We investigated responsiveness to cytokines and differentiating potential of early human T cell precursors in vitro. Human CD3- CD4- CD8- (triple negative) thymocytes were highly purified by using magnetic bead columns and cell sorting. These cells proliferated for the first 3 to 4 days and then remained viable for up to 14 days in the presence of IL-7, IL-2 or IL-4 had only limited growth-promoting activity on these cells and could not maintain the cell viability. We followed the phenotypic change of triple negative thymocytes during culture with IL-7. After 7 to 14 days of culture with IL-7, a considerable proportion became CD4+ CD8+ (double positive). These cells were found to be CD3- CD4+ CD8 alpha+ beta- in contrast to common double positive thymocytes, which express low levels of CD3 and both alpha- and beta-chains of CD8. By using four-color immunofluorescence and multi-parameter cytofluorometric analysis, we could identify this novel subset in fresh thymocytes. These results suggest that the CD3- CD4+ CD8 alpha+ beta- subset exists physiologically in the human thymus and may represent an intermediate stage between triple negative and common double positive thymocytes.  相似文献

CD27neg T cells are found only among CD4pos-CD45ROpos T cells and represent a T cell subset functionally distinct from CD27pos T cells. We examined CD4posCD45ROpos T cells that were sorted into CD27neg and CD27pos populations for their cytokine production in response to different activation pathways. We found that CD27neg T cells are characterized by high IL-4 and low IL-2 production, regardless of whether the cells were activated through CD3 plus CD28, CD2 plus CD28, or PHA plus PMA. However, subpopulation-specific patterns of cytokines were the clearest demonstrable following CD2 plus CD28 stimulation. We conclude from these data that high IL-4 production is a stable phenotype of CD27neg T cells.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the avian homolog of mammalian CD45. We show that this Ag is expressed on all leukocytes but not on erythroid cells or their immediate precursors. Immunoprecipitations demonstrated that B lineage cells from the bursa of Fabricius expressed a higher molecular mass variant (215 kDa) than did T lineage cells from the thymus (190 kDa), and crucially, these high molecular mass molecules had intrinsic phosphotyrosine phosphatase activity characteristic of mammalian CD45. We show that levels of CD45 expression as detected by mAb LT40 in the avian thymus are heterogeneous and further that mAb LT40 can deplete all phosphotyrosine phosphatase activity from thymocyte membrane preparations. Therefore total levels of CD45 are heterogeneous among avian thymocytes. Specifically, 87 to 89% of thymocytes expressed fourfold higher levels of surface CD45 (CD45hi) than the remaining 11 to 13% (CD45lo). The CD45lo population contained exclusively thymocytes with the phenotype CD3-4-8lo, characteristic of the immediate precursors to the CD3-4+8+ thymic population which are CD45hi. The shift from low to high levels of surface CD45 expression therefore occurred at the same stage as the transition from CD4-8lo to CD4+8+ and before the expression of CD3. The protein tyrosine kinase activity associated with CD4 and CD8 (p56lck) and the phosphatase activity of CD45 have been implicated elsewhere in jointly regulating peripheral T cell signal transduction and subsequent cellular responses. The coordinated expression of high levels of CD45 with both CD4 and CD8 in the avian thymus supports the possibility that these molecules may function together in regulating thymocyte growth and/or differentiation.  相似文献

To examine whether functionally different CD4+ cells respond uniformly to the immunoregulatory influences of allogeneic activated CD8+ cells (*CD8+), we subfractionated the CD4+ population into two subsets, based on the high expression of either CD45RA or CD29. We confirmed that the CD45RA+ cells proliferated poorly in response to soluble anti-CD3 mAb, compared to the vigorous response obtained with the CD29+ subset; the CD45RA+ cells were more responsive to stimulation with Con A. Using normal healthy controls, we found that whereas *CD8+ had a significant suppressive effect on the proliferation of the CD29+ subset, they augmented the mitogen-induced proliferative response of the CD45RA+ cells. We further demonstrated that *CD8+ derived from MS patients augmented the response of the CD45RA+ subset to a significantly higher degree compared to healthy age- and sex-matched controls. There were no significant differences between the degree of suppression exerted by the *CD8+ of either the MS or the control group on the CD29+ cells. These results demonstrate that helper/memory CD4+CD29+ cells are more sensitive to the suppressive influences of *CD8+ compared to the CD4+CD45RA+ subset. In addition, in MS, *CD8+ may contribute to a more pronounced "on" signal for virgin CD4+CD45RA+ cells, which might serve as a means to perpetuate the autoimmune disease process.  相似文献

The CD8 alphabetaT cell receptor repertoire in joint fluid of individuals with active psoriatic arthritis contained an average of 32 major oligoclonal expansions in many variable genes of the TCR beta chain (BV) families, as shown by beta-chain CDR3 length analysis. Interestingly, a small number of oligoclonal expansions were shared between simultaneous samples of joint fluid and blood; however, most expansions found in joint fluid were not identifiable in blood emphasizing the immunologic specificity of the clonal events for the inflamed joint at a given point of time. The CD4 T cell joint fluid repertoire contained fewer and smaller oligoclonal expansions also largely restricted to the joint, suggesting that CD4 T cells participate perhaps by interacting cognitively to generate the CD8 clones. The inferred amino acid sequence of a single CD8 oligoclonal expansion revealed that they usually are composed of one or a few structurally related clones at the amino acid sequence level with beta-chains that encode identical or highly homologous CDR3 motifs. These were not shared among patients. Moreover, several clones that encoded the same amino acid sequence were found to be structurally distinct at the nucleotide level, strongly implying clonal selection and expansion is operating at the level of specific TCR-peptide interactions. The findings support a model of psoriatic arthritis inflammation involving extensive and selective Ag, likely autoantigen, driven intra-articular CD4, and CD8 T cell clonal expansions.  相似文献

CD8 T cells are regarded as pivotal players in both immunoprotection and immunopathology following Trypanosoma cruzi infection. Previously, we demonstrated the expansion of CD8+ T lymphocytes in the spleen of T. cruzi-infected mice under treatment with benznidazole (N-benzyl-2-nitroimidazole acetamide; Bz), a drug available for clinical therapy. This finding underlies the concept that the beneficial effects of Bz on controlling acute T. cruzi infection are related to a synergistic process between intrinsic trypanocidal effect and indirect triggering of the active immune response. In the present study, we particularly investigated the effect of Bz treatment on the CD8+ T cell subset following T. cruzi infection. Herein we demonstrated that, during acute T. cruzi infection, Bz treatment reduces and abbreviates the parasitemia, but maintains elevated expansion of CD8+ T cells. Within this subset, a remarkable group of CD8low cells was found in both Bz-treated and non-treated infected mice. In Bz-treated mice, early pathogen control paralleled the lower frequency of recently activated CD8low cells, as ascertained by CD69 expression. However, the CD8low subset sustains significant levels of CD44highCD62Llow and CD62LlowT-bethigh effector memory T cells, in both Bz-treated and non-treated infected mice. These CD8low cells also comprise the main group of spontaneous interferon (IFN)-γ-producing CD8+ T cells. Interestingly, following in vitro anti-CD3/CD28 stimulation, CD8+ T cells from Bz-treated T. cruzi-infected mice exhibited higher frequency of IFN-γ+ cells, which bear mostly a CD8low phenotype. Altogether, our results point to the marked presence of CD8low T cells that arise during acute T. cruzi infection, with Bz treatment promoting their significant expansion along with a potential effector program for high IFN-γ production.  相似文献

Using HLA class I-viral epitope tetramers to monitor herpes virus-specific CD8(+) T cell responses in humans, we have shown that a significant fraction of responding cells revert from a CD45RO(+) to a CD45RA(+) state after priming. All tetramer-binding CD45RA(+) cells, regardless of epitope specificity, expressed a phenotype LFA-1(high)CCR7(low) that was stable for at least 10 years in infectious mononucleosis patients and indefinitely in asymptomatic carriers. CD8(+)CD45RA(+)LFA-1(high) cells were not present in cord blood but in adults account for up to 50% of CD8(+)CD45RA(+) cells. These CD45RA(+)LFA-1(high) cells have significantly shorter telomeres than CD45RA(+)LFA-1(low) cells, suggesting that the latter represent a naive population, while the former are memory cells. CD45RA(+) memory cells are a stable population of noncycling cells, but on stimulation they are potent producers of IFN-gamma, while naive CD8(+) cells produce only IL-2. The chemokine receptor profile and migratory potential of CD45RA(+) memory cells is very similar to CD45RO(+) cells but different to naive CD8 cells. In accord with this, CD45RA(+) memory cells were significantly underrepresented in lymph nodes, but account for virtually all CD8(+)CD45RA(+) T cells in peripheral tissues of the same individuals.  相似文献

The incidence of (EBV-related) malignancies in HIV-infected subjects has declined since the introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART). To investigate the effect of HAART on EBV infection, we performed a longitudinal analysis of the T cell response to both a latent and a lytic Ag and EBV viral load in 10 subjects from early in HIV infection up to 5 years after HAART. All individuals responded to HAART by a decline in HIV viral load, a restoration of total CD4+ T cell numbers, and a decline in T cell immune activation. Despite this, EBV load remained unaltered, even after 5 years of therapy, although a decline in both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells specific for the lytic EBV protein BZLF1 suggested a decreased EBV reactivation rate. In contrast, latent EBV Ag EBNA1-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cell responses were restored after 5 years of treatment to levels comparable to healthy individuals. In two individuals who were treated by HAART late during HIV progression, a lymphoma developed shortly after initiation of HAART, despite restoration of EBV-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. In conclusion, long-term HAART does not alter the EBV DNA load, but does lead to a restoration of EBNA1-specific T cell responses, which might allow better control of EBV-infected cells when applied early enough during HIV infection.  相似文献

Primary viral infections, including primary HIV infection, trigger intense activation of the immune system, with marked expansion of CD38(+)CD8(+) T cells. Whether this expansion involves only viral-specific cells or includes a degree of bystander activation remains a matter of debate. We therefore examined the activation status of EBV-, CMV-, and influenza virus (FLU)-specific CD8(+) T cells during primary HIV infection, in comparison to HIV-specific CD8(+) T cells. The activation markers CD38 and HLA-DR were strongly expressed on HIV-specific CD8(+) T cells. Surprisingly, CD38 expression was also up-regulated on CD8(+) T cells specific for other viruses, albeit to a lesser extent. Activation marker expression returned to normal or near-normal values after 1 year of highly active antiretroviral therapy. HIV viral load correlated with CD38 expression on HIV-specific CD8(+) T cells but also on EBV-, CMV-, and FLU-specific CD8(+) T cells. In primary HIV infection, EBV-specific CD8(+) T cells also showed increased Ki67 expression and decreased Bcl-2 expression, compared with values observed in HIV-seronegative control subjects. These results show that bystander activation occurs during primary HIV infection, even though HIV-specific CD8(+) T cells express the highest level of activation. The role of this bystander activation in lymphocyte homeostasis and HIV pathogenesis remains to be determined.  相似文献

T(H)-17 cells have been shown to play a role in bacterial defense, acute inflammation, and autoimmunity. We examined the role of interleukin 17 (IL-17) production in human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) infection. Both HIV-1- and cytomegalovirus (CMV)-specific IL-17-producing CD4(+) T cells were detectable in early HIV-1 infection but were reduced to nondetectable levels in chronic and nonprogressive HIV-1 infection. IL-17-producing CMV-specific cells were not detected in blood from HIV-1-uninfected normal volunteers. Virus-specific T(H)-17 cells could coexpress other cytokines and could express CCR4 or CXCR3. Although the etiology of these cells has yet to be established, we propose that microbial translocation may induce them.  相似文献

Murine models of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection suggest that the memory CD8(+) T cell repertoire is reflective of the CD8(+) T cell repertoire generated during acute infection. Less is known regarding the evolution of CD8(+) T cell repertoires during human viral infections. We therefore examined epitope-specific CD8(+) T cell responses in a large cohort of individuals with acute through latent Epstein-Barr virus infection. Using 16 of 20 published EBV epitopes restricted by HLA-A2, HLA-A3 or HLA-B7, we showed that lytic cycle-specific CD8(+) T cell responses predominated during acute EBV infection. However, whereas HLA-A2(+)-restricted BMLF-1-specific CD8(+) T cell responses were maintained through latency, HLA-A2(+)- and HLA-B7(+)-restricted BZLF-1, as well as HLA-A3(+)-restricted BRLF-1 CD8(+) T cell responses, were generated but not readily maintained. Analyses of CD8(+) T cell responses to EBV latent cycle Ags showed delayed detection and lower frequencies of latent epitope-specific CD8(+) T cell responses during acute EBV infection, with maintenance of these responses 1 yr post-EBV infection. Early BMLF-1 and EBNA-3A epitope-specific CD8(+) T cell frequencies did not correlate with their frequencies at 1 yr postinfection. Interestingly, populations of EBV-specific CD8(+) T cells were stable during 20 mo in our long term EBV-seropositive populations, suggesting homeostasis between virus and the host immune system. This study demonstrates that CD8(+) T cell repertoires generated during persistent viral infections are not simply reflective of the initial pool of CD8(+) T cells and provides evidence that the generation of CD8(+) T cell responses to a persistent infection is a dynamic process.  相似文献

Peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) from elderly donors have a reduced proliferative response to phytohemagglutinin (PHA) and anti-CD3 monoclonal antibodies (mAb) compared to those from young donors. To examine whether this is due to intrinsic deficiencies in proliferative potential of T-cell subsets, we compared the growth of unsorted PBL vs sorted CD4+ or CD8+ CD11- cells after anti-CD3 mAb or PHA stimulation. Unsorted PBL of elderly donors (greater than 65 years) showed a significant decrease in proliferation compared to young donors (20-30 years) when stimulated with anti-CD3 mAb or PHA. Sorted CD4+ and CD8+ cells were grown in culture in the absence of accessory cells under optimized growth conditions (CD28 mAb, interleukin 2 and beta-mercaptoethanol present). CD4+ cells from elderly donors showed no reduced growth after anti-CD3 mAb stimulation and only slightly decreased growth after stimulation with PHA. CD8+ CD11- cells from elderly donors, however, showed a 20-30% reduction in the proportion of cells proliferating in response to the mitogens and up to 40% reduction in the rate of cell-cycle progression of the responding cells. We examined whether this reduced proliferation is related to decreased efficiency of signal transduction by comparing this to the mobilization of intracellular free calcium ([Ca2+]i) and calcium channel activity after stimulation with anti-CD3 mAb or PHA. [Ca2+]i was measured in CD4 and CD8 subsets of young and elderly donors using a flow cytometric assay with the dye indo-1. Compared to cells from young donors, CD4+ cells from elderly donors showed a [Ca2+]i response which was up to 26% lower after stimulation with CD3 and 10% lower after stimulation with PHA. This appeared to be related to decreased calcium channel activity in elderly donors, rather than mobilization of intracellular Ca2+ stores. CD8+ cells from elderly donors, however, had a slightly, but significantly, greater [Ca2+]i response to CD3 mAb and PHA than did cells from young donors. Since the age-dependent defect in proliferation is mainly in CD8+ cells, but the [Ca2+]i decline is predominantly in the CD4+ subset, these results suggest that the reduced proliferation of T cells from older donors is not related to decreased efficiency of transmembrane signal transduction.  相似文献

Because little is known about lymphocyte responses in the nasal mucosa, lymphocyte accumulation in the nasal mucosa, nasal-associated lymphoid tissue (NALT), and cervical lymph nodes (CLN) were determined after primary and heterosubtypic intranasal influenza challenge of mice. T cell accumulation peaked in the nasal mucosa on day 7, but peaked slightly earlier in the CLN (day 5) and later (day 10) in the NALT. Tetrameric staining of nasal mucosal cells revealed a peak accumulation of CD8 T cells specific for either the H-2D(b) influenza nucleoprotein epitope 366-374 (D(b)NP(366)) or the H-2D(b) polymerase 2 protein epitope 224-233 (D(b)PA(224)) at 7 days. By day 13, D(b)PA(224)-specific CD8 T cells were undetectable in the mucosa, whereas D(b)NP(366)-specific CD8 T cells persisted for at least 35 days in the mucosa and spleen. After heterosubtypic virus challenge, the accumulation of CD8 T cells in the nasal mucosa was quicker, more intense, and predominantly D(b)NP(366) specific relative to the primary inoculation. The kinetics and specificity of the CD8 T cell response were similar to those in the CLN, but the responses in the NALT and spleen were again slower and more protracted. These results indicate that similar to what was reported in the lung, D(b)NP(366)-specific CD8 T cells persist in the nasal mucosa after primary influenza infection and predominate in an intensified nasal mucosal response to heterosubtypic challenge. In addition, differences in the kinetics of the CD8 T cell responses in the CLN, NALT, and spleen suggest different roles of these lymphoid tissues in the mucosal response.  相似文献

The protein tyrosine phosphatase CD45 is expressed as a series of isoforms whose tissue and differentiation stage specificity is broadly conserved in evolution. CD45 has been shown to be an important regulator of a variety of functions in many different hemopoietic lineages. We have chosen an in vivo genetic complementation strategy to investigate the differential functions between isoforms. In this study, we report the characterization of transgenic mice which express the isoforms CD45RO or CD45RB as their only CD45 molecules, at a variety of expression levels and in the majority of hemopoietic lineages. Both CD45RO and CD45RB isoforms reconstitute thymocyte development in a CD45-null mouse background when expressed above a threshold level. The resulting mature T cells populate the peripheral lymphoid organs where they are found at normal frequency. Both CD45RO and CD45RB isoforms also permit T cell function in the periphery, although the threshold for normal function here appears to be set higher than in the thymus. In contrast, neither isoform is capable of fully restoring peripheral B cell maturation, even at levels approaching those in heterozygous CD45(+/-) mice in which maturation is normal. In vitro activation of B cells by Ag-receptor stimulation is only minimally complemented by these CD45RO and CD45RB transgenes. Our results suggest that CD45 isoforms play unique roles which differ between the T and B lineages.  相似文献

Aging in humans is associated with increased infections and the reduced proliferative capacity of T cells, part of the more global phenomenon termed immune senescence. The etiology of immune senescence is unknown but the accumulation of virus-specific memory T cells may be a contributory factor. We have examined CD8 T cell responses to two persistent herpesvirus infections, CMV and EBV, and to a recurrent virus infection, influenza, in different age cohorts of healthy donors using HLA-peptide tetramers and intracellular cytokine detection. Of these, CMV appears to be the most immunogenic, with the CD8 T cell response representing over 10% of the CD8 pool in many elderly donors. Interestingly, the effect of age upon EBV-specific responses depends upon donor CMV sero-status. In CMV seropositive donors, the magnitude of the EBV-specific immune response is stable with age, but in CMV seronegative donors, the response to EBV increases significantly with age. By contrast, the influenza-specific CD8 T cell immune response decreases with age, independent of CMV status. The functional activity of the herpesvirus-specific immune response decreases in elderly donors, although the characteristic phenotypes of CMV- and EBV-specific memory populations are retained. This demonstrates that aging is associated with a marked accumulation of CMV-specific CD8 T cells together with a decrease in immediate effector function. Moreover, infection with CMV can reduce prevailing levels of immunity to EBV, another persistent virus. These results suggest that carriage of CMV may be detrimental to the immunocompetent host by suppressing heterologous virus-specific immunity during aging.  相似文献

The origin of the increased numbers of CD8+ atypical lymphocytes, expressing activated markers such as HLA-DR or CD45RO, in the peripheral blood of patients with infectious mononucleosis (IM) has been debated. Using a recently developed assay to detect intracellular accumulation of IFN-gamma in EBV-reactive T cells by FACS, we have demonstrated that 34-54% of HLA-DR+/CD8+ and 34-60% of CD45RO+/CD8+ T cells in the PBMCs of febrile patients suffering from IM are EBV-specific. The EBV-specific CD8+ T cell counts in the PBMCs of four febrile patients suffering from IM ranged between 2,260 and 8,200/microl, decreasing to 5.1% and 7.9% of the counts in the first samples over 10 days in two donors. The decline of CD8+ T cell subpopulations, namely HLA-DR+, CD45RO+, and EBV-specific T cells, was in parallel with the drop in the EBV genome load. These data indicate that the Ag-driven expansion of CD8+ T cells and subsequent contraction with the Ag decline in vivo in humans is effective for clearing virus-infected cells with minimal disturbance of the homeostasis of the immune system.  相似文献

Chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is associated with impaired proliferative, cytokine, and cytotoxic effector functions of HCV-specific CD8(+) T cells that probably contribute significantly to viral persistence. Here, we investigated the potential role of T cells with a CD4(+)CD25(+) regulatory phenotype in suppressing virus-specific CD8(+) T-cell proliferation during chronic HCV infection. In vitro depletion studies and coculture experiments revealed that peptide specific proliferation as well as gamma interferon production of HCV-specific CD8(+) T cells were inhibited by CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells. This inhibition was dose dependent, required direct cell-cell contact, and was independent of interleukin-10 and transforming growth factor beta. Interestingly, the T-cell-mediated suppression in chronically HCV-infected patients was not restricted to HCV-specific CD8(+) T cells but also to influenza virus-specific CD8(+) T cells. Importantly, CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells from persons recovered from HCV infection and from healthy blood donors exhibited significantly less suppressor activity. Thus, the inhibition of virus-specific CD8(+) T-cell proliferation was enhanced in chronically HCV-infected patients. This was associated with a higher frequency of circulating CD4(+)CD25(+) cells observed in this patient group. Taken together, our results suggest that chronic HCV infection leads to the expansion of CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells that are able to suppress CD8(+) T-cell responses to different viral antigens. Our results further suggest that CD4(+)CD25(+) T cells may contribute to viral persistence in chronically HCV-infected patients and may be a target for immunotherapy of chronic hepatitis C.  相似文献

We recently isolated from an infant an X4-syncytium-inducing (SI) human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) variant (92US143-T8) that was able to infect CD8+ lymphocytes independently of CD4. Although it was CD4 independent, the 92US143-T8 isolate also maintained the ability to infect CD4+ cells. In the present study, we investigated the role of CXCR4 in the infection of CD4+ and CD8+ cells by this primary isolate. The expression of CXCR4 was down modulated in CD8+ lymphocytes after infection with the 93US143-T8 isolate. Infection of CD8+ lymphocytes by the 93US143-T8 isolate was prevented by treatment with AMD3100, a specific antagonist for CXCR4, indicating CXCR4-dependent infection. Interestingly, AMD3100 treatment had no inhibitory role in the infection of purified CD4+ lymphocytes by the same isolate. Furthermore, AMD3100 treatment failed to prevent infection of known CD4+ CXCR4+ T-cell lines (MT-2 and CEM) by the 93US143-T8 isolate. In fact, virus replication in the CD4+ cells was often enhanced in the presence of AMD3100. Viruses produced from the infected CD4+ cells in the presence of AMD3100 maintained an unchanged envelope genotype and an SI phenotype. For the first time, these results provide evidence of CXCR4-dependent infection of CD8+ lymphocytes by a primary HIV-1 isolate. This study also shows a different mode of infection for the CD4+ and CD8+ lymphocytes by the same HIV-1 variant. Finally, our findings suggest that a more careful evaluation is necessary before the random use of AMD3100 as a new entry inhibitor in patients harboring SI HIV-1 strains.  相似文献

The role of HIV-1-specific CD4+ T-cell responses in controlling HIV-1 infection remains unclear. Previous work has suggested that such cells are eliminated in the early stages of infection in most subjects, and thus cannot substantially contribute to host defense against HIV-1. Here, using flow cytometric detection of antigen-induced intracellular cytokines, we show that significant frequencies of gag specific, T-helper-1 CD4+ memory T cells are detectable in most subjects with active/progressive HIV-1 infection (median frequency, 0.12% of memory subset; range, 0-0.66%). Median frequencies of these cells were considerably higher in nonprogressive HIV-1 disease (0.40%), but there was substantial overlap between the two groups (range of nonprogressors, 0.10-1.7%). Continuous HIV-1 suppression with anti-retroviral therapy was associated with a time-dependent reduction in median frequencies of gag-specific CD4+ memory T cells: 0.08% in subjects treated for 4-24 weeks, and 0.03% in subjects treated for 47-112 weeks. Thus, functional HIV-1-specific CD4+ T cells are commonly available for support of anti-HIV-1 effector responses in active disease, but their decline with anti-retroviral therapy indicates that immunologic participation in long-term HIV-1 control will probably require effective vaccination strategies.  相似文献
