些实验结果提示,刺激LC和电针可激活LC神经元,通过其下行纤维,在脊髓水平释放NE,通过α2受体,阻断伤害性信息的传递。  相似文献

在大鼠用玻璃微电极细胞外记录的方法,观察了刺激皮层体感Ⅰ区(SI区)和大脑脚(CP)对皮肤强电刺激诱发的脊髓背角广动力范围(WDR)神经元长潜伏期反应(C-反应)的影响。结果表明刺激SI区对背角WDR神经元C-反应的影响以抑制为主,刺激CP的作用与刺激SI区的作用相似,但刺激CP更为有效。抑制作用的持续时间在不同神经元差别很大,短者在刺激停止后仅持续400ms,长者可达10min以上。静注纳洛酮对抑制作用无明显影响,静注二甲麦角新碱在部分神经元可使抑制作用明显减弱或完全消失,提示5-HT部分参与皮层下行抑制作用的实现,而内鸦片肽则否。  相似文献

The indirect immunofluorescence technique was used to localize substance P, somatostatin, methionine--enkephalin, neurotensin, and oxytocin in the dorsal horn of the rat spinal cord. The unique distribution of each peptide is described and the relative amount of each peptide in laminae I--III of the dorsal horn and the dorsal part of the lateral funniculus qualitatively assessed. Colchicine treatment and dorsal rhizotomy were used to determine, in part, the origin of immunoreactive fibers and terminals observed in the dorsal horn.  相似文献

脊髓背角感觉神经元不仅在感觉信息的传递和调节中起到重要作用,也是各种内源性和外源性药物的作用靶位.为了解静脉麻醉剂异丙酚是否对背角感觉神经元的反应性具有调节作用,本实验采用在体单细胞胞外记录技术,观察了脊髓背表面直接滴注0.5 μmol异丙酚对戊巴比妥钠麻醉大鼠脊髓背角广动力域(WDR)神经元和低阈值机械感受型(LTM)神经元反应性的影响.实验发现,异丙酚能抑制背角WDR神经元由施加于外周感受野伤害性热刺激(45、47、49和53℃,15 s)和夹捏机械刺激(10 s)诱发的反应性,与DMSO对照组比较具有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05);同样,异丙酚对非伤害性机械刺激诱发的WDR或LTM神经元的反应性也具有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05).本结果提示,异丙酚可直接作用于正常大鼠脊髓背角神经元,对由非伤害性和伤害性纤维介导的神经元反应性均产生抑制作用,因此异丙酚的脊髓抗伤害作用可能不是特异性的.  相似文献

目的:探讨CGRP受体拮抗剂CGRP8-37对甲醛炎性痛大鼠自发痛反应及脊髓后角NOS表达和NO含量的影响.方法:大鼠足底注射甲醛制造炎性痛模型;计数缩足反射次数反映自发痛程度;NADPH-d组织化学法观察脊髓后角NOS表达;硝酸还原酶法测定NO-3/NO-2含量以反映NO含量.结果:足底注射甲醛后,动物出现自发痛反应行为.足底注射甲醛后24 h,双侧脊髓后角NOS表达及NO含量明显增加.预先鞘内注射CGRP8-37可使甲醛诱导的自发性缩足反射次数明显减少,并可明显抑制甲醛炎性痛诱导的脊髓后角NOS表达及NO含量的增加.结论:甲醛炎性痛时,脊髓后角CGRP受体激活可促进NOS活性表达及NO的产生.  相似文献

The dorsal horn of the spinal cord receives afferent input from innocuous primary afferent neurons via collaterals from the dorsal columns. This input is integrated and relayed primarily by neurons in laminae III-VI. Dorsal horn neurons which encode innocuous inputs project to the medulla and the cervical spinal cord via the dorsal columns and the dorsolateral funiculus. Nociceptive primary afferent neurons enter the spinal dorsal horn via collaterals from Lissauer's tract. Nociceptive input is integrated and relayed by neurons in laminae I, II and V which project to the reticular formation and thalamus via the anterolateral tract.  相似文献

The effect of vasopressin and oxytocin, added to the perfusion solution, on the spontaneous firing rate of single dorsal horn cells was studied in experiments on an isolated segment of spinal cord from rats aged 2–3 weeks. Both neuropeptides were found to have a mainly inhibitory action. Under the influence of vasopressin the spontaneous firing rate of 74% of cells (29 of 39 cells responding to vasopressin) fell, and only in 26% (10 of 39 cells) did it rise. Oxytocin inhibited spontaneous activity of 67% of cells (14 of 21 which responded) and excited 33% of neurons (seven of 21). The effects were dose-dependent and reversible. The cells either responded in the same way to vasopressin and oxytocin or they responded to application of one peptide but not of the other.A. A. Physiological and biochemical responses of wheat seedlings to drought, UV-B radiation, and combined stress were investigated. Drought, UV-B, and combined stresses retarded seedling growth by 26.5, 29.1, and 55.9%, respectively. One reason for growth retardation may be the oxidative damage indicated by an increase in the H2O2 content and lipid peroxidation degree. Furthermore, there was negative correlation between shoot fresh weight and H2O2 content, fresh weight and the content of thiobarbituric acid-reacting substances (TBARS), and the positive correlation between H2O2 content and TBARS (R 2 = 0.9251, 0.9005, and 0.9007, respectively). The activities of superoxide dismutase, guaiacol peroxidase, and ascorbate peroxidase increased under drought, UV-B, and the combination of stresses, while catalase activity decreased under the combined stress as compared to the control. The combination of drought and UV-B caused more severe damage to wheat seedlings than stress factors applied separately. Thus, the combined application of drought and UV-B had more strong adverse effects on wheat seedlings. The addition of 0.2 mM sodium nitroprusside (SNP) enhanced wheat seedling growth under drought, UV-B, and combined stress, likely, due to decreasing the accumulation of H2O2 and lipid peroxidation as well as activating the antioxidant enzymes. Clophelin (1-5 mg/kg) suppresses spinal dorsal horn neuronal nociceptive responses but does not change their touch stimuli reactions in unanesthetized curarized cats. This effect is steady to naloxone (1 mg/kg), yohimbine (5 mg/kg) and removal by prazosin (1 mg/kg). Clophelin depresses nociceptive responses of the central gray matter neurones which generalized pain impulses in the supraspinal structures.  相似文献
