The synthesis and electrochemistry of half-sandwich type of Co(III) complexes [(C(5)Me(5))Co(bidentate)(CH(3)CN)](BF(4))(2) {bidentate=dppe (1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane), dppp (1,3-bis(diphenylphosphino)propane), bpy (2,2'-bipyridine), en (ethylenediamine)) are reported. Cyclic voltammograms of [(C(5)Me(5))Co(bidentate)(CH(3)CN)](BF(4))(2) in CH(3)CN s showed two redox couples assignable to Co(II)/Co(III) and Co(I)/Co(II). The Co(I) complex having C(5)Me(5) and dppe was also prepared. Two redox couples of this Co(I) complex, (C(5)Me(5))Co(dppe), in CH(3)CN coincided with those of [(C(5)Me(5))Co(dppe)(CH(3)CN)](BF(4))(2) in spite of the structural change around the metal center.  相似文献

Complex [PdCl(bdtp)](BF4), in presence of AgBF4 or NaBF4, reacts with pyridine (py), triphenylphosphine (PPh3), cyanide (CN), thiocyanate (SCN) or azide (N3) ligands, leading to the formation of the following complexes: [Pd(bdtp)(py)](BF4)2 [1](BF4)2, [Pd(bdtp)(PPh3)](BF4)2 [2](BF4)2, [Pd(CN)(bdtp)](BF4) [3](BF4), [Pd(SCN)(bdtp)](BF4) [4](BF4) and [Pd(N3)(bdtp)](BF4) [5](BF4). These complexes were characterised by elemental analyses, mass spectrometry, conductivity measurements, infrared and NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of [2](BF4)2 was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The metal atom is coordinated by two azine nitrogen atoms, and one sulfur atom of the thioether-pyrazole ligand and one triphenylphosphine in a distorted square-planar geometry.  相似文献

Reaction of the trivalent uranium complex (C5Me5)2U(O-2,6-iPr2C6H3)(THF) (1) with copper(I) chloride affords the corresponding tetravalent mixed-ligand aryloxide-chloride complex (C5Me5)2U(O-2,6-iPr2C6H3)(Cl) (2). The oxidative functionalization protocol cannot be extended to the synthesis of (C5Me5)2U(O-tBu)(Cl) (3) since the corresponding trivalent precursor is not stable. Salt metathesis between (C5Me5)2UCl2 and KOtBu is the method of choice for the preparation of the tetravalent alkoxide-chloride derivative (C5Me5)2U(O-tBu)(Cl) (3). The X-ray crystal structures of (C5Me5)2U(O-2,6-iPr2C6H3)(Cl) (2) and (C5Me5)2U(O-tBu)(Cl) (3) are reported and represent the first structurally characterized uranium(IV) metallocene aryloxide-chloride and alkoxide-chloride complexes, respectively. Both complexes adopt a pseudo-tetrahedral geometry, with a chloride and aryloxide/alkoxide ligand occupying the plane bisecting the metallocene unit.  相似文献

The novel cis-platinum(II) complexes [(dppe)Pt(μ-OH)]2(BF4)2 and [(dppe)Pt(DMF)2](BF4)2 have been prepared and characterized by 31P NMR, together with cis-[(dppe)Pt(μ-Cl)]2(BF4)2, both in poorly and strongly coordinating solvents (dppe = 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane). All these complexes and their dppf analogs (dppf = 1,1′-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) as well as (dppf)PtCl2, (dppe)PtCl2, (dppf)PdCl2, [(dppf)Pd(μ-Cl)]2(BF4)2 and [(dppf)Pd(μ-OH)]2(BF4)2 have been tested as antiproliferating agents towards Eagle's KB cell-line. Their activity is compared with that of free diphosphine ligands. For Pt(II) complexes, the ID50 figures are found to be higher than those observed for free dppf and dppe. On the contrary, the activity of the palladium dppf complexes is substantially identical to that of free diphosphine.  相似文献

Reactions of silver(I) nitrate with equimolar amounts of the diphos ligands 1,4-bis(diphenylphosphino)butane (dppb) or 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) and some heterocyclic thiones (L) in acetonitrile/methanol solvent afforded mixed-ligand complexes, the nature of which was found to be strongly influenced by the backbone length of the diphosphine ligand. The longer chained diphos ligand formed a series of dinuclear complexes of the type [Ag(dppb)(L)]2(NO3)2 with both the diphosphine and thione ligands acting as bridging ligands between the two four-coordinate pseudo-tetrahedrally coordinated metal centers. In the unique case of L=4-methyl-5-trifluoromethyl-4H-1,2,4-triazoline-3(2H)-thione (mftztH), the reaction proceeded under exclusion of the thione ligand from the coordination sphere and coordination of the nitrate anions instead, leading to the diphosphine-doubly bridged dimeric compound [Ag(dppb)(NO3)]2. On the other hand, the complexes produced when using the short bite 1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethane (dppe) turned out to be diphosphine-bridged cationic polymers of the type [Ag(dppe)(L)2]n(NO3)n. The structures of one representative for each of the two aforementioned series of complex compounds, namely [Ag(dppb)(py2SH)]2(NO3)2 · 2H2O and [Ag(dppe)(pymtH)2]n(NO3)n, have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reactions of 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)quinoxaline (bpq) with CoCl2·6H2O, Ag(CH3CN)4BF4, and PdCl2(C6H5CN)2 produce [CoCl2(bpq)]2·2CHCl3, [Ag(bpq)CH3CN]2(BF4)2·2CH3CN, and [PdCl2(bpq)], respectively. All the products are discrete 1:1 (metal:bpq) adducts, where the chelation mode of the bpq is dependent upon the metal atoms. The structure of [CoCl2(bpq)]2·2CHCl3 is a centrosymmetric Cl-bridged four-membered dimer, [Co2Cl2], in which the bpq is bonded to the cobalt(II) atom in an anisobidentate mode with the nitrogen donors of pyridine and pyrazine rings. For [Ag(bpq)CH3CN]2(BF4)2·2CH3CN, each bpq ligand connects two tetrahedral silver(I) ions in a tridentate mode, resulting in a cationic cyclic dimer. The structure of [PdCl2(bpq)] approximates to a molecular rocking chair with an isobidentate bpq through the nitrogen donors of 2-pyridyl rings. The compounds exhibit significant and characteristic relationships between the structures and their thermal properties. For [CoCl2(bpq)]2·2CHCl3, the solvate chloroform molecules are safely contained up to 144°C, but drastically evaporate above this temperature. The striking feature of [Ag(bpq)CH3CN]2(BF4)2·2CH3CN is that the skeletal cyclic dimer is basically retained after dissociation of the coordinated acetonitriles in the solid state.  相似文献

The mechanism for the preparation of Me2Si(C5Me4)2Cr, 1, from CrCl2(THF)x and Me2Si(C5Me4)2Li2 was investigated and - in contrast to earlier claims - no evidence was found for the participation of an auxiliary ligand. The formation and stability of 1 is attributed to the combination of correct reaction conditions and a highly substituted ligand framework. Reactions with other ligands under identical conditions did not lead to the formation of ansa-chromocenes. Reaction with H4C2Ind2Li2 afforded the η3-Ind bridged dimer {H4C25-Ind)(μ-,η3-Ind)Cr}2, 9. Complex 1 does not coordinate PPh3 or carbenes, but from reaction with two equivalents of xylyl isocyanide the CH-activated complex Me2Si(C5Me4)(η3-C5Me3(H)(CH2)Cr(CNC6MeH3)2, 7, was obtained. Complexes 7 and 9 were characterised by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The cobalt(II) addition compounds [Co(X-salo)2(Y)], where X-salo is the anion of substituted salicylaldehydes (X = 3-OCH3, 5-CH3, 5-Cl, 5-NO2 and Y = the neutral 1,10 phenanthroline or neocuproine), were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectral (IR, UV-Vis) data. Theoretical calculations (DFT, ZINDO, TD DFT) with gaussian 03 for the prediction of the electronic spectrum for the compounds, gave good correlation with the experimental one in the solid state and in solution. The cyclic voltammetry study in CH3CN gave all the expected waves for the redox processes of the metal Co(II) and the ligands phen or neoc and salicylaldehydes. The X-ray diffraction study of three compounds [Co(5-NO2-salo)2(phen)], [Co(5-CH3-salo)2(neoc)] and [Co(5-Cl-salo)2(neoc)] verified their analogous proposed octahedral arrangement of the ligands around the cobalt(II) atom.  相似文献

The reaction of 2-(methylthioethanol) with 1,8-dichloroanthraquinone and 1,5-dichloroanthraquinone in THF with base produces 1,8-bis(2-methylthioethoxy)anthraquinone (1) and 1,5-bis(2-methylthioethoxy)anthraquinone (2), respectively. Silver(I) complexes of 1 and 2 have been synthesized after combination with [Ag(CH3CN)4]BF4 in 1:1 M ratio to yield, [(1,8-bis(2-methylthioethoxy)anthraquinone)Ag]BF4, (3) and [(1,5-bis(2-methylthioethoxy)anthraquinone)Ag·CH3CN]BF4, (4). X-ray crystal structures of the free ligand (1) and the Ag(I) complexes (3 and 4) are reported. The intraannular carbonyl group forms a coordinate-covalent bond with Ag(I) and, in the solid state, both silver(I) complexes are found as coordination polymers.  相似文献

Four cobalt(III) complexes containing the polypyridine pentadentate ligands N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine-N′-ethyl-2-pyridine-2-carboxamide (PaPy3H), N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine-N′-[1-(2-pyridylethyl)acetamide (MePcPy3H), and N,N-bis(2-pyridylmethyl)amine-N′-(2-pyridylmethyl)acetamide (PcPy3H), have been synthesized. All three ligands bind the Co(III) center in the same fashion with the exception of loss of conjugation between the carboxamide moiety and the pyridine ring in the latter two. The structures of [(PaPy3)Co(OH)][(PaPy3)Co(H2O)](ClO4)3 · 3H2O (1), [(PaPy3)Co(NO2)](ClO4) · 2MeCN (2), [(MePcPy3)Co(MeCN)](ClO4)2 · 0.5MeCN (3), and [(PcPy3)Co(Cl)](ClO4) · 2MeCN (4) have been determined. These ligands with strong-field carboxamido N donor stabilize the +3 oxidation state of the Co center as demonstrated by the facile oxidation of the corresponding Co(II) complexes (prepared in situ) by H2O2, [Fe(Cp)2](BF4), or nitric oxide (NO). The Co-Namido bond distances of 1-4 lie in the narrow range of 1.853-1.898 Å. 1H NMR spectra of these complexes confirm the low-spin d6 ground states of the metal centers.  相似文献

The structures and spectroscopic properties of new Mn(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Hg(II), Ag(I), Rh(III), and Ir(I) complexes with the ligand BZLMH derived from 6-acetyl-1,3,7-trimethyllumazine (lumazine = pteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione) and benzohydrazide are reported. Complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, spectroscopic studies (IR, UV-vis, 1H, 13C and 15N NMR) and magnetic measurements. In all the complexes, the lumazine-derived ligand appears to be coordinated in either tridentate (N5, N61 and O63) or tetradentate forms (O4, N5, N61 and O63). The molecular structures of the [Co(BZLMH)(H2O)(CH3CN)2](ClO4)2 · CH3CN and [RhCl2(BZLM)(CH3CN)] · CH3CN complexes, determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction, have allowed to corroborate both coordination behaviours.The cytotoxic activity of the free ligand and complexes against human neuroblastoma NB69 cell line is also described. The differential analysis of the initial cytotoxic screening data has shown good activity only for the [RhCl2(BZLM)(CH3CN)] · CH3CN compound at concentrations at around 2 μM; for the other complexes, a modulation of the cell growth was not found upon complexation, this non-specific effect strongly suggesting an apoptotic behaviour.  相似文献

Bis(pentamethylcyclopentadienyl)samarium bis- (tetrahydrofuranate), (C5Me5)2Sm(THF)2, reacts with 2,3,5,6-tetramethylphenol in toluene to yield (C5Me5)2Sm(OC6HMe4-2,3,5,6). The compound crystallizes in the space group P21/c with a = 8.725(3) Å, b=18.821(6) Å, c=18.461(6) Å, β= 111.17(2)°, V = 2827(2) Å3 and Dc=1.340 g cm−3 for Z = 4. Molecules of the aryloxide complex are monomeric and exhibit a bent metallocene structure with a nearly linear Sm---O---C(aryloxide) linkage: Sm---O = 2.13(1) Å, O---C = 1.29(2) Å, and Sm---O---C = 172.3(13)°. Reaction of the samarium complex with phenyllithium produces the previously- characterized species (C5Me5)2Sm(C6H5)(THF).  相似文献

Reaction of Mo2(O2CCH3)2(DMepyF)2 (HDMepyF=N,N-di(6-methyl-2-pyridyl)formamidine) with HBF4 in CH2Cl2/CH3CN afforded the complex trans-[Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](BF4)6 (1), which crystallized in two forms, trans-[Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](ax-CH3CN)2(BF 4)6 · 2CH3CN (1a), and trans- [Mo2(H2DMepyF)2(CH3CN)4](ax-BF4) 2(BF4)4 · 2CH3CN (1b). The molecular structures of complexes (1) consist of two quadruply bonded molybdenum atoms, which are spanned by two trans-bridging formamidinate ligands and coordinated by four trans-CH3CN. Each H2DMepyF+ ligand adopts an s-cis,s-cis- conformation. The difference between 1a and 1b is that complex 1a contains two CH3CN molecules as axial ligands, while 1b contains two BF4 anions as axial ligands. Complex 1 is the first dimolybdenum complex containing a pair of trans bridging ligands and two pairs of trans-CH3CN ligands.  相似文献

Reaction of copper(I) chloride or bromide with equimolar amounts of the diphos ligand cis-1,2-bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene (dppet) and a heterocyclic thione (L) in acetonitrile/methanol solvent afforded mononuclear complexes of the type [CuX(dppet)(L)] with the diphosphine ligand acting as a chelating ligand. However, the same reaction carried out at higher temperatures proceeds, in some cases, with exclusion of the phosphine ligand from the coordination sphere leading to double-S-bridged dimers. In contrast, copper(I) iodide under the same conditions gave the thione-free dimeric compound [CuI(dppet)]2 which contains double-bridging iodine atoms. A notable exception was for the reaction with 5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thione (mtdztH) which, under the same conditions, gave rise to the unexpected, simultaneous formation of the monomer [CuI(dppet)(CH3CN)] as well as the above mentioned dimeric [CuI(dppet)]2. Furthermore treatment [CuX(dppet)(L)] with two equivalents of triphenylphosphine was found to cause replacement of the diphos ligand, while substitution of the chlorine atom under HCl elimination and formation of [Cu(dppet)(mftztH)2] occured in the unique case of treating [CuCl(dppet)(mftztH)] with one additional equivalent of the same thione ligand. The structures of one representative for each of the above mentioned types of complexes, namely [CuBr(dppet)(mftztH)], [Cu(dppet)(mftztH)2], [Cu(μ-I)(dppet)]2 · [CuI(dppet)(CH3CN)] and [CuBr{μ-S(pymtH)}(pymtH)]2 have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The photolytic CO-substitution reaction of the organoiron thiocarboxylate complexes CpFe(CO)2SCOR (R=CH3, 2-CH3C6H4, 2-NO2C6H4, 4-NO2C6H4, 3,5-(NO2)2C6H3) with diphosphines (Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2) [n=1 (dppm), n=2 (dppe), n=3 (dpppr), n=4 (dppb), n=5 (dppp), n=6 (dpph)] at room temperature using 1:2 (metal-ligand) molar ratio afforded exclusively the disubstituted complexes CpFe(Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2)SCOR when n=1, 2 and 3 and the monosubstituted analogs CpFe(CO)(Ph2P(CH2)nPPh2)SCOR when n=4, 5 and 6. This reaction was found to be strongly influenced by the backbone length of the diphosphine ligand, the nature of the R group of the thiocarboxylate moiety and the metal-ligand molar ratios. The crystal structure of CpFe(dppm)SCO(3,5-(NO2)2C6H3) was determined.  相似文献

The mononuclear [Mn(6′Me2indH)(H2O)2(CH3CN)](ClO4)2 (6′Me2indH: 1,3-bis(6′-methyl-2′-pyridylimino)isoindoline) complex has been prepared and characterized by various techniques such as elemental analysis, IR, UV-visible and ESR spectroscopy. The title compound was suitable as catalyst for the catalytic oxidation of 3,5-di-tert-butylcatechol (3,5-DTBCH2) to 3,5-di-tert-butyl-1,2-benzoquinone (3,5-DTBQ) (catecholase activity), and o-aminophenol (OAPH) to 2-aminophenoxazine-3-one (APX) (phenoxazinone synthase activity) with dioxygen at ambient condition in good yields. Kinetic measurements revealed first-order dependence on the catalyst and dioxygen concentration and saturation type behavior with respect to the corresponding substrate. It was also found that the added triethylamine in both systems accelerates the reaction.  相似文献

Reaction of the precursor Ir complex [Ir(H)2(PPh3)2(Me2CO)2]PF6 with 3,6-bis(2-pyridyl)tetrazine (bptz) in CH2Cl2 gave a novel dinuclear Ir hydrido complex [Ir2(H)4(PPh3)4(bptz)](PF6)2 · 4CH2Cl2. Crystallographic study described an interesting coordination environment having a π-π interaction and 1H NMR study showed unique upfield shifts of pyridyl rings that are likely induced by the ring current effect of neighboring PPh3 ligands.  相似文献

The syntheses and electrochemical properties of novel ruthenium(II) polypyridyl complexes with 4,4-bipyrimidine, [Ru(trpy)(bpm)Cl](X) ([1](X; X=PF6, BF4)) and with a quaternized 4,4-bipyrimidinium ligand, [Ru(trpy)(Me2bpm)Cl](BF4)3 ([2](BF4)3) (trpy=2,2:6,2″-terpyridine, bpm=4,4-bipyrimidine, Me2bpm=1,1-dimethyl-4,4-bipyrimidinium) are presented. The bpm complex [1]+ was prepared by the reaction of Ru(trpy)Cl3 with 4,4-bipyrimidine in EtOH/H2O. The structural characterization of [1]+ revealed, that the bpm ligand coordinated to the ruthenium atom with the bidentate fashion. Diquaternization of the non-coordinating nitrogen atoms on bpm of [1]+ by (CH3)3OBF4 in CH3CN gave [2](BF4)3. The electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical properties of the complexes are described.  相似文献
