Sixteen new Cecropia juvenile hormone (JH) analogs with different alkyl substituents at C–7 and C–11 were synthesized as stereoisomeric mixtures. The epoxides with n-propyl or n-butyl and methyl groups at C-11 and methyl or ethyl group at C-7 showed high JH activity on Bombyx mori L. Structure-activity relationship of the JH analogs was discussed.  相似文献

Encapsulated calcium in liposome (L-Ca) produced by using egg phosphatidyl choline in the laboratory was injected into rabbit to evaluate the effect of calcium injection on the ageing of meat. After injecting L-Ca into the blood vessels of rabbit to increase the Ca2+ concentration in the body for 24 h, the fragmentation rate of myofibrils was observed. The fragmentation rates in the loin from the control group and L-Ca injected group were 2.56% and 3.10% in 2 days, 12.27% and 16.18% in 6 days, and 33.56% and 49.60% in 10 days, respectively (p<0.05). SDS–PAGE patterns of connectin and nebulin show that the total degradation of connectin by the control group took longer than 2–3 days, while it was within 1 day for the L-Ca-injected group. The control group took 8–10 days for nebulin, while the L-Ca-injected group took 2–3 days for total degradation. These results indicate that, injecting L-Ca into rabbit was effective for reducing the ageing period of meat without resulting in any physical shock or contamination.  相似文献

Thirty eight new compounds with juvenile hormone (JH) activity were synthesized and evaluated biologically on Bombyx mori L. Among them, the activities of 7,8-epoxy-4,8-dimethyl-1 -(p-ethylphenoxy)-3-undecene and 7,8-epoxy-4,8-dimethyl-l-(p-methylphenoxy)-3-undencene were proved to be more than two thousand times as high as that of the C18-Cecropia JH (mixed isomers). Structure-activity relationship of these compounds was discussed.  相似文献

Hydroquinoline acyclonucleosides 2, 4, 6a,b, 8a,b, 9a,b, and their corresponding N-alkyl derivatives (10–12) were obtained by the reaction of 1a,b with acetoxybutylbromide, (2-acetoxyethoxy)methyl bromide, 3-chloropropanol, 1,3-dichloro-2-propanol, epichlorohydrin, propargyl/allyl bromides in the presence of K2CO3 in dry dimethylformamide (DMF). In a similar manner, reaction of 1a,b with glycosyl/galactosyl and lactosyl bromide afforded the corresponding N-nucloside derivatives 13a,b, 15a,b, and 17, respectively. Deacetylation of the N-nucleosides derivatives in the presence of Et3N/MeOH and few drops of water gave the deprotected derivatives 3, 5, 7a,b, 14a,b, 16a,b, and 18 in good yields, respectively. All the newly synthesized compounds are elucidated by infrared, 1H, 13C NMR and elemental analyses. Some of these compounds were screened for antimicrobial activities.  相似文献

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a well‐known neurodegenerative disorder affecting millions of old people worldwide and the corresponding epidemiological data emphasize the importance of the disease. As AD is a multifactorial illness, various single target directed drugs that have reached clinical trials have failed. Therefore, various factors associated with outset of AD have been considered in targeted drug discovery. In this work, various benzochromenoquinolinones were synthesized and evaluated for their cholinesterase and BACE1 inhibitory activities as well as neuroprotective and metal‐chelating properties. Among the synthesized compounds, 14‐amino‐13‐(3‐nitrophenyl)‐2,3,4,13‐tetrahydro‐1H‐benzo[6,7]chromeno[2,3‐b]quinoline‐7,12‐dione ( 6m ) depicted the best inhibitory activity toward acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE) with IC50s of 0.86 and 6.03 μm , respectively. Also, the compound could inhibit β‐secretase 1 (BACE1) with IC50=19.60 μm and showed metal chelating ability toward Cu2+, Fe2+, and Zn2+. In addition, docking study demonstrated desirable interactions of compound 6m with amino acid residues characterizing AChE, BChE, and BACE1.  相似文献

Simultaneous regioselective 3,6- or 2,6-selective protection of 1-thio-beta- or alpha-D-glucopyranosides is described. The C-3 and C-6 hydroxy groups of the beta-thioglucoside were selectively protected with triisopropylsilyl or tert-butyldiphenylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate. The C-2 and C-6 hydroxy groups of the alpha-thioglucoside were selectively protected with tert-butyldiphenylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate.  相似文献

A series of cephalosporins, 2-isocephems, and 2-oxaisocephems with C-3′ catechol-containing (pyridinium-4-thio)methyl groups and 2-isocephems with C-7 catechol related aromatics have been prepared and evaluated for antimicrobial activity. It turns out that these compounds have highly potent activity against Gram-negative bacteria, especially resistant pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The most active compound of the series was (6S,7S)-7-[2-(2-aminothiazol-4-yl)-2-[(Z)-[(1,5-dihydroxy-4-pyridon-2-yl)methoxy] imino]acetamido]-3-[[[(4-methyl-5-carboxymethyl)thiazol-2-yl]thio]methyl]-8-oxo-1-aza-4-thiabicyclo [4.2.0] oct-2-ene-2-carboxylic acid which exhibited potent in vitro activity against clinically isolated P. aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumanii which is also resistant to many anti-infectives, and good in vivo efficacy against clinically isolated P. aeruginosa.

A new library of deoxycholic acid derivatives bearing nitrogen-containing moieties at the C-3 position was synthesised from epoxy derivative 1 via an epoxide ring-opening reaction promoted by aliphatic or cyclic diamines and fully characterised by NMR and mass-spectroscopy. The synthesised compounds were screened for cytotoxicity against four human tumour cell lines. The results showed that some of the novel diamine-bearing derivatives displayed improved anti-proliferative activities over the parent compound DCA. Among them, a 1-methylpiperazine containing compound (6) showed promising activity and the highest selectivity against tumour cells of enterohepatic origin (HepG2: IC50 = 3.6 µM, SI = 9.0; HuTu-80: IC50 = 4.6 µM, SI = 6.9) and was identified as a lead molecule.  相似文献

In anterior pituitaries from male rats, it appeared that 5α-androstane-3β, 17β-diol was quickly metabolized into 5α-androstane-3β,6α-17β-triol and 5α-androstane-3β,7α, 17β-triol by action of 6α- and 7α-hydroxylases. Hydroxysteroid hydroxylases were located in endoplasmic reticulum and were dependent on NADPH+. Their optimum pH was 8.0, optima temperature, 37°C, and their apparent Km was 2.7 μM. Hydroxylative reactions were not reversible and not modified by gonadectomy. Hydroxylation seemed an efficient control of the pituitary level of 5α-andros-tane-3β, 17β-diol.  相似文献
