不同供水条件对小麦强、弱势籽粒中淀粉粒度分布的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以3个淀粉含量不同的冬小麦品种山农12、鲁麦21和济南17为材料,设灌溉和旱作2种栽培处理,对不同水分条件下小麦强、弱势籽粒中淀粉粒的体积、数目和表面积的分布特征进行了研究.结果表明,小麦强、弱势籽粒均含有A(>9.8 μm)、B(2.0~9.8 μm)、C(<2.0 μm)3种类型的淀粉粒,但不同类型淀粉粒的分布状况存在明显差异.在强势籽粒中,淀粉粒的体积和表面积分布均表现为三峰分布,而弱势籽粒中淀粉粒的体积和表面积分布则表现为双峰分布.与弱势粒相比较,强势粒中C型淀粉粒(<2.0 μm)的体积百分比为7.25%~9.31%,表面积百分比为34.88%~41.51%,而弱势粒的体积和表面积百分比分别为5.33%~6.40%和26.31%~33.54%.强、弱势籽粒中<0.6 μm和0.6~2.0 μm范围内的淀粉粒数目存在明显差异,强势粒为1.86%~6.13%和83.77%~87.77%,而弱势粒为25.72%~37.42%和52.77%~58.48%.与灌溉栽培相比较,旱作栽培条件下籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比显著增加,而A型淀粉粒体积和表面积显著减少;弱势粒中<0.6 μm的淀粉粒数目显著增加,强势籽粒中淀粉粒的数目无显著变化.与弱势粒相比较,强势粒中的蛋白质含量较高,C型淀粉粒的体积和表面积所占比例较大,而强势粒中的淀粉含量较低,且A、B型淀粉粒比例也较小.与灌溉栽培相比较,旱作栽培条件下强、弱势籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比增加,蛋白质含量也显著增加,淀粉含量降低.表明水分亏缺能提高籽粒中B、C型淀粉粒体积和表面积百分比及蛋白质含量.  相似文献

δ13C values of the lichens Ramalina duriaei and Teloschistes villosus collected in their natural habitat were repeatedly measured during 2 years. Results show variations in the stable carbon isotope ratios (13C/12C). Such variations are correlated to the seasonal rainfall, i.e. low values of δ13C of the lichens during the winter and high values of δ13C during the dry summer. Relatively low δ13C values were obtained also in laboratory experiments with lichens grown under controlled humid conditions and in lichens collected from humid habitats.  相似文献

Actively frost-heaved polygon ground in an alpine area of nutrient-poor shrub heaths, had a large number of basophilous vascular plant species and cryptogams. The soils of the polygons had much higher concentrations of extractable plant nutrients and higher pH values than the surrounding stable ground, probably due to mixing of soils, intense weathering of the raw soil and lack of podzolization under conditions of high frost activity. Plant distribution was correlated to the intensity of frost-heaving; basophyte dominance was consistent with high pH and high extractable nutrient levels on the most actively upheaved polygon centres, whereas heath vegetation became increasingly dominant towards polygon borders with weaker activity, and on polygons with weak recent activity. Empetrum-heath species, usually distributed at sites with thin snow cover during winter, seemed better adapted to weak frost-heaving than species characteristic of communities normally developed in places with medium snow cover.  相似文献

We investigated the effect of low temperature and gibberellic acid (GA3) treatment on dormancy in Fritillaria meleagris L. bulbs. Also, we studied the effect of dormancy breaking on the antioxidant enzymes activity. To overcome dormancy, bulbs require a period (4–8 weeks) of exposure to low temperature. Bulbs regenerated in vitro were grown in the dark on medium without growth regulators at the standard (24 °C) or at low temperatures (4 and 15 °C) for 4, 6, 8 and 10 weeks. Bulbs were collected after 3, 4 and 5 weeks of cooling at 4 °C. To investigate the influence of GA3 on dormancy, bulbs were treated for 24 h with GA3 solutions with 1, 2 and 3 mg l?1 concentrations. During the period of growth of bulbs at 4 °C, regeneration of bulbs was very weak, while at 15 °C the number of regenerated bulbs increased significantly. Improved bulb sprouting was achieved by a short treatment with gibberellin. Low temperature also represents a kind of oxidative stress for the plant. The activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POX) in bulbs of F. meleagris L. grown in vitro and ex vitro increased with decreasing temperature in contrast to glutathione reductase. POX showed generally lower activity than CAT which indicates that major role in the breaking dormancy and preparing bulbs for sprouting have catalases.  相似文献

Vascular and tissue fluid dynamics in the microgravity of space environments is commonly simulated by head-down tilt (HDT). Previous reports have indicated that intracranial pressure and extracranial vascular pressures increase during acute HDT and may cause cerebral edema. Tissue water changes within the cranium are detectable by T2 magnetic resonance imaging. We obtained T2 images of sagittal slices from five subjects while they were supine and during -13 degrees HDT using a 1.5-Tesla whole-body magnet. The analysis of difference images demonstrated that HDT leads to a 21% reduction of T2 in the subarachnoid cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) compartment and a 11% reduction in the eyes, which implies a reduction of water content; no increase in T2 was observed in other brain regions that have been associated with cerebral edema. These findings suggest that water leaves the CSF and ocular compartments by exudation as a result of increased transmural pressure causing water to leave the cranium via the spinal CSF compartment or the venous circulation.  相似文献

Abstract A study of the development of biofilm colonizing the surfaces of pipes in a drinking-water distribution system has shown that water velocity significantly influenced the nature and physiological activity of the biofilm. Biofilm developed at a velocity of 0.5 m s−1 actively oxidized and deposited manganese, but at 0.01 m s−1 no manganese was deposited. Budding bacteria were the dominant microorganisms depositing manganese but a variety of other organisms were also present in the biofilms. The budding bacteria oxidizing manganese were Pedomicrobium manganicum and Metallogenium .  相似文献

Inside the viable range 36–39°C, the development of the domestic guinea fowl embryo was studied during artificial incubation of about 5000 eggs. Equations giving internal and external pipping and hatching time as a function of incubation temperature were developed. Whatever temperature was used, internal and external pipping occurred at 89% and 95% of hatching time, respectively. The chronological development in ovo of the guinea fowl is illustrated by growth curves. Guinea fowl grew in ovo at the same rate as the chicken embryo. The embryonic mortality is significantly affected by incubation temperature. The thermal tolerance of the embryo follows a parabolic curve: temperatures below or above 37.2°C increase the rate of mortality. During the course of the incubation, the mortality frequency was mainly distributed around two peaks (each one third of the total), which occurred during the first days of incubation, that is, within the first 12% of the incubation time, and during the last days, that is, after 85% of the incubation time. At the optimal 37.2°C temperature, these two peaks occurred on days 1–3 and 23–27, respectively.  相似文献

For 4 years we studied pollination biology and breeding system of the critically endangered, Red List plant Fritillaria meleagris L. (Liliaceae), in the larger of the two remaining populations of the plant in SE Poland. Our observations indicated that, contrary to literature data, the species is not dichogamous nor is it obligatorily out-crossing. Selfing, although rare in natural populations, results in fully developed seeds. Flowers are visited by several insect species, mostly social and solitary bees. In spite of extremely low visitation rates to this early spring-flowering plant, the species is not pollen limited. Although the largest pollen loads are transferred by solitary bees, the key pollinators are bumblebees (mostly the most common species, Bombus terrestris and B. lapidarius) due to their seasonal and floral constancy, and tolerance of bad weather conditions. The current decline of the studied population seems not to be related to the species' pollination or breeding systems but to plant habitat loss. It is suggested, however, that in smaller populations, the species' dependence on generally rare pollinators and largely out-crossed breeding system may accelerate local extinction.  相似文献

鼎湖山季风常绿阔叶林的主要优势乔木树种黧蒴和荷木的幼苗 ,盆栽于自然光照和人工调节 CO2 浓度为 50 0μl· L- 1或空气 CO2 ( 340μl· L- 1)的气罩中 3个月 .在各自生长条件下测定 ,高 CO2 下生长的黧蒴和荷木叶片平均气孔导度分别降低 1 3%和2 0 % ,蒸腾速率下降 2 0 %和 1 8% ,水分利用效率提高 1倍以上 ,不同 CO2 浓度下的植物叶片气孔导度和蒸腾速率日进程曲线也有明显差异 .处理后将幼苗置于自然条件下观测其后效应 ,第 7d时处理间的气孔导度和蒸腾速率皆无明显差异  相似文献

根据闽南-台湾浅滩渔场灯光围网信息船1989-1999年的渔捞纪录,研究闽南-台湾浅滩渔场海底地形,水深与中上鱼类群聚的关系。结果表明,渔场地形起伏,水深变化大,中上层鱼类分布较为密集,但各渔区间的分布不均匀,南北方向上渔获产量分布是由北向南递增,东西方向上渔获产量分布是由浅滩两侧向浅滩的南,北中部靠拢;中上层鱼类主要分布在海峡南部混合水和海峡暖水区,其中心渔场位于上升流终年存在的高盐区,同时群聚于海底断裂区和海底隆起边缘区;中上层鱼类群聚区或中心渔场随海峡南部混合水和海峡暖水的季节变化而变化,不仅与渔场地形,水深有关,还与影响海区季风的风向,风力和不同水系强弱有关;本渔场中上层鱼类在不同季节群聚水深,春,夏季为30-60m,秋,冬季为40-80m。  相似文献

Body water content and distribution were estimated before, during, or after 32 pregnancies in baboons. Water content of the various compartments (in liters) correlated with body weight in both nonpregnant and pregnant baboons, and with length of gestation in pregnant baboons. In proportion to body weight (in ml/kg), most water compartments did not change significantly with length of gestation. Preferential flow is perhaps the major chemical transport process influencing the rapid and typically unexpected movement of agricultural chemicals to ground water. Plant roots are a major contributor to preferential flow mechanics as they form spatial voids which can be used as preferential flow pathways. Chemical transport of atrazine, deethylatrazine, and bromide solutions concentrations under tilled and no-tilled corn fields was evaluated below the active root zone. Additionally, the impact of roots on flow pathways was visualized using a soluble dye (Brilliant Blue FCF). Pictures of the dye-stained pattern were subsequently digitized to determine the cross-sectional area used for transport as a function of depth. Bromide transit times through the field soils were not influenced by tillage practice, whereas atrazine transport was strongly influenced by tillage practice. Under no-till field conditions, atrazine was rarely detected but deethylatrazine concentrations were greater than those observed under tilled field conditions. Visual observation indicated that the dye under no-tillage was more predominant in the corn row, indicative of transport through void root channels. No-tillage practices may decrease the likelihood of ground water contamination through leaching due to the formation of stable root channels where an organic carbon source and microbial population are preferentially located to degrade pesticides.  相似文献

Regrowth of micro-organisms in drinking water distribution systems is caused by the utilisation of biodegradable compounds which are either present in treated water or originate from materials in contact with drinking water. In the Netherlands most drinking water is distributed without disinfectant residual and regrowth is limited by achieving biostable drinking water. A combination of methods is used to assess the biostability of drinking water. These methods are: (1) determination of the concentration of easily assimilable organic carbon (AOC); and (2) assessment of the biofilm formation rate (BFR). Assimilated organic carbon concentrations in drinking water in the Netherlands range from a few μg C/l in slow sand filtrates and in ground water supplies to values of ~ 50 μg C/l in supplies using ozonation in water treatment. Biofilm formation rate values were found to range from < 1 pg ATP/cm(2)/d in supplies using anaerobic ground water as the source. Increase of heterotrophic plate counts is limited at AOC values below 10 μg C/l. At BFR values below 10 pg ATP/cm(2)/d the risk of exceeding the guideline value for aeromonads (90 percentile < 200 c.f.u./100 ml) is less than 20%. Calculations based on the decrease of the AOC concentration observed in distributions systems confirm that very low concentrations of AOC can cause considerable biofilm formation on the pipe wall. The methods for assessing the biostability of drinking water combine with the assessment of the Biofilm Formation Potential of materials in contact with drinking water, thus providing a framework, the Unified Biofilm Approach, for evaluating the biostability of drinking water and materials.  相似文献

In Ireland, Schoenoplectus triqueter is confined to areas in the upper part of the Shannon estuary where average summer soil pore water salinity levels do not exceed 7.0 ppt. Soil-based and nutrient solution-based experiments showed that growth and reproduction of S. triqueter was significantly reduced at salinity of 10 ppt and significantly enhanced at 2.0 ppt compared to a freshwater control. Young plants were less tolerant of salinity than older plants. A transplantation trial showed that S. triqueter could grow at higher salinities in the field but that growth and reproduction were significantly inhibited at higher field salinities. The effect of simulated diurnal tidal inundation on the growth and reproduction of S. triqueter was examined by growing plants in a tank with fluctuating water levels. S. triqueter was able to grow and produce seed when inundated for up to 12 h per 24-h period, indicating a considerable capacity to withstand periodic inundation. Growth responses to simulated tidal inundation were also examined in Bolboschoenus maritimus. Long periods of daily inundation reduced growth of B. maritimus proportionately more than that of S. triqueter. It is concluded that S. triqueter occupies a narrow ecological niche in the Shannon Estuary that is circumscribed by competition from more robust emergent species but is facilitated by the ability of S. triqueter to tolerate lengthy periods of inundation by the tides.  相似文献

土壤水分状况和氮肥施用及品种对稻田N2O排放有明显影响。当稻田持续淹水时,几乎没有N2O排放,而当稻田经历干湿交替循环特别是烤田时,有较高的N2O排放通量。稻田持续淹水、干湿交替及烤田期间5个处理的平均N2O排放通量分别为1.02、23.87和47.99μg·m-2·h-1.化学氮肥的施用增加了稻田N2O的排放量,且硫铵能比尿素排放更多的N2O.施用硫铵氮100和300kg·hm-2引起的N2ON损失率分别为0.04%和0.26%,而施用尿素氮的分别为0.03%和0.15%.  相似文献

在田间试验条件下研究了群体不同分布对夏大豆产量构成和水分利用的影响.夏大豆‘鲁豆4号'(Glycine max cv. Ludou 4)在同一群体密度(3.09×10~5株/hm~2)下设5种分布方式,即行距×株距分别为A:18 cm×18 cm,B:27 cm×12 cm,C:36 cm×9 cm,D:45 cm×7.2 cm,E:54 cm×6cm.结果表明,群体分布影响夏大豆的产量、叶片水分特征和水分利用效率(WUE).A、B处理的产量显著高于D、E处理(P<0.05),其他处理间均无显著差异;随着行距加大,单株有效荚数、粒数及百粒重呈下降趋势;叶片相对含水量(RWC)、水势(Ψw)和渗透势(Ψs)随生育进程的推进呈整体下降趋势,其中,A、B处理RWC、Ψw 和Ψs的平均值均显著高于D、E处理,E处理的Ψw在日变化的正午阶段明显低于其他处理;WUE与行距呈负相关(R=-0.935~*),与产量呈正相关(R=0.997~(**)),其中,A、B处理的WUE显著高于其他处理(P<0.05),D、E处理极显著低于B处理(P<0.01).夏大豆植株相对均匀分布的处理可改善产量构成因素及叶片水分状况,进而形成较高的产量,提高水分利用效率.  相似文献

As guinea fowl age, their body weights and length of the esophagus and crop increased significantly, and relative length (cm x 100 g b.w(-1)) of the small intestine, caeca and total intestine decreased significantly (P < or = 0.05) in males and females. In addition, 52-week-old males had a significantly higher percentage length of rectum and heart weight, and females a significantly higher gizzard weight compared to 13-week-old birds. Compared to females, adult males differed significantly (P < or = 0.05) in the length of caeca and also in the proportion of the gizzard, proventriculus, heart and liver in total weight.  相似文献
