The peptides mixture was prepared from tumor cells by freezing-thawing cells, precipitation by heating, followed by acidification of the solution. The activation and proliferation of mouse splenocytes by HSP70-peptide complex, formed by the binding of HSP70 and peptides in vitro, were observed, so was the specific cytotoxicity of the proliferative lymphocytes to tumor cells. The phenotypes of the proliferative lymphocytes were analyzed by a flow cytometer. BALB/c mice inoculated with H22 hepatocarcinoma cells in peritoneal cavity or hind thigh were immunized by injection with HSP70-peptides complex to observe the inhibitory effect of the immunization on tumor and lifetime of tumor-bearing mice. On the other hand, blood samples were collected from the immunized mice to check the functions of liver and kidney. The results showed that the peptides mixture from tumor cells contained tumor-specific antigen peptides which could be presented by HSP70 to activate lymphocytes in vitro, the proliferative lymphocyt  相似文献

Spleen cells from mice bearing a progressively growing syngeneic tumor failed to respond to stimulation with mitogens in vitro. This lack of reactivity was due to the presence of nylon wool-adherent cells in the population that could inhibit the mitogen response of normal lymphocytes. Paradoxically, at times when strong suppressor cell activity could be detected in tumor-bearing mice, the animals responded normally to in vivo immunization with sheep erythrocytes and allogeneic tumors, and to in vitro sensitization with allogeneic tumor cells. Regression of a highly antigenic syngeneic tumor also was unaffected by the presence of these suppressor cells. Thus, the occurrence of nonspecific suppressor cells in the spleens of tumor-bearing mice did not influence the overall immunologic competence of these animals.  相似文献

Therapeutic peptides that target antigen-specific regulatory T cells (Tregs) can suppress experimental autoimmune diseases. The heat shock protein (Hsp) 70, with its expression elevated in inflamed tissue, is a suitable candidate antigen because administration of both bacterial and mouse Hsp70 peptides has been shown to induce strong immune responses and to reduce inflammation via the activation or induction of Hsp specific Tregs. Although two subsets of Tregs exist, little is known about which subset of Tregs are activated by Hsp70 epitopes. Therefore, we set out to determine whether natural nTregs (derived from the thymus), or induced iTregs (formed in the periphery from CD4+CD25- naïve T cells) were targeted after Hsp70-peptide immunization. We immunized mice with the previously identified Hsp70 T cell epitope B29 and investigated the formation of functional iTregs by using an in vitro suppression assay and adoptive transfer therapy in mice with experimental arthritis. To study the in vivo induction of Tregs after peptide immunization, we depleted CD25+ cells prior to immunization, allowing the in vivo formation of Tregs from CD4+CD25- precursors. This approach allowed us to study in vivo B29-induced Tregs and to compare these cells with Tregs from non-depleted immunized mice. Our results show that using this approach, immunization induced CD4+CD25+ T cells in the periphery, and that these cells were suppressive in vitro. Additionally, adoptive transfer of B29-specific iTregs suppressed disease in a mouse model of arthritis. This study shows that immunization of mice with Hsp70 epitope B29 induces functionally suppressive iTregs from CD4+CD25- T cells.  相似文献

PurposeAs an alleviative treatment measured in patients with unresectable advanced pancreatic cancer, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) needed more clinical data to prove its advantages and to explore limitations in its utilization. This study was determined to observe the efficacy of RFA, and to explore its impact on perioperative periphery carcinoma as well as the normal pancreatic tissues.MethodsClinical data of 32 patients with pancreatic cancer accepted RFA surgery were collected. Followed up patients’ pain degree and the changes in serum tumor markers CA19-9 and CA 242 before and after surgery. Ex vivo, gave human pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1 heat treatment to simulate the heat exposure condition periphery carcinoma was experienced during RFA surgery, and to observe the proliferation rate and HSP70 expression change compared with control group.ResultsOf the 32 patients, 1 died of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, and 29 survived for more than 5 months, 2 of which for more than 16 months. The average CA19-9 and CA 242 levels of the patients were significantly decreased in 3 months after surgery (t = 9.873, 5.978, P < 0.001). During in vitro experiments, the proliferation rate of PANC-1 cells after heating was significantly increased, accompanied with the increased HSP70 expression. The addition of HSP70 inhibitor can inhibit the rise of proliferation after heat therapy.ConclusionUtilizing RFA treat patients with unresectable advanced pancreatic cancer, could effectively relieve the pain, decline jaundice, and deduce tumor marker levels significantly. However, it failed to extend the long-term survival rate of the patients significantly. This study found that a higher proliferative rate accompanied with a higher HSP70 expression level were observed on in vitro cultured pancreatic carcinoma cells after heat treatment, which could be altered by HSP70 inhibitor. And these findings indicated that the heat exposure might impact periphery carcinoma during RFA surgery and HSP70 might play an important role in patients’ prognosis.  相似文献

Cytotoxic effector lymphocytes were induced by in vitro immunization of lymph node and spleen cells from CS7B16(H2b) and Balb/c(H2d) mice to syngeneic or allogeneic methylcholanthrene-induced fibrosarcoma (MCAF) cell lines. The T cell-dependent cytotoxicity was specific to target cell lines to which the lymphocytes were immunized in vitro. Normal fibroblasts as stimulator cells did not induce lymphocytotoxicity to syngeneic MCAF cells or to normal syngeneic fibroblasts. The results indicate that the in vitro-immunized lymphocytes recognize individual specific tumor-associated antigens of the MCAF cells. In experiments in which the lymphocytes were immunized in vitro to allogeneic MCAF cells, cytotoxic reactions to alloantigens, but not to tumor-associated antigens, were detected. Incubation with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) during the sensitization period modified the specificity of the cell-mediated lysis of MCAF cells: Allogeneic as well as syngeneic target cells were destroyed by these effector cells. PHA induced a nonspecific cytotoxic effect which increased the specific lysis of target cells. The cytotoxicity of the in vitro-immunized lymphocytes was inhibited by incubation with membrane protein preparations from the syngeneic MCAF cell lines. In contrast to the specificity of the cytotoxic effect to the different syngeneic cell lines, the membrane extract of one individual syngeneic MCAF cell line was able to inhibit the lymphocytotoxicity to all other syngeneic cell lines. Membrane protein preparations from allogeneic MCAF cells or from normal syngeneic fibroblasts were not inhibitory. The in vitro-immunized cytotoxic lymphocytes did not impair the tumor growth in vivo as could be demonstrated by passive transfer of the lymphocytes in a Winn assay.  相似文献

Objectives:Spinal cord injury (SCI) is an acute traumatic lesion of neurons in the spinal cord which has a high prevalence in the world, and has no effective surgical treatment. HSP70 is a molecular chaperone protein, serves a protective role in several different models of nervous system injury. The aim of the present study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory role of HSP70 in spinal cord injury and explore its mechanism. Methods:In vivo and in vitro models were constructed to mimic SCI. The Basso Mouse Scale (BMS) was applied to assess SCI degrees of the mouse model. Immunofluorescence (IF) was used for visualizing HSP70 and Iba1 in the spinal cord. Western blot assay was employed to quantify HSP70 and p65, and ELISA was for IL-1β and TNF-α.Results:The results showed that HSP70 expression decreased after SCI. HSP70 and Iba1 showed a decrease of co-localization in SCI mice. Further studies revealed that p65 was upregulated during the process of SCI. Overexpression of HSP70 inhibited the expression of p65 both in vitro and in vivo, and promoted the recovery of SCI mice.Conclusions:HSP70 was involved in the pathological process of spinal cord injury, HSP70 alleviated the spinal cord injury via inhibiting NF-κB signaling pathway.  相似文献

Cell Stress & Chaperones journal has become a major outlet for papers and review articles about anti-heat shock protein (HSP) antibodies. In the last decade, it became evident that apart from their intracellular localization, members of the heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90; HSPC) and Hsp70 (HSPA) family are also found on the cell surface. In this review, we will focus on Hsp70 (HSPA1A), the major stress-inducible member of the human Hsp70 family. Depending on the cell type, the membrane association of Hsp70 comes in two forms. In tumor cells, Hsp70 appears to be integrated within the plasma membrane, whereas in non-malignantly transformed (herein termed normal) cells, Hsp70 is associated with cell surface receptors. This observation raises the question whether or not these two surface forms of Hsp70 in tumor and normal cells can be distinguished using Hsp70 specific antibodies. Presently a number of Hsp70 specific antibodies are commercially available. These antibodies were generated by immunizing mice either with recombinant or HeLa-derived human Hsp70 protein, parts of the Hsp70 protein, or with synthetic peptides. This review aims to characterize the binding of different anti-human Hsp70 antibodies and their capacity to distinguish between integrated and receptor-bound Hsp70 in tumor and normal cells.  相似文献

Tumor-specific T lymphocytes (CTL) induced by in vivo immunization of C3H/HeJ mice with the syngeneic methylcholanthrene (MCA)-induced fibrosarcoma MCA-F were expanded in vitro by restimulation with 1-butanol-extracted, isoelectrophoretically purified, tumor-specific transplantation antigen (TSTA) in combination with purified rat interleukin-2 (IL-2) and fresh, syngeneic, 2000-R-irradiated, adherent splenic antigen-presenting cells (APC). The cultured immune T-cell population, containing 40–55% Lyt 2+ and 40–60% L3T4+ cells, displayed TSTA-specific proliferative and cytotoxic activities in vitro. The expanded T cells appear to recognize butanol-extracted TSTA in association with specific H-2 class I antigens, as revealed by the benefit of syngeneic over allogeneic cells as APC and by the adverse effect of depletion using anti-H-2K, but not anti-Ia, monoclonal antibodies. In adoptive transfer assays in vitro, expanded T cells specifically neutralize homotypic, but not heterotypic, tumor growth in vivo. Based upon the effects of depletion of T-lymphocyte subpopulations using monoclonal antibodies, the Lyt 2+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTL) appear to display greater in vivo neutralizing activity than L3T4+ T cells. Thus in vitro stimulation of in vivo-immunized T cells, using butanol-extracted TSTA in combination with IL-2 and syngeneic APC, expands tumor-specific CTL.  相似文献

Background

The anti-inflammatory capacity of heat shock proteins (HSP) has been demonstrated in various animal models of inflammatory diseases and in patients. However, the mechanisms underlying this anti-inflammatory capacity are poorly understood. Therefore, the possible protective potential of HSP70 and its mechanisms were studied in proteoglycan (PG) induced arthritis (PGIA), a chronic and relapsing, T cell mediated murine model of arthritis.

Methodology/Principal Findings

HSP70 immunization, 10 days prior to disease induction with PG, inhibited arthritis both clinically and histologically. In addition, it significantly reduced PG-specific IgG2a but not IgG1 antibody production. Furthermore, IFN-γ and IL-10 production upon in vitro restimulation with HSP70 was indicative of the induction of an HSP70-specific T cell response in HSP70 immunized mice. Remarkably, HSP70 treatment also modulated the PG-specific T cell response, as shown by the increased production of IL-10 and IFN-γ upon in vitro PG restimulation. Moreover, it increased IL-10 mRNA expression in CD4+CD25+ cells. HSP70 vaccination did not suppress arthritis in IL-10−/− mice, indicating the crucial role of IL-10 in the protective effect.

Conclusions/Significance

In conclusion, a single mycobacterial HSP70 immunization can suppress inflammation and tissue damage in PGIA and results in an enhanced regulatory response as shown by the antigen-specific IL-10 production. Moreover, HSP70 induced protection is critically IL-10 dependent.  相似文献

Lymphoid cells from normal SJL/J mice gave high proliferative responses but failed to develop cytotoxic activity to γ-irradiated cells from syngeneic transplantable reticulum cell sarcomas (X-RCS). In spite of a vigorous in vivo proliferative response to X-RCS, cytotoxic activity was never generated to detectable levels in vivo. After repeated injections of X-RCS, spleen and, to a lesser degree, lymph node cells acquired the ability to give moderate secondary cytotoxic responses in vitro upon co-culture with X-RCS. This immunity was T-cell mediated and specific for RCS although it did not distinguish between different transplantable RCS lines. SJL/J mice also developed resistance to RCS growth after injection of X-RCS, which showed a transient RCS-line-specific component. (SJL/J × C57B1/6)F1 mice showed 60% less RCS growth than did SJL/J mice, and their lymphoid cells gave slightly lower proliferative responses than did cells from SJL/J mice, whereas (SJL/J × BALB/c)F1 mice showed little tumor growth, and their spleen cells proliferated only minimally to X-RCS. B10.S mice allowed moderate RCS growth. Cytotoxic activity was generated in co-cultures with X-RCS of immunized F1 spleen cells even after a single immunization in vivo but not in cultures of normal F1 cells with X-RCS.  相似文献

The present studies explored the role of adherent cells in tumor immunity. Lymph node cells from mice bearing large tumors appeared to be maximally stimulated in vivo and incapable of further stimulation by cells of the same tumor in vitro. Removal of the adherent cell population resulted in a marked decrease in the spontaneous background activity of the remaining nonadherent cells and allowed these cells to undergo stimulation when cultured in the presence of mitomycin-blocked tumor cells. The role of the adherent cell in the maintenance of a state of continuous stimulation was further elucidated by experiments in which lymph node cell populations were reconstituted from the adherent and nonadherent subpopulations. It was also shown that adherent lymphoid cells from tumor-bearing mice, but not from normal mice, were capable of stimulating tumor-immune lymphocytes in a manner similar to intact mitomycin-blocked tumor cells.  相似文献

Sensitized T lymphocytes can mediate potent antitumor effects when transferred to tumor-bearing animals. Employing the MCA 105 and MCA 106 sarcomas, we were able to generate antitumor effector cells by immunization of syngeneic mice with tumor cells admixed with Corynebacterium parvum. These immune splenocytes could be further sensitized and expanded in culture by the in vitro sensitization (IVS) method utilizing tumor stimulator cells and IL-2. Adoptive immunotherapy of pulmonary metastases mediated by noncultured splenocytes from immunized mice or immune IVS cells showed exquisite specificity between the two sarcomas. These results demonstrate the presence of tumor-specific antigens on MCA 105 and MCA 106 tumor cells which can serve as target molecules for immunotherapy. Recently, we have generated therapeutic T lymphocytes from mice bearing progressively growing tumors by the IVS method. However, IVS cells from tumor-bearing mice showed cross-reactivity between the MCA 105 and 106 sarcomas in adoptive immunotherapy experiments. Since these IVS cells did not affect other control tumors, the limited cross-reactivity suggests the presence of common tumor-associated antigens on MCA 105 and MCA 106 tumor cells which can also serve as the target for tumor rejection. Therefore, immune responses to progressive tumor growth and to immunization are distinct with respect to antigen recognition by T lymphocytes.  相似文献

Myoblast transplantation (MT) is a cell-based gene therapy treatment, representing a potential treatment for Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), cardiac failure and muscle trauma. The rapid and massive death of transplanted cells after MT is considered as a major hurdle which limits the efficacy of MT treatment. Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are overexpressed when cells undergo various insults. HSPs have been described to protect cells in vivo and in vitro against diverse insults. The aim of our study is to investigate whether HSP overexpression could increase myoblast survival after autotransplantation in pig intact skeletal muscle. HSP expression was induced by warming the cells at 42°C for 1 h. HSP70 expression was quantified by Western blot and flow cytometry 24 h after the treatment. To investigate the myogenic characteristics of myoblasts, desmin and CD56 were analysed by Western blot and flow cytometry; and the fusion index was measured. We also quantified cell survival after autologous transplantation in pig intact skeletal muscle and followed cell integration. Results showed that heat shock treatment of myoblasts induced a significative overexpression of the HSP70 (P < 0.01) without loss of their myogenic characteristics as assessed by FACS and fusion index. In vivo (n=7), the myoblast survival rate was not significantly different at 24 h between heat shock treated and nontreated cells (67.69% ± 8.35% versus 58.79% ± 8.35%, P > 0.05). However, the myoblast survival rate in the heat shocked cells increased by twofold at 48 h (53.32% ± 8.22% versus 28.27% ± 6.32%, P < 0.01) and more than threefold at 120 h (26.33% ± 5.54% versus 8.79% ± 2.51%, P < 0.01). Histological analysis showed the presence of non-heat shocked and heat shocked donor myoblasts fused with host myoblasts. These results suggested that heat shock pretreatment increased the HSP70 expression in porcine myoblasts, and improved the survival rate after autologous transplantation. Therefore, heat shock pretreatment of myoblast in vitro is a simple and effective way to enhance cell survival after transplantation in pig. It might represent a potential method to overcome the limitations of MT treatment.  相似文献

Summary Four cell-mediated immunological responses related to tumor elimination have been examined in mice injected with a transplantable renal cell carcinoma (Renca). Lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells generatedin vitro from spleen cells of normal mice were capable of attacking Renca, EL-4, P815 and YAC-1 targets, but those from mice bearing Renca for 3 weeks could not. Natural killer activity, stimulatedin vivo by administering poly(I) poly(C), was less than 50% of normal in Rencabearing hosts. In addition, development of cytotoxic T lymphocytes to allogeneic targets was markedly inhibited in mice possessing the renal tumor. Finally, the delayed hypersensitivity response to a dermally applied hapten was approximately 70% less than normal in tumor-bearing mice, no matter whether the tumor existed subcutaneously or intrarenally. A kinetic study of the development of nonresponsiveness using the LAK assay showed onset of poor response at 1 week, which became maximal within 3 weeks following receipt of tumor subcutaneously. The immunological depression was seen to be attributable in part to suppressor cells present among spleen cells but not bone marrow cells of tumor-bearing hosts. The suppressor cells preventedin vitro LAK generation by normal spleen cells and, when adoptively transferred to normal mice, they inhibited natural killer stimulation and delayed hypersensitivity generation. Another source of immunological downregulation was provided by Renca cells themselves. Incorporation of Renca cells that had been X-irradiated with 30000 rad into cultures of normal and Renca-derived splenic cells suppressed replication of both almost completely. Furthermore, the presence of X-irradiated Renca cells in cultures of normal spleen cells prevented development of LAK cells. Thus, the suppression seen in Renca-bearing mice derives from multiple sources and whether each is in any way related to the other has been discussed. Identification of the phenotypes of cells responsible for the lymphoid cell-mediated suppression and examination of its elimination are communicated in the companion paper.Offered in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Ph. D. degree at Cleveland State University by SKG.  相似文献

The production of monoclonal antibodies by hybridoma technology is dependent on lymphocytes taken from vertebrates which have to be immunized against the corresponding antigen. We present here our first experiments which should allow the replacement of this in vivo immunization step by an in vitro immunization procedure. This work provides new possibilities for the specific activation of immune cells in order to use them for the generation of antibodies which are not of murine origin. Bone marrow-derived dendritic cells were loaded with antigen and co-cultured with naïve T and B lymphocytes of non-immunized mice. The interaction and activation of the different cell types were investigated by measuring the expression of specific cell surface markers, the release of activation-dependent interleukins and the secretion of antigen-specific antibodies. We could demonstrate that dendritic cells process and present antigen fragments and activate T cells, that T cells proliferate and release activation-induced interleukins, and that B cells maturate under the influence of activated T cells and secrete antigen-specific antibodies.  相似文献

Summary In the studies of experimental salmonellosis, immunization of mice with a live vaccine SER of S. enteritidis was found to be effective against further infection with virulent S. enteritidis 116-54. Macrophages obtained from the peritoneal cavity, subcutaneous tissue or liver of immunized mice inhibited intracellular growth of bacteria and resisted cell degeneration caused by engulfment of virulent 116-54 bacteria. This immunity was called cellular immunity. We discovered by chance in 1961 a transfer agent of immunity (TA) from the culture fluid of immunized macrophages. This agent is RNA in nature and can be extracted from the spleen, peritoneal exudate cells or the lymph node of immunized animals and is called immune (i) RNA. We could demonstrate antibody activity in macrophages treated in vitro or in vivo with iRNA by the immune adherence hemagglutination technique.Cellular immunity against tumor cells could be transferred in vitro or in vivo to lymphocytes through iRNA prepared from the spleen cells of syngeneic, allogeneic and xenogeneic animals immunized with the tumor cells. We prepared iRNA against antigens capable of inducing humoral antibody production in animals, i.e., RBCs, bacterial toxin, bacterial flagella and hapten-protein conjugates. Serum antibody was not demonstrated in recipient animals of iRNAs by single or repeated injections of these agents. However, in these animals an increase in the number of specific antibody-carrying cells was found as rosette-formers. It was found further that prior injection of iRNA could induce immunologic memory and produced a high titer of humoral antibody after a boosting stimulation with a small dose of the corresponding antigen. The required interval between the first iRNA and the second antigenic stimulation, and the minimal effective doses of iRNA and antigen are described. We studied the interaction of iRNA with either T- or B-cells and with both cells using adoptive transfer system, athymic nude mice and neonatally thymectomized (NT) mice. Immune RNAs against T-dependent and T-independent antigens could not induce the proliferation of antibody-carrying cells in cyclophosphamide-treated (B-cell depleted) mice. But these agents could induce the proliferation of rosette-formers, implying that iRNAs can replace some role of T-cells even against T-dependent antigens. B-cells can be directly activated by treatment with iRNA against both T-dependent and T-independent antigens, and they differentiated into rosette-formers.Passive transfers of iRNA were successful in establishing immunity against infection with S. enteritidis, or immunity to Salmonella flagella, RBCs and hapten-protein conjugates. The ability of iRNA to confer a secondary response of antibody formation is serially and passively transmissible in recipient animals. These facts suggest the presence of some mechanism that is responsible for the amplification of antigenic stimulation in the immune response. The RNA-dependent RNA polymerase and RNA-dependent DNA polymerase are presented and their role in the immune response is discussed.  相似文献

The ability of carbonate apatite (CO3Ap) to enhance antigen-specific immunity was examined in vitro and in vivo to investigate its utility as a vaccine carrier. Murine bone marrow-derived dendritic cells took up ovalbumin (OVA) containing CO3Ap more effectively than free OVA. Interestingly, mice immunized with OVA-containing CO3Ap produced OVA-specific antibodies more effectively than mice immunized with free OVA. Furthermore, immunization of C57BL/6 mice with OVA-containing CO3Ap induced the proliferation and antigen-specific production of IFN-γ by splenocytes more strongly than immunization with free OVA. Moreover, no significant differences were detected in the induction of delayed-type hypersensitivity responses, an immune reaction involving an antigen-specific, cell-mediated immune response between OVA-containing CO3Ap and OVA-containing alumina salt (Alum), suggesting that CO3Ap induced cell-mediated immune response to the same degree as Alum, which is commonly used for clinical applications. This study is the first to demonstrate the induction of antigen-specific immune responses in vivo by CO3Ap.  相似文献

Schinus lentiscifolius Marchand has been used in folk medicine to treat immunoinflammatory related diseases, which are marked by OS and altered HSR. Our study aimed to evaluate OS and HSR in lymphocytes treated with S. lentiscifolius bark extracts. S. lentiscifolius barks were partitioned with solvents to obtain hexane (SL‐HEX), ethyl acetate (SL‐ACOET) and methanol (SL‐MEOH) extracts, and the presence of bioactive compounds was evaluated by thin layer chromatography. Total phenols were measured by the Folin–Ciocalteu method and flavonoids were identified by HPLC‐DAD‐ESI‐MS/MS. Antioxidant capacity was verified by DPPH method, cell viability by Trypan Blue method, lipid peroxidation by TBARS and HSP70 by immunoblotting. The SL‐ACOET extract presented higher content of phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity in vitro. It was able to reduce lipid peroxidation levels in lymphocytes induced by H2O2 and improved cell viability. The SL‐ACOET extract inhibited HSR by a decrease in both intracellular content and release of 70 kDa heat shock proteins (HSP70) and also by decrease extra‐to‐intracellular HSP70 ratio in lymphocytes submitted to heat shock (2 h, 41 °C). S. lentiscifolius bark extract has antioxidant activity and inhibitory effect on HSR probably due to the presence of polyphenols as the flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol.  相似文献

Peripheral blood leukocytes from rabbits immunized with vaccinia virus were incubated in vitro with vaccinia antigen, and resultant lymphocyte proliferation was measured by incorporation of tritiated thymidine into acid-insoluble material. Significant lymphocyte stimulation was observed at a time when antiviral antibody was being synthesized in vivo. The extent of proliferation by bone marrow-derived lymphocytes after culture with viral antigen was determined by simultaneous detection of complement receptor lymphocytes (CRLs have been shown to be B cells) and uptake of tritiated thymidine in these CRLs by radioautography. The results indicate that both bone marrow-derived and thymus-derived lymphocytes participate in the in vitro proliferative response of rabbit peripheral blood lymphocytes to vaccinia antigen.  相似文献
