OKT3 and UCHT1 monoclonal antibodies, which recognize the same human T cell surface antigen, induce proliferation in T lymphocytes. In this report, we compared the mechanism by which these antibodies trigger DNA synthesis in human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) cultures. Whereas PBMC from all donors tested were mitogenically inducible by OKT3, cells from only 25 of 40 donors were responsive to UCHT1 . UCHT1 treatment of PBMC from responders, but not from nonresponders, resulted in the expression by T cells of membrane binding sites reactive with anti-Tac monoclonal antibody, which specifies the human interleukin 2 (IL 2) receptor. UCHT1 -induced PBMC supernatants from nonresponders, but unexpectedly, also from responders, contained no measurable IL 2 activity. In keeping with this finding, anti-Tac monoclonal antibody failed to suppress UCHT1 -triggered [3H]thymidine incorporation into PBMC from responsive donors. By contrast, OKT3 treatment of PBMC from all donors led to the emergence of IL 2 receptors, and substantial IL 2 production, and the resultant DNA synthesis was inhibitable by anti-Tac antibody. These data indicate that the interaction of OKT3 and UCHT1 monoclonal antibodies with the same T cell structure leads to the induction of proliferation via two different mechanisms: one dependent on the availability of IL 2 (OKT3) and one independent on the production and processing of this lymphokine ( UCHT1 ). PBMC unresponsiveness to UCHT1 could therefore not be related to a dysfunction in IL 2 synthesis or IL 2 receptor display.  相似文献

The monoclonal antibodies Trop-4 and 4F2 recognize cell surface antigens present on peripheral blood monocytes, activated lymphocytes, and on continuous cell lines, but not on resting lymphocytes in blood. The membrane antigens detected by antibodies Trop-4 and 4F2 were compared by serial immunoprecipitations from membrane lysates of surface labeled T lymphoid cells and by parallel polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic analysis. It is shown that both to these antibodies recognize the heavy subunit of the heterodimeric membrane complex of an 85,000 m.w. glycoprotein disulphide linked to a light subunit of 41,000 m.w. The kinetics of the expression of the antigen was studied by indirect immunofluorescence on peripheral blood T lymphocytes during blast transformation induced by concanavalin A in vitro and during reversion of the lymphocytes back to small "secondary" lymphocytes. Upon activation of T lymphocytes with concanavalin A, the first blast cells staining with the antibodies appear within 6 hr after the initiation of the culture. After 18 hr, all blast cells displayed strong expression of the antigen. Inhibition of DNA synthesis by hydroxyurea treatment did not affect the early blast transformation and the expression of the antigen. When the mitogen-induced blast cells reverted back to small secondary lymphocytes during prolonged culturing for up to 18 days, these cells retained the expression of the antigen detected by antibodies Trop-4 and 4F2, whereas another membrane marker of activation, the transferrin receptor, rapidly disappeared. These findings demonstrate a phenotypical difference between primed, secondary T lymphocytes and resting, unstimulated cells.  相似文献

Monoclonal antibodies (mAb) to monomorphic and polymorphic determinants on the heavy chain of histocompatibility leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I antigens inhibit mAb OKT3-induced T cell proliferation, whereas the anti-beta 2-microglobulin mAb NAMB-1 does not affect it. The inhibitory effect of anti-HLA class I mAb is specific, is not an Fc-mediated phenomenon, does not require accessory cells, and does not involve early stages of T cell activation. Distinct determinants of HLA class I antigens regulate T cell proliferation by different mechanisms, because the anti-HLA-A2, A28 mAb CR11-351, and the mAb W6/32 to a framework determinant of HLA class I antigens block interleukin 2 (IL-2) secretion and IL-2 receptor expression, whereas the mAb CR10-215 to a monomorphic determinant blocks only IL-2 receptor expression. The mAb CR10-215 and W6/32 induced a 50% of maximal inhibition of T cell proliferation, when added after 27 and 12 hr, respectively, of incubation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells with mAb OKT3. On the other hand, the mAb CR11-351 inhibited T cell proliferation even when added after 38 hr of incubation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells with mAb OKT3 and was the only one to inhibit proliferation of cycling T lymphocytes. It is suggested that HLA class I antigens regulate T cell proliferation by interacting with cell-surface molecules involved in T cell activation. The differential inhibitory activity of the anti-HLA class I monoclonal antibodies tested may reflect the different ability of the corresponding determinants to interact with activation molecules.  相似文献

Background and “spontaneous” proliferation are terms often used for the proliferative activity normally exhibited by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (MNC) in vitro. In this report, we show that Interleukin-2 (IL-2) added to unfractionated MNC but not to isolated T or non-T cells significantly increased their proliferative activity. The cells responding to IL-2 stimulation from MNC were OKT3 positive lymphocytes. In addition, treatment of MNC with either a monoclonal anti-HLA-DR antibody (in the absence of C′) or Cyclosporin-A strongly suppressed the “background” whereas treatment of MNC with the 3A1 monoclonal anti-human T cell antibody did not modify “spontaneous” proliferation of these cells. IL-2 could not restore or increase the proliferative activity of MNC exposed to the anti-HLA-DR antibody or Cyclosporin-A while the T cell growth factor significantly enhanced proliferation of MNC cultured in the presence of the OKT4 antibody. Taken together these results strongly suggest that IL-2 responding T cells from MNC become sensitive to IL-2 by interacting with HLA-DR antigens on B lymphocytes and/or monocytes contained in MNC (resting T cells are Dr?). By a similar mechanism we have previously shown that T cells acquire responsiveness to IL-2 in the autologous mixed lymphocyte reaction (AMLR). Since all the cells that participate in AMLR are present in MNC, we postulate that a “mini” AMLR taking place within MNC may explain the “spontaneous” proliferation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.  相似文献

Monoclonal anti-HLA-DR (anti-Ia) antibodies inhibited autologous mixed lymphocyte reactions (AMLR) when added from the initiation of the cultures, but not 72 hr later. The suppressive principle was removed by the stimulator non-T cells, but not by the responding T cells. Antibody-treated non-T cells lost their ability to activate T cells, whereas antibody-treated T cells could still respond to untreated non-T cells. The anti-DR antibodies prevented T cells from acquiring responsiveness to Interleukin-2 (IL-2). However, T cells previously activated by AMLR responded to IL-2 even in the presence of the anti-DR antibodies. OKT4+ lymphocytes synthesized IL-2 in the AMLR while OKT8+ cells did not. Anti-DR antibodies caused OKT4+ cells to become unresponsive to Interleukin-1 stimulation and inhibited the production of IL-2. Interleukin-1 (IL-1) promoted the synthesis of IL-2 in non-anti-DR-treated AMLR cultures. Since resting T cells are unresponsive to IL-2 and resting OKT4+ lymphocytes are unable to produce IL-2 even in the presence of IL-1, it is concluded that HLA-DR antigens render resting T cells sensitive to IL-2 and enable OKT4+ lymphocytes to respond to IL-1 and subsequently, to produce Interleukin-2.  相似文献

T-Cell subsets identified by polyclonal and monoclonal antibodies to dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DP IV) were investigated. Analysis in a cytofluorograf revealed 63 +/- 7% positive scatter-gated T lymphocytes. DP IV-positive cells were found to be T11+, 74-81% OKT4+, and 12-19% OKT8+. DP IV-negative cells were T11+ and comprise 16-40% OKT8+, and 10-30% OKT4+ T cells. Treatment of T lymphocytes with rabbit anti-DP IV and complement as well as the presence of rabbit anti-DP IV during culture resulted in a reduction of interleukin 2 (IL-2) production. This reduction was not observed with the mouse monoclonal anti-DP IV antibody II-19-4-7. Positive enrichment of DP IV-positive lymphocytes by cell sorting revealed excellent IL-2 production of DP IV-positive cells and very poor IL-2 activity in supernatants obtained from DP IV-negative lymphocytes. Thus, DP IV may serve as cell surface marker for IL-2-producing T lymphocytes.  相似文献

The human monocyte line, U937, derived from an individual with histiocytic lymphoma, undergoes morphological and functional changes when incubated with medium conditioned by lectin-stimulated cloned human T lymphocytes. Using monoclonal antibodies and flow cytometry, we therefore analyzed alterations in surface components that might accompany these morphological changes, in comparison with components present on normal blood monocytes. The U937 cells possess three surface antigens in common with blood monocytes, detected with OKM1, 4F2, and anti-monocyte.2 (the last monocyte specific). DR antigen was not detectable on U937 cells with three anti-DR framework antibodies but was detected on blood monocytes. Unexpectedly, OKT4, a monoclonal antibody to T4 antigen previously believed to be restricted to helper T lymphocytes, also reacted with U937 cells. Six monoclonal antibodies to other epitopes on T4 also reacted with U937 cells. None of these could be inhibited by blocking of Fc receptors. T4 with its various epitopes were also expressed on normal human blood monocytes. Other lymphocyte surface markers (T3, T8, T6) and fibronectin were not detectable on U937 cells or monocytes. An individual, whose lymphocytes lacked the epitope detected with OKT4 but had epitopes detected with OKT4 A, B, C, and D, had monocytes with identical reactivity, evidence that the T4 on monocytes and lymphocytes are products of the same structural gene. Stimulation of U937 cells for 24 hours with supernatants from Con A-stimulated T lymphocyte clones caused an increase in expression of OKM1 and Fc receptor activity and a decrease in expression of T4, consistent with a more mature phenotype of blood monocytes. Although the function of the T4 molecule is unknown, it is notable that it is displayed by two cells of distinct lineage which interact in the response to soluble antigens.  相似文献

IgG Fc- cytotoxic cells found in the synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis have natural killer (NK)-like characteristics but can kill NK-resistant cell lines as well. The phenotype of these cells was defined by complement-mediated lysis with monoclonal antibodies. The synovial fluid killer cell activity was significantly reduced by treatment with complement and OKT11 and 4F2, but the cytotoxic T cells did not express the NK-related antigens OKM1 and Leu-7, nor the cytotoxic T lymphocyte-specific antigen, OKT8. These results demonstrate that the synovial fluid killer cells resemble the activated T cells generated in an autologous mixed leukocyte reaction or in the treatment of peripheral blood mononuclear cells with interleukin 2, and they are distinct from the conventional NK cells found in blood.  相似文献

T cell subpopulations of lymphocytes from cord blood (CBL) of 24 newborns and from peripheral blood (a-PBL) of 24 healthy adult volunteers were assessed in T cell-enriched, T cell depleted and unseparated lymphocyte fractions by using OKT3, 4, 6, and 8 monoclonal antibodies. The results show that T cell-enriched CBL include adult numbers of OKT3+, OKT4+, OKT6+ and OKT8+ lymphocytes whereas the T cell-depleted fraction consists of a high percentage of OKT8+, OKT3-, non-E rosette-forming cells bearing a PNA receptor. The presence of the PNA receptor and the lack of the OKT3+ antigen strongly support the hypothesis that the subset of OKT8+ cells in cord blood includes immature T lymphocytes that may represent an intermediate stage between thymocytes and mature peripheral T cells.  相似文献

It has been shown previously that HBJ127 and HBJ98 monoclonal antibodies raised against a human bladder cancer cell line, and B3 monoclonal antibody against a rat bladder cancer cell line recognized unique cell surface antigens abundant in proliferating cells of the corresponding species. Distribution of the antigens and kinetics of the appearance on human and rat lymphoid cells were examined by means of flow cytometry. Rat macrophages and human peripheral blood monocytes were stained strongly with the B3 and HBJ127 monoclonal antibodies, respectively. With regard to lymphocytes, the expression of the B3-defined antigen on rat lymphocytes was found to have a negative correlation with the maturation of the lymphocytes; the antigen was most abundant in bone marrow cells, less abundant in thymocytes, and least abundant in spleen, lymph node, and peripheral blood lymphocytes. Similarly, the HBJ127-defined antigen on human peripheral lymphocytes was negligible. On activation with Con A or alloantigens, however, both rat and human T lymphocytes did strongly express these antigens. Activation of human or rat B cells with lipopolysaccharide also resulted in the augmented expression of these antigens. Kinetics studies revealed that the antigen expression was readily manifested within 12 hr on activation of rat or human T cells with Con A, was augmented progressively with culture time, and reached a plateau within 36 hr. This somewhat earlier appearance of these antigens apparently preceded the manifestations of the IL 2 receptor (Tac antigen) and the augmented DNA synthesis. The B3-defined antigen on Con A-stimulated T cells was more rich on the lymphocytes in S and G2/M phases than those in G1 phase, and the expression was not significantly affected by the addition of hydroxyurea, but was moderately inhibited by the addition of sodium butylate. These results suggest that the appearance and expression of the B3-defined antigen and probably also those of the HBJ127/HBJ98-defined antigen are correlated with lymphocyte activation and subsequent progression through the cell cycle.  相似文献

Surface antigens of activated and cultured human T cells were studied using peripheral blood lymphocytes activated with conditioned medium from phytohemagglutinin-activated leukocytes and maintained in liquid culture for 2 weeks with conditioned medium containing Interleukin 2. The ensuing cell population was tested for kinetic changes in cell size and for the expression of surface antigens by immunofluorescence staining with a panel of monoclonal antibodies and analysis by flow cytometry. Upon activation, the cell population progressively increased in size to large blasts, with the rapid appearance on all of the large dividing cells of the antigen recognized by OKT9, the transferrin receptor. Cells within the population continued to express the common peripheral T-cell antigens bound by OKT3 and UCHT1, and also the antigen bound by 3A1, but never the antigen bound by OKT6, a thymic cell marker. From the time of activation an increasing proportion of the T cells, up to 80%, expressed the antigen detected with OKIa and FMC4, which recognise nonpolymorphic Ia determinants. This sequence of events was followed by a general decrease in size of the cell population, a process accompanied by further phenotypic changes. The percentage of cells expressing Ia antigens decreased, but most striking was the rapid change in the OKT4:OKT8 ratio of cells within the population, from 60:40 to 40:60. Thereafter the proportions of OKT4+ to OKT8+ cells within the cultures remained relatively stable and it is suggested that these data provide evidence for a possible change in phenotype of cultured human T lymphoblasts, from OKT4 to OKT8.  相似文献

The induction by IFN-alpha in peripheral blood lymphocytes of parallel tubular structures (PTS) and/or electron-dense granules occurring in a minority of peripheral blood lymphocytes was examined. IFN reportedly augments natural killer (NK) cell activity of large granular lymphocytes (LGL); these cells contain PTS and/or electron-dense granules. Normal peripheral blood mononuclear cells were incubated with IFN-alpha and surface antigen expression was measured by means of indirect immunofluorescence and, at the ultrastructural level, using gold labelled monoclonal antibodies. Surface antigen reactivity with the monoclonal antibodies OKT 3, 4, 8 and Anti-Leu-7 (HNK-1) showed no difference between the IFN-alpha incubation and non-IFN-alpha groups. However, electron microscope investigation revealed significant absolute increases in the percentage of OKT 8+ and Anti-Leu-7+ cells which were PTS-positive after IFN-alpha treatment compared with the control groups. The cytotoxicity assay using the K562 cell line showed enhanced lytic activity. Our results suggest that cells coexpressing the OKT 8 and Leu-7 antigens may be responsible for a minor proportion of the increase in PTS but that IFN-alpha mainly induces PTS and/or associated structures in cells which express the OKT 8+ antigen. These PTS+/OKT 8+ cells may contribute to enhanced cell cytotoxicity.  相似文献

Dextran-sulfate: a mitogen for human T lymphocytes   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Dextran-sulfate (DxS) induced proliferation of human peripheral blood T lymphocytes but not of adult or neonatal B lymphocytes. The mitogenic activity on T cells by DxS required the presence of accessory cells because DxS was unable to trigger T cells to DNA synthesis in the absence of accessory cells. In addition, DxS stimulated OKT4+8- T cells to produce interleukin 2, a process that also occurred only in the presence of accessory cells. Cyclosporin-A strongly suppressed T cell proliferation induced by DxS by rendering T cells unresponsive to interleukin 2 and by inhibiting the synthesis of this T cell growth factor by OKT4+ T cells. These results indicate that DxS is a mitogen for human T lymphocytes but not for adult or neonatal B lymphocytes. The mechanism by which DxS triggers T cells is discussed.  相似文献

Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from normal volunteers possess natural anti-bacterial (NA) activity against S. typhi that can be measured in a 2-hr in vitro assay. Employing fractionation on nylon wool columns, Percoll gradients, plastic adherence, and E rosetting, the effector cell of NA activity appeared to be a lymphocyte of the T lineage rather than a macrophage, a B lymphocyte, or a large granular cell. Moreover, complement-dependent killing with monoclonal antibodies such as OKM1, OKB7, OKT8, 5.9 and the anti-natural killer cells AB8.28 did not reduce NA activity. On the contrary, this was completely inhibited when OKT3, OKT11, or OKT4 antibodies and complement were used to pretreat the effector lymphocytes. Indeed, T4+ cells sorted with a FACS displayed an extremely high NA activity against S. typhi. By pretreatment of peripheral lymphocytes with F(ab')2 fragments against human IgA, the NA activity was blocked. It is therefore suggested that NA activity by human cells might be a mechanism of defense against infections, acting as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity expressed by T4+ lymphocytes coated with preexisting anti-Salmonella IgA antibodies.  相似文献

Four patients with peripheral neuropathy and nonmalignant monoclonal gammopathy with anti-myelin-associated glycoprotein (MAG) antibodies were studied to determine whether secretion of anti-MAG IgM antibodies by B cells was autonomous, or whether the monoclonal B cells were responsive to T cells. Secretion of anti-MAG IgM by isolated B cells was stimulated by the addition of increasing numbers of pokeweed mitogen (PWM)-activated autologous OKT4+ helper T cells in all four patients. Secretion of anti-MAG IgM by peripheral blood lymphocytes was dependent on the ratio of OKT4+ T helper cells to OKT8+ T suppressor/cytotoxic cells. In three patients with an OKT4+ to OKT8+ T-cell ratio of 2:1, PWM activation stimulated secretion of anti-MAG IgM; in one patient with an OKT4+ to OKT8+ ratio of 1:2, activation by PWM suppressed anti-MAG IgM secretion. These studies suggest that the monoclonal B cells that secrete anti-MAG IgM are responsive to regulatory T cells.  相似文献

Cytoplasmic extracts prepared from T cell lines undergoing antigen-specific, interleukin-2 (IL-2)-dependent proliferation were tested for their ability to induce DNA synthesis in isolated, quiescent nuclei. A tetanus toxoid (TET)-specific T cell line, established from peripheral blood of a normal human volunteer, was stimulated in the presence of relevant antigen and 1 unit/ml IL-2. Cytoplasmic extracts prepared from these cells were capable of inducing DNA synthesis in isolated, quiescent nuclei. The ability of cytoplasmic extracts to induce DNA synthesis in isolated, quiescent nuclei. The ability of cytoplasmic extracts to induce DNA synthesis in isolated nuclei correlated positively with the degree of proliferation induced in these cells. In contrast, incubation of this T cell line in the absence of antigen failed to induce proliferation and cytoplasmic extracts prepared from these cells induced little to no DNA synthesis in isolated, quiescent nuclei. The factor present in the cytoplasm of T cells stimulated with relevant antigen in the presence of IL-2 is similar, if not identical, to a factor which we have previously demonstrated in cytoplasmic extracts prepared from transformed lymphoblastoid cell lines and from mitogenically stimulated normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. This factor, which we have called activator of DNA replication (ADR) is a heat-labile protein, and is inactivated by treatment with protease inhibitors, including aprotinin. The ability of cytoplasmic extracts from T cells undergoing antigen-specific, IL-2-dependent proliferation to induce DNA synthesis in isolated, quiescent nuclei was markedly inhibited in the presence of aprotinin, providing strong evidence that a cytoplasmic activator of DNA replication, ADR, is involved in the signal transduction process for antigen-specific, IL-2-dependent T cell proliferation. ADR may represent a common intracellular mediator of DNA synthesis in activated and transformed lymphocytes.  相似文献

The phenotypic characteristics of peripheral blood T cell subpopulations regulating human B cell colony growth stimulated by Staph protein A were investigated. Colony growth was facilitated by OKT4 cells, and T cells expressing DR antigens were found to be partially responsible for colony facilitation. A linear increase in the magnitude of colony growth was observed with greater T cell numbers, and maximal colony enhancement occurred when T cells were present during the early stages of colony formation. OKT8 cells did not enhance colony growth and also inhibited the facilitation of colony formation by OKT4 cells. Other experiments showed that the functional activities of OKT4 and OKT8 cells differed in their requirements for DNA synthesis. Although active T cell DNA synthesis was absolutely required for the facilitation of colony growth at all concentrations tested, DNA synthesis was not needed for OKT8 inhibition of OKT4 promotion of colony formation. Thus, distinct T cell subsets whose functional properties differ in their requirements for DNA synthesis regulate human colony growth.  相似文献

A panel of B cell-specific monoclonal antibodies that identify the CR2/EBV receptor were examined for their ability to mimic the T-independent mitogenic agent, EBV, and thus activate human peripheral blood B lymphocytes. Two of four different anti-CR2/EBV monoclonal antibodies, OKB7 and AB-1, produced a 50-fold to 200-fold dose-dependent stimulation of DNA synthesis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells. One of the other monoclonal antibodies, anti-B2, had slight activity, and the other, HB-5, was completely inactive. One of the mitogenic antibodies, OKB7, which directly inhibits binding and infection of B cells by EBV in the absence of a second anti-immunoglobulin antibody, was examined in further detail. Both the intact antibody in soluble form and its pepsin-derived F(ab')2 fragment stimulated DNA synthesis of unseparated B and T lymphocytes. Peak stimulation of DNA synthesis in peripheral blood mononuclear cells occurred between 4 to 6 days. B cells were responsible for incorporation of [3H]thymidine. However, T cells were required for activation of peripheral blood mononuclear cells by OKB7. OKB7, as well as the other mitogenic monoclonal anti-EBV/CR2 receptor antibody, also induced B cells to differentiate after 6 to 10 days of culture as indicated by polyclonal Ig secretion. IgM was the predominate immunoglobulin secreted. These studies thus indicate that certain epitopes on the EBV/CR2 receptor trigger B cells to divide and differentiate. This pathway of B cell activation, in contrast to that produced by EBV, is T cell dependent.  相似文献

Autoantibody-producing B cell lines were established from peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from five of seven patients were successfully transformed by Epstein-Barr virus. Two of four established B lymphoblastoid cell lines examined in this study produced anti-nuclear factor antibodies and one of them produced anti-single-stranded DNA and anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies. These results indicate that B cell clones committed to self antigens are transformed by Epstein-Barr virus and continue to produce autoantibodies. In order to establish a monoclonal autoantibody-producing B cell line, the cells were cloned by a limiting dilution method. The data suggest that it is possible to establish a monoclonal autoantibody-producing B cell line by the combination of transformation of B cells by Epstein-Barr virus and extensive cloning.  相似文献

In 1985, rosette formation of human and macaque pan-T lymphocytes with tree shrew red blood cells (TRBC) (TRBC rosette) was first found by Ben K et al, showing different physico-chemical properties from that of rosette formation with sheep red blood cells (E-rosette). In order to approach the correlation between TRBC receptor, E receptor (CD2) and other differentiation antigens (CDs) on T lymphocytes, rosette inhibition assay and antigenic modulation or co-modulation were performed with monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) to CDs, and the distribution of TRBC receptor in other peripheral immunocytes, cell lines was also examined. TRBC rosette appeared in 88.8% of E rosette positive peripheral blood lymphocytes (E(+)-PBL) and in 4.16% of E(-)-PBL. TRBC receptor was also found on all T cell lines tested (CEM, H33 HJ-JA 1, Jurkat, MLA-144, Molt-3, Molt-4, Molt-4 clone 8, PEER) and some myeloid lines (U 937 and HL 60), but not on human granulocytes, B cell lines (Daudi, Raji and Reh) and myeloid line K 562. The modulation or co-modulation of CD 3, TCR, CD 5, CD 6 and CD 7 with McAbs OKT 3, T 108 (F 1), T 136 (F 101-15), T 149 (M-T 604) and T 152 (7 G 5) did not affect TRBC rosette formation of PBL. TRBC rosette of human and rhesus monkey PBL was not inhibited by T 11.1 McAb OKT 11 (CD 2 McAb), in contrast human and rhesus monkey E rosette formations were obviously blocked at inhibition rates of 77.9% and 49.3%, respectively.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
