When starved of essential nutrients, yeast cells cease mitotic division and enter an alternative state called the 'stationary phase'. In this paper, we report that stationary cells enter two major pathways: meiosis and apoptosis. Using transmission electron microscopy, five types of cell were identified in the stationary phase: (1) cells with chromosome condensed nuclei; (2) cells with normal, homogeneously stained nuclei; (3) sporulated cells; (4) apoptotic cells, in which chromatin, but not individual chromosomes, was condensed; and (5) dead cells, in which nuclei and cytoplasm were degraded. Further evidence using live cell imaging and mutation analysis suggested that cells with condensed chromosomes underwent meiosis, whereas chromatin condensed cells underwent apoptotic cell death. Cells with homogeneous nuclei are believed to be in the true resting state and undergo cell death when starvation continues. Chromosome or chromatin condensation may serve as a hallmark of life or death for stationary cells.  相似文献

Several proteins with phosphorylated tyrosine residues have been shown to be closely involved in the control of meiotic nuclear division. We identified a 42-kD protein in pig oocytes, using a polyclonal antibody to a synthetic phosphotyrosine construct that increases significantly in amount after 12 hr of maturation culture, and is discretely localized to condensing and condensed chromosomes. However, since microinjection of the antibody into oocytes blocks spindle formation, the role of this protein appears to be at that stage rather than directly in chromosome condensation. Specificity of action of the 42-kD protein indicates that it may be a phosphorylation-dependent component necessary for successful spindle assembly. © 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

Calcium (Ca(2+))/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase kinase (CaMKK) is a novel member of Ca(2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase (CaMK) family, whose physiological roles in regulating meiotic cell cycle needs to be determined. We showed by Western blot that CaMKK was expressed in pig oocytes at various maturation stages. Confocal microscopy was employed to observe CaMKK distribution. In oocytes at the germinal vesicle (GV) or prometaphase I (pro-MI) stage, CaMKK was distributed in the nucleus, around the condensed chromatin and the cortex of the cell. At metaphase I (MI) stage, CaMKK was concentrated in the cortex of the cell. After transition to anaphase I or telophase I stage, CaMKK was detected around the separating chromosomes and in the cortex of the cell. At metaphase II (MII) stage, CaMKK was localized to the cortex of the cell, with a thicker area near the first polar body (PB1). Treatment of pig cumulus-enclosed oocytes with STO-609, a membrane-permeable CaMKK inhibitor, resulted in the delay/inhibition of the meiotic resumption and the inhibition of first polar body emission. The correlation between CaMKK and microfilaments during meiotic maturation of pig oocytes was then studied. CaMKK and microfilaments were colocalized from MI to MII during porcine oocyte maturation. After oocytes were treated with STO-609, microfilaments were depolymerized, while in oocytes exposed to cytochalasin B (CB), a microfilament polymerization inhibitor, CaMKK became diffused evenly throughout the cell. These data suggest that CaMKK is involved in regulating the meiotic cell cycle probably by interacting with microfilaments in pig oocytes.  相似文献

Mutations in the Drosophila gene greatwall cause improper chromosome condensation and delay cell cycle progression in larval neuroblasts. Chromosomes are highly undercondensed, particularly in the euchromatin, but nevertheless contain phosphorylated histone H3, condensin, and topoisomerase II. Cells take much longer to transit the period of chromosome condensation from late G2 through nuclear envelope breakdown. Mutant cells are also subsequently delayed at metaphase, due to spindle checkpoint activity. These mutant phenotypes are not caused by spindle aberrations, by global defects in chromosome replication, or by activation of a caffeine-sensitive checkpoint. The Greatwall proteins in insects and vertebrates are located in the nucleus and belong to the AGC family of serine/threonine protein kinases; the kinase domain of Greatwall is interrupted by a long stretch of unrelated amino acids.  相似文献

In the present study, we investigated the expression of cyclin A2 in mouse two-cell embryos to elucidate the role of cyclin A2 at the G2/M transition. Two forms of cyclin A2 on SDS-PAGE (an upper and a lower band) were detected in two-cell embryos synchronized at the M phase by nocodazole. To investigate the nature of this shift, embryos synchronized at the M phase were treated with alkaline phosphatase (AP). The upper band of cyclin A2 was fainter in AP-treated embryos than in nontreated embryos. This result indicates that cyclin A2 in mouse two-cell embryos is phosphorylated and the band on SDS-PAGE shifts up during the G2/M transition. In addition, we examined the sequential expression of cyclin A2 in two-cell blocked embryos after OA treatment. The upper band of cyclin A2 was first detected at 2 hr after the treatment, corresponding to the timing of Cdc2 kinase activation. In two-cell embryos after removal from nocodazole treatment, the phosphorylated form of cyclin A2 protein decreased abruptly just before cytokinesis. These results suggest that the mechanism of cyclin A2 degradation in mouse two-cell embryos may be different from that in somatic cells.  相似文献

In this study, taxol was used as a tool to study the correlation of microtubule assembly with chromosomes, gamma-tubulin and phosphorylated mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase in pig oocytes at different maturational stages. Taxol treatment did not affect meiotic resumption and chromosome condensation but inhibited/disrupted chromosome alignment at the metaphase plate and bipolar spindle formation and thus meiotic progression. Microtubules were co-localized with chromosomes and were found to emanate from the chromosomes in taxol-treated oocytes, suggesting that chromosomes may serve as a source of microtubule organization. In addition, the concentric emanation of microtubules within the chromosome-surrounded area in taxol-treated oocytes suggests that microtubule emanation from the chromosomes may be directed by other microtubule-organizing material. The formation of one large spindle or >/=2 spindles in oocytes after taxol removal shows that minus end microtubule-organizing material can be normally located on both sides of chromosomes only when the chromosomes are aligned on the metaphase plate. The co-localization of gamma-tubulin and phosphorylated MAP kinase with microtubule assembly in both control and taxol-treated oocytes suggests that these two proteins are associated microtubule-nucleating material in pig oocytes. However, Western blot analysis showed that neither cytoplasmic microtubule aster formation nor extensive microtubule assembly in the chromosome region induced by taxol was caused by super-activation of MAP kinase. Taxol also induced microtubule assembly depending on chromosome distribution in the first polar body. The results suggest that chromosomes are always co-localized with microtubules and that emanation of microtubules from the chromosomes may be regulated/directed by microtubule-organizing material including gamma-tubulin and phosphorylated MAP kinase in pig oocytes.  相似文献

PKB/AKT is involved in resumption of meiosis in mouse oocytes   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: In fully grown mouse oocytes, a decrease in cAMP concentration precedes and is linked to CDK1 (cyclin-dependent kinase 1) activation. The molecular mechanism for this coupling, however, is not defined. PKB (protein kinase B, also called AKT) is implicated in CDK1 activation in lower species. During resumption of meiosis in starfish oocytes, MYT1, a negative regulator of CDK1, is phosphorylated by PKB in an inhibitory manner. It can imply that PKB is also involved in CDK1 activation in mammalian oocytes. RESULTS: We monitored activation of PKB and CDK1 during maturation of mouse oocytes. PKB phosphorylation and activation preceded GVBD (germinal vesicle breakdown) in oocytes maturing either in vitro or in vivo. Activation was transient and PKB activity was markedly reduced when virtually all of the oocytes had undergone GVBD. PKB activation was independent of CDK1 activity, because although butyrolactone I prevented CDK1 activation and GVBD, PKB was nevertheless transiently phosphorylated and activated. LY-294002, an inhibitor of phosphoinositide 3-kinase-PKB signalling, suppressed activation of PKB and CDK1 as well as resumption of meiosis. OA (okadaic acid)-sensitive phosphatases are involved in PKB-activity regulation, because OA induced PKB hyperphosphorylation. During resumption of meiosis, PKB phosphorylated on Ser(473) is associated with nuclear membrane and centrosome, whereas PKB phosphorylated on Thr(308) is localized on centrosome only. CONCLUSIONS: The results of the present paper indicate that PKB is involved in CDK1 activation and resumption of meiosis in mouse oocytes. The presence of phosphorylated PKB on centrosome at the time of GVBD suggests its important role for an initial CDK1 activation.  相似文献

Meiotic maturation of mammalian oocytes is under the control of cell cycle molecules Cdc2 kinase and MAP kinase (mitogen-activated protein kinase). In the present study, we investigated the relationship between the ability to activate Cdc2 kinase and MAP kinase and the acquisition of meiotic competence during pig oocyte growth. Growing and fully grown pig oocytes were collected from four groups of antral follicles of various diameters (A, 0.5-0.7 mm; B, 1.0-1.5 mm; C, 2.0-2.5 mm; D, 4.0-6.0 mm) and cultured in vitro. Fully grown oocytes from class D follicles, which have full competence to mature to metaphase II, had the ability to activate both Cdc2 kinase and MAP kinase. In contrast, growing oocytes from class A follicles, which have limited competence to resume meiosis, had no such ability. Cyclin B1 molecules did accumulate, however, with phosphorylated 35 and 36 kDa bands of p34cdc2 appearing in the cultured oocytes. Of the growing oocytes from class B follicles, 60% resumed meiosis but arrested at metaphase I. Some of the oocytes in this class were capable of activating Cdc2 kinase, although they did not appear to have established a MAP kinase-activating pathway or the ability to activate MEK. These results suggest that limited meiotic competence in growing oocytes from class A follicles is due to their inability to activate Cdc2 kinase and their incomplete MEK-MAP-kinase pathway, although the oocytes are capable of accumulating cyclin B1 molecules. During the final growth phase, pig oocytes acquire the ability to activate Cdc2 kinase and then establish the MEK-MAP-kinase pathway for full meiotic competence.  相似文献

The present study was carried out using the method of electrofusion, or treatment with okadaic acid (OA), to determine whether protein synthesis at the onset of culture was required for the meiotic resumption of bovine follicular oocytes. Germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) occurred in bovine oocytes at 6 hr after separation from their follicles in vitro. Following this, immature germinal vesicle (GV) oocytes, preincubated for 0,2,4, and 6 hr, were fused to mature oocytes. When immature oocytes, preincubated for 0 hr, were fused to mature oocytes and then cultured for 3 hr in basic medium, GVBD was observed in all fused cells, whereas in the case of cultivation in medium supplemented with the protein synthesis inhibitor (25 μg/ml cycloheximide; CX), 39% of the fused cells possessed an intact GV within their cytoplasm. In immature oocytes preincubated for 4 or 6 hr, however, this proportion was significantly reduced to 7% and 4%, respectively, without protein synthesis after fusion. In addition, the CX-dependent block of GVBD could be overcome in only 13% of bovine follicular oocytes by the addition of 2 μM OA, although 51% of oocytes which synthesized the protein during the first 6 hr of culture induced GVBD in subsequent culture with CX plus OA. Thus, we conclude that the initiation of GVBD in bovine oocytes requires protein synthesized at the onset of meiosis, which is related to the autocatalytic amplification of the maturation-promoting factor. © 1995 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

We have investigated at a molecular level the requirements for germinal vesicle (nuclear) material during the course of meiosis in Xenopus oocytes. We present the localization of some cell cycle proteins in stage VI oocytes; most of those analyzed are cytoplasmic, although some (MAD, 26S proteasome) are distributed between the cytoplasm and the germinal vesicle. By analyzing changes in individual oocytes, we find that the unphosphorylated form of cyclin B2 disappears and the phosphorylated form is then degraded in both nucleated and enucleated oocytes. Enucleated oocytes are also capable of resynthesizing both cyclin B1 and cyclin B2 after the initial degradation and of reactivating cdc2 kinase. Synthesis of mos protein and activation of MAP kinase concomitant with cdc2-cyclin B reactivation are also unaffected by prior removal of the germinal vesicle.  相似文献

Cattle oocytes were maintained at germinal vesicles (GV) stage for 24 hr using a combination of two specific and potent inhibitors of M-phase promoting factor (MPF) kinase activity, butyrolactone I (BL-I) and roscovitine (ROS). The media used for inhibition were (a) TCM-199 only and (b) TCM-199 supplemented with serum, hormones and growth factors. The effective doses of inhibitors were 6.25 microM BL-I and 12.5 microM ROS in medium (a) and 50 microM BL-I and 12.5 microM ROS in medium (b). After inhibition, about 90% of the oocytes resumed meiosis and reached the metaphase II (MII) stage during 24 hr of maturation. Following fertilisation the percentage of cleavage (D +2), compacted morula (D +6), blastocysts on D +7 and D +8 and the survival to freezing and thawing of grade 1 embryos frozen on D +7 were not different between the experimental treated groups and the control. In order to evaluate early foetal development, two groups of five grade 1 D +7 blastocysts derived from treated oocytes and two groups of five control embryos were transferred nonsurgically in four synchronised recipient heifers. On D +27, the recipients were slaughtered and the foetuses were recovered. In both groups, six foetuses developed out of the 10 embryos transferred. In conclusion, several supplements can be added to the prematuration medium of bovine oocytes without reducing the quality of inhibition but also without improving their subsequent developmental competence versus treated oocytes in TCM-199 only and versus untreated control. Furthermore, the prematuration step used in this study does not interfere with normal foetal development during the first stages of organogenesis.  相似文献

G2-phase-arrested immature starfish oocytes contain inactive cdc2 kinase and cdc25 phosphatase, and an inactivator for cdc2 kinase. In this system, we have studied how the regulatory balance is apped toward the initial activation of cdc2 kinase. During the hormone-dependent period (Guerrier, P., and M. Doree, 1975. Dev. Biol. 47:341-348), p34cdc2 and cdc25 protein are already converted, though not fully, to active forms, whereas the inactivators for cdc2 kinase and cdc25 phosphatase are able to exhibit their activities if the hormone were removed. We produced "triggered oocytes," in which due to a neutralizing anticdc25 antibody, the activation of cdc2 kinase is prevented out cdc25 protein is phosphorylated slightly after the maturation-inducing hormonal stimulus. In contrast to control immature oocytes, in triggered oocytes the injected cdc2 kinase is not inactivated, and accordingly the level of cdc2 kinase activity required for meiosis reinitiation is much less. These results imply the presence of a cdc2 kinase activity-independent process(es) that suppresses the inactivator for cdc2 kinase and initially phosphorylates cdc25 protein, although this process is reversible during the initial activation of cdc2 kinase. At the most initial triggering of M-phase, the cdc2 kinase activity-independent process might trip the switch leading to the initial activation of cdc2 kinase. Thereafter, in parallel, the cdc2 kinase-dependent feedback loops described by others may cause further increase in cdc2 kinase activity. We propose that a putative suppressor, which downregulates the inactivator for cdc2 kinase independently of nuclear components, might be a previously unrecognized component of maturation-promoting factor.  相似文献

Butyrolactone I (BL-I) and Roscovitine (ROS), two specific and potent inhibitors of M-phase promoting factor (MPF) kinase activity, were used to block germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) of cattle oocytes. A concentration 6.25 microM BL-I and 12.5 microM ROS blocked over 93.3 +/- 2.5% of oocytes in germinal vesicle (GV) stage during a 24-hr culture period. Following a second 24-hr culture step in maturation medium (IVM) almost all (91.5 +/- 3.0%) inhibited oocytes resumed meiosis and reached the metaphase II (MII) stage. The MII kinetics was different for inhibited and control oocytes. Fifty percent MII was reached at 13-14 hr in BL-I + ROS treated oocytes, compared to 18 hr in control oocytes. Therefore, control oocytes were fertilised (IVF) after 22 hr IVM and inhibited oocytes after 16 or 22 hr IVM. After IVF, percentage of grade 1 freezable embryos on day 7 (D + 7) as well as percentage of blastocyst formation on D + 8 in the group of BL-I + ROS treated oocytes fertilised after 16 hr IVM were higher (P < 0.05) compared with the other experimental group fertilised after 22 hr IVM but not different in comparison with the control. Survival to freezing and thawing of grade 1 embryos frozen on D + 7 was employed as viability criteria and was similar in all groups. Thus, the presence of BL-I + ROS in the prematuration medium of bovine oocytes determines a reversible meiotic block, without compromising their subsequent developmental competence.  相似文献

Reversible phosphorylation of serine/threonine residues of cell cycle-regulatory proteins is one of the key molecular mechanisms controlling eukaryotic cell division. In plants, the protein kinase partners (i.e. p34cdc2/CDC28-related kinases) have been extensively studied, while the role of counter-acting protein phosphatases is less well understood. We used endothall (ET) as a cell-permeable inhibitor of serine/threonine-specific protein phosphatases to alter cytological and biochemical characteristics of cell division in cultured alfalfa cells. A high concentration of ET (10 and 50 microM) inhibited both protein phosphatases 1 and 2 (PP1 and PP2A), while a low concentration (1 microM) of ET-treatment primarily reduced the PP2A activity. High concentrations of the inhibitor increased the frequency of hypercondensed early and late prophase chromosomes that could not enter metaphase. In contrast, a low concentration of ET did not interfere with chromosomal events but caused significant alterations in the organisation of microtubules. Exposure of cells to 1 microM ET resulted in disturbance of preprophase band formation, increase in the number of nuclei with prophase microtubule assembly, premature polarisation of the spindle, and abnormal phragmoplast maturation. Under the same conditions, the ET-treated cells exhibited an early increase in cdc2MsF kinase activity. These results suggest that PP2A contributes to the control of mitotic kinase activities and microtubule organisation. Normal chromosome condensation and mitotic progression are dependent on both PP1 and PP2A activities. The presented data support the functional role of protein phosphatases in the co-ordination of chromosomal and microtubule events in dividing plant cells.  相似文献

When oocytes resume meiosis, chromosomes start to condense and Cdc2 kinase becomes activated. However, recent findings show that the chromosome condensation does not always correlate with the Cdc2 kinase activity in pig oocytes. The objectives of this study were to examine 1) the correlation between chromosome condensation and histone H3 phosphorylation at serine 10 (Ser10) during the meiotic maturation of pig oocytes and 2) the effects of protein phosphatase 1/2A (PP1/ PP2A) inhibitors on the chromosome condensation and the involvement of Cdc2 kinase, MAP kinase, and histone H3 kinase in this process. The phosphorylation of histone H3 (Ser10) was first detected in the clump of condensed chromosomes at the diakinesis stage and was maintained until metaphase II. The kinase assay showed that histone H3 kinase activity was low in oocytes at the germinal vesicle stage (GV) and increased at the diakinesis stage and that high activity was maintained until metaphase II. Treatment of GV-oocytes with okadaic acid (OA) or calyculin-A (CL-A), the PP1/PP2A inhibitors, induced rapid chromosome condensation with histone H3 (Ser10) phosphorylation after 2 h. Both histone H3 kinase and MAP kinase were activated in the treated oocytes, although Cdc2 kinase was not activated. In the oocytes treated with CL-A and the MEK inhibitor U0126, neither Cdc2 kinase nor MAP kinase were activated and no oocytes underwent germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), although histone H3 kinase was still activated and the chromosomes condensed with histone H3 (Ser10) phosphorylation. These results suggest that the phosphorylation of histone H3 (Ser10) occurs in condensed chromosomes during maturation in pig oocytes. Furthermore, the chromosome condensation is correlated with histone H3 kinase activity but not with Cdc2 kinase and MAP kinase activities.  相似文献

p34cdc2 protein kinase is a universal regulator of M-phase in eukaryotic cell cycle. To investigate the regulation of meiotic and mitotic cell cycle in mammals, we examined the changes in phosphorylation states of p34cdc2 and its histone H1 kinase activity in mouse oocytes and embryos. We showed that p34cdc2 has three different migrating bands (referred to as upper, middle and lower bands) on SDS-PAGE followed by immunoblotting with anti-PSTAIR antibody, and that the upper and middle bands are phosphorylated forms since these two bands shifted to the lower one by alkaline phosphatase treatment. In meiotic cell cycle, only germinal vesicle (GV) stage oocytes had the three forms. The phosphorylated forms decreased gradually in oocytes up to 2 h after isolation from follicles, and thereafter the phosphorylation states did not change significantly until metaphase II. However, the histone H1 kinase activity oscillated, being activated at the first and second metaphase in meiosis and inactivated at the time of the first polar body extrusion. These results suggest that changes in phosphorylation states of p34cdc2 triggered its activation at the first metaphase, but not inactivation and reactivation at the first and second metaphase, respectively. In mitotic cell cycle, phosphorylated forms appeared at 4 h after insemination, increased greatly just before metaphase, and were dephosphorylated in metaphase. Histone H1 kinase activity was high only at metaphase. This kinase activation is probably triggered by dephosphorylation of p34cdc2.  相似文献

Maturing amphibian oocytes undergo drastic morphological changes, including germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), chromosome condensation, and spindle formation in response to progesterone. Two kinases, maturation-promoting factor (MPF) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), are involved in these changes, but their precise roles are unknown. Unlike in Xenopus oocytes, discrimination of the functions of MAPK and MPF in Rana oocytes is easy owing to the lack of pre-MPF. We investigated the roles of these kinases by careful observations of chromosomes and microtubules in Rana oocytes. MPF and MAPK activities were manipulated by treatment with progesterone, c-mos mRNA, or cyclin B mRNA in combination with MAPK kinase inhibitors. Activation of one kinase without activation of the other induced only limited events; GVBD was induced by MPF without MAPK, and reorganization of microtubules at GVBD was induced by MAPK without MPF, but other events were not induced. In contrast, coactivation of MPF and MAPK by injection of c-mos and cyclin B mRNA promoted almost all of the morphological changes that occur during maturation without progesterone, indicating that these are controlled by cooperation of MPF and MAPK. The results revealed the functions of MAPK and MPF in each process of sequential morphological changes during oocyte maturation.  相似文献

Binding of heregulin (HRG) to its receptor, ErbB3, results in a dimerization with ErbB2/neu and activation of their intrinsic tyrosine kinases, initiating a cascade of events resulting in the stimulation of acetylcholine receptor (AChR) genes in muscle. Here we have examined the signalling downstream of the HRG receptor. We show that phosphatidylinositol 3'-kinase (PI3K) and SHC bind to the HRG-activated ErbB3 in myotubes. Subsequently, p70S6 kinase (p70S6k), and MAP kinase ERK2 and thereby p90rsk are activated. However, inhibition of PI3K and p70S6k by wortmannin and rapamycin, respectively, failed to antagonize AChR alpha-subunit gene expression stimulated by HRG, despite the fact that the activities of the kinases were inhibited. In contrast, these inhibitors elevated AChR alpha-subunit mRNA levels, by themselves, independently of muscle electrical activity. On the other hand, the 17mer antisense oligonucleotide, EAS1, caused a specific depletion of ERK2 and eliminated the ability of HRG to stimulate AChR alpha-subunit gene expression. These results indicate that HRG stimulates expression of AChR genes via ERK2 activation, and provide a physiological example of neurotrophic factor-associated repression of AChR genes by stimulation of p70S6k activity which may contribute to the expression of adult type AChR genes at the neuromuscular junction.  相似文献

Time-dependent changes in the level of adenosine cyclic AMP (cAMP) in porcine oocytes during meiotic progression from the germinal vesicle stage (GV stage) to the metaphase II stage (MII stage) were examined using reversed-phase HPLC with UV detection. The concentration of cAMP in oocytes reached a peak at 8 hr of cultivation of cumulus-oocyte complexes (COCs), but it was dramatically decreased after 12-hr cultivation. After a 28-hr cultivation period, the level of cAMP in the oocytes had significantly reduced further, and the basal level of cAMP was observed in oocytes cultured at 32 hr and for up to 48 hr. When phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase) or protein kinase C (PKC) in cumulus cells [which were required for meiotic progression to the MII stage in porcine oocytes (Shimada and Terada, 2001: Biol Reprod 64:1106-1114)] was suppressed by each specific inhibitor following initial 24-hr cultivation of COCs, cAMP level in the oocytes was significantly increased. After 24-hr cultivation in the maturation medium, COCs, which were cultured for an additional 24 hr in the presence of either forskolin or 3-isobutyl-1-methylxanthine (IBMX), exhibited a significant increase in the oocyte cAMP level to the similar level of that in oocytes cultured with PI 3-kinase inhibitor or PKC inhibitor, and the addition of each agent significantly suppressed meiotic progression from the MI to the MII stage and the activity of mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) and p34(cdc2) kinase. These results demonstrated that when transported into oocytes from the cumulus cells via gap junctions, cAMP plays an important role not only in meiotic resumption, but also in the regulation of meiotic progression beyond the MI stage in porcine oocytes.  相似文献
