中国棕背(鼠平)亚种分化的研究(啮齿目:仓鼠科:田鼠亚科)   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
本文对中国山西、河北、内蒙古南部、大、小兴安岭、长白山及新疆等地区的215号棕背(鼠平)(Clethrionomys rufocanus)标本的外形和头骨的形态进行了亚种分化研究,认为分布于山西、河北、内蒙古南部棕背(鼠平)的亚种为Clethrionomys rufocanus shanseius(Thomas);大、小兴安岭及新疆地区的亚种为Cl.r.irkutensis(Ognev);而将分布于长白山地区的亚种定为一新亚种——棕背(鼠平)长白山亚种(Clethrionomys rufocanus changbaishanensis)。  相似文献

Using partial sequences of mtDNA control region,we sought genetic diversity,population genetic structure and subspecies classification in 5 populations of Myodes rufocanus from Northeast China and Hokkaido,Japan. After sequencing a 616 bp segment of control region,we detected 45 haplotypes based on 57 variable sites among 55 individuals. Our results revealed that high-level haplotype diversity and slightly less nucleotide diversity occurred in these populations. AMOVA analysis showed that high-level genetic differentiation happened between populations due to 64.70% genetic diversity and Fst ranging from 0. 240 to 0. 814. In a phylogenetic analysis,the haplotypes from Northeast China split into two groups:Daxing’anling-Xiaoxing’anling-Wandashan and Hailin-Dahailin. This suggested that we can separate the populations from Northeast China into two subspecies,M . r. irkutensis and M. r. Changbaishanensis respectively corresponding with the former and latter areas.  相似文献

对棕背(Clethrionomys rufocanus)、林姬鼠(Apodemus speciosus)和黑线姬鼠(A.agrarius)夏季的消化道形态进行了比较。3种啮齿动物总消化道的长度及重量(含内容物重和总干组织重),各器官的长度,胃、小肠和盲肠等长度,小肠和盲肠含内容物重,盲肠和大肠去内容物重,小肠、盲肠和大肠总干组织重等均存在明显的种间差异。以植物为食的棕背的总消化道、小肠、盲肠和大肠的长度或重量明显长于或重于其他两种鼠类。后肠可作为衡量草食性动物食物质量的指标。3种啮齿动物可通过消化道形态改变以适应不同的食性。  相似文献

利用扫描电镜技术对棕背(鼠平)Clethrionomys rufocanus、大林姬鼠Apodemus sylvatics和花鼠Eutaraias sibiricus 3种森林害鼠针毛的表面结构进行观察.研究结果认为:3种鼠针毛在鳞片类型、游离缘平滑度、高度、密度等因素上存在一定的差异,其中棕背(鼠平)和大林姬鼠差异不显著,而花鼠与其它两种鼠差异显著,在鼠的分类上具有一定的参考意义.  相似文献

采用硅胶、MCI Gel、Sephadex LH-20、ODS等柱色谱,结合半制备液相色谱,从红棕杜鹃(原变种)叶乙醇提取物的石油醚部位分离纯化得到一对双键位置异构的杜鹃色烯杂萜化合物:isoconfluentin(1)和(+)-confluentin(2),其中化合物1为新化合物。运用现代波谱学方法(1D和2D NMR、UV、IR、MS等)对所分离得到的化合物进行了结构鉴定,而且采用色烷/色烯螺旋规则(chromane/chromene helicity rule)鉴定它们的绝对构型均为2 S构型。测定化合物1和2的体外凝血酶原时间,发现它们均具有有效的抗凝血作用。  相似文献

2008 年2-6 月, 在广东海丰鸟类自然保护区对棕背伯劳棕色型(normal morph)、黑色型(dark morph)及其不同杂交型的巢址选择及巢的生态测量值进行了比较。结果如下: 1)野外观察发现棕背伯劳不同色型间未有生殖隔离; 2)对59巢15 个巢址因子进行主成分分析表明, 巢址选择均主要受5 个主成分的影响(5 个主成分中, 相对系数绝对值最高的变量依次是: 巢位高、水源距离、巢下方郁闭度、巢枝分叉级数和巢树隐蔽度), 累计贡献率达70.18%。三种交配型(黑色型-黑色型, 黑色型-棕色型和棕色型-棕色型)巢址选择的主要影响因子皆无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。3)不同交配型在巢材选择上取材均较为广泛, 但差异不显著, 巢的生态测量值亦无显著差异(P > 0.05)。结论认为, 棕背伯劳不同色型在巢址生态位尺度上未出现明显分化。  相似文献

棕背伯劳(Lanius schach)具羽色多态现象,其中黑色型是否为独立种曾存在着争议。为此,于2008年2—6月在广东海丰地区对两色型(棕色型和黑色型)的繁殖生态进行对比研究,以探讨黑色型的分类地位。结果表明:1) 两色型伯劳窝卵数、卵的度量值及发育上皆无显著差异(P>0.05);2) 两色型雏鸟在15日龄前的体长、翼长及体重等生长曲线均符合Logistic方程,除尾长渐进值参数呈显著差异(P<0.05)外,其他均无显著性差异(P>0.05);3) 据14日龄的雏鸟测量值表明,两色型在身体外部器官各项生长量度均无显著性差异(P>0.05);4) 易卵易雏实验表明,在孵卵和育雏过程中,两种色型棕背伯劳亲鸟之间皆可相互接受对方同一时期的卵和雏鸟,但不接受对方的异期卵;5)易雏后亲子和义子索食、站立、理羽、休息等行为差异不明显。因此认为黑伯劳只是棕背伯劳的一个色型而非独立种。  相似文献

We studied the seasonal variation of adaptive humoral immunity (AHI) in northern red‐backed vole (Clethrionomys rutilus Pallas, 1779, RBV) and gray‐sided vole (C. rufocanus Sundevall, 1846, GSV) in Tomsk region of Western Siberia. Immunoresponsiveness (IR) to sheep red blood cells was assessed by the number of antibody‐producing cells in the spleen. The use of a generalized linear model to analyze the effects of species, sex, year of research, and season of withdrawal of individuals from nature on IR showed a significant effect of species identity, season of animal capture, and the interaction of species with season. The RBV demonstrated higher immune responses during a year, and both species had higher IR in winter. Suppression of IR in spring was greater, started earlier, and lasted longer (March–May) in GSV. In RBV, immunosuppression was restricted to April. The significant negative within year correlations of IR with body mass and masses of reproductive organs in GSV indicated a trade‐off between AHI and growth and reproduction processes. A probable explanation for the difference between species in the seasonal variation of AHI may be related to the difference in tropho‐energetic requirements of each vole species. GSV is a predominantly herbivorous rodent and its thermoregulation seems less efficient than of RBV. The deeper spring immunosuppression in GSV may explain in part its higher mortality during the season of colds.  相似文献

综合评述了近10年来在丁香假单胞菌脂肽毒素生理和分子生物学研究上的发现。这些毒素依肽部AA数目可分两组。丁香假单胞霉素组(syringomycuns)已报告4个成员,肽部有9个AA;丁香假单胞肽毒素组有2个成员,肽部分别有22个和25个AA。肽部C端羧基与分子内羟基氨基酸残基(AA)的羟基酯化闭合成环,再由羟基脂肪酸酰化。两组毒素都诱导植物电解质渗漏、人和动物红血球溶解,其机制在于在细胞膜上形成二价阳离子可通过的寡体通道。对酵母菌的抑制作用受固醇的种类影响,以胆固醇的保护作用最强。丁香假单胞霉素的合成涉及一个多酶系统,有些负责肽合成,有些负责运输或调节,除受内源调节蛋白调节外,也受外源信号分子调节,尤其是受植物酚糖苷诱导。这些毒素具有抗真菌活性,对人和动物的一些病原霉菌有明显效果,在试验剂量无副作用,在医药上应用的前景良好。  相似文献

[目的]摸清STLV-1感染现状,从而有效地降低STLV-1在猕猴、食蟹猴群中的的感染率。[方法]采用STLV-1ELISA法对猕猴、食蟹猴血清进行抗体检测。结果本中心送美国BioReliance公司的2455只出口猴血清,103份血清呈STLV-1抗体阳性,19份血清呈STLV-1抗体可疑,其余血清均为STLV-1抗体阴性。[结论]猕猴、食蟹猴群中STLV-1的平均感染率为4.97%,其中猕猴STLV-1感染率为2.7%,食蟹猴STLV-1感染率为5.4%,是猕猴STLV-1感染率的2倍;随着年龄的增长,猕猴(食蟹猴)STLV-1的感染率也随之升高。  相似文献

运用液相芯片技术原理,以分枝杆菌菌种(群)特异基因序列IS6110、IS1081、IS1245和F57为目标基因,设计筛选4套扩增引物和杂交探针,建立同时检测鉴别结核分枝杆菌复合群、鸟分枝杆菌和副结核分枝杆菌的四重液相基因芯片检测方法。对13种共54株分枝杆菌菌株以及23种常见微生物样品的检测结果显示,四重液相芯片方法可特异检测鉴别目标菌种(群),与其它分枝杆菌菌种或微生物无非特异交叉反应;检测敏感性达2.1×101-2.5×102基因拷贝或0.06-0.74 fg DNA;组内检测变异系数和组间检测变异系数均<10%。采用四重液相芯片方法从临床结核疑似人痰样和牛组织样品中检出结核致病菌,检出率分别达75.6%(99/131)和94.9%(37/39),显著高于培养法(38.9%和53.8%)。对副结核疑似临床样品的检测试验结果显示,四重液相芯片方法与荧光PCR方法的阳性符合率为83%(24/29)。对四重混合模板的检测试验结果显示该液相芯片方法可鉴别不同菌种混合感染。四重液相芯片方法的检测周期<1 d,其中对纯化DNA模板的检测时间可在2-3 h内完成。  相似文献

Populations of Mesocriconema curvatum, M. kirjanovae, M. onoense, M. ornatum, M. sphaerocephala, M. surinamense, M. vadense, M. xenoplax, and Criconemoides informis from different geographical areas in the continental United States were characterized morphologically and molecularly. A new ring nematode from Washington County, Arkansas, is also described and named Mesocriconema ozarkiense n. sp., This new species is characterized by females with small flattened submedian lobes, lower than or at the same level as the labial disc, vagina straight, very well developed spermatheca without sperm, no more than one anastomoses, L=379-512 μm, V=89-93, stylet length = 49-61 μm, R=107-119, annuli with slightly crenate margins on tail portion and a simple anterior vulval lip. The molecular characterization of M. ozarkiense n. sp. using the ITS rRNA gene sequence and the phylogenesis relationship of this new species with the ring nematodes included in this study are provided.  相似文献

Asplenium sect. Thamnopteris or A. nidus L. complex is defined by the synapomorphic character peculiar to Aspleniaceae, an anastomosing vein near the margin of the simple lamina. Thus, it is easily recognizable and its monophyly is quite clear. In spite of its naturalness as the whole group, species delimitation is very confusing. Three species of sect. Thamnopteris, A. antiquum Makino, A. australasicum (J. Smith) Hooker and A. nidus L. have been recognized in Japan, but the naturalness of each species is still not clear because their morphology is too simple to find good qualitative taxonomical characters. In the present work, we examined the intraspecific variation of allozymes and rbcL sequences in the Japanese plants of sect. Thamnopteris and compared them with those from other paleotropical localities in order to recognize natural units in such morphologically simple plants. We found a large amount of genetic variation in this section and inferred that A. antiquum is a species of ancient origin, though morphologically it is not so different from other species of the sect. Thamnopteris. It was also discovered that the so called “A. australasicum” in Japan has a very different rbcL sequence from A. australasicum sensu Holttum, which is distributed in Australia and South Pacific Islands. Based on these molecular data, we described the Japanese “A. australasicum” as a new species, Asplenium setoi N. Murak. et Seriz. Morphological markers as well as two types of molecular markers, inter-sample sequence repeat (ISSR) and start codon targeted (SCoT) are suitable for species identification of the polygonati rhizoma germplasms. In this paper, we adopted these methods for the identification of rhizomes collected from 47 areas in China. Based on their morphological characters, the collected germplasms were classified into two populations, one with alternate leaf arrangement and the other with verticillate leaf arrangement, and they were comprised of five species and fourteen subgroups. Of the five species identified: Polygonatum kingianum, P. cirrhifolium, P. alternicirrhosum, and P. sibiricum belonged to one cluster, and P. cyrtonema belonged to a different cluster. According to the analysis of both ISSR and SCoT markers, all germplasms with greater genetic similarity were classified into one group. Especially, P. sibiricum and P. cirrhifolium, which shared ~80% similarity, were clustered together, whereas the germplasms identified as P. kingianum with ~86% similarity formed a separate clade. P. kingianum showed a much greater genetic similarity with P. cyrtonema than with P. sibiricum. The multidimensional scaling analysis further verified the accuracy and reliability of the molecular marker-based results. Thus, both morphological and molecular methods should be combined for the differentiation of germplasms such as those of polygonati rhizoma.  相似文献

狭义五福花科(Adoxaceae.s.s)仅含3属4种,但该科的物种分化、系统发育和分类一直存在争议。本文通过测定东方五福花和血满草的ITS(核糖体DNA内转录间隔区)序列,构建了包括狭义五福花科(4种)、广义忍冬科接骨木属、荚属以及其余4属植物在内的系统发育树。研究结果不支持狭义五福花科内根据形态学证据做出的系统发育假设四福花不是该科中最早分化出来的种;该物种与五福花属的两个物种形成一个单系群,与另一分支华福花属相对应。该科中3个物种,四福花、五福花和华福花之间的分化主要是在二倍体水平上的异域分化,而东方五福花则是通过多倍化形成的。粗略的时间估算表明这些物种之间的分化较晚,可能在第三纪末至第四纪早中期,与青池高原近期强烈隆升以及冰期气候反复变化形成的环境变迁密切相关。  相似文献
