农业生态系统的能量分析从能流着手进行农业生态系统的功能量化分析,是农业生态系统重要的研究方法之一。本文简要回顾讨论了农业生态系统能量分析研究的历史和进展。着重讨论了能值分析方法对传统能量分析方法的新发展,分析了农业生态系统能量分析目前存在的问题,并就其进一步发展方向进行了探讨能值分析方法用生产某种能量或物质所直接或间接耗用的太阳能值量来衡量该能量或物质的价值,不仅在概念上而且在算法上都是原有能量分析方法的新发展.发展到能值分析阶段的农业生态系统的能量分析方法亦存有自身的不足之处,如能值转换率的计算过于繁复,能值指标体系缺乏统一性及系统可持续发展的能值综合评价指标缺乏等。这些问题的解决与能值最大功率的明晰化、能值分析与能量及耗散分析的结合、与物质分析及景观结构分析的结合等研究等共同构成了农业生态系统能量分析的几大发展方向。  相似文献

The kinetics of the alamethicine channel incorporated into BLM was studied using detrended fluctuation analysis and multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis. Detrended fluctuation analysis has shown that both the event series formed with dwell times on fixed channel conductivity levels and the event series formed with opened states on all channel conductivity levels are random processes. However, multifractal detrended fluctuation analysis indicated that only dwell times series on fixed channel conductivity levels are random, but the event series formed with opened states on all channel conductivity levels are the correlated multifractal processes.  相似文献

粗糙集模糊聚类分析法在昆虫分类研究中的应用   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
本文根据昆虫图像,对半翅目、鳞翅目、鞘翅目的28种昆虫提取的形状参数、叶状性、球状性等7项数学形态特征进行了粗糙集模糊聚类分析。在粗糙集处理的基础上,分别进行7指标和3指标(相对约简)两种不同的模糊聚类分析法相比较。结果显示,在作为目级阶元分类指标时,各项特征的重要性依次为:(似圆度、偏心率)>(亮斑数、球状性、圆形性)>(叶状性、形状参数);粗糙集分类正确率优于模糊聚类分析法;粗糙集处理后的3指标分类正确率优于未处理的7指标分类正确率。结论认为,粗糙集理论在昆虫依据数学形态特征进行分类方面与统计分析方法相比更有优势,粗糙集滤过指标后再进行模糊聚类法分析在昆虫分类研究上具有重要意义。  相似文献

The purpose of this article is to investigate the performance of multivariate data analysis, especially orthogonal partial least square (OPLS) analysis, as a semi-quantitative tool to evaluate the comparability or equivalence of aerodynamic particle size distribution (APSD) profiles of orally inhaled and nasal drug products (OINDP). Monte Carlo simulation was employed to reconstitute APSD profiles based on 55 realistic scenarios proposed by the Product Quality Research Institute (PQRI) working group. OPLS analyses with different data pretreatment methods were performed on each of the reconstituted profiles. Compared to unit-variance scaling, equivalence determined based on OPLS analysis with Pareto scaling was shown to be more consistent with the working group assessment. Chi-square statistics was employed to compare the performance of OPLS analysis (Pareto scaling) with that of the combination test (i.e., chi-square ratio statistics and population bioequivalence test for impactor-sized mass) in terms of achieving greater consistency with the working group evaluation. A p value of 0.036 suggested that OPLS analysis with Pareto scaling may be more predictive than the combination test with respect to consistency. Furthermore, OPLS analysis may also be employed to analyze part of the APSD profiles that contribute to the calculation of the mass median aerodynamic diameter. Our results show that OPLS analysis performed on partial deposition sites do not interfere with the performance on all deposition sites.  相似文献

细胞/细菌及其相互作用研究对于生命科学、药物研发、医学诊疗等领域的研究具有重要意义。微流控芯片分析技术因微环境可控、生物相容性好、检测并行性、微型化等特性,正发展成为细胞/细菌及其相互作用研究的高效手段。本文在简要介绍基于微流控芯片分析技术的细胞-细菌分析方法和技术基础之上,对微流控芯片上细胞-细菌相互作用模型的建立进行了讨论,重点针对细胞-细菌及其相互作用过程的芯片检测进行了综述,尤其对芯片集成的光电检测技术及其测试效果进行总结和比较。通过芯片集成微流体控制、多种光电传感监测模块,使微流控芯片分析技术成为细胞/细菌及其相互作用过程分析和检测的支撑平台和优势手段。最后,对微流控光电检测技术在细胞-细菌相互作用检测中面临的挑战及发展趋势进行了讨论和展望。  相似文献

Two molecular marker systems, SCoT and ISSR were used for identification and genetic comparison analysis of 23 mango germplasm accessions collected within Guangxi province of China. Using 18 selected SCoT primers 158 bands were generated, of which 104 (65.82%) were polymorphic. Eighteen selected ISSR primers amplified 156 bands with 87 (55.77%) being polymorphic. The cultivars of Xiang Ya Mango type and their progeny have high genetic similarity with each other. The 23 cultivars were clustered into two major groups based on the SCoT analysis and three major groups based on the ISSR analysis with UPGMA. These clusters are in accordance with their known origins and main phenotypic characteristics. Our results indicated that the SCoT analysis better represents the actual relationships than ISSR analysis, although both analyses give similar results. The results also demonstrate that the SCoT marker system is useful for identification and genetic diversity analysis of mango cultivars.  相似文献

Bioinformatics tools have facilitated the reconstruction and analysis of cellular metabolism of various organisms based on information encoded in their genomes. Characterization of cellular metabolism is useful to understand the phenotypic capabilities of these organisms. It has been done quantitatively through the analysis of pathway operations. There are several in silico approaches for analyzing metabolic networks, including structural and stoichiometric analysis, metabolic flux analysis, metabolic control analysis, and several kinetic modeling based analyses. They can serve as a virtual laboratory to give insights into basic principles of cellular functions. This article summarizes the progress and advances in software and algorithm development for metabolic network analysis, along with their applications relevant to cellular physiology, and metabolic engineering with an emphasis on microbial strain optimization. Moreover, it provides a detailed comparative analysis of existing approaches under different categories.  相似文献

The presence of missing values in gel-based proteomics data represents a real challenge if an objective statistical analysis is pursued. Different methods to handle missing values were evaluated and their influence is discussed on the selection of important proteins through multivariate techniques. The evaluated methods consisted of directly dealing with them during the multivariate analysis with the nonlinear estimation by iterative partial least squares (NIPALS) algorithm or imputing them by using either k-nearest neighbor or Bayesian principal component analysis (BPCA) before carrying out the multivariate analysis. These techniques were applied to data obtained from gels stained with classical postrunning dyes and from DIGE gels. Before applying the multivariate techniques, the normality and homoscedasticity assumptions on which parametric tests are based on were tested in order to perform a sound statistical analysis. From the three tested methods to handle missing values in our datasets, BPCA imputation of missing values showed to be the most consistent method.  相似文献

The cholesterol turnover rate in rabbits with alimentary cholesterol atherosclerosis and in guinea-pigs with chronic vitamin C deficiency was studied by a one- and two-pool kinetic analysis. The one-pool analysis yielded exaggeraged values for the turnover rate, but the turnover rate differences between the control and experimental groups in the one- and the two-pool analysis were very similar. One-pool analysis can be used in initial studies to obtain preliminary data on the effect of nutritional, pharmacological and other factors on cholesterol turnover rate.  相似文献

The complete sequenced genomes of chloroplast have provided much information on the origin and evolution of this organelle. In this paper we attempt to use these sequences to test a novel approach for phylogenetic analysis of complete genomes based on correlation analysis of compositional vectors. All protein sequences from 21 complete chloroplast genomes are analyzed in comparison with selected archaea, eubacteria, and eukaryotes. The distance-based analysis shows that the chloroplast genomes are most closely related to cyanobacteria, consistent with the endosymbiotic origin of chloroplasts. The chloroplast genomes are separated to two major clades corresponding to chlorophytes (green plants) s.l. and rhodophytes (red algae) s.l. The interrelationships among the chloroplasts are largely in agreement with the current understanding on chloroplast evolution. For instance, the analysis places the chloroplasts of two chromophytes (Guillardia and Odontella) within the rhodophyte lineage, supporting secondary endosymbiosis as the source of these chloroplasts. The relationships among the green algae and land plants in our tree also agree with results from traditional phylogenetic analyses. Thus, this study establishes the value of our simple correlation analysis in elucidating the evolutionary relationships among genomes. It is hoped that this approach will provide insights on comparative genome analysis.  相似文献

Magdalenian signs are more numerous and more varied than ones of another periods in the Upper Palaeolithic. In the 3986 signs studied in 28 caves, 2364 signs, or 59,3% of signs are associated with figurative representations. For the question about the relations between the figurative representations and the signs associated, we chose four parameters: thematic analysis, interior analysis, chronological analysis and external analysis. Especially in three caves like Les Combarelles I, Rouffignac (Périgord, France) and Altxerri (Spanish Basque), we got interesting results by those analyses. The thematic analysis let find whether the themes are associated with specific signs. In the many caves, the most numerous figurative representations are often associated with signs. About the interior analysis, many signs are located on the flank of the animal figures. And, the chronological analysis show that the signs were made before the figurative representations the same times that after. The anteriority of making signs and the posterity depends on the place (external analysis) in the three caves. So, our analysis methods with those varied parameters make the signs characterized by type, by cave or by region.  相似文献

Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) is routinely applied on determining association or dissociation constant rates of antigen-antibody complexes. In a SPR system such as Biacore, the capture method is a widely accepted procedure in kinetic analysis for association or dissociation of soluble antigen analytes with antibody ligands initially captured by anti-Fc molecules immobilized on the sensor chip. Appropriate preparations of anti-immunoglobulin G (IgG)-Fc molecules on sensor chips have not been examined yet for stable kinetic analysis of antibodies with several affinities to soluble antigens. Here, we constructed murine monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) with various affinities to hen egg lysozyme (HEL) and performed kinetic analysis of these MoAbs captured by rat MoAbs against mouse IgG-Fc immobilized on the sensor chip. When capture molecules maximally immobilized on the sensor chip, we observed no apparent dissociation of MoAbs with extremely high affinity to soluble HEL antigens. In contrast, on the limited amount (1000-2000 response units) of capture molecule immobilized on the sensor chip, we could perform stable kinetic analysis of MoAbs with highest affinities to the antigen as well as those with lower or moderate binding affinities. Thus, in some cases, accurate kinetic analysis of high-affinity antibodies can be performed by minimization of capture molecule densities on the sensor chip in SPR.  相似文献

Linkage analysis methods that incorporate etiological heterogeneity of complex diseases are likely to demonstrate greater power than traditional linkage analysis methods. Several such methods use covariates to discriminate between linked and unlinked pedigrees with respect to a certain disease locus. Here we apply several such methods including two mixture models, ordered subset analysis, and a conditional logistic model to genome scan data on the DSM-IV alcohol dependence phenotype on the Collaborative Studies on Genetics of Alcoholism families, and compare the results to traditional nonparametric linkage analysis. In general, there was little agreement among the various covariate-based linkage statistics. Linkage signals with empirical p-values less than 0.001 were detected on chromosomes 3, 4, 7, 10, and 12, with the highest peak occurring at the GABRB1 gene using the ecb21 covariate.  相似文献

作为可持续发展的指标,生态足迹模型得到了广泛的关注和应用.同时,对生态足迹理论和方法的研究也不断深化,出现了将生态足迹分析与物流能流分析、产品生命周期分析、投入产出分析相结合的适用于宏观和微观尺度的各种方法,尤其是最近出现了分配足迹到最终需求类型的“标准化”方法.本文介绍了生态足迹不同方法的产生情况,指出生态足迹分析方法分为过程分析和投入产出分析两套体系,并具体介绍了各种分析方法的特点、适用范围、研究进展和应用情况,建立了较为明晰的生态足迹发展的方法框架.针对当前国内外生态足迹方法的应用现状和趋势,提出重点把握3个方向:统一综合法在国家和区域尺度的研究;探索投入产出法、成分法等方法在国内的应用;加强时间序列研究和多情景预测分析.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to perform a biogeographical and conservation analysis of avian distribution on Hainan Island, China using quantitative approaches. I employed cluster analysis with a statistical test to examine the biogeographical zonation of birds on Hainan Island, and then employed an optimization criterion approach to detect candidate areas of endemism. Three biogeographical regions were diagnosed based on the statistical tests. One area of endemism was identified in the southwestern part of the island, principally in the western limestone areas and the central mountainous areas. Canonical variate analysis showed significant separation among the three biogeographic regions correlated with climatic variables. Nested subset analysis using two null models indicated that there was a good nested pattern in the avian assemblage on Hainan Island. In addition, complementarity analysis identified six top species-rich provinces for conservation. The present study is one of the first attempts to use integrative quantitative approaches to analyze bird diversity patterns on this island, and the effectiveness of the methodologies employed is discussed.  相似文献

Microarray technology allows the monitoring of expression levels of thousands of genes simultaneously. A semiparametric location and scale model is proposed to model gene expression levels for normalization and significance analysis purposes. Robust estimation based on weighted least absolute deviation regression and significance analysis based on the weighted bootstrap are investigated. The proposed approach naturally combines normalization and significance analysis, and incorporates the variations due to normalization into the significance analysis properly. A small simulation study is used to compare finite sample performance of the proposed approach with alternatives. We also demonstrate the proposed method with a real dataset.  相似文献

应用数量分类(TWINSPAN)和DCA排序方法,对我国特有裘皮用山羊(中卫山羊)核心产地——宁夏香山地区植物群落进行多元分析,根据TWINSPAN分类结果,并结合生态特征将所调查的28个样地植被分为6组,代表了该山地在海拔、地形、土壤、山坡坡度等环境作用下植被空间的分布格局。TWINSPAN分类结果与DCA排序结果较一致,DCA排序第一轴结果主要体现出海拔和山坡坡度对植被分布的作用,第二轴结果主要体现了地形(坡向)和土壤基质(沙地、石质山坡、土质山坡)对植被分布的作用。影响该干旱山地植被分布的主要环境因子有海拔和山坡的坡度,另外长期过度放牧对植被的空间分布影响较大,导致了该山地系统植被空间结构紊乱,并干扰了群落数量分析结果的准确性。  相似文献

The goal of this research is to evaluate the relative strength of the influences of diet, size, and phylogenetic signal on dental geometric shape. Accurate comprehension of these factors and their interaction is important for reconstructing diet and deriving characters for a cladistic analysis in fossil primates. Geometric morphometric analysis is used to identify axes of shape variation in the lower second molars of (a) prosimian primates and (b) platyrrhines. Landmarks were placed on µCT‐generated surface renderings. Landmark configurations were aligned using generalized Procrustes analysis. Principal components analysis and phylogenetic principal components analysis (pPCA) were performed on species average landmark co‐ordinates. pPCs were examined with phylogenetic generalized least squares analysis for association with size and with diet. PCs from both phylogenetic and non‐phylogenetic analyses were sufficient to separate species by broad dietary categories, including insectivores and folivores. In neither analysis was pPC1 correlated with tooth size, but some other pPCs were significantly correlated with size. The pattern of association between pPCs and size altered when centroid size and dietary variables were combined in the model; effects of diet factors typically exceeded effects of size. These results indicate a dominant phylogenetic and dietary signal in molar shape but also show some shape change correlated with size in the absence of obvious dietary associations. Geometric morphometric analysis appears to be useful for tracking functional traits in molars, particularly in tracking differences between folivorous and insectivorous species.  相似文献
