Although the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) has recently emerged as a system importantly involved in regulating memory formation, the role of hippocampal GRPRs in memory remains controversial. The present study examined the effects of GRPR antagonism on memory consolidation in area CA1 of the hippocampus. Male Wistar rats received bilateral infusions of the GRPR antagonist [D-Tpi6, Leu13 psi(CH2NH)-Leu14] bombesin (6-14) (RC-3095; 1, 3, or 10 microg/side) into the dorsal hippocampus immediately after inhibitory avoidance (IA) training. RC-3095 at 1 microg impaired, whereas the dose of 10 microg enhanced, 24-h IA retention. A second experiment showed that the RC-3095-induced enhancement of memory consolidation was prevented by pretraining infusion of an otherwise ineffective dose of the gamma-aminobutyric acid type A (GABA(A)) receptor agonist muscimol. The results indicate that high doses of GRPR antagonists can induce enhancement of memory consolidation in the hippocampus. In addition, the memory-enhancing effect of GRPR antagonists might be mediated by inhibition of GABAergic transmission.  相似文献

Increasing evidence indicates that the gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) is implicated in regulating synaptic plasticity and memory formation in the hippocampus and other brain areas. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying the memory-impairing effects of GRPR antagonism have remained unclear. Here we report that basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF/FGF-2) rescues the memory impairment induced by GRPR antagonism in the rat dorsal hippocampus. The GRPR antagonist [D-Tpi6, Leu13 psi(CH2NH)-Leu14] bombesin (6–14) (RC-3095) at 1.0 μg impaired, whereas bFGF at 0.25 μg enhanced, 24 h retention of inhibitory avoidance (IA) when infused immediately after training into the CA1 hippocampal area in male rats. Coinfusion with an otherwise ineffective dose of bFGF blocked the memory-impairing effect of RC-3095. These findings suggest that the memory-impairing effects of GRPR antagonists might be partially mediated by an inhibition in the function and/or expression of neuronal bFGF or diminished activation of intracellular protein kinase pathways associated with bFGF signaling.  相似文献

In sepsis, toll-like receptor (TLR)-4 modulates the migration of neutrophils to infectious foci, favoring bacteremia and mortality. In experimental sepsis, organ dysfunction and cytokines released by activated macrophages can be reduced by gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) receptor (GRPR) antagonist RC-3095. Here we report a link between GRPR and TLR-4 in experimental models and in sepsis patients. RAW 264.7 culture cells were exposed to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and RC-3095 (10 ng/mL). Male Wistar rats were subjected to cecal ligation and puncture (CLP), and RC-3095 was administered (3 mg/kg, subcutaneously); after 6 h, we removed the blood, bronchoalveolar lavage, peritoneal lavage and lung. Human patients with a clinical diagnosis of sepsis received a continuous infusion with RC-3095 (3 mg/kg, intravenous) over a period of 12 h, and plasma was collected before and after RC-3095 administration and, in a different set of patients with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) or sepsis, GRP plasma levels were determined. RC-3095 inhibited TLR-4, extracellular-signal–related kinase (ERK)-1/2, Jun NH2-terminal kinase (JNK) and Akt and decreased activation of activator protein 1 (AP-1), nuclear factor (NF)-κB and interleukin (IL)-6 in macrophages stimulated by LPS. It also decreased IL-6 release from macrophages stimulated by TNF-α. RC-3095 treatment in CLP rats decreased lung TLR-4, reduced the migration of cells to the lung and reduced systemic cytokines and bacterial dissemination. Patients with sepsis and systemic inflammatory response syndrome have elevated plasma levels of GRP, which associates with clinical outcome in the sepsis patients. These findings highlight the role of GRPR signaling in sepsis outcome and the beneficial action of GRPR antagonists in controlling the inflammatory response in sepsis through a mechanism involving at least inhibition of TLR-4 signaling.  相似文献

The gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRPR) has been implicated in the modulation of emotionally-motivated memory. In the present study, we investigated the role of the GRPR on non-emotional, non-associative memory, and anxiety. Adult male Wistar rats were given a systemic injection of the GRPR antagonist [D-Tpi6, Leu13 psi(CH2NH)-Leu14] bombesin (6–14) (RC-3095) (0.2, 1.0 or 5.0 mg/kg) 30 min before exposure to an open field or an elevated plus maze. Habituation to the open field was tested in a retention trial carried out 24 h after the first exposure to the open field. Rats given RC-3095 at the doses of 1.0 or 5.0 mg/kg showed impaired habituation. Animals treated with 5.0 mg/kg of RC-3095 spent significantly more time in the closed arms of the elevated plus maze. No effects of RC-3095 on locomotion or exploratory behavior were observed. The results implicate the GRPR in the regulation of non-emotional, non-associative memory as well as in anxiety.  相似文献

Storage of emotionally influenced memory is regulated by activation of glucocorticoid receptors (GRs) as well as of gastrin-releasing peptide receptors (GRPRs) in the dorsal hippocampus. In the present study, male Wistar rats were given a bilateral infusion of saline or the GRPR antagonist (D-Tpi6, Leu13 psi[CH2NH]-Leu14) bombesin (6-14) (RC-3095) (1.0 microg/side) into the dorsal hippocampus 10 min before training on an inhibitory avoidance task, followed by an immediate post-training i.p. injection of vehicle or the GR agonist dexamethasone (0.3 mg/kg). A retention test trial, carried out 24 h after training, indicated that intrahippocampal infusion of RC-3095 impaired inhibitory avoidance retention. Post-training administration of dexamethasone induced an enhancement of retention regardless of whether the animals had received saline or RC-3095 into the hippocampus before training. The findings indicate that hippocampal GRPR blockade does not prevent memory enhancement induced by dexamethasone. Together with previous results, these findings suggest that endogenous activation of GRPRs in the hippocampus modulates the consolidation of emotional memory, but is not a critical receptor system mediating memory formation.  相似文献

This study was performed to evaluate the efficacy and duration of action of a new bombesin antagonist D-Tpi6,Leu13 psi (CH2NH)Leu14-bombesin (6-14) (RC-3095), given by different routes of administration, in suppressing gastrin releasing-peptide (GRP(14-27))-stimulated gastrin release in rats. First, we showed that GRP(14-27) itself was highly active when administered by different routes. GRP(14-27), given to rats at a dose of 25 micrograms/100 g b.w. significantly increased serum gastrin levels 3 and 6 min after intravenous and for more than 30 min after subcutaneous administration or pulmonary inhalation. RC-3095 was then injected subcutaneously, intravenously and also delivered by pulmonary inhalation at a dose of 10 micrograms/100 g b.w. in each case to seven male rats 2, 30, 60 or 120 min prior to i.v. administration of 5 micrograms GRP(14-27). RC-3095 administered 2 min prior to GRP(14-27) decreased the gastrin response to GRP(14-27), measured as area under the curve, by 81% in the intravenously injected group and 64% in the pulmonary inhalation group in the first 6 min. When GRP(14-27), was given 30 min after administration of RC-3095, the gastrin response was decreased by 52% in the subcutaneous group, 49% in the pulmonary inhalation group and 11% in the intravenous group during the first 6 min. RC-3095 delivered subcutaneously or by pulmonary inhalation 1 h before GRP(14-27) was also able to significantly inhibit gastrin release. Analysis of the data revealed that the bioavailability of RC-3095 given by the pulmonary inhalation route was about 69% of the s.c. route.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

The mRNAs of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) exhibit a similar, though not identical, regional and cellular distribution in the rodent brain. In situ hybridization experiments have shown that BDNF, like NGF, is predominantly expressed by neurons. The neuronal localization of the mRNAs of these two neurotrophic molecules raised the question as to whether neuronal activity might be involved in the regulation of their synthesis. After we had demonstrated that depolarization with high potassium (50 mM) resulted in an increase in the levels of both BDNF and NGF mRNAs in cultures of hippocampal neurons, we investigated the effect of a large number of transmitter substances. Kainic acid, a glutamate receptor agonist, was by far the most effective in increasing BDNF and NGF mRNA levels in the neurons, but neither N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NMDA) nor inhibitors of the NMDA glutamate receptors had any effect. However, the kainic acid mediated increase was blocked by antagonists of non-NMDA receptors. Kainic acid also elevated levels of BDNF and NGF mRNAs in rat hippocampus and cortex in vivo. These results suggest that the synthesis of these two neurotrophic factors in the brain is regulated by neuronal activity via non-NMDA glutamate receptors.  相似文献

Gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) acts as an autocrine growth factor for neuroblastoma and other types of cancer, and its cell-surface receptor, GRPR, is overexpressed in advanced-stage human neuroblastoma. GRPR knockdown and GRPR antagonism inhibit the growth of experimental neuroblastoma. Here we show that a GRPR antagonist promotes rather than inhibits the growth of neuroblastoma cells. The GRPR antagonist, RC-3095, at 0.1 nM inhibited, whereas at 100 nM stimulated proliferation of Neuro2a murine neuroblastoma cells in vitro. The stimulatory effects were prevented by the histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi), sodium butyrate (NaB). Expression of GRPR mRNA in Neuro2a cells was analyzed by RT-PCR. These findings provide evidence that a GRPR antagonist can stimulate the growth of cancer cells, and suggest that GRPR might interact with epigenetic mechanisms in regulating neuroblastoma cell growth.  相似文献

Bombesin (BN)-like peptides regulate cell proliferation and cancer growth as well as neuroendocrine and neural functions. We evaluated the effects of the BN/gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) antagonist RC-3095 on memory formation. Male Wistar rats were given a bilateral infusion of saline or RC-3095 (0.2, 1.0 or 5.0 microg) into the dorsal hippocampus either immediately or 2 h after training in an inhibitory avoidance (IA) task. Retention test trials were carried out 1.5 h (short-term memory) and 24 h (long-term memory) after training. RC-3095 impaired both short- and long-term retention only when given immediately after training. The results suggest that the hippocampal BN/GRP receptor system modulates IA memory formation.  相似文献

Bombesin (BN)-like peptides might be involved in the pathogenesis of neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia. Stereotyped behaviors induced by the dopamine receptor agonist apomorphine or the N-methyl-D-aspartate glutamate receptor antagonist dizocilpine (MK-801) in rodents have been proposed as animal models of schizophrenic psychosis. In the present study we evaluated the effects of the BN/gastrin-releasing peptide receptor (GRP) antagonist (D-Tpi6, Leu13 psi[CH2NH]-Leu14) bombesin (6-14) (RC-3095) on apomorphine and MK-801-induced stereotyped behavior in mice. An intraperitoneal (i.p.) injection of RC-3095 (1.0, 10.0 or 100.0 mg/kg) blocked apomorphine-induced stereotypy. The inhibitory effect of RC-3095 on apomorhine-induced stereotypy was similar to that induced by haloperidol (0.5 mg/kg). RC-3095 did not affect stereotyped behavior induced by MK-801 (0.5 mg/kg). The results provide the first evidence that BN/GRP receptor antagonism blocks stereotyped behavior induced by a dopamine agonist. Together with previous evidence, the present study indicates that the BN/GRP receptor can be considered a drug target in the investigation of potential new agents for treating neuropsychiatric disorders.  相似文献

Biological activities of highly potent octapeptide analogs of somatostatin (SS), D-Phe-Cys-Tyr-D-Trp-Lys-Val-Cys-Trp-NH2 (RC-160) and D-Phe-Cys-Tyr-D-Trp-Lys-Val-Cys-Thr-NH2 (RC-121), were investigated in male rats. When analog RC-160 was administered to rats in which serum growth hormone (GH) levels were elevated by pentobarbital anesthesia, a dose-related inhibition of GH was obtained at dose range of 0.1 to 2.5 micrograms/kg. The time course of GH inhibition by RC-160, RC-121 and SS-14 was studied in rats treated with phenobarbital, morphine and chlorpromazine. Analogs RC-160 and RC-121 induced a prolonged inhibition of GH levels, in contrast to SS-14, whose effect was short-lived. The analogs suppressed the GH level for more than 2 hr, the peak inhibition being seen 30 to 60 min after the injection. The effects of analogs RC-160 and RC-121 on insulin secretion were observed in rats, in which insulin levels had been elevated by intravenous administration of glucose (500 mg/rat). Administration of RC-160 suppressed insulin secretion, dose-dependently, maximum but not complete inhibition being achieved at a dose of 100 micrograms/kg. In this model, RC-160 and RC-121, in doses of 30 micrograms/kg, induced a similar inhibition of insulin release as 200 micrograms/kg of SS-14, whose action of SS-14 was transient. The effect of analog RC-160 on glucagon release was studied in rats with glucagon levels elevated by hypoglycemia. RC-160 suppressed the secretion of glucagon, the inhibition being dose-dependent in the range of 0.1 to 2 micrograms/kg. Doses of 2 and 10 micrograms/kg of this analog completely suppressed the hypoglycemia-induced glucagon release. These results indicate that analogs RC-160 and RC-121 possess prolonged and enhanced biological activities, the former analog showing a high selectivity in inhibiting GH and glucagon release in vivo as compared with that of insulin secretion.  相似文献

The pathogenesis of sepsis is characterized by an overwhelming systemic inflammatory response that can lead to multiple organ failure. Considering that we have recently demonstrated that mitochondrial respiratory chain and creatine kinase (CK) are altered in the brain of rats after cecal ligation and perforation (CLP) and that a combination of N-acetylcysteine/deferoxamine (NAC/DFX), taurine and RC-3095 were shown to be an effective treatment of sepsis, we investigated whether the alterations of these enzymes may be reversed by these drugs. The results demonstrated that CLP inhibited complexes I and II, and that all the treatments were able to reverse this inhibition in all brain areas studied in the present work. On the other hand, complexes III and IV were not affected by sepsis neither by any of the treatments. An increase in CK activity in brain of rats 12 h after CLP was also verified; the administration of NAC/DFX and taurine reversed the increase in CK activity in hippocampus, cerebral cortex, cerebellum and striatum. On the other hand, RC-3095 significantly decreased CK activity, when compared to sham group in all brain areas studied. This is a preliminary study which showed beneficial effects of the treatments we proposed.  相似文献

Differential Regulation of Hippocampal Neurotrophins During Aging in Rats   总被引:9,自引:1,他引:9
Abstract: Neurotrophins are a family of neurotrophic factors with considerable structural homology. We used sensitive and specific two-site enzyme immunoassays to assess age-associated changes in levels of three neurotrophins—nerve growth factor (NGF), brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), and neurotrophin-3 (NT-3)—in the hippocampus of Fischer 344 rats. Expressions of these proteins and their mRNAs were compared in the same animals. More than 200 ng of BDNF per gram of tissue was detected in the hippocampus of 2-month-old rats. This amount was two and 100 times greater than that of NT-3 and NGF, respectively. The levels of BDNF and NT-3 increased further 2–6 months after birth, whereas NGF content declined during this period, and the altered protein levels of all three neurotrophins were maintained 6–18 months postnatally. In contrast to the patterns of protein expression, BDNF mRNA levels increased during both of these periods, and the NT-3 mRNA levels appeared to decline. Changes in the expression of BDNF mRNA and NGF protein were opposite to those reported to occur in Alzheimer's disease. These results suggest that, during normal aging in rats, neurotrophin expression is regulated independently at both the mRNA and posttranslational levels. Any deficiency in their regulation might contribute to neurodegenerative disorders.  相似文献

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is an autoimmune disease that leads to joint destruction. The fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) has a central role on the disease pathophysiology. The present study aimed to examine the role of gastrin-releasing peptide (GRP) and its receptor (GRPR) on invasive behavior of mice fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS), as well as to evaluate GRP-induced signaling on PI3K/AKT pathway. The expression of GRPR in FLS was investigated by immunocytochemistry, western blot (WB) and qRT-PCR. The proliferation and invasion were assessed by SRB and matrigel-transwell assay after treatment with GRP and/or RC-3095 (GRPR antagonist), and/or Ly294002 (inhibitor of PI3K/AKT pathway). Finally, AKT phosphorylation was assessed by WB. GRPR protein was detected in FLS and the exposure to GRP increased FLS invasion by nearly two-fold, compared with untreated cells (p < 0.05), while RC-3095 reversed that effect (p < 0.001). GRP also increased phosphorylated AKT expression in FLS. When Ly294002 was added with GRP, it prevented the GRP-induced increased cell invasiveness (p < 0.001). These data suggest that GRPR expression in FLS and that exogenous GRP are able to activate FLS invasion. This effect occurs at least in part through the AKT activation. Therefore, understanding of the GRP/GRPR pathway could be relevant in the development of FLS-targeted therapy for RA.  相似文献

Involvement of nitric oxide in pentylenetetrazole-induced kindling in rats   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
We investigated the role of nitric oxide (NO) and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in the pentylenetetrazole (PTZ)-induced kindling in rats. Seizures were induced by single administration of PTZ, which was associated with an increase in levels of NO metabolites (NOx) in the hippocampus. Pretreatment with a neuronal NO synthase inhibitor, 7-nitroindazole (7-NI), diminished the PTZ-induced increase in NOx levels without affecting the seizure intensity. Repeated administration of PTZ produced a gradual increase in the seizure intensity, leading to the development of kindling. In the kindled rats, PTZ at a dose of 40 mg/kg increased NOx levels in the hippocampus, whereas it had no effect in control animals. Cotreatment of 7-NI with PTZ blocked the development of kindling and attenuated the PTZ-induced increase in NOx levels. A significant increase in BDNF levels was observed in the hippocampus of the kindled rats, which returned to the control levels following seizures induced by PTZ. 7-NI reduced the hippocampal BDNF levels in control rats and suppressed the increase of BDNF levels in the kindled rats. Our findings suggest that NO plays a role in the development of PTZ-induced kindling and that BDNF may contribute to the NO-dependent plastic changes in neuronal excitability.  相似文献

The effects of gastrin, cholecystokinin (CCK) and bombesin on the DNA synthesis, as a biochemical indicator of trophic action in the gastroduodenal mucosa and the pancreas have been examined in rats fasted for 48 h and in rats refed for 16 h with or without administration of specific receptor antagonists for bombesin, gastrin and CCK. Bombesin and gastrin administered three times daily for 48 h in fasted rats significantly increased the rate of DNA synthesis as measured by the incorporation of [3H] thymidine into DNA in each tissue tested. CCK significantly increased DNA synthesis in the duodenal mucosa and pancreatic tissue, but not in the gastric mucosa. The stimulation of DNA synthesis induced by bombesin in the gastroduodenal mucosa and pancreas was abolished by bombesin/GRP receptor antagonist, RC-3095. RC-3095 did not affect DNA synthesis stimulated by gastrin and CCK in these tissues. L-365,260, a receptor antagonist for gastrin suppressed the DNA synthesis induced by gastrin but not by CCK or bombesin in the gastrointestinal mucosa and pancreas. L-364,718 a specific antagonist for CCK receptors was effective only against CCK stimulated duodenal mucosa and pancreatic growth. Refeeding of 48 h fasting rats strongly enhanced the DNA synthesis in all tissues tested, and this effect was significantly reduced in the gastroduodenal mucosa by blocking only gastrin receptors (with L-365,260) and that in the duodenal mucosa and the pancreas by antagonizing of CCK receptors (with L-364,718). Antagonism of bombesin receptors (with RC-3095) did not significantly affect the stimulation of DNA synthesis induced by refeeding in all tissues tested. This study indicates that the stimulation of DNA synthesis can be achieved by exogenous gastrin, CCK and bombesin acting through separate receptor but that only gastrin and CCK play the major role in the postprandial stimulation of the growth of gastroduodenal mucosa and pancreatic tissue.  相似文献

The present study was undertaken to examine whether NKH477, a novel and potent water-soluble forskolin derivative, stimulates adenylyl cyclase and regulates brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and TrkB expression in the rat brain. Administration of NKH477 at a dose of 1.0 mg/kg, but not 0.1 mg/kg, increased levels of cyclic AMP (cAMP) in a time-dependent manner in frontal cortex and hippocampus. Repeated administration of NKH477 (1.0 mg/kg) for 7 or 14 days also increased levels of cAMP in these two brain regions, indicating that the response does not desensitize with chronic treatment. In addition, administration of NKH477 at the 1 mg/kg dose increased the expression of BDNF and TrkB mRNA in frontal cortex and hippocampus. This effect was observed after single, as well as repeated (7 or 14 days), administration of NKH477. These results demonstrate that NKH477 administration rapidly increases cAMP levels in brain and provides evidence that stimulation of this second messenger system increases the expression of BDNF and TrkB mRNA.  相似文献

To analyze the effect of bombesin on the somatostatin (SS) mechanism of action in the exocrine pancreas, male Wistar rats (250-270 g) were injected intraperitoneally with bombesin (10 microg/kg) three times daily at 8-h intervals for 7 or 14 days. Bombesin attenuated the ability of SS to inhibit forskolin-stimulated adenylyl cyclase activity in pancreatic acinar membranes. However, it did not decrease the ability of forskolin to stimulate the adenylyl cyclase catalytic subunit. The ability of 5'-guanylylimidodiphosphate [Gpp(NH)p] (a nonhydrolyzable GTP analog) to inhibit forskolin-stimulated adenylyl cyclase activity was diminished in pancreatic acinar cell membranes from bombesin-treated rats. Bombesin administration did not affect the ADP-ribosylation of a 41-kDa G protein catalyzed by pertussis toxin. The maximal SS binding capacity of pancreatic acinar membranes from bombesin-treated rats was decreased when compared with controls at the two time periods studied. The bombesin/gastrin-releasing peptide antagonist [D-Tpi6,Leu13psi(CH2NH)Leu14]bombesin (6-14) (RC-3095) (10 microg/kg i.p.), injected three times daily at 8-h intervals for 7 or 14 days, had a similar effect to that of bombesin on the SS mechanism of action. The combined administration of bombesin and its antagonist RC-3095 had a greater effect on the SS receptor-effector system than when administered separately. The present study indicates that the pancreatic SS receptor-effector system may be regulated by bombesin in vivo.  相似文献

A high level of hippocampal brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in normally aged as compared with young rats suggests that it is important to maintain a considerable level of hippocampal BDNF during aging in order to keep normal hippocampal functions. To elucidate possible mechanisms of endogenous BDNF increase, changes in levels of BDNF were studied in the rat brain following systemic administration of various convulsant agents; excitotoxic glutamate agonists, NMDA, kainic acid and (+/-)-alpha-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methylisoxazole-4-propionic acid (AMPA); GABA receptor antagonists, picrotoxin, pentylenetetrazole (PTZ) and lindane (gamma-hexachlorocyclohexane); and L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel agonist, BAY-K 8644. Kainic acid and AMPA, but not NMDA, caused remarkable increases in BDNF protein in the rat hippocampus and entorhinal cortex. Picrotoxin, PTZ and lindane stimulated BDNF production in the entorhinal cortex and also in the hippocampus of rats showing very severe convulsions. On the other hand, BAY-K 8644 treatment increased BDNF levels in the neocortex and entorhinal cortex. Maximal levels of BDNF protein were observed at 12--24 h, 8--16 h and 6 h following administration of kainic acid, PTZ and BAY-K 8644, respectively. Kainic acid stimulated BDNF synthesis in presynaptic hippocampal granule neurons, but not in postsynaptic neurons with its receptors, while PTZ and BAY-K 8644 produced the same effects in postsynaptic neurons in the entorhinal cortex (in granule neurons in the hippocampus) and in the whole cortex, respectively. Nifedipine inhibited almost completely BAY-K 8644, but not PTZ, effects. omega-Conotoxin GVIA and DCG-IV partially blocked kainic acid-induced enhancement of BDNF, indicating involvement of L-type and N-type voltage-dependent calcium channels, respectively. In addition, BDNF levels in the hippocampus of mice deficient in D-myo-inositol-1,4,5-triphosphate receptor gene were scarcely different from those in the same region of controls, suggesting little involvement of intracellular calcium increase through this receptor. BAY-K 8644, but not kainic acid or PTZ, stimulated the phosphorylation of cyclic AMP responsive element binding protein. Our results indicate convulsant-dependent stimulation of BDNF production and involvement of region-specific voltage-dependent calcium channels.  相似文献
