The test strains Bacteroidetes bacterium (Ba), Pseudomonas fluorescens (Pf) and Variovorax sp. (Va) were selected in advance for their in vitro capability for growth promotion of rapeseed in the presence of increased concentrations of Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn in the medium. In the pot experiment, the strains were used for single Ba, Pf, Va or combined Ba + Pf, Ba + Va, Pf + Va, and Ba + Pf + Va inoculation of B. napus growing in contaminated soil from alluvial deposits. The positive effect of bacterial strains on plant growth was observed in vitro, but was not confirmed in situ in the contaminated soil, where the tested strains inhibited biomass production, rather than stimulating it. However, single inoculation with Ba significantly increased the chlorophyll content and K+ concentration in the leaves. The inoculation of rapeseed with Ba and Va strains was indicated to be the most promising combination for phytoextraction of Cd and Zn from contaminated soil. Combined inoculation with Pf+Va and Pf + Ba+Va significantly decreased the concentration of heavy metals in the roots of rapeseed. We conclude that suitable combinations of PGPR can control the metal uptake of B. napus, selectively increasing either metal extraction or metal stabilization in the rhizosphere and offering promising applications in soil remediation. 相似文献

【背景】由燕麦镰孢(Fusarium avenaceum)和麦根腐平脐蠕孢(Bipolaris sorokiniana)等病原真菌引起的青稞(Hordeum vulgare L. var. nudum Hook. f.)根腐病普遍发生,对藏区农业生产和发展产生了极大威胁。【目的】从青稞健康植株根际土壤中筛选具优良防病促生能力的菌株,通过研究菌株间的互作效应以筛选优良菌剂配伍,制作防效优良的防病促生菌剂,以期为青稞根腐病的防治及青稞增产提供优质的菌剂资源。【方法】采用选择性培养基筛选促生菌株,采用平板对峙法筛选拮抗菌株;采用灌根法和叶面接种法测定菌株致病性;采用乙炔还原法测定固氮能力,钼蓝比色法测定溶磷能力,采用高效液相色谱法测定分泌吲哚乙酸能力;采用16S rRNA基因序列分析鉴定菌种;田间测定菌剂防效,并采用TOPSIS综合分析法进行综合评价。【结果】共分离出具固氮、溶磷能力菌株23株,并从中筛选得到6株拮抗能力良好的菌株,其中5株溶有机磷、3株溶无机磷、3株固氮菌,而且均分泌吲哚乙酸;测定其致病性发现对青稞、燕麦、油菜、豌豆等采样区常见作物均无致病性;经鉴定分别为枯草芽孢杆菌(Ba... 相似文献

In this study, plant growth-promoting potential isolates from rhizosphere of 10 weed species grown in heavy metal-contaminated areas were identified and their effect on growth, antioxidant enzymes, and cadmium (Cd) uptake in Arundo donax L. was explored. Plant growth-promoting traits of isolates were also analyzed. These isolates were found to produce siderophores and enzymes such as 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase, and aid in solubilization of mineral nutrients and modulate plant growth and development. Based on the presence of multiple plant growth-promoting traits, isolates were selected for molecular characterization and inoculation studies. Altogether, 58 isolates were obtained and 20% of them were able to tolerate Cd up to 400 ppm. The sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA genes indicates that the isolates belong to the phylum Firmicutes. Bacillus sp. along with mycorrhizae inoculation significantly improves the growth, the activity of antioxidants enzymes, and the Cd uptake in A. donax than Bacillus alone. Highly significant correlations were observed between Cd uptake, enzymatic activities, and plant growth characteristics at 1% level of significance. The synergistic interaction effect between these organisms helps to alleviate Cd effects on soil. Heavy metal-tolerant isolate along with arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM) could be used to improve the phytoremedial potential of plants. 相似文献

Papaya ringspot virus-W (PRSV-W) and Tomato chlorotic spot virus (TCSV) are common viruses infecting vegetables in south Florida. Application of plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) has emerged as a potential alternative of chemical pesticides to control these viruses. But, it is not sufficient to completely replace chemical control. This study aimed to investigate the synergistic effect of chitosan and PGPR to control PRSV-W and TCSV. The efficiency of PGPR to suppress PRSV-W and TCSV was significantly improved when they were accompanied with chitosan treatment. The highest reduction in disease severity of both PRSV-W and TCSV was achieved when chitosan treatment was accompanied with mixture of two PGPR (IN937a + SE34) or three PGPR strains (IN937a + SE34 + SE56). The results of this study proved that implementation of chitosan and PGPR could significantly restrict losses due to PRSV-W and TCSV in squash and tomato, in Florida and the United States. 相似文献

Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV-W) and Tomato chlorotic spot virus (TCSV) are responsible for severe losses in cucurbits and tomato production in south Florida and other regions in the USA. Traditional chemicals are not effective to control these viruses. Using plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) may present an alternative to control these viruses. Results from this study demonstrated that applying mixtures of PGPR strains is more efficient to control PRSV-W and TCSV compared to individual PGPR strain only. The application method significantly affected the efficiency of PGPR to control PRSV-W and TCSV. The highest reduction in disease severity of both PRSV-W and TCSV occurred in case of soil drenching with PGPR, followed by root dipping and seed coating treatments. Application of PGPR mixtures of (IN937a & SE34) or (IN937a &, SE34 & T4) were the most efficient methods to control these viral diseases. 相似文献

Pseudomonas fluorescens SBW25 was tagged with a triple marker gene cassette containing gfp, encoding green fluorescent protein; luxAB, encoding luciferase; and telABkilA, encoding tellurite resistance, and the tagged strain was monitored in the first Swedish field release of a genetically modified microorganism (GMM). The cells were inoculated onto winter wheat seeds and the GMM cells (SBW25:tgl) were monitored in the field from September 2005 to May 2006 using plating, luminometry and microscopic analyses. Cell numbers were high on all sampling occasions and metabolically active cells were detected on all plant parts. Field results were similar to those obtained in a parallel phytotron study, although the amount of SBW25:tgl detected on shoots was significantly higher in the phytotron than in the field. After winter, cell counts were 100-fold higher on the roots and root-associated soil compared with prewinter measurements, although the cells had a lower relative metabolic activity. The wheat seeds were naturally infested with Microdochium nivale, but no treatment resulted in reduction of disease symptoms. No SWB25:tgl cells were ever found in bulk soil or uninoculated plants. The Swedish field trial results complement and contrast with prior field studies performed with the same parent organism in the United Kingdom under different soil, plant and climatic conditions. 相似文献

The population dynamics, genotypic diversity and activity of naturally-occurring 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol (DAPG)-producing Pseudomonas spp. was investigated for four plant species (wheat, sugar beet, potato, lily) grown in two different soils. All four plant species tested, except lily and in some cases wheat, supported relatively high rhizosphere populations (5 x 10(4) to 1 x 10(6) CFU/g root) of indigenous DAPG-producing Pseudomonas spp. during successive cultivation in both a take-all suppressive and a take-all conducive soil. Although lily supported on average the highest population densities of fluorescent Pseudomonas spp., it was the least supportive of DAPG-producing Pseudomonas spp. of all four plant species. The genotypic diversity of 492 DAPG-producing Pseudomonas isolates, assessed by Denaturing Gradient Gel Electrophoresis (DGGE) analysis of the phlD gene, revealed a total of 7 genotypes. Some of the genotypes were found only in the rhizosphere of a specific plant, whereas the predominant genotypes were found at significantly higher frequencies in the rhizosphere of three plant species (wheat, sugar beet and potato). Statistical analysis of the phlD(+) genotype frequencies showed that the diversity of the phlD(+) isolates from lily was significantly lower than the diversity of phlD(+) isolates found on wheat, sugar beet or potato. Additionally, soil type had a significant effect on both the phlD(+) population density and the phlD(+) genotype frequencies, with the take-all suppressive soil being the most supportive. HPLC analysis further showed that the plant species had a significant effect on DAPG-production by the indigenous phlD(+) population: the wheat and potato rhizospheres supported significantly higher amounts of DAPG produced per cell basis than the rhizospheres of sugar beet and lily. 市域尺度的生态功能分区对于市域生态资源的有效保护和合理利用起着不可替代的指导作用。现阶段较为被动而静态的功能分区研究忽视了市域生态资源在城镇化发展中的剧烈变化。而景观生态学的"源-汇"概念和相关手段,将区域生态功能空间格局与不断变化的生态过程之间建立了联系,在生态功能分区科学理性的研究实践中运用前景广阔。运用景观生态学"源-汇"理论,以内蒙古通辽市为例,通过对于研究区域中"源"景观的划分,设定不同景观要素的阻力值,构建基于"源"动态特征的最小累计阻力模型,计算得出阻力面。并进一步通过寻找阻力面突变点来确定分区阈值,最终确定通辽市域尺度生态功能的5大分区,最后提出有针对性的分区管控措施与指引。研究将市域生态要素在城市化下的动态演变与生态安全格局进行有机关联并制定科学的分区策略,为市域生态空间的优化及管理提供了理论依据。 相似文献

The outgrowth of tiller buds in Poaceae is influenced by the ratio of red to far-red light irradiance (R:FR). At each point in the plant canopy, R:FR is affected by light scattered by surrounding plant tissues. This paper presents a three-dimensional virtual plant modelling approach to simulate local effects of R:FR on tillering in spring wheat (Triticum aestivum). R:FR dependence of bud outgrowth was implemented in a wheat model, using three hypothetical responses of bud extension to R:FR (unit step, curvilinear and linear response). Bud break occurred when a threshold bud length was reached. Simulations were performed for three plant population densities. In accordance with experimental observations, fewer tillers per plant were simulated for higher plant population densities. The linear and curvilinear responses caused a delay in the increase in tiller number compared with experimental data. The unit step response approached experimental results best. It is suggested that a model based on relatively simple relations can be used to simulate degree of tillering. This study has shown that the virtual plant approach is a promising tool with which to address crop morphological and ecological research questions where the determining factors act at the level of the individual plant organ. 相似文献

桂林漓江沿岸原生植被受破坏严重 ,植物区系为次生性质 ,其特点 :( 1 )种类丰富 ,共有野生维管束植物 80 8种 ,隶属于 1 5 6科、483属 ;( 2 )植物区系的地理成份复杂 ,可将 45 4个种子植物属归为 1 4个类型 ,以热带、亚热带类型为主 ,温带类型次之 ,中国特有属 6个 ;( 3 )植物区系岩溶特性明显 ,属于东亚植物区、中国—日本森林植物亚区、岭南山地地区的一个小区。植物景观是桂林漓江沿岸风景的重要组成部分 ,具体表现在各类植物群落的外貌和一些重要植物种类的花、果和叶色的季节性变化上。现存的主要植物群落以次生藤刺灌丛为主 ;少见尚存的喀斯特常绿、落叶阔叶混交林 ;独有的喀斯特硬叶常绿阔叶林 :以乌冈栎为建群种的山顶矮林 ,是我国东部湿润亚热带地区罕见的残遗植被类型 ,在构成景观和科研上均有特殊意义。沿河岸分布的植物是最吸引游人注意的重要景观 ,形状各异的灌丛、杂木林、竹林和农田植被等都是风景的重要组成部分 相似文献
