Properties and minor constituents were examined for soybean oils obtained from soybeans with various moisture contents. Yields of crude oils by extraction process of experimental scale and tocopherol content in the extracted oil were found to be correlated to the moisture content in soybeans (moisture range, 8~18%). When moistened raw soybeans (moisture 18%) are dried (moisture 8%), the tocopherol content in the extracted crude oil from the dried beans increased. This phenomenon can be observed only in the case of drying whole beans and not in the case of drying crushed raw soybeans. When soybeans with ordinary moisture (moisture 13%, tocopherol 1.25 mg/g) are dried to reduce the moisture to 1.9%, the tocopherol content in the extracted crude oil increases (1.90 mg/g), but it decreases (0.33 mg/g) again when the dried soybeans are moistened (moisture 18%).  相似文献

为考察正常及氧化鱼油、豆油、混合油脂(鱼油﹕豆油=1﹕1)对斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctatus)生长性能、体色和肝脏抗氧化能力的影响, 设计6组等氮等脂饲料, 分别添加6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油、6%氧化鱼油、6%氧化豆油、3%氧化鱼油+3%氧化豆油, 饲喂6组初始体重(150.5±4.2 g)的斑点叉尾鮰8周, 每组3个重复, 每个重复14尾鱼。结果表明, 摄食6%鱼油、6%豆油、3%鱼油+3%豆油饲料的斑点叉尾鮰在增重率、饲料系数、肌肉组成、体色和肝脏抗氧化指标上均无显著差异(P>0.05); 摄食3组氧化油脂饲料后, 鱼体增重率和肌肉粗脂肪含量降低(P<0.05), 饲料系数和背部、尾部皮肤b*(黄度值)增加(P<0.05), 肝脏丙二醛(MDA)和血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)和直接胆红素升高(DBIL)(P<0.05), 肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽降低(GSH)(P<0.05), 而肌肉色度值(L*、a* 、b*)和肌肉水分、粗蛋白质、灰分含量无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果表明, 6%氧化油脂(鱼油、豆油或混合油脂)导致斑点叉尾鮰生长性能下降、皮肤黄度增加、肝脏抗氧化能力受损; 豆油可替代斑点叉尾鮰饲料中鱼油的使用, 而不会对生长产生负面影响。  相似文献

The general fluid transport equation presented in Part-I of this paper is used for predicting moisture transport and viscoelastic stresses during sorption and drying of soybeans. Predicted drying curves were validated using experimental data obtained from literature (average absolute difference 6-13%). For drying temperatures used in the soybean processing industry (70–93 °C), smooth moisture profiles were obtained, which indicated Fickian (Darcian) transport. As the drying temperature approached the glass transition temperature (25 °C at 10% moisture content), the moisture profiles became sharper, which indicated non-Fickian (non-Darcian) transport. The viscoelastic stress profiles clearly exhibited the role of the force terms during imbibition and drying. Increase in drying temperature tends to decrease the stress relaxation function but reduction in moisture content during drying tends to increase it. The increase in stress due to the reduction in moisture content below 10% was not compensated by an increase in drying temperature. Drying of soybeans below 10% moisture content should be avoided in the industry because this will lead to thicker flakes that reduce the amount of oil recovery. During imbibition of soybeans, a high magnitude of stresses was obtained in the rubbery regions, which may cause critical regions prone to fissuring. 利用野生大豆与栽培大豆种间杂交中间材料与高产栽培大豆回交转育,创新选育出蛋白质含量45%以上,蛋脂总含量63%以上,分别抗大豆疫霉根腐病,抗大豆灰斑病,农艺性状优良的大豆创新种质资源3份。其中,龙品8802-1抗大豆疫霉根腐病兼抗大豆灰斑病,蛋白质含量45.64%,脂肪含量18.42%,蛋脂总含量64.06%;龙品01-757抗大豆灰斑病,蛋白质含量45.99%,脂肪含量19.4%,蛋脂总含量65.39%;龙品9501,中抗大豆灰斑病,蛋白质含量45.11%,脂肪含量18.32%,蛋脂总含量63.43%。研究结果表明,利用含有野生大豆血缘的种间杂交材料与高产栽培大豆回交,是拓宽大豆遗传基础,创新选育优质、抗病、农艺性状优良大豆新种质资源的有效途径。  相似文献

固定化脂肪酶催化毛油合成生物柴油   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本研究开发了一种用石油醚提取毛油的工艺,研究了以提取的毛油和甲醇为原料,用固定化Candida sp.99-125脂肪酶催化合成脂肪酸甲酯(FAMEs)的可行性。同时考察了磷脂对固定化酶活性、反应起始速率、固定化酶使用批次的影响以及毛油和精炼油对固定化酶使用批次等的影响。研究结果表明,用磷脂质量分数为1%的石油醚悬液浸泡过的脂肪酶比仅用石油醚浸泡过的脂肪酶初始转酯化速率显著下降。当大豆油中无磷脂时,15min时FAMEs的产率为26.2%;磷脂质量分数为5%时,FAMEs降为12.4%。当大豆油中磷脂质量分数小于1%时,固定化酶使用10个批次,FAMEs产率无明显变化。固定化脂肪酶催化石油醚浸提得到的大豆和小桐子毛油,经过10个批次反应FAMEs产率都保持在70%以上,该固定化酶直接催化毛油生产生物柴油具有良好的工业化前景。  相似文献

A yeast strain, FO-144Cl, was isolated from a soil sample, using crude sardine oil, which contains a large quantity of poly-unsaturated long-chain fatty acids, as a sole carbon source. This strain was identified as a species of Candida. A medium for its growth was optimized by statistical methods and optimal temperature for the growth was from 28 to 30°C. Among the natural oils and fats tested, the yeast grew best on olive oil and grew better on the crude sardine oil than on a refined one. The yield of dry cells was 17.6 mg/ml after 24 h, using 2% crude sardine oil. The maximum growth rate was 0.36, 0.25, and 0.21 h−1 with crude sardine oil, soybean oil, and olive oil, respectively. The content of crude fat in the yeast cells was 15.1% and half of the total cell lipid was triglyceride. Fatty acid compositions of the lipid and oily fractions left in the medium after cultivation were analyzed. Little unsaturated long-chain fatty acids (>C18) was observed in the cell lipids, but they were left concentrated in the medium.  相似文献

Plant oils can be useful chemical feedstocks such as a source of epoxy fatty acids. High seed-specific expression of a Stokesia laevis epoxygenase (SlEPX) in soybeans only results in 3-7% epoxide levels. SlEPX-transgenic soybean seeds also exhibited other phenotypic alterations, such as altered seed fatty acid profiles, reduced oil accumulation, and variable protein levels. SlEPX-transgenic seeds showed a 2-5% reduction in total oil content and protein levels of 30.9-51.4%. To address these pleiotrophic effects of SlEPX expression on other traits, transgenic soybeans were developed to co-express SlEPX and DGAT (diacylglycerol acyltransferase) genes (VgDGAT1 & 2) isolated from Vernonia galamensis, a high accumulator of epoxy fatty acids. These side effects of SlEPX expression were largely overcome in the DGAT co-expressing soybeans. Total oil and protein contents were restored to the levels in non-transgenic soybeans, indicating that both VgDGAT1 and VgDGAT2 could complement the disrupted phenotypes caused by over-expression of an epoxygenase in soybean seeds.  相似文献

In the present study refined and non-refined soybean oils as well as soy lecithins were investigated for residual allergenicity and compared with extracts from native soybeans. By means of immunoblotting and EAST inhibition experiments no IgE-binding activity was detectable in refined soybean oils, which is probably due to thermal treatment during the refining. The investigated non-refined oils and soy lecithins showed a residual IgE-binding activity. In addition in the lecithin extracts a new IgE-binding structure with a molecular mass of approximately 16 kDa was detectable.  相似文献

The expression of the alpha and alpha' subunits of beta-conglycinin was suppressed by sequence-mediated gene silencing in transgenic soybean seed. The resulting seeds had similar total oil and protein content and ratio compared with the parent line. The decrease in beta-conglycinin protein was apparently compensated by an increased accumulation of glycinin. In addition, proglycinin, the precursor of glycinin, was detected as a prominent polypeptide band in the protein profile of the transgenic seed extract. Electron microscopic analysis and immunocytochemistry of maturing transgenic soybean seeds indicated that the process of storage protein accumulation was altered in the transgenic line. In normal soybeans, the storage proteins are deposited in pre-existing vacuoles by Golgi-derived vesicles. In contrast, in transgenic seed with reduced beta-conglycinin levels, endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-derived vesicles were observed that resembled precursor accumulating-vesicles of pumpkin seeds and the protein bodies accumulated by cereal seeds. Their ER-derived membrane of the novel vesicles did not contain the protein storage vacuole tonoplast-specific protein alpha-TIP, and the sequestered polypeptides did not contain complex glycans, indicating a preGolgi and nonvacuolar nature. Glycinin was identified as a major component of these novel protein bodies and its diversion from normal storage protein trafficking appears to be related to the proglycinin buildup in the transgenic seed. The stable accumulation of proteins in a protein body compartment instead of vacuolar accumulation of proteins may provide an alternative intracellular site to sequester proteins when soybeans are used as protein factories.  相似文献

The genetic diversity of annual wild soybeans grown in China   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
Annual wild soybeans (Glycine soja), the ancestors of cultivated soybeans (G. max), are important sources of major genes for resistance to pests, diseases and environmental stresses. The study of their genetic diversity is invaluable for efficient utilization, conservation and management of germplasm collections. In this paper, the number of accessions, the variation of traits, the genetic diversity indexes (Shannon index) and the coefficient of variation were employed to study the geographical distribution of accessions, genetic diversity of characters and genetic diversity centers of annual wild soybean by statistical analysis of the database from the National Germplasm Evaluation Program of China. Most annual wild soybeans are distributed in Northeast China, and the number of accessions decreases from the Northeast to other directions in China. The genetic diversity indexes (Shannon index) were 0.49, 0.74, 0.02, 0.55, 1.45, 2.41, 1.27 and 1.89 for flower color, sootiness of seed coat, cotyledon color, pubescence color, hilum color, leaf shape, stem type and seed color, respectively. Coefficients of variation were 7.1%, 28.7%, 76.43% and 18.2% for protein content, oil content, 100-seed weight and days to maturity, respectively. Three genetic diversity centers, the Northeast, the Yellow River Valley and the Southeast Coasts of China, are proposed based on the geographical distribution of the number of accessions, genetic diversity and the multivariate variation coefficient. Based on these results and Vavilov’s theory of crop origination, two opposing possible models for the formation of the three centers are proposed, either these centers are independent of each other and the annual wild soybeans in these centers originated separately, or the Northeast center was the primary center for annual wild soybeans in China, while the Yellow River Valley center was derived from this primary center and served as the origin for the Southeast Coast center. The stability of palm oil was tested by subjecting it to elevated temperatures for different durations of time, viz; at 80°C for 150 hr and 60°C for 400 hr.

The following results were obtained.

(1) The absorption spectrum resembled that of carotenoid and this changed progressively with a rise in peroxide and carbonyl values during the first 80 hr at 80°C.

(2) Peroxide values of Sabah palm oil were higher compared to Sumatra oil, there were marked increases in peroxide and carbonyl values of alkali refined oil as compared to crude oil. On the contrary, the residual color of crude Sumatra oil decreased considerably. Moreover, the steam emulsion number of alkali refined Sumatra oil was double the initial value after 400 hr.  相似文献

选用大豆作为实验材料,研究干旱和复水对大豆光合生理的影响,以期为大豆抗旱栽培和高效利用水分提供理论依据.通过研究发现,在土壤相对含水量高于47%时,处理组大豆凌晨叶片水势和对照组相比基本没有下降,但当土壤相对含水量低于47%时,处理组叶片水势急剧下降,表现为一定的阈值反应,存在明显的凌晨叶水势临界值.大豆开花前期叶片的凌晨叶水势阈值约为-1.02MPa,低于此临界值,叶片水势急剧下降,叶片净光合速率也明显降低.研究发现,在实验的第3天,处理组土壤相对含水量为47%,叶片水势与对照组相比下降了7%,蒸腾速率为对照组的67%,净光合速率为对照组的90%,水分利用效率比对照组高35%,这说明大豆的蒸腾比光合对干旱更敏感.因此,可利用这一结果采取适度干旱等措施达到节水增产的目的.复水后大豆叶片水分状况得到改善,大豆叶片的净光合速率和蒸腾速率都表现为接近于直线的上升,气孔导度的恢复也很快,这表明大豆存在着胁迫解除后快速生长的特征.但是,干旱对大豆的生长等生理过程是否存在滞后效应,滞后效应的大小等问题还需要进一步的研究.  相似文献

Oxidative processes are probable determinants of longevity of seeds in storage. Measurements of actual oxygen uptake rates were made for soybean and pea seeds as a comparison of short and long lived seeds when light, temperature, and moisture contents were varied. In both peas and soybeans, the oxygen uptake was depressed at low temperatures (<16°C) and low water contents (<0.25 gram H2O per gram dry weight). Apparent activation energies under these conditions are very high, while apparent activation energies of seeds at higher water contents and at temperatures greater than 22°C are much less. Light enhances the level of oxygen uptake in pea, but reduces the level of oxygen uptake in soybean. The complexities of the interactions of oxygen uptake with environmental conditions in soybean compared to pea suggest that oxidative processes occur in soybean at low water contents, but are essentially absent in pea. It is suggested that the additional oxidative processes in soybean with moisture contents between 0.10 and 0.24 gram per gram may contribute to the poorer longevity of soybean seed compared to pea seed.  相似文献

CelTherm is a biochemical process to produce renewable fuels and chemicals from lignocellulosic biomass. The present study’s objective was to determine the level of treatment/purity of the microbial triacylglyceride oil (TAG) necessary to facilitate fuel production. After a unique microbe aerobically synthesizes TAG from biomass-derived sugars, the microbes were harvested and dried then crude TAG was chemically extracted from the residual biomass. Some TAGs were further purified to hydrotreating process requirements. Both grades were then noncatalytically cracked into a petroleum-like intermediate characterized by gas chromatography. Experiments were repeated using refined soybean oil for comparison to previous studies. The products from crude microbial TAG cracking were then further refined into a jet fuel product. Fuel tests indicate that this jet fuel corresponds to specifications for JP-8 military turbine fuel. It was thus concluded that the crude microbial TAG is a suitable feedstock with no further purification required, demonstrating CelTherm’s commercial potential.  相似文献

Integrating remote sensing and geographic information systems (GIS) technologies offers tremendous opportunities for farmers to more cost effectively manage the causes of crop stress. Initial soybean cyst nematode (SCN) population densities from 995 2-×-3-m quadrats were obtained from a soybean field near Ames, Iowa, in 2000. The percentage of sunlight reflected from each quadrat was measured weekly using a multispectral radiometer beginning in mid-May and continuing through mid-September. Aerial images were obtained at heights above the field ranging from 45 to 425 m on 12 dates during the soybean growing season. This was accomplished using color film and infrared film in conjunction with a filter to measure reflectance in the near-infrared region (810 nm). Satellite images (Landsat 7) were obtained for five dates during the 2000 growing season. Maps depicting initial SCN population densities, soybean yield, soy oil, and soy protein were generated using the GIS software program ArcView. Percentage reflectance (810 nm), aerial image intensity, and satellite image intensity data then were regressed against soybean yield, soy oil, and soy protein concentrations obtained from each geospatially referenced soybean quadrat. Percentage reflectance measurements explained up to 60% of the variation in initial SCN population densities within soybean quadrats and up to 91% of the variation in soybean yield. Aerial image and satellite image intensities explained up to 80% and 47% of the variation in soybean yield, respectively. Percentage reflectance data also explained 36% and 54% of the variation in oil and protein concentrations of the harvested soybeans, respectively. These results indicate that remote sensing coupled with GIS technologies may provide new tools to detect and quantify SCN population densities and their impacts on the quantity and quality of soybean yield.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to develop a new fermentation method in order to improve the digestion of soybean protein, and to promote normal fermentation of soybean. A proximate composition, such as moisture, pH, and reducing sugar, of fermented soybeans by the new fermentation was similar to those of controls. Neutral protease activity, the most important factor for fermented soybean products, was the highest, having about 636 U/g at 54 h fermentation. The content of total free amino acid was almost 3-18 times higher than controls. The three-step fermented soybeans can be used as a functional food ingredient for human consumption, with higher protein digestibility.  相似文献

In this paper, lipoxygenase lacking mutants were characterized in comparison with normal soybeans. The three lipoxygenase isozymes (L-l, L-2, and L-3) in crude seed extracts of normal soybeans were resolved clearly by an improved SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. As expected, the three mutant types, L-l-less (P. I. 408251 and 133226), L-2-less (P. I. 86023), and L-3 less (Wasenatsu and Ichigowase) soybeans did not give L-l, L-2, and L-3 protein bands, respectively on a single dimension SDS gel.

An anti L-2 serum obtained from a rabbit reacted not only with the purified L-2 protein, but also partially with the purified L-l and L-3 proteins. By double immunodiffusion and immuno-disc gel electrofocusing analyses using the anti L-2 serum, L-l, L-2, and L-3 isozymes could not be detected in crude seed extracts from P.I. 408251, P. I. 86023, and Wasenatsu soybeans, respectively.

Three lipoxygenase activity peaks (L-l, L-2, and L-3 enzyme peaks) and a small unknown activity peak eluted right after the L-l peak were fractionated by DEAE-Sephacel column chromatography of crude seed extracts of Raiden (normal) soybeans. The chromatographic analyses have demonstrated that both the L-l and the unknown enzyme activities disappear completely in the L-l-less type soybean seeds, and that the L-2 and L-3 enzyme activities disappear completely in P. I. 86023 and the L-3-less type soybean seeds, respectively.  相似文献

The research objectives were to determine aspects of the population dynamics relevant to effective monitoring of gene flow in the soybean crop complex in Japan. Using 20 microsatellite primers, 616 individuals from 77 wild soybean (Glycine soja) populations were analysed. All samples were of small seed size (< 0.03 g), were directly collected in the field and came from all parts of Japan where wild soybeans grow, except Hokkaido. Japanese wild soybean showed significant reduction in observed heterozygosity, low outcrossing rate (mean 3.4%) and strong genetic differentiation among populations. However, the individual assignment test revealed evidence of rare long-distance seed dispersal (> 10 km) events among populations, and spatial autocorrelation analysis revealed that populations within a radius of 100 km showed a close genetic relationship to one another. When analysis of graphical ordination was applied to compare the microsatellite variation of wild soybean with that of 53 widely grown Japanese varieties of cultivated soybean (Glycine max), the primary factor of genetic differentiation was based on differences between wild and cultivated soybeans and the secondary factor was geographical differentiation of wild soybean populations. Admixture analysis revealed that 6.8% of individuals appear to show introgression from cultivated soybeans. These results indicated that population genetic structure of Japanese wild soybean is (i) strongly affected by the founder effect due to seed dispersal and inbreeding strategy, (ii) generally well differentiated from cultivated soybean, but (iii) introgression from cultivated soybean occurs. The implications of the results for the release of transgenic soybeans where wild soybeans grow are discussed.  相似文献

The genusGlycine has had a stormy taxonomic history. Recent studies of herbarium specimens and cytological and morphological analyses of living collections, coupled with chemotaxonomic investigations, have made it necessary to revise the genus. In the first part of this paper the current taxonomic status of the genusGlycine is reviewed. The soybean was domesticated in China. It is unfortunate that the literature concerned with the antiquity and historical development of the soybean is obscured by legends and myths. In the second section of the paper, the archeological, historical, agricultural and botanical literature is summarized in order to present all the known evidence as to when, where and by whom the soybean was domesticated. The soybean is the world’s premier source of dietary vegetable oil and is nutritionally an excellent and inexpensive source of protein for use either as human food or animal feed. In addition, the soybean has numerous industrial uses. In the last section of this paper the traditional uses of fermented and nonfermented soybeans in the East as well as the high-technology-developed uses of soybeans in the West are summarized.  相似文献
