Cardiobutanolide,a styryllactone from Goniothalamus cardiopetalus

A styryllactone namely cardiobutanolide was isolated from the stem bark of Goniothalamus cardiopetalus together with four known styryllactones goniothalamin, goniodiol, goniofufurone, goniofupyrone and known acetogenins squamocin and an epimeric mixture of goniodonin and 34-epi-goniodonin. The structure of the new compound was elucidated on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR experiments and mass spectroscopic techniques.     

Chemical composition of Xylopia nitida: Diterpenes and alkaloids

From the roots of Xylopia nitida, were obtained a new natural diterpene, the ent-kaur-16-en-18,19-diol and a new aporphine alkaloid, the 5,6,6a,7-tetrahydro-1-methoxy-(6aS)-4H-benzo[de][1,3]benzodioxolo [5,6-g]quinoline. Some known compounds were also isolated, ent-trachylobane, ent-trachyloban-18,19-diol, ent-trachyloban-18-oic acid, ent-trachyloban-19-oic acid, (−)-xylopine, 1-O-ethyl-β-D-glucopyranose and a mixture of β-sitosterol and stigmasterol. This is the first phytochemical study about X. nitida. In this paper chemotaxonomic significance of these compounds is discussed.     

The Chemical Constituents of Astraglus Adsurgens

Fifteen comounds have been isolated from Astragalus adsurgens Pall. Structures of eleven compounds were identified by means of spectral and chemical methods and compared with known compounds. Among all the compounds, 9 and l0 are new triterpene compounds, their structures have been elucidated as follows; (20R, 24S)-3, 16- dicorbonyl-6 α, 25-dihydroxy-20, 24-epoxy-9, 19-cyclpadsurgenin, (20R, 24S)-3,16-dicorbonyl-6α,25-dihydroxy-20, 24-epoxy-23-nitrogen-9, 19-cycloadsurgenin.     

The Chemical Constituents of Amoora yunnanensis

Two new sterols, 3β,7α,16β-trihydroxy-stigmast-5,22-diene (1), 3β,7α,16β-trihydroxy-stigmast-5-ene (2), were isolated together with six known compounds, ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β,7α-diol (3), ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β,7β,16β-triol (4), β-amyrone (5), β-amyrin (6), 11α,12α-epoxy-14-taraxeren-3-one (7), and 6-guaiene-4α,10α-diol (8) from the EtOH extract of the bark of Amoora yunnanensis (H. L. Li) C. Y. Wu. Their structures were deduced on the basis of spectral data.     

云南拟单性木兰的化学成分

从云南拟单性木兰（Parakmeria yunnanensis Hu)的干燥嫩枝中首次分离得到6个化合物,它们的结构经各种波谱数据分别鉴定为云南拟单性木兰素A（parakmerinA,1),eupomatenoid-7(2),eupomatenoid-5(3),槲皮素（quercetin,4),芦丁（rutin,5)及丁香苷（syrigin,6),其中化合物1为一新的eupomatene型木脂素,其结构为2,3－二氢－2a-(4-羟基－3－甲氧基苯基）3β－甲基－5[E]－烯丙基苯并呋喃,对化合物2级3进行了首次^13C NMR归属。     

显齿蛇葡萄(藤茶)化学成分研究

从显齿蛇葡萄的乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到9个化合物,经波谱分析、化学分析及与已知化合物对照,分别鉴定为：棕桐酸（1）、β－谷甾醇（2）、大黄素（3）、没食子酸甲酯（4）、槲皮素（5）、槲皮素－3－0－β－D－葡萄糖甙（6）、花旗松素（7）、洋芹素（8）和蛇葡萄素（9）。9个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

从药用植物茉莉花(Jasminum sambac(L．)Ait．)花蕾中分离到9个化合物,通过波谱分析并与已知化合物数据对照,分别鉴定为：苄基-O-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(1),苄基-O-β-D-木吡喃糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄吡喃糖甙(2),tetraol(3),molihuaoside D(4),sarnhcoside A(5),sambacoside E(6),芦丁(rutin)(7),山奈酚-3-O-α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1-2)[α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1-6)]-β-D半乳吡喃糖甙(8),斛皮素-3-O-α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1→2)[α-L鼠李吡喃糖基(1→6)]-β-D-半乳吡喃糖甙(9)。     

The Chemical Constituents of Anemone rivulari

A new triterpenoid saponin, anemoside A. was isolated from Anemone rivularis Buch.-Ham. ex DC. Its structure was elucidated as 3-O-[β-D-ribopyranosyl (1→3)-α-L- rhamnopyranosyl (1 -→ 2) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl]-oleanolic acid-E8-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1→ 4)-β-D-glucopyranoside by means of chemical methods and 1H-NMR. 13C-NMR, DEPT, MS spectral analyses.     

The Chemical Constituents of Rabdosia coetsa

From the leaves of Rabdosia coetsa (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) Ham, a new kauranoic acid, coetsanoic acid, along with eight known compounds, dihydrorabdoktmmin C, rabdoktmmin C, albopilosin A, maerocalyxin C, N-2'-hydroxy-eieosanoyl ( henicosanoyl-hexacosanoyl )-4-hydroxy- trans-8-sphingenine,ursolic acid, 2a, 3β-dihydroxyursolie acid and daucosterol has been isolated. Its structure was established as 7a, 12a, 14β-tri-hydroxy-15-oxo-ent-kauran-18-carboxy acid by spectroscopic means. The ceramides were isolated from the plants of Rabdosia for the first time.

从云南产德钦红景天Ｒｈｏｄｉｏｌａ ａｔｕｎｔｓｕｅｎｓｉｓ（Ｐｒａｅｇ．） Ｆｕ 的根及根茎中首次分离得到８ 个化合物。根据各项光谱数据及化学反应鉴定其中一个新黄酮甙的结构为３ , ５ , ７ , ８ － 四羟基－黄酮４′－ 氧－ α－ Ｌ－ 鼠李糖吡喃甙, 命名为德钦红景天甙（ｒｈｏｄｉｏｌａｔｕｎｔｏｓｉｄｅ, ２） , 另外７ 个已知化合物分别是草质素－ ８ － 甲醚（ｈｅｒｂａｃｅｔｉｎ － ８ － ｍｅｔｈｙｌｅｔｈｅｒ,１） , 槲皮素（ｑｕｅｒｃｅｔｉｎ ,３） , 芦丁（ｒｕｔｉｎ,４） , 酪醇（ｔｙｒｏｓｏｌ,５） , 红景天甙（ｓａｌｉｄｒｏｓｉｄｅ,６） , 没食子酸（ｇａｌｌｉｃ ａｃｉｄ,７） 和β－谷甾醇（ － ｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ,８） 。     

四方蒿的化学成分

从唇形科植物四方蒿（Elsholtzia blanda (Benth.)Benth.)中分离得到9个化合物,用光谱分析、化学方法及与已知化合物对照,分别鉴定为：5,6－二氢－6－苯乙类吡喃－2酮（1）、木栓桐（2）、4－羟基－3－甲氧基苯乙烯（3）、5,2′－二甲氧基－6,7－二氧亚甲基双氢黄酮（4）、5－羟基07－甲氧基－6－O[α－L－鼠李糖（1→2）－β－D－岩藻糖]黄桐甙（5）,5,5′－二羟基－7－乙酰氧基6,8,3″,3″－四甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（6）、5,5′－二羟基－5－（α－甲基）丁酰氧基－6,8,3″,3″－四甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（7）、5,5′－二羟基－6,7－二氧亚甲基－8,3″,3″－三甲基吡喃（3′,4′）黄酮（8）和丁香酸葡萄糖甙（9）。其中,6、7、8为新化合物,分别命名为四方蒿素Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ。

从云南崖摩（Amoora yunnanensis(H.L.Li)C.Y.Wu.）树皮的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱方法鉴定它们分别是：3β,7α,16β-trihydroxy-stigmast-5,22-diene(1)、3β,7α,16β-rtihydroxy-stigmast-5-ene(2)、ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β,7α-diol(3)、ergosta-5,24(28)-dien-3β,7β,16β-triol(4)、β-amyrone(5)、β-amyrin(6)、11α,12α-epoxy-14-taraxeren-3-one(7)和6－guaiene-4α,10α-diol(8)。其中1和2为新化合物。     

The Chemical Constituents from Podocarpus brevifolius

Ten compounds were isolated from the barks and leaves of Podocarpus brevifolius (Podocarpaceae) for the first time. They are identified as isokaurene (1), △9- isoclextropimaric acid (2), isoginkgetin (3), sciadopitysin (4), amentoflavone-4′,4″′, 7, 7″-tetramethylether (5), sequoyitol (6), β-sitosterol (7), daucosterol (8), β-sitosterone (9), and 3β, 6β-dihydroxy-stigmast-4-ene (10) by means of spectral analysis, comparison of physio-chemical data and throgh chemical method.

The Chemical Constituents from Podocarpus imbricatus

Ten compounds were isolated from the leaves and barks of Podocarpus imbricatus BI (Podocarpaceae) for the first time. They are identified as β-sitosterol(1), daucosterol(2), sequoyitol (3) sandaracopimaric acid (4), trans-communic acid(5), cis-communic acid (6), heveaflavone (7), amentoflavone-7,7″-dimethyl ether(8), imbricataflavone A(9), and imbri-cataflavone B(10), by means of spectral analysis, comparison of physico-chemical data and through chemical methods. 9 and 10 are new compounds.     

The Chemical Constituents in Dacrydium pierrei

Nine compounds are isolated from the leaves and branches of Dacrydiurn pierrei Hickle for the first time. Comparison of physico-chemical data were assayed by means of spectrometry chemical analysis. They are identified as sotetsuflavone (1), amentoflavone-4', 4'", 7, 7"-tetramethyl-ether (2), trans-communic acid (3), 19- hydroxy-totarol (4), 12-methoxy-dehydro-abietic acid (5), (+) phyllocladene (6), daucosterol(7), β-sitosterol (8), and n-tetratriacontanol (9).     

锡叶藤的化学成分

锡叶藤为五桠果科锡叶藤属植物 ,常绿木质藤本 ,在我国主要分布于广东、广西、云南等热带及亚热带地区。有收敛止泻、消肿止痛的功能 ,用于腹泻、便血、菌疾、肝脾肿大、子宫脱垂、白带、风湿性关节炎 (江苏省植物研究所等 ,1991)。其乙醇提取物经活性筛选 ,有较强抗心血管疾病 (ｃａｒｄｉｏｖａｓｃｕ ｌａｒｄｉｓｅａｓｅ)和抗病毒活性 (ａｎｔｉｖｉｒａｌａｃｔｉｖｉｔｙ)。其化学成分未见报道 ,为了探讨其活性成分 ,我们对其进行了化学成分研究。从锡叶藤的地上部分分离得到的 11个化合物 ,经波谱分析 ,分别鉴定为 :良姜素 (ｉｚａ…
