记述中国真叶蝇属6新种:短须真叶蝇P.brevipalpis sp.nov.,瘤突真叶蝇P.gangliiformisa sp.nov.,李氏真叶蝇P.lii sp.nov.,长毛真叶蝇P.longisetae sp.nov.,黑腹真叶蝇P.melanogastera sp.nov.和黑缘真叶蝇P.nigrimarginata sp.nov.,编制了本属中国种类的检索表.     

中国四川厕蝇属六新种(双翅目,厕蝇科)

记述厕蝇科厕蝇属6新种,分别命名为:拟明厕蝇Fannia similiserena sp.nov.,巨斑厕蝇Fannia maximiguttatus sp.nov.,铗叶厕蝇Fannia labidocerca sp.nov.,毛簇厕蝇Fannia dasytophacela sp.nov.,毛胫厕蝇Fannia hirtitibia sp.nov.和长跗厕蝇Fannia tanotarsis sp.nov..模式标本保存于沈阳师范大学昆虫研究所.     

中国四川粉蝇族五新种记述(双翅目,丽蝇科,丽蝇亚科)

记述中国粉蝇族Polleniini(丽蝇科,丽蝇亚科)5新种,分别为二郎山粉蝇Pollenia erlangshanna sp.nov.,四川粉蝇Pollenia sichuanensis sp. nov.,伪黑尾金粉蝇Xanthotryxus pseudomelanurus sp.nov.,长阳墨粉蝇Morinia proceripenisa sp.nov.,橙黄瘦粉蝇Dexopollenia aurantifulva sp. nov..模式标本保存于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院植物生理生态研究所.     

中国四川阳蝇属五新种(双翅目:蝇科)

报告采自四川西部山区的蝇科阳蝇属HelinaR.-D.五新种,即：亚喜密阳蝇Helina subevecta sp.nov,阳阳蝇Helina solata sp.nov,用公山阳蝇Helina zhougongshanna sp.nov,康定阳蝇Helina kangdingen-sis sp.nov和赘脉阳蝇Helina appendicivena sp.nov。模式标本保存于中国军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。     

河北大学博物馆馆藏迷食蚜蝇亚科分类研究(双翅目,食蚜蝇科)

在系统整理河北大学博物馆馆藏食蚜蝇科Syrphidae昆虫标本的基础上,鉴定出中国迷食蚜蝇亚科Milesiinae 9族,21属37种,其中9新种:红腹柄角蚜蝇Monoceromyia rufipetiolata sp.nov.、暗红黑蚜蝇Cheilosia erubescense sp.nov.、樟木黑蚜蝇Cheilosia zhangnuensis sp.nov.、北方管蚜蝇Eristalis borealis sp.nov.、无斑管蚜蝇Eristalis immaculatis sp.nov.、漠河管蚜蝇Eristalis mohensis sp.nov.、郑氏管蚜蝇Eristalis zhengi sp.nov.、黄绿毛管蚜蝇Mallota viridiflavescentis sp.nov.、四川蜂蚜蝇Volucella sichuanensis sp.nov..新种正模标本保存于河北大学博物馆,副模标本保存于陕西理工学院陕西省资源生物重点实验室.

记述采用四川西部山区蝇科5新种：黄肩妙蝇Myospila flavihumera,sp.nov。炎黄肩妙蝇Myospila flavihumeroides,sp.nov.,大雄棘蝇Phaonia daxiongi,sp.nov,,盾叶阳蝇Helina aspidocerca,sp.nov。及世纪阳蝇Helina shijia,sp.nov,模式标本存北京军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。     

新疆阳蝇属四新种(双翅目:蝇科)

报告采自新疆蝇科阳蝇属Helina R.-D.4新种,即眼鬃阳蝇Helina ocellijuba sp.nov.,粘叶阳蝇Helina mallocerca sp.nov.,狭跗阳蝇Helina stenotarsis sp.nov.和板刺阳蝇Helina sterniteoacaena sp.nov.。模式标本保存于中国科学院动物研究所。     

四川省阳蝇属五新种（双翅目：蝇科）

记述采自中国四川西部山区阳蝇属Helina R.-D.,1980的5新种,分别命名为金阳蝇Helina aureolicolorata,sp.nov.;羽胫阳蝇Helina plumipostitibia,sp.nov.;茂汶阳蝇Helina maowenna,sp.nov.;雨阳蝇Helina hyeta,sp.nov.;类介阳蝇Helina mimintermedia,sp.nov.。模式标本存北京军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。

中国妙蝇属五新种(双翅目:蝇科)

报道分布于中国蝇科妙蝇属（Myospila Rondani,1856）的5新种：百色妙蝇（M.boseica sp．nov．）;棕色妙蝇（M.brunnea sp.nov.）;黑股妙蝇（M.nigrifemura sp．nov．）;拟双色妙蝇（M.binoides sp．nov．）;天目妙蝇（M.tiamushanica sp．nov．）。模式标本存北京军事医学科学院微生物流行病研究所医学昆虫标本馆。     

Selection with two alleles and complete dominance

For a plant selection model with frequency-independent viabilities, fertilities and selfing rates, it is shown that apart from global fixation, for certain parameter combinations a protected polymorphism and facultative fixation (either allele may become fixed according to initial frequencies) may both occur. Facultative fixation requires different selling rates for the dominant and recessive type. Protection of the polymorphism requires resource allocation for male and female function. In this connection the problem of purely genetically caused population extinction is discussed.
For general frequency dependence and regular segregation, the chances for establishment of a completely recessive gene are compared to those of a completely dominant gene. It is proven that the process of establishment of the recessive gene, despite a fitness advantage, may be considerably endangered by drift effects if random mating prevails. The recessive gene may reach the same effectivity in establishment as a dominant gene, only if the recessive homozygote mates exclusively with its own type during the period of establishment.

Inception of the Modern Public Health System in China and Perspectives for Effective Control of Emerging Infectious Diseases: In Commemoration of the 140th Anniversary of the Birth of the Plague Fighter Dr. Wu Lien-Teh

In this article, we systematically review Dr. Wu Lien-Teh's academic achievements and outstanding contributions in the prevention and control of the plague epidemic in northeast China and introduce the development of the earliest public health epidemic prevention system in China in order to commemorate the 140th anniversary of Dr. Wu Lien-Teh's birth. We hope that this article will provide insights into the effective prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases as well as the current worldwide pandemic of COVID-19, facilitating the improvement and development of public health systems in China and around the globe.
