Increased chromosomal instability in lymphocytes from elderly humans   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Lymphocytes from young and old donors were incubated with PHA for 96 h and exposed to [3H]Tdr during the last 24 h of culture. Comparable amounts of [3H]Tdr were incorporated into chromosomes of old and young lymphocytes as measured by autoradiography of metaphase chromosomes. However, chromosomal damage and cell-cycle arrest were far greater in lymphocytes from old as compared to young humans. The frequency of chromosome breaks, fragments, exchange figures and dicentric chromosomes induced by [3H]Tdr was greater in cultures from old than in cultures from young humans. Lymphocytes from old donors exposed to 20 microM BrdU during the last 24 h of culture showed significantly more sister-chromatid exchanges than did lymphocytes from young donors. These data suggest that chromosomes in lymphocytes from old donors express more damage after exposure to [3H]Tdr or BrdU than do chromosomes in lymphocytes from young donors.  相似文献

The present experiments using Amoeba proteus as a single cell model show that DNA synthesis continues during and after exposure of S phase cell to N-methyl-N'-nitrosourethane (MNU). At sublethal dose levels which caused long division delays, division and growth abnormalities and mutations, the amount of [3h] thymidine ([3h]Tdr) incorporated was decreased by 20-30%; at dose levels which killed all S phase cells it was inhibited by up to 90%. There was a direct correlation between the dose of MNU used and the degree of inhibition of [3H]Tdr incorporated. The effect was rapid, mainly taking place within 20 min of treatment. Amoeba heterokaryons (HKs) were used to examine the rate of DNA synthesis of treated and untreated nuclei in the same cytoplasm, i.e. where the nuclei would have the same [h]tdr intake, the same thymidine kinase (TK) activity and the same endogenous precursor pools. Direct comparison of the nuclear DNA synthetic activity in this way revealed less difference between treated and untreated nuclei than comparisons made using the nuclear grain counts from treated and untreated amoebae. This suggested that much of the decrease in [3H]Tdr incorporation by MNU-treated S phase cells was due to a change in the cytoplasm and/or the cell membrane, rather than to nuclear damage. Thus MNU-treated nuclei were able to synthesize DNA at a near normal rate when they could draw on the resources of untreated cytoplasm, while the rate of DNA synthesis of control nuclei decreased when they occupied cytoplasm which had been exposed to high doses of MNU. These studies suggest that nuclear sites of damage were only involved when lethal doses of MNU had been used.  相似文献

To ascertain the presence of thyroid growth-promoting activity (TGA) in the sera of pregnant women, we measured TGA in the sera of pregnant women by means of a bioassay based on [3H]-thymidine [( 3H]Tdr) incorporation in cultured rat FRTL-5 thyroid cells. Furthermore, to elucidate the mechanisms of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in promoting the thyroid growth, we evaluated the effects of blocking type TSH receptor antibody (blocking IgGs) from patients with primary hypothyroidism on the activity of hCG. After the PEG-pretreated serum or the serum plus blocking IgGs was incubated for 72 h at 37 degrees C with FRTL-5 cells and [3H] Tdr, [3H] Tdr incorporated in the cells was counted. Although 9 normal pregnant women had normal TGA, two patients with hydatidiform mole, whose hCG levels were 966,500 and 497,100 IU/L, had positive TGA, but the activity showed normal when analyzed with the addition of a blocking IgG. hCG also showed a dose-dependent increase in [3H]Tdr incorporation, and it was inhibited by the addition of blocking IgGs. Furthermore, the inhibition of hCG-induced [3H]Tdr incorporation by 16 blocking IgGs correlated with their TBII and the inhibition activity of hCG-induced cAMP accumulation. Analysis by the Lineweaver-Burk plots of dose response curves of TSH- and hCG-induced [3H]Tdr incorporation showed the same inhibition pattern as with the addition of the same blocking IgGs. In conclusion, 1) hCG-related TGA exists in the sera of some patients with hydatidiform mole; and 2) hCG and the sera of some patients with hydatidiform mole promote thyroid growth, at least in a part, via TSH-receptors in FRTL-5 cells.  相似文献

We have examined the effect of chemically modulating intracellular glutathione (GSH) levels on murine lymphocyte activation. Lymphocyte activation was determined by the induction of polyamine synthesis (ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) induction) and DNA synthesis ([3H]thymidine([3H]Tdr) incorporation). Intracellular GSH levels were enhanced using L-2-oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylate (OTC), which delivers cysteine intracellularly, and suppressed by buthionine sulfoximine (BSO), which inhibits gamma-glutamylcysteine synthetase. In addition, the thiol 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME) was tested for its ability to augment intracellular GSH levels. Our results indicate that both OTC and 2-ME enhance GSH concentrations and [3H]Tdr incorporation in resting and mitogen (concanavalin A)-stimulated cells. The induction of ODC by concanavalin A (Con A) was augmented by the addition of OTC or 2-ME. The GSH concentration of Con A-stimulated cells was reduced when compared to resting cells; however, it was markedly enhanced by OTC or 2-ME. The stimulatory effects of 2-ME on GSH concentrations, [3H]Tdr incorporation, and ODC induction in both resting and Con A-stimulated cells were much more potent than those of OTC. In contrast, BSO suppressed intracellular GSH and [3H]Tdr incorporation in resting and Con A-stimulated cells. BSO also inhibited the promotion of intracellular GSH concentrations and [3H]Tdr uptake by OTC or 2-ME. However, BSO did not affect the induction of ODC by Con A or its enhancement by OTC or 2-ME. We conclude that enhancement of intracellular GSH concentration results in an increased lymphocyte response to mitogen stimulation.  相似文献

The colony-forming efficiency of 9L rat gliosarcoma cells was unaffected by treatment with 0.1 μCi/ml of [3H]TdR. However, when cells were treated with 1 or 10 μCi/ml of [3H]Tdr, cell growth was reduced and cell survival decreased. When monolayer 9L cells were treated with 1 μCi/ml of [3H]TdR for up to 72 hr, approximately 5% survived, which is closely related to the percentage of non-cycling cells in this system. When cells were treated with 10 μCi/ml of [3H]TdR for 72 hr, less survival was observed. the additional cell kill observed may be induced by [3H]TdR released from doomed cells into petri dishes during the incubation period of the colony-formation assay.  相似文献

Cultured V79 Chinese hamster cells were exposed to continuous radiation, frequency 7.7 GHz, power density 30 mW/cm2 for 15, 30, and 60 min. The parameters investigated were the incorporation of [3H]thymidine and the frequency of chromosome aberrations. Data obtained by 2 methods (the incorporation of [3H]thymidine into DNA and autoradiography) showed that the inhibition of [3H]thymidine incorporation took place by complete prevention of DNA from entering into the S phase. The normal rate of incorporation of [3H]thymidine was recovered within 1 generation cycle of V79 cells. Mutagenic tests performed concurrently showed that even DNA macromolecules were involved in the process. In comparison with the control samples there was a higher frequency of specific chromosome lesions in cells that had been irradiated. Results discussed in this study suggest that microwave radiation causes changes in the synthesis as well as in the structure of DNA molecules.  相似文献

A population of neonatal mouse keratinocytes (epidermal basal cells) was obtained by gentle, short-term trypsin separation of the epidermal and dermal skin compartments and discontinuous Ficoll gradient purification of the resulting epidermal cells. Over 4--6 wk of culture growth at 32--33 degrees C, the primary cultures formed a complete monolayer that exhibited entire culture stratification and upper cell layer shedding. Transmission and scanning electron microscopy demonstrated that the keratinocyte cultures progressed from one to two cell layers through a series of stratification and specialization phenomena to a six to eight cell layer culture containing structures characteristic of epidermal cells and resembling in vivo epidermal development. The temporal development of primary epidermal cell culture specialization was confirmed by use of two histological techniques which differentially stain the specializing upper cell layers of neonatal mouse skin. No detectable dermal fibroblast co-cultivation was demonstrated by use of the leucine aminopeptidase histochemical technique and routine electron microscope surveillance of the cultures. Incorporation of [3H]thymidine ([3H]Tdr) was greater than 85% into DNA and was inhibited by both 20 micron cytosine arabinoside (Ara-C) and low temperature. Autoradiography and 90% inhibition of [3H]Tdr incorporation by 2 mM hydroxyurea indicated that keratinocyte culture DNA synthesis was scheduled (not a repair phenomenon). The primary keratinocytes showed an oscillating pattern of [3H]Tdr incorporation into DNA over the initial 23--25 days of growth. Autoradiography demonstrated that the cultures contained 10--30% proliferative stem cells from days 2-25 of culture. The reproducibility of both the proliferation and specialization patterns of the described primary epidermal cell culture system indicates that these cultures are a useful tool for investigations of functioning epidermal cell homeostatic control mechanisms.  相似文献

Leukocyte cultures of human peripheral blood were chronically exposed for 48 h to tritiated water and [3H]thymidine using a wide range of tritium doses, and aberrations in lymphocyte chromosomes at the first metaphases were examined. In the experimental conditions, the types of aberrations induced by radiation emitted from both tritiated water and [3H]thymidine were mostly chromatid types, such as chromatid gaps and deletions. The dose--response relations for chromatid breaks per cell exhibited unusual dose-dependency in both cases. It was demonstrated that at higher dose range the yields of chromatid breaks increased linearly with dose, while those at lower dose range were significantly higher than would be expected by a downward extrapolation from the linear relation. Partial-hit or partial-target kinetic events appears at very low dose exposure.  相似文献

The ability of alcohols to regulate inositol lipid-specific phospholipase C (phosphoinositidase C) was examined in turkey erythrocyte ghosts prepared by cell lysis of erythrocytes which were prelabeled with [3H] inositol. Guanosine 5'-[gamma-thiotriphosphate] GTP[S] stimulated the production of both [3H]inositol bisphosphate (18-fold) and [3H]inositol trisphosphate (6-fold) in this system. The accumulation of [3H]inositol bisphosphate and [3H]inositol trisphosphate was linear up to 8 min following an initial lag period of 1-2 min. Ethanol (300 mM) reduced the lag period for [3H]inositol phosphate accumulation at submaximal GTP[S] concentrations and caused a shift to the left (3-fold) in the dose-response curve. Other short chain alcohols, methanol (300 mM), 1-propanol (200 mM), and 1-butanol (50 mM) also enhanced the accumulation of [3H] inositol phosphates in the presence of submaximal GTP[S] concentrations. Receptor activation by the purinergic agonist adenosine 5'-[beta-thio]disphosphate (ADP[S]) (10 microM) also reduced the lag period for [3H] inositol phosphate formation and shifted the GTP[S] dose response to the left (10-fold). In addition, ADP[S] increased the response to maximal GTP[S] concentrations. The formation of [3H]inositol phosphates induced by GTP[S] was associated with a concomitant decrease in labeling of both [3H]phosphatidylinositol monophosphate and [3H]phosphatidylinositol bisphosphate, but no decrease in [3H]phosphatidylinositol was observed. All of the alcohols tested enhanced the breakdown of [3H]polyphosphoinositides in the presence of GTP[S]. The dose response to guanosine 5'-[beta gamma-imino]triphosphate for [3H]inositol phosphate formation was displaced to the left by ethanol (300 mM) and ADP[S] (10 microM) (2- and 7-fold), respectively. ADP[S] also enhanced the maximal response to guanosine 5'-[beta gamma-imino]triphosphate. The [3H]inositol phosphate formation produced in response to NaF was unaffected by either ethanol or receptor activation. These results indicate that alcohols initiate an activation of phosphoinositidase C, mediated at the level of the regulatory guanine nucleotide-binding protein.  相似文献

Summary The interphase grain counts of adrenocortical cells labelled with tritiated thymidine (3H) Tdr,do not conform to a Poisson distribution, and therefore are not the result of a random disintegration process. The rate of (3H) Tdr incorporation during interphase DNA synthesis (the S phase) was studied by metaphase grain count analysis. Maximum rates of incorporation were found towards the middle of the S phase. The interphase grain count of adrenocortical cells is considered to be largely dependent on the position of the cell in the S phase.  相似文献

Untransformed Syrian hamster fibroblasts in exponential growth were exposed to a pulse of [3H]-thymidine for 5 min, followed immediately by bromodeoxyuridine, and serial samples were taken up to 16 h. Preparations were autoradiographed and stained for replication banding. No cell with replication bands was found without significant [3H]-thymidine uptake, although the extent of uptake varied between sub-phases of S. Thus there is no indication of a total cessation of synthesis at any period during S-phase.  相似文献

Inducibility of chromosomal aberrations and cytotoxicity in cultured Chinese hamster cells by cadmium chloride (CdCl2) was investigated under 3 different treatment conditions: (i) 2-h treatment in MEM medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (MEM + 10% FBS) or (ii) in HEPES-buffered Hanks' solution (HEPES-Hanks), and (iii) continuous treatment for 24 h in MEM + 10% FBS. Two-h treatment with CdCl2 in HEPES-Hanks or continuous treatment for 24 h in MEM + 10% FBS was respectively 2 or 3 times more cytotoxic than 2-h treatment with the metal in MEM + 10% FBS. Continuous treatment for 24 h with a CdCl2 concentration in excess of 5 X 10(-6) M was too toxic to the cells to allow chromosomal analysis, and moreover, only a slight increase in incidence of chromosomal aberrations was observed at a concentration of 5 X 10(-6) M CdCl2. In contrast, a marked and concentration-dependent increase in incidence of chromosomal aberrations was observed after post-treatment culture for 22 h follows 2-h treatment with 1 X 10(-6) M to 5 X 10(-5) M of CdCl2 in both MEM + 10% FBS and HEPES-Hanks. Two-h treatment with cadmium in HEPES-Hanks was approximately 3 times more potent for the induction of chromosomal aberrations than that in MEM + 10% FBS. Types of aberrations induced by CdCl2 mainly consisted of chromatid gaps and breaks, although a few exchanges, dicentrics and fragmentations were observed at high concentrations of cadmium. Increase in incidence of tetraploidy was also observed with a concentration dependency after 2-h treatment with CdCl2. Potency of CdCl2 to induce chromosomal aberrations after 2-h exposure was comparable to that of benzo[a]pyrene activated with S9 at equitoxic concentrations. Two-h treatment with cadmium markedly inhibited incorporation of [3H]thymidine, even at concentrations at which incorporation of [3H]uridine or [3H]leucine was less inhibited. However, the inhibition of [3H]thymidine incorporation by cadmium was reversible and the incorporation restored to the control level during 2-6 h of post-treatment incubation. These findings suggest that restoration of DNA synthesis after cadmium exposure is required for the efficient detection of chromosomal aberrations induced by the metal.  相似文献

Cellular mechanisms of heart-muscle growth in the snail Achatina fulica have been studied using cytophotometry and electron microscopic autoradiography. Cytophotometric DNA measurements showed that the snail cardiomyocytes are mononucleated cells with diploid nuclei. Ultrastructural analysis of the snail myocardium revealed that, in addition to mature myocytes, it contains small roundish undifferentiated cells (UCs) and poorly differentiated muscle cells. EM autoradiography detected silver grains over the nuclei of UCs 2 h after injection of tritiated thymidine ([(3)H]Tdr), while the nuclei of both mature and poorly differentiated myocytes remained unlabeled. In EM autographs of the myocardial tissue fixed 14 days after [(3)H]Tdr administration, labeled myonuclei were evident, which may suggest some myodifferentiation of prelabeled UCs. Many labeled UCs persist for 14 days after a single [(3)H]Tdr injection, suggesting that not all UCs undergo myodifferentiation after passing through the cell cycle, and that those that do not can enter the next cycle. UCs in the snail myocardium presumably provide not only reserve but also stem cells for myocytes. Thus, the heart muscle of the adult snail consists of mononucleated diploid myocytes with blocked proliferative activity and a renewable population of precursor myogenic cells. The results obtained suggest that the growth of this muscle involves a myoblastic mechanism of myogenesis; this mechanism differs from that of vertebrate cardiac muscle growth, which is non-myoblastic-that is, based on proliferation or polyploidization of cardiomyocytes. Evolutionary aspects of cellular mechanisms of the heart-muscle growth are discussed.  相似文献

Toad bladder epithelial cells were homogenized and fractionated by Percoll density-gradient centrifugation. Binding of tritium-labeled vasopressin ([3H]AVP) was measured in surface membranes (SM), microsomes (M), and a 100,000 g (60-min) microsomal supernatant fraction (S). More than two-thirds of the total receptors were in S. Receptors in SM--but not in S--were tightly coupled to G-protein as suggested by inhibition of [3H]AVP binding by GTP. GTP-sensitivity of [3H]AVP binding was not altered by vasotocin (AVT) stimulation, although the distribution of receptors shifted from SM to S. Intact bladders, exposed on the serosal side to 1-desamino, 7-lysine-(4-azidobenzoyl), 8-arginine vasotocin (d7-N3-AVT) in the presence of UV light, exhibited a persistent hydroosmotic response compared to controls stimulated with photoaffinity analog in the dark. Cell fractions from the irradiated bladders showed a reduction in [3H]AVP binding in SM and S. Intact bladders, exposed on the mucosal side to d7-N3-AVT in the presence of UV light (while stimulated from the serosal side with AVP) exhibited a decrease in [3H]AVP binding in SM compared to controls without d7-N3-AVT.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The effect of the beta-adrenergic receptor agonist isoproterenol on guanine nucleotide-dependent phospholipase C (PLC) activity was examined in turkey erythrocyte membranes prepared from [3H]inositol-labeled turkey erythrocytes. In the presence of guanosine 5'-(gamma-thiotriphosphate) (GTP[S]) isoproterenol caused a dose-dependent stimulation of [3H]inositol phosphate ([3H]InsP) formation. The activation of PLC by GTP[S] occurred after an initial lag period of 1-2 min and was followed by a sustained rate of [3H]InsP formation which remained linear for 4-5 min. Isoproterenol decreased the lag period for GTP[S]-induced [3H]InsP formation and increased PLC activity at all time points following this lag. Consequently, isoproterenol shifted the dose-response curve for GTP[S] to the left (10-fold) and increased the maximal response. The EC50 value for isoproterenol-induced activation of PLC was 104 +/- 17 nM. Isoproterenol also potentiated GTP-dependent PLC activity but was ineffective in stimulating the enzyme in the presence of AIF4-. The PLC activation by isoproterenol was completely inhibited by propanolol and atenolol but was unaffected by prazosin or yohimbine. Although GTP[S] and isoproterenol could increase cAMP formation in this membrane preparation, the isoproterenol-induced stimulation of PLC occurred in the absence of ATP and was independent of cAMP formation. Furthermore, addition of cAMP, 8-bromo-cAMP, forskolin, or either the regulatory or catalytic subunits of cAMP-dependent protein kinase failed to stimulate [3H]InsP formation and had no effect on the responses elicited by GTP[S] and isoproterenol. Isoproterenol also stimulated [3H]InsP2 and [3H]InsP3 production in intact erythrocytes. Cholera toxin had no effect on [3H]InsP formation in the intact cells under conditions where it stimulated cAMP accumulation. In addition, the activation of PLC by GTP[S] and isoproterenol was unaffected in membranes prepared from cholera toxin-treated erythrocytes. These data demonstrate that stimulation of turkey erythrocyte beta-adrenergic receptors by isoproterenol results in a direct activation of guanine nucleotide-dependent PLC.  相似文献

The culture medium of growing Chlamydomonas reinhardii cells contains hydroxyproline-rich glycoproteins, which are mainly liberated during release of the zoospores from the mother-cell wall. Pulse-labelling studies with [3H]proline and [35S]methionine have been performed in order to detect the protein components released by synchronously growing cells at different stages of the cell cycle. When either [3H]proline or [35S]methionine were applied during the phase of cell growth, radioactive label appeared in the released macromolecules after a lag period of 40 min, whereas incorporation into the insoluble part of the cell wall was delayed only by 20 min. When applied at the end of the growth phase, e.g. 13 h after beginning of the illumination period, the radioactive amino acids were incorporated into the cell wall, but radioactive labelling of macromolecules released into the culture medium could not be detected before the zoospores were liberated from the mother-cell wall. Maximal incorporation of [3H]proline and [35S]methionine into the insoluble part of the cell wall was observed during cell division, but essentially no radioactively-labelled macromolecules were released into the culture medium during this time period. Analysis of the macromolecules, which were liberated during cell enlargement, by sodium dodecyl sulphate/polyacrylamide-gel electrophoresis revealed distinct radioactive bands, which were differentially labelled with [3H]proline and [35S]methionine. Among the macromolecules released into the culture medium during cell growth, a component of an apparent Mr 35 000 was preferentially labelled with [3H]proline. This component was also detected after labelling with [35S]methionine, but components of an apparently higher Mr were more prominent after labelling with [35S]methionine. Macromolecules released during the cell-enlargement period of synchronously growing cultures in the presence of [3H]proline contained radioactively-labelled hydroxyproline in addition to proline. These results show that, during cell-wall growth, specific protein components are released into the culture medium and that at least one of these components contains large amounts of proline and hydroxyproline. At least some of these macromolecules seem to be constituents of the cell wall, because during pulse-chase experiments radioactively-labelled macromolecules appeared in the culture medium mainly during the time period when the specific radioactivity of the insoluble inner-cell-wall layer decreased.  相似文献

Durations of S-phase (Ts) and total cell cycle times (Tc) were measured from the peripheral blood (PB) and bone marrow aspirates (BM) of five patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL). Intravenous bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU) was used as the first label for S-phase cells and a monoclonal anti-BrdU antibody was used to detect the positive cells. Tritiated thymidine [( 3H]Tdr) was used as a second label in vitro, and the Ts was calculated by counting the number of cells labeled either by BrdU or by [3H]Tdr or by both. Our data demonstrate that the duration of S-phase in myeloblasts obtained from BM is quite similar to that of circulating leukemic cells. Finally, the most accurate assessment of percentage of myeloblasts actively engaged in DNA synthesis can be obtained only from bone marrow biopsies following in vivo labeling.  相似文献

Leaf discs from etiolated bean plants were found to incorporate [3H]lysine into 80 S ribosomesynthesized proteins in the presence of chloramphenicol (100 mg l–1) when exposed to light. After a 7 min pulse of [3H]lysine, the discs were transferred to the same medium but with nonradioactive lysine, and postincubation was carried out for 24 h. The number of silver grains over the plastids, after the first period of a lag phase, indicates a large increase between 12 and 24 h of postincubation. Simultaneously, the labeling of the cytoplasm becomes reduced during that period. The results show that during inhibition of the protein formation within plastids, the synthesis of plastid-destined proteins in cytoplasm, as well as their transport into plastids, can still proceed.  相似文献

It is well recognized that the vitamin D binding protein (DBP) is important for the transport of vitamin D, 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH-D), and its metabolites. In an attempt to better understand the molecular-binding properties of this ubiquitous protein, we designed and synthesized a photoaffinity analogue of 25-OH-D3 and its radiolabeled counterpart. This analogue, 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 3 beta-[N-(4-azido-2-nitrophenyl)glycinate] (25-OH-D3-ANG), was recognized by the rat DBP and was about 10 times less active than 25-OH-D3 in terms of binding. Incubation of [3H]25-OH-D3 or [3H]25-OH-D3-ANG with rat DBP revealed that both compounds were specifically bound to a protein with a sedimentation coefficient of 4.1 S. Each was displaced with a 500-fold excess of 25-OH-D3. When [3H]25-OH-D3-ANG was exposed to UV radiation in the presence of rat DBP followed by the addition of a 500-fold excess of 25-OH-D3, there was no displacement of tritium from the 4.1S peak. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis autoradiographic analysis of [3H]25-OH-D3-ANG exposed to UV radiation in the presence of rat DBP followed by the addition of a 500-fold excess of 25-OH-D3 revealed one major band with a molecular weight of 52 000. These data provide strong evidence that [3H]25-OH-D3-ANG was covalently linked to the rat DBP. The ex vivo labelling of DNA-synthesizing epithelial cells in colonic and vaginal mucosa was compared with in vivo labelling. For this purpose, in vivo S-phase cells were labelled with [3H]thymidine (Tdr) and ex vivo labelling was continued by culturing tissue specimens in bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU). Various methods of tissue culture were employed in order to improve diffusion of medium (and BrdU) in the tissue. BrdU and 3H-TdR labelling were evaluated by immunohistochemistry and autoradiography respectively. Ex vivo labelling resulted in a patchy distribution of labelled cells, which did not correspond with the 3H-TdR labelling pattern obtained in vivo. Under the described conditions ex vivo labelling does not appear to be a reliable for estimation of the proliferative activities in vivo.  相似文献
