中国陆地生态系统对全球变化的敏感性研究   总被引:22,自引:1,他引:21  
根据自然植被净第一性生产力综合模型和农业净第一性生产力模型计算了我国自然植被及农作物的净第一性生产力,结果表明:在所有可能的气候条件下,我国陆地生态系统的生产力表现出由东南向西北递减的趋势及明显的条带状分布,并在新疆地区形成明显的低值区。在年平均气温升高2℃且降水不变的情况下,湿润地区生产力增加幅度最大,约增加1~2tDW·hm~(-2)·a~(-1);在年平均气温升高2℃、年降水增加20%的情况下,干旱、半干旱地区生产力增加幅度最大,约增加0.5~3.0tDW·hm~(-2)·a~(-1);在年平均气温升高2℃、年降水减少20%的情况下,湿润地区生产力提高约0.5~1.0tDW·hm~(-2)·a~(-1),干旱、半干旱地区生产力降低约0.5~2.0tDW·hm~(-2)·a~(-1)。  相似文献

恶疫霉致病力和对甲霜灵敏感性的遗传与变异*   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1

以分离自黑龙江腐烂苹果的恶疫霉Phytophthora cactorum Schroeter野生型菌株Ap14为亲本,采用菌丝块创伤接种法测定了恶疫霉对苹果的致病力在无性繁殖和有性生殖后代的遗传。结果是连续2代单游动孢子后代在苹果上所致病斑半径分别为22.4~24.1mm和21.8~23.4mm,与亲本所致病斑半径22.5mm无显著差异;而其20个自交后代个体所致病斑半径为21.4~25.8mm,与亲本有显著差异,其中2株致病力显著强于亲本,其余与亲本相似。表明恶疫霉对苹果的致病力在无性后代可稳定遗传,而在自交有性后代发生分离。同时在含甲霜灵0.05μg/ml的LBA平板上测定了恶疫霉菌丝生长对甲霜灵的敏感性在无性和有性后代的遗传。结果是恶疫霉对甲霜灵的敏感性在无性单孢后代无显著变异,而在50个自交有性后代中,上述浓度对其菌丝生长的抑制率分布范围为67.3~97.1%,与亲本78.3%有极显著差异,其中3株高于亲本,3株低于亲本,44株与亲本相似。表明恶疫霉对甲霜灵的敏感性同样在无性后代稳定遗传而在有性后代发生变异。上述结果提示,供试恶疫霉菌株中上述性状可能由细胞核杂合基因控制。  相似文献

O_2抑光合程度不同的水稻品种,SOD活性存在差异。在40%O_2下,SOD活性被诱导增加水平高、延续时间长的品种,表现O_2抑光合程度小,反之则O_2抑光合程度大。在自然条件下,强光、高温都是诱导SOD活性变化的因素。选择SOD活性高、O_2抑光合程度小的种质资源可能有利于适应对光合不利的逆境条件。  相似文献

水稻感光性和光敏不育性的发育遗传关系   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
在人工气候室控制的光长与温度下,用光敏不育系7001S与早中熟粳稻(Oryza sativa ssp,japoni-ca)感光性弱的“秋光”、“有芒早粳”和“CPSLO-l7”3个品种分别杂交,分析了杂种F_1、F_2植株育性与感光性的表现,以及两者的关系。结果表明:这3个组合的恢复亲本均属于具两对光敏不育的恢复基因的品种。F_1植株均倾向晚熟亲本,说明控制感光性强的基因属于显性。F_2植株在长日照下表现为不育株的感光性均倾向感光性强的亲本;且有不少不育株为晚熟超亲;在少数弱感光性的植株中没有不育株。说明光敏不育基因与感光性基因关系密切,可能两者有连锁关系,光敏不育基因要在感光性基因表达的基础上才能表达。  相似文献

In adult humans, core temperature is influenced by activity; the sensitivity of core temperature to such effects shows a phase dependence and is also influenced by the environment and whether the individual is asleep or awake. We have investigated if similar effects are evident in neonates, in whom thermoregulation and the circadian rhythm of core temperature are not fully developed. Eleven full-term, healthy babies were studied singly (light 07:00–19:00) at 2 days of age and again 4 weeks after birth; between these times, they were tended routinely on a communal ward. On study days, 10-minute recordings were made of rectal and skin (abdominal) temperature, heart rate (HR), and behavioral state. Sensitivities of the temperatures to activity (“arousal”) were assessed throughout the 24h by measuring the gradient of (temperature/HR). Sensitivities measured at 01:00, 05:00, 09:00, 13:00,17:00, and 21:00 were used as dependent variables in stepwise regression and linear regression analyses, with “subjects” “light versus dark”, “behavioral state”, and “difference between time of measurement and the acrophase of the endogenous component of the temperature rhythm” (ignoring sign) as possible predictors. (Acrophases of the temperature rhythms had been estimated from 24h data purified using the behavioral state record.) Light versus dark acted as a significant predictor of the sensitivity of rectal temperature to arousal on day 2 and week 4, the sensitivity increasing in the light, and there was limited evidence for behavioral state acting as a predictor on day 2. Neither factor was a significant predictor when the sensitivity of the babies' skin temperatures to arousal was investigated. There was also some evidence that the difference between the time of measurement and the temperature acrophase acted as a predictor of sensitivity to arousal in both rectal (day 2) and skin (week 4) temperature, with larger differences decreasing the sensitivity. These results indicate that there are masking effects on body temperature due to arousal in neonates, the size of which depends on both internal and external factors. However, this sensitivity of temperature to arousal shows differences from the sensitivity of temperature to physical activity in both adult humans and adult mice. One possible explanation of this result is that temperature regulation and the circadian system are not fully developed in humans at this age. Latterell , Richard L., and Dale M. Steffensen . (Brookhaven Natl. Lab., Upton, L. I.. N. Y.) Changes in sensitivity of maize chromosomes to X rays during seed germination. Amer. Jour. Bot. 49(5): 472–478. Illus. 1962.—Changes in the radiosensitivity of maize seeds during early stages of germination were studied by means of somatic-mutation techniques. Seeds heterozygous for the yg2 (yellow-green) locus were irradiated with 800 r of X rays after soaking in running tap water up to 42 hr. Yellow-green sectors, representing mutations affecting the dominant yg2 locuss in leaves 4 and 5 of seedling plants were used as a criterion of radiosensitivity. The frequency of somatic sectors was virtually nil for dry seed and for seeds soaked up to 16 hr. Sector frequencies underwent a marked (9- to 15-fold) rise from 16 to 28 hr, reached a plateau of sensitivity and subsequently declined. Manometric studies were conducted on seeds soaked under the same conditions as those irradiated. The rate of oxygen consumption rose rapidly from 0 to 7 hr, remained essentially constant from 7 to 16 hr, then underwent an approximately 2-fold increase from 16 to 24 hr, after which the rate of progressive increase was retarded. The fact that the marked rise in frequency of X-ray-induced somatic sectors coincided with the major increase in oxygen consumption suggests that radiosensitivity of soaked seeds is conditioned by metabolic changes during seed development. Changes in radiosensitivity that followed attainment of peak sector frequencies were apparently governed by factors that influenced the rate of seed development.  相似文献

Many traits studied in ecology and evolutionary biology change their expression in response to a continuously varying environmental factor. One well‐studied example are thermal performance curves (TPCs); continuous reaction norms that describe the relationship between organismal performance and temperature and are useful for understanding the trade‐offs involved in thermal adaptation. We characterized curves describing the thermal sensitivity of voluntary locomotor activity in a set of 66 spontaneous mutation accumulation lines in the fly Drosophila serrata. Factor‐analytic modeling of the mutational variance–covariance matrix, M , revealed support for three axes of mutational variation in males and two in females. These independent axes of mutational variance corresponded well to the major axes of TPC variation required for different types of thermal adaptation; “faster‐slower” representing changes in performance largely independent of temperature, and the “hotter‐colder” and “generalist‐specialist” axes, representing trade‐offs. In contrast to its near‐absence from standing variance in this species, a “faster‐slower” axis, accounted for most mutational variance (75% in males and 66% in females) suggesting selection may easily fix or remove these types of mutations in outbred populations. Axes resembling the “hotter‐colder” and “generalist‐specialist” modes of variation contributed less mutational variance but nonetheless point to an appreciable input of new mutations that may contribute to thermal adaptation.  相似文献

带有基因LacZ的5型缺陷性腺病毒感染肿瘤细胞,X-gal染色,检测腺病毒对肿瘤细胞的转染率。结果显示,随着病毒感染复数量(multiplicityofinfection,m.o.i)的增加,转染率也增高,且无细胞毒作用。各种肿瘤达到100%转染所需病毒量是不同的,人类肿瘤细胞系100%转染所需的m.o.i分别是:Hela细胞为100,GRC肾癌细胞为200,Hep-2喉癌细胞为200,鼠肿瘤所需病毒量较大,Lewis肺癌细胞为500,BST膀胱癌细胞为600。说明不同肿瘤细胞对腺病毒载体转染的敏感性是不同的。  相似文献

The effect of temperature and oxygen on nitrogenase activity in two heterocystous cyanobacteria, Anabaena variabilis Kütz. ATCC29413 and Nostoc sp. PCC7120, was investigated. The cyanobacteria were grown under a 12:12 light:dark (L:D) cycle at 27°C and were subsequently exposed to different temperatures (27, 36, 39, and 42°C) at different steady‐state O2 concentrations (20, 10, 5, 0%). Light response curves of nitrogenase activity were recorded under each of these conditions using an online acetylene reduction assay combined with a sensitive laser photoacoustic ethylene detection method. The light response curves were fitted with the rectangular hyperbola model from which the model parameters Nm, Nd, and α were derived. In both strains, nitrogenase activity (Ntot = Nm + Nd) was the highest at 39°C–42°C and at 0% O2. The ratio Ntot/Nd was 4.1 and 3.1 for Anabaena and Nostoc, respectively, indicating that respectively 25% and 33% of nitrogenase activity was supported by respiration (Nd). Ntot/Nd increased with decreasing O2 concentration and with increasing temperature. Hence, each of these factors caused a relative increase in the light‐driven nitrogenase activity (Nm). These results demonstrate that photosynthesis and respiration both contribute to nitrogenase activity in Anabaena and Nostoc and that their individual contributions depend on both O2 concentration and temperature as the latter may dynamically alter the flux of O2 into the heterocyst.  相似文献

The effects of recombinant Tumor Necrosis Factor α (r-TNF α) on polyphosphoinositide metabolism were examined in a Burkitt Lymphoma cell line (Daudi cells). After 1h of in vitro treatment with r-TNF α, the incorporation of32Pi into phosphatidylinositol 4,5-phosphate (PtdInsP2), phosphatidylinositol 4-phosphate (PtdInsP) and phosphatidylinositol (PtdIns) was reduced compared with controls, confirming previous findings observed in other cell lines of a specific PtdIns breakdown following r-TNF α treatment. The novelty of this study is therefore the demonstration of early changes in polyphosphoinositide metabolism during the antiproliferative response elicited by this cytokine in Daudi cells.  相似文献

Under the circumstances of experimentation described, the sporangiophores of Phycomyces are found to be most sensitive to stimulation by light in the violet between 400 and 430 mµ. Toward the red, sensitivity falls to nearly zero near 580 mµ, while in the near ultra-violet around 370 mµ, sensitivity is still high. The previous experiments of Blaauw had placed the point of greatest sensitivity some 80 mµ nearer the red end of the spectrum. Because of the known presence in the sporangiophores of Phycomyces of "accessory" pigments, care must be taken in identifying such results with the absorption spectrum of the photosensitive substance.  相似文献
