Ecological and systematic aspects of ballistosporous yeasts inhabiting the phyllosphere of the Asia-Pacific region were reviewed in the light of recent advances. In the past 20 years, the extensive isolation studies of ballistosporous yeasts were carried out in the Asia-Pacific region, and the following new species were found in the phyllosphere of the main island of Japan, of the Ogasawara Islands in the Pacific Ocean, and of Thailand, New Zealand, and the Yunnan Province of China: Bensingtonia ingoldii, B. intermedia, B. miscanthi, B. naganoensis, B. musae, B. sakaguchii, B. subrosea, B. thailandica, and B. yamatoana; Bullera boninensis, B. coprosmaensis, B. hannae, B. huiaensis, B. miyagiana, B. mrakii, B. oryzae, B. penniseticola, B. pseudoalba, B. schimicola, B. sinensis, B. unica, B. variabilis, and B. waltii; Kockovaella imperatae, K. machilophila, K. phaffii, K. sacchari, K. schimae, and K. thailandica; Sporobolomyces blumeae, S. coprosmae, S. coprosmicola, S. dimmenae, S. draycophyllus, S. falcatus, S. griseoflavus, S. inositophilus, S. lactophilus, S. linderae, S. novazealandicus, S. nylandii, S. oryzicola, S. poonsookiae, S. ruber, S. sasicola, S. subbrunneus, S. taupoensis, S. vermiculatus, S. xanthus, and S. yunnanensis; and Udeniomyces megalosporus. Yeast species containing Q-10(H(2)), a monohydrated ubiquinone, have long been considered to be rare yeasts; however, these yeasts were proved to be common in the tropical and subtropical phyllosphere of Asia. The chemotaxonomic and molecular phylogenetic studies based on the sequence analysis of 18S rDNA revealed the heterogeneity of ballistosporous yeasts, which comprised species with polyphyletic phylogenetic origins. A new phylogenetic cluster, Subbrunneus, was newly found in the class Urediniomycetes as the fifth phylogenetical cluster of this class, based on the analysis of 18S rDNA sequences. The Subbrunneus cluster comprises four ballistosporous yeast species found in the phyllosphere of Japan and New Zealand. The future perspectives of basidiomycetous yeast systematics are discussed.  相似文献

A taxonomic treatment of the genus Ptyssiglottis including Ancylacanthus, Hallieru-cantha, Oreothyrsus , and Polytrema is given. The phylogeny is briefly dealt with. Leaf morphology, inflorescence morphology and pollen morphology yield important characters. The distribution of selected characters is mapped. The distribution of all species is mapped. Eight new species are published viz. P. campanulata, P. decurrens, P. fusca, P. glandulifera, P. longisepala, P mucronata, P. pubescens , and P. staminodifera . Fifteen new combinations are made viz. P. caudata, P. creaghii, P. cuprea, P. cyrtandroides, P. dulcamarioides, P. fastidiosa, P. glabrisepala, P. granulata, P. nigrescens, P. peranthera, P. psychotriifolia, P. pubisepala, P. salicifolia, P. sanguinolenta , and P. undulata .  相似文献

对已报道的我国Crepidotus属种类进行了全面汇总,并概述了其分类研究现状。文献调查结果表明:国内已报道的该属种类名称共31个,包括30个种和1个变种,分布于全国26个省区。已报道的全部记录中,28个分类单元引证了标本,其余3个记录缺乏标本引证;7个记录的描述与国外权威描述存在差异,另有4个记录的报道未提供形态描述。淡紫靴耳不是Crepidotus属的成员,已被组合到其他属中。笔者接受"靴耳属"为Crepidotus属的汉语学名,并以此为属主名对属下的分类单元进行了全面修订。  相似文献

The results of a survey on the presence of pathogenic yeasts in pigeon droppings collected in Turin, are shown. The study was carried out in 8 densely populated areas, where human-animal contact is highest. A total of 427 pigeon dropping samples, most of which fresh, were collected. 550 yeast colonies, clinically interesting or at least pathologically significant, were isolated by the identification routine methods. The yeasts belong to the following species: Candida albicans, C. humicola, C. krusei, C. guillermondii, C. lypolitica, C. lambica, C. parapsilosis, C. tropicalis, C. rugosa, C. zeylanoides, Cryptococcus albidus, C. laurentii, C. neoformans, Hansenula anomala, Geotrichum sp., Kloekera apiculata, Rhodotorula glutinis, R. rubra, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Torulopsis candida, T. glabrata, Trichosporon beigelii, T. capitatum, T. cutaneum, T. pullulans.  相似文献

用光学显微镜对安徽省蓼属38种3变种,酸模属3种,荞麦属1种,金线草属2种,大黄属1种,竹节蓼属1种的花粉形态进行了观察。除了前人报道的37种外,其中12种为首次报道。6属的花粉形态多类型,有球型,近球形,近长球形、扁球形、长球形;从萌发孔来看,有3-沟,3(-4)-孔沟,12-散沟、30-散沟、9-散孔沟、20-30-散孔;外壁纹饰有细网状,粗网状,皱块状,颗粒-穿孔、穿孔、微刺-穿孔-光滑、颗  相似文献

毛冠鹿在我国主要分布于西南、华中、华南区域,有三亚种(指名亚种、华中亚种、华南亚种)。为探讨各省头骨性状的差异及各省毛冠鹿亲缘关系,在选取32项较为完整的头骨测量性状的基础上,运用统计分析软件SPSS 11.0对其进行分析,结果推测如下:1)毛冠鹿3个亚种的地位是确定的。2)四川、云南所属指名亚种与重庆、湖北所属华中亚种较近,二者与广东、江西、湖南、浙江所属的华南亚种关系较远。3)在头骨32个性状中,两两亚种之间具有显著差异的性状:指名亚种与华南亚种14个(颅全长、颅基长、基长、基底长、前颌长、吻宽、鼻骨长、鼻骨宽、最小眶间距、眼窝高、腭长、前颌骨内叶长、两上颊齿最大距离、下齿列长);指名亚种与华中亚种2个(吻宽、上齿列长),华南亚种与华中亚种有19个(颅全长、颅基长、基长、基底长、前颌长、额骨长、最小眶间距、眶间宽、枕部最窄、脑颅最大宽、鼻骨宽、泪骨缝长、腭长、颧宽、前颌骨内叶长、上齿列长、两上颊齿最大距离、最小颅高、下齿列长)。  相似文献

Summary The Southeastern Cancer Study Group conducted a randomized clinical trial in acute myeloblastic leukemia and the blastic phase of chronic myelocytic leukemia to compare: Two induction programs (Schedule A) cytosine arabinoside and 6-thioguanine or (Schedule B) cytosine arabinoside, 6-thioguanine and daunorubicin; two consolidation programs (Schedule C) continuation of induction programs at a reduced dose or (Schedule D) a combination of cyclophosphamide, methotrexate and vincristine; and two maintenance programs — (Schedule E) 1 month of BCG, followed by methotrexate or (Schedule F) methotrexate. Over a 3 year period 372 patients were entered and 295 were judged evaluable. None of 11 patients with blastic phase of chronic myelocytic leukemia responded. There were no significant differences between the schedules in the number of patients with acute myeloblastic leukemia achieving complete remissions (37%, Schedule A vs. 41% Schedule B). The relapse rates on consolidation were similar (43%, Schedule C and 39%, Schedule D). BCG significantly prolonged the duration of first remission following consolidation (P<0.05) from 13.0–23.9 weeks. Survival was not significantly prolonged (92.7 weeks vs. 71.7 weeks). Ion channels activate by sensing stimuli such as membrane voltage, ligand binding or temperature and transduce this information into conformational changes that open the channel pore. Thus, a key question in understanding ion channel function is how do the protein domains involved in sensing stimuli (sensors) and opening the pore (gates) communicate. In this regard, transient receptor potential (TRP) channels that confer thermosensation [A. Dhaka, V. Viswanath, A. Patapoutian, TRP ion channels and temperature sensation, Annu. Rev. Neurosci. 29 (2006) 135-161; I.S. Ramsey, M. Delling, D.E. Clapham, An introduction to TRP channels, Annu. Rev. Physiol. 68 (2006) 619-647] (thermoTRP; Q(10)>10) are unique to the extent that they integrate a variety of physical and chemical stimuli. Understanding how each of these distinct physiological signals regulate channel opening will be informative about the mechanical linkages that can act either independently or in concert to influence channel activation. In this paper we show that thermoTRP channel-forming proteins are modular in the sense that certain structure or structures (modules) confer temperature-dependent regulation, whereas others confer voltage-dependent regulation. We also discuss the thermodynamic basis of heat and cold activation in an effort to elucidate what confer to these channels the capability to be gated by temperature directly.  相似文献

О пределенный артикл ьконкретным морфол огия реакция клетки и передаются из полу чателя органы описа на в деталях, и возмож ное влияние передав аемой лимфоидной клеток на созревани е получателя лимфои дной ткани и их потен ци ала обсуждается. Abstract. A new genus of the subfamily Entedoninae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea: Eulophidae), Perditomlus , is described. Male genitalia in species of this genus display extraordinary morphological differences to an extent which is unique in the Chalcidoidea, and the utility of this character and of male antenna in species identification is demonstrated. The value of male genitalia in chalcid systematics is discussed, and a possible reason for the exceptional development in Perditomlus is considered. Perditomlus includes thirty-three species, unless otherwise stated from Mexico: abruptus, angustatus, avirostris, bidenticulatus, bifidus, bilobus, calcaratus, crassiscapus, evanescens, falcispinus, faretus, flexilis, geniculates, grandiculus, hastatus, insternatus, languidiscapus, longiparameratus, magnicaulis, mucronatus, parameratulus, penicillatus (Mexico, U.S.A., Canada), pilosus, pinguiscapus (U.S.A.), planiscapus, porcodon, punctiscapus, sinuiscapus, trispinus. unispinus, verticillatus, woolleyi (Mexico, U.S.A.), and zolnerowichi. 新疆鄯照壁山沟口和柯柯亚剖面黄山街组的孢粉化石,经研究,共有52属77种。命名为Dictyophylli-dites-Aratrisporites-Parataeniaesporites组合(简称DAP组合)。根据组合主要分子的已知时代分布、含量高低变化,以及与有关已知时代孢粉组合进行对比,鉴定其地质时代为晚三叠世早中期。根据孢粉组合恢复古植被,反映当时的气候为温暖潮湿的温带类型。  相似文献

运用双向免疫扩散方法分析了中国伞形科Umbelliferae阿魏亚族Ferulinae 8属33种2变种的种子贮藏蛋白免疫沉淀反应的特征,并根据沉淀线的相似性,结合其他学科资料,讨论了该亚族属间的亲缘关系。认为球根阿魏属Schumannia、簇花芹属Sorartthus和伊犁芹属Talassia 3属的关系最为密切,并且均与阿魏属Fenda近缘,其中球根阿魏属应并入簇花芹属中。弓翅芹属Arcuatopterus在所分析的8个属中,与阿魏属有一定的近缘关系。胀果芹属Phlojodicarpus与前胡属Peucedanum关系较近。而川明参属Chuanminshen却与上述各属的关系均较远。此外,对阿魏属和前胡属2个大属的种间关系也进行了血清分类分析,其中所研究的9种阿魏被分成2类,16种前胡被分成3类,并结合其他学科证据分别讨论了种间的亲缘关系。  相似文献
