选择华北地区冬小麦-夏大豆一年两熟制度,冬小麦设置90 mm、135 mm、180 mm3种灌水量。冬小麦收获后,播种夏大豆,夏大豆设置30 cm等行距、“20 40” cm大小行、“20 40” cm垄作3种种植方式。研究了底墒和种植方式对夏大豆光合特性及产量的影响。结果表明,冬小麦灌溉能够明显影响夏大豆播种时的土壤蓄水量(底墒)。随冬小麦灌水量的增加,夏大豆播种时底墒改善,180 mm和135 mm较90 mm处理明显提高了夏大豆净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2浓度、叶绿素含量指数、Fo、Fv及ΦPSⅡ,增产效果显著。180 mm较135 mm处理增产效果不显著,且水分利用效率显著降低。夏大豆种植方式也能明显影响其净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度、细胞间隙CO2浓度、叶绿素含量指数、Fo、Fm、ΦPSⅡ、Fv/Fm、产量及水分利用效率,具体表现为:“20 40” cm垄作> 30 cm等行距>“20 40” cm大小行。综合评价,冬小麦135 mm灌水量条件下,夏大豆采用“20 40” cm垄作是生产上可行的栽培模式。  相似文献

在豫北灌区的生产条件下,以郑单958和浚单20为试验材料,研究了不同密度和种植方式对夏玉米碳氮关键酶的影响。结果表明:生育后期夏玉米叶片硝酸还原酶(NR)、谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和籽粒蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)活性均呈先升高后降低的变化趋势,叶片NR和GS活性峰值出现在吐丝期,籽粒SPS和SS活性峰值出现在灌浆后15d。基因型、密度和种植方式对夏玉米生育后期叶片NR、GS和籽粒SPS、SS活性均有显著影响,而3因素间总体上没有显著的互作效应。郑单958生育后期叶片NR、GS和籽粒SPS、SS活性均显著高于浚单20,分别提高5.02%、7.40%、6.25%和4.43%。在6.75—9.00万株hm2的范围内,随着密度的增大,夏玉米生育后期叶片NR、GS和籽粒SPS、SS活性显著降低。与60cm等行距种植方式相比,80cm-40cm宽窄行种植方式下夏玉米生育后期叶片NR、GS和籽粒SPS、SS活性均显著提高,分别提高6.23%、9.25%、6.87%和2.84%。在采用宽窄行种植、密度为8.25万株hm2时,产量最高。  相似文献

在豫北高产灌区的生产条件下,以郑单958和浚单20为试验材料,研究了不同密度和种植方式对夏玉米群体发育特征的影响。结果表明:密度和种植方式对两个品种的株高、茎粗、穗位、叶面积指数(LAI)、叶绿素含量、干物质积累量、穗部性状、籽粒产量和经济系数的影响达到极显著水平。郑单958在宽窄行种植方式和90000株/hm2的密度下产量最高,达到14236.97kg/hm2,浚单20在宽窄行种植方式和82500株/hm2的密度下产量最高,达到13333.51kg/hm2。  相似文献

试验于2006-2007年在河南省浚县农业科学研究所试验田进行,以传统平作为对照,研究了垄作栽培对夏玉米光合特性和产量的影响.结果表明,垄作提高了夏玉米光合速率Pn、叶片蒸腾速率Tr和气孔导度Gs,且其日变化均呈单峰曲线,12:00达到最大值,而细胞间隙二氧化碳浓度Gi有所降低,其日变化与Pn相反,呈倒抛物线型.垄作栽培夏玉米的最大光化学效率Fv/Fm和实际光化学效率φPSⅡ均有所增加.与平作相比,垄作后期叶面积衰减较慢,籽粒蜡熟期和成熟期垄作比平作叶面积指数分别高6.4%和3.7%,减少了漏光损失,垄作栽培延长了叶片功能期,促进光合产物的积累及向籽粒的转移,有利于后期玉米籽粒充实,千粒重显著高于平作,产量提高9.6%.  相似文献

以高产玉米品种郑单958(ZD958)和登海661(DH661)为试验材料,在4个不同区域(山东农业大学、汶口、兖州和莱州)设置22500、45000、67500、90000和112500株.hm-25个种植密度,研究了种植密度对夏玉米产量及源库特性的影响.结果表明:两品种在112500株.hm-2密度条件下玉米籽粒产量和生物产量最高,分别为19132和36965kg.hm-2,与22500和67500株.hm-2密度相比,籽粒产量分别增加了72%和48%,生物产量分别增加了152%和112%.两品种单株叶面积、最大花丝数、穗粒数和千粒重随密度增大而减小,但叶面积指数随密度增大而显著提高.收获指数与粒叶比随密度增大而显著减小,当密度超过67500株.hm-2时差异不显著,表明高密度条件下玉米通过增加群体库来提高产量.  相似文献

大田试验以夏玉米为试料,采用裂裂区试验设计,密度设计包含75000、90000,105000株/hm2 3个密度作为主区,每个密度处理包括: ①等行距60 cm×单株留苗,②等行距60 cm×双株三角留苗,③宽窄行距(宽行70 cm + 窄行距50 cm)×单株留苗和 ④宽窄行距×双株三角留苗共12种方式进行处理,测定光合及叶绿素荧光参数。研究不同群体结构对夏玉米灌浆期群体光合特性的影响。结果表明,在吐丝期,随着种植密度的增加,群体光合速率提高;蜡熟期以90000株/hm2最高,种植方式上表现为宽窄行大于等行距种植,双株留苗种植方式大于单株种植方式,差异均达到显著水平;随着种植密度的提高,群体内3个层次叶片最大光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(qP)逐渐降低,种植方式基本表现为宽窄行大于等行距,留苗方式表现为双株大于单株。试验条件下,以90000株/hm2,宽窄行,双株三角留苗产量最高。  相似文献

采用两年三点的大田试验,研究了麦茬处理方式(平茬、立茬、除茬)对机播夏玉米光合特性及其产量的影响。结果表明,不同麦茬处理方式的夏玉米光合参数存在明显差异。夏玉米Pn、Gs表现为吐丝期最大,处理间表现为平茬〉立茬〉除茬;Tr在处理间表现为除茬〉立茬〉平茬,叶片水平上的WUE表现为为平茬〉立茬〉除茬;不同麦茬处理夏玉米的产量差异显著。  相似文献

在田间试验条件下,以青花7号花生品种为材料,研究了不同栽培方式对麦后夏直播花生叶片光合特性及产量的影响.结果表明:与传统栽培方式相比,采用夏直播高产保护性栽培方式可促进花生叶片生长,显著提高叶面积指数,且维持较高的叶面积指数和叶绿素含量的时间较长;植株功能叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率较高和胞间CO2浓度较低,光合效率显著提高.夏直播高产保护性栽培方式下花生单株生产力较高,荚果产量显著增加,经济系数明显提高.地膜覆盖和秸秆还田均可改善夏直播花生叶片光合特性,提高花生产量.夏直播高产保护性栽培方式能够有效缓解夏直播花生生育期较短、单株生产力低等不利因素,是一项实用的夏直播花生高产栽培方法.  相似文献

为改善玉米群体内光环境,进一步提高玉米单株光合能力以获得高产,本研究以郑单958为试验材料,通过设置种子定向入土方式,研究了定向有序种植条件下群体内光分布特征,以及单株玉米穗位叶花后光合性能,并借助快速叶绿素荧光动力学曲线分析了与叶片光合性能有密切联系的光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)的性能特征.结果表明:叶片不同朝向显著改变夏玉米群体内穗位叶处光合有效辐射截获量,朝南处理(S)平均比朝北处理(N)高271.8%.不同朝向的叶片对高光与弱光的利用能力差异显著,朝南处理饱和光强下净光合速率(Pn)显著升高,表明其高光强利用能力显著提升;而朝北处理(N)表观量子效率(α)则随生育期推进显著增加,有利于叶片适应长期弱光环境.生育前期朝南处理PSⅡ电子供体侧和受体侧性能显著提高,进而改善了PSⅡ反应中心性能(PIABS)和荧光光化学淬灭系数(ψo),电子在电子传递链中转移效率(φEo)的提高增强了电子由PSⅡ向光系统Ⅰ(PSⅠ)的传递性能.生育前期叶片性能呈现出朝南>朝东>朝西>朝北的趋势.但成熟末期朝南处理对强光的利用效率显著降低,朝北处理在生育后期表现出较强的弱光利用能力,表观量子效率显著升高,花后40dPn与PSⅡ性能均表现为朝北>朝西>朝东>朝南的趋势.总体上,朝南与朝东处理群体内光环境改善显著,群体穗位层截获光合有效辐射较多,光合能力和干物质生产能力增强,有利于夏玉米产量提高.  相似文献

In a previous study on the RFLP analysis of the maize anther culture response (Wan et al. 1992), some of the anther-derived callus Unes from hybrids H99 x Pa91 (HP) and H99 x FR16 (HF) showed the same RFLP patterns with 58 (for HP Unes) or 35 (for HF lines) RFLP markers used. Since the callus Unes with the identical RFLP pattern were initiated from individual embryo-like structures (ELSs) from the same anther culture plate, these must have originated from the same microspore. Twin embryos which apparently had originated from the same microspore were also observed. Thus in certain cases one microspore must be capable of forming more than one ELS. However, in the case of the callus Unes from a different F1 hybrid (Pa91 x FR16), no identical RFLP patterns were observed. Thus multiple ELS formation from a single microspore may be genetically controlled. Since in some cases the proportion of callus lines resulting from multiple ELS formation can be quite high (about 50% for the HP lines), estimates of gene segregation and anther culture response frequencies can be affected greatly.  相似文献

以玉米自交系‘昌7-2’授粉后4个时间点(授粉后7、10、14和20d)的籽粒总RNA为研究对象,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,对玉米中5个Argonaute(AGO)蛋白家族基因(AGO1、AGO2、AGO4、AGO10和AGO18)在籽粒不同发育时期的表达谱进行了研究。结果表明:AGO1和AGO2在籽粒发育过程中呈现一致的表达趋势,在授粉后7d的籽粒中表达量最高,从授粉后7d到20d呈持续下降的趋势。AGO4、AGO10和AGO18具有一致的表达趋势,均呈现先下降后上升的趋势,在授粉后10d的籽粒中表达量最低。结合实验室前期获得的miRNA在玉米籽粒不同发育阶段的表达谱,发现不同AGO家族基因可协助其靶标miRNA参与玉米籽粒发育调控。  相似文献

Summary When roots of five day-old maize seedlings were exposed to15N-nitrate, a constant (25–29%) proportion of the reduced15N derived from the entering15N-nitrate accumulated as insoluble15N nitrogen. Constancy was established by two hours and lasted through 12 hours at ambient15N-nitrate concentrations of 0.05 mM to 20.0 mM. Even when little15N nitrate had been reduced (<2 moles), there was a linear relationship between accumulation of insoluble15N (but not accumulation or translocation of soluble reduced15N) and total reduced15N. Isoelectric focusing of zein in agarose gels gives sharp separations of at least 25 bands noted among 25 corn-belt inbreds. Six inbreds provided standard bands which were used to construct a pattern map. A method is provided for comparing bands, identified by distance from the cathode, which differ only slightly in position. The 25 inbreds were separated into five groups on the basis of pattern similarity. Some groups contained inbreds derived from widely different sources. Zein isoelectric focusing in agarose should be useful for genotype identification and for determination of varietal purity.  相似文献

Zinc deficiency decreased pollen viability in maize (Zea mays L. cv. G2) grown in sand culture. On restoring normal zinc supply to zinc-deficient plants before the pollen mother cell stage of anther development, the vegetative yield of plants and pollen fertility could be recovered to a large extent, but the recovery treatment was not effective when given after the release of microspores from the tetrads. If zinc deficiency was induced prior to microsporogenesis it did not significantly affect vegetative yield and ovule fertility, but decreased the fertility of pollen grains, even of those which visibly appeared normal. If the deficiency was induced after the release of microspores from the tetrads, not only vegetative yield and ovule fertility but pollen fertility also remained unaffected.  相似文献

Summary Tassel branch numbers of six crosses of maize (Zea mays L.) were analyzed to determine inheritance of this trait. Generation mean analyses were used to estimate genetic effects, and additive and nonadditive components of variance were calculated and evaluated for bias due to linkage. Both narrow-sense and broad-sense heritabilities were estimated. Additive genetic variance estimates were significant in five of the six crosses, whereas estimates of variance due to nonadditive components were significant in only three crosses. Additionally, estimates of additive variance components usually were larger than corresponding nonadditive components. There was no evidence for linkage bias in these estimates. Estimates of additive genetic effects were significant in four of six crosses, but significant dominance, additive × additive and additive × dominance effects also were detected. Additive, dominance, and epistatic gene action, therefore, all influenced the inheritance of tassel branch number, but additive gene action was most important. Both narrow-sense and broadsense heritability estimates were larger than those reported for other physiological traits of maize and corroborated conclusions concerning the importance of additive gene action inferred from analyses of genetic effects and variances. We concluded that selection for smalltasseled inbreds could be accomplished most easily through a mass-selection and/or pedigree-selection system. Production of a small-tasseled hybrid would require crossing of two small-tasseled inbreds. We proposed two genetic models to explain unexpected results obtained for two crosses. Temperature dependence (25–50 °C) of chlorophyll (Chl) fluorescence induction, far-red radiation (FR)-induced relaxation of the post-irradiation transient increase in apparent F0, and the trans-thylakoid proton gradients (pH) was examined in maize leaves. Temperatures above 30 °C caused an elevation of F0 level and an enhancement of F0 quenching during actinic irradiation. Millisecond delayed light emission (ms-DLE), which reflects the magnitude of pH, decreased strikingly above 35 °C, and almost disappeared at 50 °C. It indicates that the heat-enhanced quenching of F0 under actinic irradiation could not be attributed mainly to the mechanism of pH-dependent quenching. The relaxation of the post-irradiation transient increase in apparent F0 upon FR irradiation could be decomposed into two exponential components (1 = 0.7–1.8 s, 2 = 2.0–9.9 s). Decay times of both components increased with temperature increasing from 25 to 40–45 °C. The bi-phasic kinetics of FR-induced relaxation of the post-irradiation transient increase in apparent F0 and its temperature dependence may be related to plastoquinone (PQ) compartmentation in the thylakoid membranes and its re-organisation at elevated temperature.  相似文献

Summary Three corn (Zea mays L.) lines resistant to imidazolinone herbicides were developed by in vitro selection and plant regeneration. For all three lines, resistance is inherited as a single semidominant allele. The resistance alleles from resistant lines XA17, XI12, and QJ22 have been crossed into the inbred line B73, and in each case homozygotes are tolerant of commercial use rates of imidazolinone herbicides. All resistant selections have herbicide-resistant forms of acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS), the known site of action of imidazolinone herbicides. The herbicide-resistant phenotypes displayed at the whole plant level correlate directly with herbicide insensitivity of the AHAS activities of the selections. The AHAS activities from all three selections have normal feedback regulation by valine and leucine, and plants containing the mutations display a normal phenotype.  相似文献

Summary Two maize (Zea mays L.) populations, AS1(S) and ECR-A, were evaluated for allozyme frequency changes associated with selection for improved seedling emergence, early season vigor and early maturity. Eleven marker loci were examined and four loci were used for indirect selection in an attempt to modify cold tolerance and maturity. Allozyme-selected divergent subpopulations were produced by compositing selected S1 progeny from cycle one (C1) of AS1(S) and from C2 of ECR-A. These subpopulations and S1 generations from all cycles resulting from phenotypic selection, ECR-A C1 through C7 and AS1(S) CO through C6, were tested in cold tolerance and agronomic performance trials over five environments in 1986. Seedling emergence and seedling dry weight did not improve with phenotypic selection in ECR-A, while plant height, ear height, grain yield, grain moisture, days to mid-silk and days to mid-pollen were reduced significantly. Contrasts between divergent allozyme-selected subpopulations from ECR-A were significant for grain moisture and mid-pollen date. For AS1(S), seeding emergence increased, while plant and ear height decreased with phenotypic selection. Contrasts between allozyme-selected subpopulations were significant for plant and ear height. Changes associated with marker-based selection for AS1(S) were not in the same direction as with phenotypic selection. Selection for favorable allozyme genotypes may be effective in changing certain traits in populations that have been modified by direct selection, however results may not be predictable.Contribution from the Department of Agronomy, Wisconsin Agric. Summary Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were analyzed in materials from a partial diallel, including 16 corn F1 hybrids (with five reciprocals) and their five parental inbreds. Using 21 primers, we scored a total of 140 different fragments for their presence/absence and intensity variation, where appropriate. When all 21 genotypes were taken into consideration, 20.7% of these fragments were nonpolymorphic, 37.1% were unambiguously polymorphic, and 42.1% were quantitatively polymorphic. Unambiguous polymorphisms were distinguished by the simple presence or absence of a specific fragment in the inbred genotypes, whereas quantitative polymorphisms exhibited a variation in the intensity of a fragment. Of the F1 patterns, 95.2% of the unambiguously polymorphic situations could be interpreted genetically by assuming complete dominance of the presence of the parental fragment, while 3.2% of the F1 patterns exhibited a fragment intensity that was intermediate between the two parental patterns (partial dominance). For quantitative polymorphisms, values of 88.1% for complete dominance and 5.0% for partial dominance were obtained. The results suggest that specific types of errors can be detected in RAPD analysis, that uniparental inheritance is not common, and that RAPD analysis might be more prudently used for some applications than for others.  相似文献
