速眠新与盐酸氯胺酮对猕猴麻醉效果的初步观察   总被引:13,自引:0,他引:13  
目的 比较速眠新与盐酸氯胺酮和速眠新复合麻醉对猕猴的麻醉效果。方法 成年健康猕猴 10只 ,动物分成单纯麻醉组 (速眠新组 ,5只 )和复合麻醉组 (速眠新和盐酸氯胺酮组 ,5只 ) ,均采用肌内注射麻醉。结果 速眠新麻醉维持时间仅 0~ 1h ,麻醉效果低于复合麻醉效果。速眠新有较好的镇静、镇痛和肌肉松弛作用 ,复合麻醉使速眠新效果更佳 ,麻醉时间更长、更稳定 (1~ 2h) ,复苏期较快。结论 速眠新和盐酸氯胺酮复合麻醉适合动物实验时间较长的手术 ,是一种较理想的实验动物麻醉方法  相似文献

目的 比较氯胺酮、舒泰、速眠新Ⅱ、戊巴比妥钠等4种全身麻醉药或其组合对非人灵长类的麻醉效果,探寻能替代或者减少氯胺酮使用的个性化麻醉方案。方法 以单独使用氯胺酮麻醉的方案作为对照,另设单独使用舒泰、氯胺酮复合速眠新Ⅱ、舒泰复合速眠新Ⅱ和戊巴比妥钠复合速眠新Ⅱ等麻醉4个实验组,每组选取5只食蟹猴进行实验,记录麻醉后的心率、体温、血氧饱和度、以及麻醉诱导时间和维持时间,以比较各方案的麻醉效果。结果 与单独使用氯胺酮麻醉比较,其他四种麻醉方案在心率、体温、血氧饱和度和麻醉诱导时间上均无显著性差异,不同方案麻醉维持时间分布在30~200min之间。在非人灵长类的全身麻醉中,舒泰可以很好地替代氯胺酮;氯胺酮复合速眠新Ⅱ麻醉可取得较长的麻醉维持时间,并减少氯胺酮的使用量;舒泰与速眠新Ⅱ联用、戊巴比妥钠与速眠新Ⅱ联用的方案也可替代氯胺酮,且麻醉维持时间较长。结论 在一定的麻醉时间内,联合用药可以降低氯胺酮的使用量,不同麻醉方案灵活运用可满足不同实验对麻醉维持时间的需求。  相似文献

目的观察联合应用速眠新Ⅱ和戊巴比妥钠对西藏小型猪的麻醉效果。方法采用速眠新Ⅱ(0.1mL/kg)肌内注射和3%戊巴比妥钠生理盐水溶液(0.2 mL/kg)静脉注射联合麻醉方法对15头行胚胎移植术的西藏小型猪进行麻醉,观察动物麻醉维持时间、镇痛效果、呼吸频率和心率变化及术后苏醒情况。结果80%(12头/15头)西藏小型猪初始量麻醉状态维持45 min以上,20%(3头/15头)西藏小型猪手术过程中追加麻醉。麻醉期间肌肉松弛效果好,动物呼吸和心率平稳。手术过程中西藏小型猪呼吸频率为(12-22)次/min,心率为(63-85)次/min,麻醉过程中未出现麻醉死亡,术后苏醒时间为30-60 min。结论速眠新和戊巴比妥钠混合麻醉效果好,且麻醉剂量较以往大幅减少,术后苏醒快。戊巴比妥钠联用速眠新复合麻醉对西藏小型猪是一种较理想的麻醉方法,且动物麻醉安全性高。  相似文献

目的分析比对速眠新、氯胺酮、异氟烷和利多卡因4种不同麻醉药对食蟹猴的麻醉效果。方法总结实际工作中分别使用四种不同麻醉药物对食蟹猴作用的麻醉特点。结果速眠新、氯胺酮、异氟烷均能获得较好的麻醉效果,能满足不同手术、采样需要;局麻药利多卡因对食蟹猴麻醉的实际应用不理想。结论食蟹猴的手术及其他侵犯性操作等都应该考虑生物安全和动物福利要求,实行麻醉,但应根据食蟹猴实验内容要求和不同麻醉药特点选择合适的麻醉方法,确保人员和动物安全,实验结果不受影响。  相似文献

目的比较3种麻醉方法在骨科动物实验中的效果,从而得出最佳方法。方法将80只实验动物随机分为3组,A组(速眠新II肌肉注射组),B组(0.6%戊巴比妥钠静脉注射组),C组(速眠新II肌肉注射+0.6%戊巴比妥钠静脉注射联合用药组),在骨科动物实验中分别进行麻醉、手术,比较3组的麻醉效果,观察其诱导期、麻醉期(麻醉维持时间)、苏醒期、麻醉效果、死亡率等。结果 A组麻醉的诱导期长,效果不好;B组麻醉的诱导期短,但麻醉效果不理想,死亡率高;C组麻醉的诱导期短,麻醉效果好,安全。结论 C组诱导期短,麻醉效果好,安全。无论在实验动物的伦理道德方面,还是在保证动物实验质量方面都是最佳选择。  相似文献

应用鹿眠宝3号对20头林麝Moschus berezovskii实施麻醉保定,观察记录林麝在麻醉全程中的表现,以评价麻醉保定林麝的效果.结果 表明:18头林麝在给药诱导后3~15 min直接进入麻醉期,2头林麝经追加麻醉剂后进入麻醉期;麻醉效果优良率为90%.麻醉期内,林麝平均呼吸数为15.6次/min,平均体温40.5℃,未出现麻醉过深和不良反应,也无林麝死亡.由此可知,林麝完全可以用麻醉的方法进行保定.麻醉保定林麝具有效果确实、安全、快速、简便的优点.  相似文献

目的研究地塞米松与麻醉剂速眠新配伍的应用效果。方法大鼠72只随机分为3组,每组24只,A组和B组分别肌肉注射地塞米松0.1 mL/kg和1.0 mL/kg之后30 min,,对照组仅肌肉注射速眠新0.20 mL/kg。结果3组大鼠麻醉诱导时间相同,均不超过3 min;B组麻醉维持时间最长、苏醒时间最短;A组次之。A组和B组麻醉期心率和动脉平均血压均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。呼吸监测显示,麻醉后A组和B组的大鼠呼吸数显著高于A组(P〈0.05)。  相似文献

金钱豹(Panthera pardus)属世界濒危物种的大型猫科哺乳动物。因采精困难,至今未见有关金钱豹精子超微结构的报道。为对该类动物的生殖生理学和繁殖研究提供一些形态学方面的资料,作者应用扫描电镜和透射电镜对于金钱豹精子的超微结构进行了初步观察。 材料和方法 标本是江苏省徐州市南郊公园和徐州市家畜良种站提供的液氮冷藏金钱豹精液,经复苏后光镜检查见大量活动精子,随即固定。  相似文献

金钱豹(Panthera pardus)在自然界的数量日益减少,已被列为国家重点保护动物。为了解金钱豹的繁殖规律,以便更好地保护繁衍,增加数量,我们进行了以下观察。1饲养管理繁殖实验的5只金钱豹(3♀、2♂),分别来自昆明、青海、合肥、齐齐哈尔。均关养在笼舍内,各占一套间,有内室和室外活动场,面积约24m2,四周及顶部均为钢筋笼,混凝土地面,内室设有木制产箱(1.25×0.80×0.85米)。每天冲洗兽舍一次,每周消毒一次,常保持内室卫生干燥,夜间大多将豹关入内室休息。每年春、秋两季分别对金钱豹检查、驱虫一次。由于金钱豹行动灵活敏捷,善于攀援纵跃,一…  相似文献

华北豹(Panthera pardus japonesis)是中国特有的豹亚种。由于长期缺乏有效的科学调查, 目前对其分布、种群及动态、行为、猎物现状等基础信息不清。在2007-2014年期间, 本研究应用红外相机技术(camera trap)对山西晋中庆城林场的华北豹种群开展了长达7年的连续监测。先后监测到14只华北豹, 其中成年个体11只(3♀, 8), 幼体3只, 成年雌雄比例为0.375; 在其间出现了2次繁殖。该区域主要的有蹄类猎物为野猪(Sus scrofa)和西伯利亚狍(Capreolus pygargus), 其相对密度分别为4.16和3.48, 绝对密度分别为1.35只/km2和3.61只/km2。  相似文献

生态位分化使时空资源利用重叠的物种实现共存,并且生态位研究在野生动物管理、种间关系和群落结构等方面有广泛应用和深远影响。放牧作为最主要的人为干扰之一,通过资源(食物、时间、空间等)竞争改变野生动物资源利用特征,甚至影响同域分布物种的生存。华北豹(Panthera pardus japonesis)是我国特有的珍稀野生动物,而其野生猎物种群数量会因与家畜资源竞争而减少,甚至直接或间接地影响华北豹种群生存。因此掌握保护区内家畜与野生动物的空间、时间利用情况,得以评估野生动物的生存状态。于2018年10月-2019年5月,通过架设62台红外自动相机获取铁桥山自然保护区4种哺乳动物活动数据,采用双物种单季节模型(Two-species single season model)和核密度估计(kernel density estimation)分析华北豹与猎物及其家畜在圈养、散养期的空间互作关系和活动规律,并且通过重叠系数(Coefficient of overlap)计算两物种间日活动时间重叠。结果表明:(1)家畜放养期间,华北豹-狍,华北豹-野猪的空间回避作用均比无家畜存在时减弱,可能是时间重叠程度增大的补偿机制。华北豹-牛的空间回避作用最强。(2)华北豹-牛时空重叠程度不大,牛-狍时空重叠程度较大,牛-野猪空间上共存而时间重叠程度较小。(3)日活动节律的结果说明狍为昼行性,野猪为晨昏活动。因探测到华北豹的次数有限,故关于其的日活动节律仍待考究。研究表明,放牧将影响华北豹与猎物的时间、空间资源利用情况,并有可能导致人-豹冲突加剧。  相似文献

Prey selection and the feeding habits of tiger Panthera tigris, leopard Panthera pardus and Asiatic wild dog Cuon alpinus were investigated from June 2009 to December 2011 in Pakke Tiger Reserve, Arunachal Pradesh. A total of 422 scats were analyzed of which, 109 scats were of tigers, 150 were of leopard and 163 scats were of dholes. Multinomial Likelihood ratio test was used to estimate the prey selectivity of predators and Ivlev index, Pianka index were used to estimate prey preference and overlap respectively. Biomass consumption for three sympatric predators varied from 254.3 kg for dholes to 599.1 kg for tigers. Sambar, barking deer, wild pig were preyed more than their availability by all the predators. Ivlev index shows barking deer and sambar were preferred more than available prey for tiger where as leopard preferred sambar more than available and avoided barking deer. Dhole preferred more than available wild pig and barking deer. There was a high overlap between tiger–leopard (85.3%) and tiger–dhole (77.5%). To the best of our understanding, this study provides the first reliable information on prey selection and food habits of sympatric large carnivores in a protected area of Eastern Himalayan tropical rainforest.  相似文献

There is a little understanding of how apex carnivores partition their diet to coexist. We studied food habit and trophic niche overlap of two apex carnivores, tiger and leopard in the tropical forest of Similipal tiger reserve, eastern India. We used line transect and scat analysis method, to estimate the prey availability and determine the diet and prey selection of two apex carnivores. Tigers consumed mostly large and medium-sized prey, whereas leopards mostly consumed medium and small-sized prey. Both carnivores were not random in their consumption of prey, sambar and wild pigs were selectively consumed by tigers, whereas leopards selectively consumed wild pigs, barking deer and mouse deer. Dietary overlap between two carnivore species was moderate (Pianka's niche overlap index: 0.55), and trophic niche breadth (Levin's standardized niche breadth) of the leopard (0.52) was greater than that of the tiger (0.37). Overall, tigers exhibited specialized feeding habits, whereas leopards showed generalist feeding habits. Our study highlights the opportunistic nature of leopards and probably a reason for the species successfully coexist with tigers.  相似文献

雪豹(Panthera uncia)分布广泛且调查难度较大, 全世界的雪豹研究面临的首要问题是雪豹基础数据的缺乏。本文通过检索1980至2018年已发表的含有中国境内雪豹分布和密度信息的中英文文章共35篇, 从中提取出雪豹的分布与密度信息, 其中含有密度估计的文献18篇。同时, 来自雪豹调查的15位一线成员通过填写表格和问卷的形式提供了28个地块上未发表的雪豹密度调查信息。基于此, 我们逐一分析了各省份已有的雪豹调查现状和存在的调查空缺, 发现雪豹分布调查的两大空白区域主要存在于与吉尔吉斯斯坦接壤的西天山地区和西藏南部的冈底斯-念青唐古拉山山脉和喜马拉雅山脉。相对我国雪豹栖息地总面积, 有过密度估算的面积仅占1.7%, 仍然处于刚刚起步的阶段, 并且已有的密度调查几乎都是在质量较好的雪豹栖息地内进行的。今后除了需要继续努力收集汇总已有的调查结果, 仍然需要在雪豹分布区(特别是空缺区域)内增加调查。  相似文献

Sperm migration distance through a polyacrylamide gel mimicking cervical mucus was compared among seven species: dog, cat, goat, ram, clouded leopard, dorcas gazelle, and Eld's deer. Freshly collected spermatozoa were evaluated microscopically and then assayed for migration distance in gel-filled capillary tubes in raw or diluted concentrations or after longevity declines in sperm motility and progressive status. Sperm count per milliliter of ejaculate and sperm percent motility ratings varied (P < 0.05) among selected species. Undiluted ejaculated spermatozoa from all species, except the clouded leopard, penetrated the polyacrylamide gel. Migration distance (mm) was different (P < 0.05) among species and not clearly correlated to concentration or motility factors. Although sperm concentrations in the dog and Eld's deer were similar, average migration distance of deer sperm was more than fourfold greater (P < 0.01) than that of dog sperm. The sperm motility rating for the gazelle was greater (P < 0.05) than that for the cat; however, penetration distance in the cat was more than twice as great (P < 0.05) as that in the gazelle. Species also varied in migration response after altering sperm concentration: Halving the sperm count of the dog, gazelle, and Eld's deer had no effect, but the same procedure decreased (P < 0.05) penetration distance in the goat and ram. No migration was observed in any species at a sperm concentration of 25 × 106 cells or less. Within species a decline in sperm percent motility-progressive status ratings was correlated (P < 0.05) to a subsequent decrease in penetration distance. These results provide a comparative assessment of sperm cell migration through a synthetic cervical mucus and suggest that this test may be a useful adjunct in evaluating reproductive potential. However, the assay is specific in interpretive merit, as sperm penetration distance within a single batch of gel is markedly variant among species and in some species dependent on sperm concentration. This interspecies specificity in sperm migration through a homogeneous gel suggests intrinsic species variance in sperm cell-cervical mucus interaction, suggesting that this assay could be valuable in future studies of the mechanism of sperm transport.  相似文献

To optimize conservation efforts, it is necessary to determine the risk of extinction by collecting reliable population information for a given species. We developed eight novel, polymorphic microsatellite markers and used these markers in conjunction with twelve existing markers to measure genetic diversity of South Korean populations of leopard cat (Prionailurus bengalensis), a species for which population size and habitat area data are unknown in the country, to assess its conservation status. The average number of alleles and the observed heterozygosity of the species were 3.8 and 0.41, respectively, and microsatellite diversity was lower than the average genetic diversity of 57 populations of 12 other felid species, and lower than that of other mammal populations occurring in South Korea, including the raccoon dog (Nyctereutes procyonoides), water deer (Hydropotes inermis), and endangered long-tailed goral (Naemorhedus caudatus). Furthermore, analysis of genetic structure in the national leopard cat population showed no clear genetic differentiation, suggesting that it is not necessary to divide the South Korean leopard cat population into multiple management units for the purposes of conservation. These results indicate that the genetic diversity of the leopard cat in South Korea is unexpectedly low, and that the risk of local extinction is, as a result, substantial. Thus, it is necessary to begin appropriate conservation efforts at a national level to conserve the leopard cat population in South Korea.  相似文献

珲春国家级自然保护区是东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)、东北豹(Panthera pardus orientalis)等濒危物种在中国的核心分布区。为了探究该区域野生动物的多度水平和空间分布, 了解人类干扰情况, 我们运用相对多度指数(relative abundance index, RAI)分析了2013年4-6月设置于此的83个红外相机位点的监测数据。红外相机的总捕获天数6,060 d, 共捕获10科18种野生哺乳动物, 其中鼬科4种, 猫科动物3种, 犬科、鹿科和松鼠科各2种, 猪科、熊科、麝科、猬科和兔科各1种。研究期间共拍摄到东北虎11只个体, 东北豹13只个体。从相对多度指数来看, 东北虎的相对多度(0.84)远高于东北豹(0.48), 它们的有蹄类猎物中梅花鹿(Cervus nippon)的相对多度最高(2.18), 其次为狍(Capreolus pygargus)(1.53)和野猪(Sus scrofa)(0.92)。人类活动和放牧的相对多度水平(分别为40.64和2.76)显著高于野生动物。在空间分布上, 东北虎和梅花鹿主要在保护区的核心区分布, 且与保护区社区共管区的多度水平差异显著, 而东北豹在不同功能区之间的分布差异不显著, 狍在保护区北部的多度水平较高, 但各功能区之间差异不显著, 野猪在社区共管区的多度水平显著高于核心区。可见, 核心区频繁的人类活动和放牧活动对野生动物的保护产生了影响, 未来应加强关于人类干扰对虎、豹种群及其有蹄类猎物的影响评估。  相似文献

为了调查北京市雾灵山自然保护区兽类资源情况,自2013年7月至2014年5月,在雾灵山32个位点处布放红外相机进行系统调查,累积相机工作日3630天,共拍摄到兽类有效照片494张,鉴定出10种动物,包括:狍(Capreolus capreolus)、斑羚(Nemorhaedus goral)、猪獾(Arctonyx collaris)、岩松鼠(Sciurotamias davidianus)、野猪(Sus scrofa)、狗獾(Meles meles)、豹猫(Felis bengalensis)、花鼠(Tamias sibiricus)、草兔(Lepus capensis)和黄鼬(Mustela sibirica),隶属于4目7科;从分布型来看,这10种兽类主要以古北型为主(占70%)。常拍种有狍、岩松鼠、斑羚和猪獾;较常拍种有野猪、狗獾、豹猫、花鼠、草兔;偶拍种有黄鼬。文中还对不同海拔和不同植被类型动物相对丰富度、累积拍摄物种数与相机工作日关系及兽类G-F指数等进行了探讨。  相似文献

When a previously common predator disappears owing to local extinction, the strong source of natural selection on prey to visually recognize that predator becomes relaxed. At present, we do not know the extent to which recognition of a specific predator is generalized to similar looking predators or how a specific predator-recognition cue, such as coat pattern, degrades under prolonged relaxed selection. Using predator models, we show that deer exhibit a more rapid and stronger antipredator response to their current predator, the puma, than to a leopard displaying primitive rosettes similar to a locally extinct predator, an early jaguar. Presentation of a novel tiger with a striped coat engendered an intermediate speed of predator recognition and strength of antipredator behaviour. Responses to the leopard model slightly exceeded responses to a non-threatening deer model, suggesting that thousands of years of relaxed selection have led to the loss of recognition of the spotted coat as a jaguar-recognition cue, and that the spotted coat has regained its ability to camouflage the felid form. Our results shed light on the evolutionary arms race between adoption of camouflage to facilitate hunting and the ability of prey to quickly recognize predators by their formerly camouflaging patterns.  相似文献
