目的探讨分离小鼠囊胚内细胞群类胚胎干细胞及用于制作嵌合体小鼠的方法及应用价值。方法分离3.5d小鼠囊胚内细胞群的类胚胎干细胞作为供体细胞,通过显微注射方法将分离的类胚胎干细胞注射到供体小鼠的囊胚腔中,再将注射后的囊胚移植到假孕雌鼠的子宫中制作嵌合体小鼠。结果分离36枚囊胚的内细胞群类胚胎干细胞,注射256只昆明小鼠囊胚中,移植32只假孕雌鼠子宫中,获产崽2窝,共12只,其中2只获毛色嵌合体小鼠。结论采用该技术分离所获得的类胚胎干细胞作为供体细胞制作嵌合体小鼠获得成功,该方法为ES细胞介导的转基因动物制作增添了一条新的途径,在同种不同品系的动物改良及遗传病基因治疗中有一定的应用价值,尤其是对未能建立ES细胞系的大动物的遗传工程操作具有一定意义。  相似文献

Human parthenogenetic embryonic stem (pES) cells can be clinically used in the future to avoid immunological rejection. However, the developmental potential of human pES cells remains to be elucidated. In this study, we generated a human pES-enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) cell line (chHES-32-EGFP), which shows pluripotency thus far and maintains stable and robust EGFP expression in the undifferentiated and differentiated states in vivo and in vitro. Using this pES-EGFP cell line, we found that when human pES-EGFP cells were injected into mice blastocysts, EGFP-positive cells progressively decreased with the development of blastocysts in vitro. Only 4 out of 23 embryos (17.4%) contained EGFP-positive cells and all of these embryos exhibited abnormal morphology or delayed development when the chimera blastocysts were implanted into the pseudopregnant recipient mouse uterus. These results raise serious questions regarding the feasibility of the generation of interspecific chimeras between mouse blastocysts and human pES cells.  相似文献

Experiments were conducted to test the hypothesis that the nucleo/cytoplasmic ratio of mouse embryos determines the time of blastocele formation. Half the volume of 2-cell stage embryos was removed from each blastomere by micropipette to alter the nucleo/cytoplasmic ratio. Reduced embryos whose nucleo/cytoplasmic ratio increased and non-treated control embryos were cultured in vitro to compare the timing of division to the 4-cell stage and blastocele formation. Reduced 2-cell embryos formed blastoceles significantly earlier than the controls (49.0 +/-2.9 vs 52.2 +/-6 h) and with fewer cells, although division into the 4-cell stage was significantly delayed (11.4 +/-4.4 vs 9.0+/-2.4 h). The cell number of blastocysts 70 h after treatment and developmental ability of blastocysts after transfer to pseudopregnant recipients were the same for the reduced and control groups. The present study indicates that the nucleo/cytoplasmic ratio of embryos may possibly be an important factor that determines the time of blastocele formation.  相似文献

Mouse embryos of different stages of development were cultured to expanded blastocysts following storage (1 to 8 d) at 4 degrees C in the presence or absence of HCO(3)(-). The effect of oxygen tension on the cold storage of one- and two-cell mouse embryos at 4 degrees C was evaluated by 37 degrees C culture and transfer to pseudopregnant recipients. Survival at 4 degrees C of early, one- to four-cell mouse embryos was improved with HCO(3)(-) in the medium. The presence of HCO(3)(-) was not of benefit for morulae or blastocyst survival following cold storage. Reducing the oxygen atmosphere from 20 to 5% O(2) improved survival of one-cell mouse embryos stored at 4 degrees C. The survival of two- and four-cell embryos, morulae and blastocysts at 4 degrees C was similar in 90% N(2), 5% CO(2) and 5% CO(2) in air, but it was significantly poorer in air alone. The collapse of morulae and blastocysts during cold storage up to 5 d was reduced with HCO(3)(-) in the storage medium. Blastocysts stored for 6 d at 4 degrees C failed to survive following immediate transfer to pseudopregnant recipients. Blastocyst survival was improved compared to controls (direct transfer of unstored blastocysts to recipients) when cultured for 36 h at 37 degrees C following 6 d of cold storage. This result suggests that cold-stored mouse blastocysts may require a metabolic period of readjustment to survive following transfer to synchronized recipients.  相似文献

Uterine flushings from artificially 'pseudopregnant', pseudopregnant and pregnant mice and those with 'diapausing' embryos were tested for their effect on [3H]uridine incorporation by mouse blastocysts. An inhibitor of [3H]uridine incorporation was detected in the uterine fluid of the mice with diapausing embryos and the activity of the inhibitor was significantly reduced 6.25 h after an injection of oestrogen. This reduction of the inhibitory activity was dependent on the presence of blastocysts in utero, since a similar reduction did not occur in uterine fluids of pseudopregnant mice. The results support the suggestion that 'delayed' implantation in mice is caused by the presence of inhibitors of blastocyst metabolism and that activation, after an increase in oestradiol, is due to an embryo-dependent loss of activity of the inhibitors.  相似文献

Sixteen inner or outer blastomeres from 16-cell embryos and 32 inner or outer blastomeres from 32-cell embryos (nascent blastocysts) were reaggregated and cultured in vitro. In 24 h old blastocysts developed from blastomeres derived from 16-cell embryos the expression of Cdx2 protein was upregulated in outer cells (new trophectoderm) of the inner cells-derived aggregates and downregulated in inner cells (new inner cell mass) of the external cells-derived aggregates. After transfer to pseudopregnant recipients blastocysts originating from both inner and outer blastomeres of 16-cell embryo developed into normal, fertile mice, but the implantation rate of embryos formed from inner cell aggregates was lower. The aggregates of external blastomeres derived from 32 cell embryo usually formed trophoblastic vesicles accompanied by vacuolated cells. In contrast, the aggregates of inner blastomeres quickly compacted but cavitation was delayed. Although in the latter embryos the Cdx2 protein appeared in the new trophectoderm within 24 h of in vitro culture, these embryos formed only very small outgrowths of Troma1-positive giant trophoblastic cells and none of these embryos was able to implant in recipient females. In separate experiment we have produced normal and fertile mice from 16- and 32-cell embryos that were first disaggregated, and then the sister outer and inner blastomeres were reaggregated at random. In blastocysts developed from aggregates, within 24 h of in vitro culture, the majority of inner and outer blastomeres located themselves in their original position (internally and externally), which implies that in these embryos development was regulated mainly by cell sorting.  相似文献

To enhance the probability of reprogramming somatic cell nuclei, fibroblast cells from an adult male rabbit and a 12-day-old fetus were fused with oocytes at the second metaphase. The chromosomes of recipient oocytes were then removed by treatment with demecolcine for 1 or 2 h after fusion. Demecolcine treatment of fused oocytes induced membrane protrusions that contained all the maternal chromosomes, thus making it possible to remove the chromosomes. The potential of nuclear-transferred oocytes to develop into blastocysts was high (48% and 59%) and the average cell number of the blastocysts was large (149 and 159) 96 h after in vitro culture. The proportions of nuclear-transferred oocytes enucleated 1 h after fusion and implanted after transfer to pseudopregnant recipients were relatively high (2.8% and 4.9%) compared with our previous reports (1.7%: Yin et al., 2000; 0.6% and 1.0%: Yin et al., 2002a) where donor cells were fused with previously enucleated oocytes. Of 34 adult somatic cell implantation sites, 6 had fetuses on day 12 or 14 of pregnancy, but none of the fetuses had a heart beat or developed to term. None of the nuclear-transferred oocytes whose chromosomes were removed 2 h after demecolcine treatment implanted after transfer to recipients. The possible reasons why the high-quality nuclear-transferred oocytes did not develop to term are discussed.  相似文献

The goal of the present study was to investigate proteinase activity in uterine flushates collected during the zona loss time window (68-80 h post-egg activation) in both pregnant and pseudopregnant hamsters and in culture medium conditioned by hatching blastocysts. Several prominent enzyme activities appeared in all pregnant and pseudopregnant uterine flushates. However, only a 45, 43 x 10(-3) M:(r) doublet coincided with the zona loss time window; these bands were absent outside of this time window and were not found in conditioned medium. In medium conditioned by hatching blastocysts, enzyme activity was represented by a 70, 65 x 10(-3) M:(r) doublet identical to a doublet seen in all uterine flushates collected and in serum. There were 12 pregnant and 8 pseudopregnant uterine flushates that were capable of zona lytic activity in vitro (positive bioassays). Of these positive bioassays, five pregnant and four pseudopregnant uterine flushates exhibited the 45, 43 x 10(-3) M:(r) doublet (correlative positive bioassays). These data suggest that there is an important uterine contribution to blastocyst escape from the zona pellucida, consisting of proteinases secreted during a finite time window prior to blastocyst attachment that are different from the proteinases responsible for the zona lytic activity in vitro.  相似文献

Summary The induction of ovulation with clomiphene citrate (CC) in human patients results in a high ovulation rate but achieves a relatively low pregnancy rate. To clarify the possible role of CC in interfering with the normal reproductive physiology and embryology, we have used our rabbit model and transferred 4-day-old blastocysts from untreated donors to CC-treated pseudopregnant recipients and from CC-treated donors to untreated pseudopregnant recipients to study embryonic development and implantation. Each group was further subdivided into two subgroups, one receiving CC before and the other after ovulation. CC was administered subcutaneously in three consecutive doses of 10 mg/kg body weight. Ovulation was induced with pregnant mare serum gonadotropin (PMS) and human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG).The implantation rate of the control group, evaluated on day 8 of pregnancy, reached 62.0%. When recipients were treated with CC before ovulation, implantation rate was reduced to 18.8% (P < 0.0002), and to 20.0% (P < 0.003) when CC was administered after ovulation. The implantation rate of blastocysts transferred from donors, treated before ovulation, is 22.2% (P < 0.0055), however, reached 70.8% when treatment was started after ovulation. All implantations were analysed microscopically and showed normal morphological features.Our results demonstrate a potential multiple effect of CC, first on the endometrium by altering its receptivity for the implanting conceptus, second, on tubal physiology by altering egg transport, and finally on ovum maturation before ovulation interfering with development of blastocysts. These parameters may all result in rapid decrease in establishment of implantations and in turn in very low pregnancy rates.  相似文献

Double-labeled embryonal-carcinoma (ECa) cells were injected into blastocysts or incorporated into blastocysts by aggregation, and their fate after various periods of time in culture was investigated. ECa-247 cells labeled with fluorescent microscopheres were easily identified in whole blastocysts. These blastocysts were embedded in plastic, serially sectioned, and prepared for autoradiography. The 3H-thymidine label on the embryonal-carcinoma cells allowed precise localization of the cancer-derived cells. ECa-247 cells preferentially localized in the mural trophectoderm, with a few being seen in primitive endoderm and, even more rarely, in the inner cell mass. Selected autoradiograms were re-embedded and thin sectioned for transmission electron microscopy. The cancer-derived cells were found to have differentiated in accordance with their localization.  相似文献

Blastocysts obtained from mice differing in pigmentation (albino versus pigmented) and the isoforms of glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI 1A versus 1B) were electrofused and those containing a single chimaeric inner cell mass (ICM) were transferred to the uterus of pseudopregnant recipients. The pups were recovered on the 20(th) day by Caesarian section and fostered by females that had littered on the previous night or 24 h earlier. Altogether nine adult animals and two pups, which died soon after delivery, were available for GPI analysis. Between 9 and 13 organs/tissues were examined and the relative contribution of the GPI 1A and 1B isoforms was estimated using an electrophoretic GPI assay. Eight adult animals were overtly chimaeric and one was chimaeric in some internal tissues only. Eight mice were males: seven were fertile, one was infertile. The ninth adult mouse was a hermaphrodite. The fertile animals produced sperm of one genotype only, i.e. derived either from the albino or from the pigmented component. This is the first report showing that adult chimaeras can be produced from two combined blastocysts, provided that fusion of the adhering trophectoderm cells is first induced and the orientation of blastocysts enables the two ICMs to integrate into a single ICM. Our results suggest that in the preimplantation blastocyst, the organisation of the ICM remains labile thus making it possible for the fused blastocysts to establish new embryonic organisation and to develop into a single organism.  相似文献

The developmental ability of reconstructed blastocysts from C57BL/6 strain mouse inner cell masses (ICMs) and Kunming strain mouse trophoblasts was assessed. The procedure of ICM replacement was as follows: C57BL/6 ICMs were separated from the blastocysts using immunosurgery. A slit was made in the zona pellucida of a Kunming blastocyst to allow its ICM to extrude. The C57BL/6 ICM was injected into the Kunming blastocoele, and the extruded Kunming ICM was cut off. The reconstructed blastocysts were able to re-expand (77%) and hatch (27.3%) in vitro. A total of 64 reconstructed blastocysts and 124 Kunming blastocysts were co-transferred into the uteri of 11 pseudopregnant Kunming mice, and an ICM replacement offspring was born. The results indicate that reconstructed embryos obtained by inter-strain ICM replacement have the ability to develop to term. This technique may provide a method to solve the pregnancy failure in interspecific cloning.  相似文献

The present study determined a suitable parthenogenetic activation procedure for rabbit oocytes and examined the developmental potential of enucleated oocytes receiving cultured cumulus cells. Unfertilized oocytes recovered from superovulated rabbits were activated with one or two sets of electrical pulses, with or without subsequent administration of 6-dimethylaminopurine (6-DMAP). The proportion of oocytes treated with one or two sets of electrical pulses and 6-DMAP that cleaved (87% and 98%, respectively) and developed into blastocysts (77% and 85%, respectively) was significantly higher (P < 0.05) than those activated with electrical pulses alone (30% and 42% for cleavage, 7% and 17% for blastocysts). Cumulus cells separated from ovulated oocytes obtained from mature rabbits were cultured for three to five passages and then induced to quiescence by serum starvation before nuclear transfer. The enucleated oocytes receiving cumulus cells were activated with electrical pulses followed by the addition of 6-DMAP, and cultured in vitro for 5 to 6 d or transferred to pseudopregnant recipient females 1 d after activation. Of 186 nuclear-transferred oocytes, 123 (66%) cleaved and 42 (23%) developed into blastocysts. After transfer of 174 nuclear-transferred oocytes to 8 recipient females, a total of 3 implantation sites were observed in 3 recipient females but no fetuses were obtained.  相似文献

We studied the developmental potential of single blastomeres from early cleavage mouse embryos. Eight- and sixteen-cell diploid mouse embryos were disaggregated and single blastomeres from eight-cell embryos or pairs of sister blastomeres from sixteen-cell embryos were aggregated with 4, 5 or 6 tetraploid blastomeres from 4-cell embryos. Each diploid donor embryo gave eight sister aggregates, which later were manipulated together as one group (set). The aggregates were cultured in vitro until the blastocyst stage, when they were transferred (in sets) to the oviducts of pseudopregnant recipients. Eighteen live foetuses or pups were obtained from the transfer (11.0% of transferred blastocysts) and out of those, eleven developed into fertile adults (one triplet, one pair of twins and four singletons). In all surviving adults, pups and living foetuses, only diploid cells were detected in their organs and tissues as shown by analysis of coat pigmentation and distribution of glucose phosphate isomerase isoforms. In order to explain the observed high rate of mortality of transferred blastocysts, in an accompanying experiment, the diploid and tetraploid blastomeres were labelled with different fluorochromes and then aggregated. These experiments showed the diploid cells to be present not only in the inner cell mass (ICM) but also in the trophectoderm. The low number of diploid cells and the predominance of tetraploid cells in the ICM of chimaeric blastocysts might have been responsible for high postimplantation mortality of our experimental embryos.  相似文献

The effect of intraoviductal embryos on endometrial receptivity was studied by intraendometrial and intrauterine embryo transfer. Five-week-old female ICR mice were mated after superovulation; a vaginal plug confirmed day 1 of pregnancy. On day 4 (90 h after hCG injection), blastocysts were collected and transferred to pseudopregnant female mice and to recipient mice in which the uterotubal junction had been ligated bilaterally on day 1 of pregnancy. Three embryos per uterine horn, a total of six embryos per recipient mouse at days 1-6, were transferred to the endometrium or uterine cavity and implantation and pregnancy rates were calculated. The implantation rate for intraendometrial embryo transfer to recipients of days 3, 5 and 6 was significantly higher for uterotubal junction-ligated mice (72.2, 20.8 and 9.7%, respectively) than for pseudopregnant mice (55.0, 8.3 and 0.0%, respectively). The implantation rate for intrauterine embryo transfer to recipients at days 2, 5 and 6 was significantly higher for uterotubal junction-ligated mice (11.1, 25.0 and 8.3%, respectively) than for pseudopregnant mice (0.0, 3.3 and 0.0%, respectively). Uterotubal junction-ligated mice achieved implantation and bore neonates by intrauterine embryo transfer on days 2 and 6, whereas no implantation was achieved in pseudopregnant mice. The difference in implantation rate could not be explained by a difference in progesterone concentration between the groups. The distribution of proliferating cells in the endometrium was also studied immunohistochemically by use of anti-proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody in the recipient mice. PCNA-positive cells were more abundant in uterotubal junction-ligated mice and demonstrated a marked extension from the epithelium to the stroma over time, in contrast to those in pseudopregnant mice. These findings indicate that an intraoviductal embryo exerts a biological effect by sending a signal to the endometrial epithelium and stroma, thus facilitating endometrial receptivity to the embryo and improving the rate of implantation.  相似文献

The ability of trophectoderm (TE) cells to produce chimeric mice (pluripotency) was compared with that of inner cell mass (ICM) cells. TE and ICM cells of blastocysts and hatching or hatched blastocysts derived from albino mice (CD-1, Gpi-1a/a) were aggregated with zona cut 8- to 16-cell stage embryos or injected into the blastocoele from non-albino mice (C57BL/6 x C3H/He, Gpi-1b/b). After transfer to pseudopregnant female mice, the contribution of the donor cells was examined by glucose phosphate isomerase (GPI) analysis of embryos, membrane and placenta at mid-gestation (Day 10.5 and 12.5) or by the coat color of newborn mice. In contrast to ICM cells, there was no contribution of TE cells in the conceptuses and no coat color chimeric young were obtained. After pre-labeling of TE cells with fluorescent latex microparticles, they were aggregated with embryos and the allocation of TE cells at the compacted morula and blastocyst stages was observed under a fluorescent microscope. Although the TE cells were observed attached onto the surface of the embryos at morula and blastocyst stages, unlike the ICM cells, they were not positively incorporated into the embryos. Thus, the pluripotency of TE cells from mouse blastocysts was not induced by the aggregation and injection methods.  相似文献

Blastocysts recovered from control or indomethacin-treated (10 mg/kg s.c. twice daily starting on Day 4.5 of pregnancy) donor rabbits were transferred to the uteri of Day-6 or 6.5 pseudopregnant recipients. The minimal time required to cause an increase in capillary permeability in the endometrium underlying control blastocysts was approximately 9 h. Blastocysts derived from the indomethacin-treated donors were depleted of PGE and PGF (determined by RIA) and were unable to produce any increase in capillary permeability during the same time period, although after 46 h in vivo the diameters of the implantation swellings related to control or indomethacin-treated blastocysts were not different. This suggests that, in the untreated recipients, blastocysts depleted of PGs can become replenished and then release these PGs in a site-directed manner. Indomethacin thus causes a delay rather than a complete inhibition of implantation. Incubation of the indomethacin-treated blastocysts in vitro led to replenishment with PGs, but such replenished blastocysts failed to induce an increase in capillary permeability within the same time-frame as control blastocysts. Evidence is presented that indomethacin is probably not the cyclooxygenase inhibitor of choice, since it interferes with PG uptake and efflux. Such an action could explain the failure of the replenished blastocysts to induce a normal increase in capillary permeability.  相似文献

Cryopreservation of zona-intact porcine embryos has been relatively unsuccessful to date, although some success has been obtained with lipid reduced morulae and early blastocysts. This study adapted some vitrification protocols used successfully with late blastocysts for use with early zona-intact blastocysts, using actin depolymerization, centrifugation, and open-pulled (OPS) straws. Initially, Day 6 peri-hatching blastocysts were collected, cultured for 40 min in 7.5 microg/ml cytochalasin B and vitrified in 6.5 M glycerol and 6% BSA (VS1) in either heat-sealed (HS) or open straws (OS). The post-thaw survival of those stored in HS was 15.4% after 24 and 48 h in vitro; storage in OS significantly improved survival (58.8% for both 24 and 48 h). When similar stage blastocysts were cultured in cytochalasin B and vitrified with 8 M ethylene glycol and 7% polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP; VS2) in OS, survival was 44.4 and 33.3% for 24 and 48 h, respectively. Day 5 late morulae and early blastocysts were collected, cultured with cytochalasin B, and centrifuged or left intact (control), then vitrified with VS1 in HS or OS, or vitrified in VS2 in OS only. None of the intact control embryos survived thawing and 48 h culture in vitro. Centrifuged early blastocysts vitrified with VS1 showed good post-thaw survival in culture when stored in HS (62.8 and 60.5% for 24 and 48 h, respectively), or OS (75 and 63.6%). When vitrified with VS2 in OS, survival improved (80 and 76.7%). Peri-hatching blastocysts were vitrified in VS1, and early blastocysts were vitrified with VS1 and VS2. All blastocysts were stored in OS. The embryos were recovered and transferred to Day 4 and 5 pseudopregnant recipients (for Day 5 and 6 blastocysts, respectively). Of the five recipients receiving peri-hatching blastocysts, two became pregnant and delivered a total of eight piglets. All three recipients of early blastocysts vitrified in VS1 had a delayed return to estrus; while of the four receiving embryos vitrified with VS2, two were delayed in returning to estrus, and one was confirmed pregnant after 45 days. A litter of five piglets, one male and four female, was produced at 116 days of gestation. To our knowledge, this is the first litter of piglets produced from early blastocysts vitrified without micromanipulation to remove polarized lipid droplets.  相似文献

Restricting the growth of the embryo can cause adverse whole-of-life changes in an organism's homeostasis. Such adverse long-term consequences may occur even when growth restriction occurs only during the preimplantation period. The molecular basis for these long-term effects has not been defined, although an epigenetic mechanism is suspected. Some loci seem to be more sensitive to epigenetic perturbation than others, and the agouti viable yellow allele (A(vy)) is the best studied example of this. It has active (hypomethylated) and inactive (hypermethylated) epialleles. This study used the A(vy) model to show that growth restriction of preimplantation embryos, as provided by culture of zygotes, induced persistent epigenetic changes that resulted in altered postnatal phenotype. C57BL/6 A(vy)/a males were mated to ovulation-induced FVB/N females, and then either zygotes were collected and cultured for 96 h and the resulting blastocysts were transferred to pseudopregnant recipient females, blastocysts were collected from females and transferred without embryo culture, or pregnancy was allowed to proceed after mating without intervention. Culture was in a commercial human in vitro fertilization media. The proportion of pups expressing the active (hypomethylated) epiallele and yellow coat was significantly higher following zygote culture compared to embryos that were transferred without culture (P = 0.014) or natural matings (P < 0.001). There was no difference in expression of the active epiallele in pups resulting from embryo transfer (without culture) compared to natural matings. These results show for the first time that the preimplantation embryo's growth environment can affect the postnatal expression of a defined epigenetically sensitive allele.  相似文献

Mouse teratocarcinoma cells (OTT6050) deficient for thymidine kinase were fused with rat hepatoma cells ( Fu5AH ) deficient for hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase using inactivated Sendai virus. The hybrid cells were selected and cultured in the presence of HAT medium. A clonally established hybrid cell line ( As3 ), which in addition to its mouse genome contains several rat chromosomes, expresses rat specific enzyme variants and produces large primarily undifferentiated tumors, with some hepatoma characteristics in athymic nude mice. To reveal the in vivo developmental potential of these cells and to determine whether, under different experimental conditions, they are capable of participating in tissue differentiation, the As3 cells were injected into mouse blastocysts from the C57BL/6 strain. The experimental blastocysts were then transferred into the uteri of pseudopregnant foster mothers to allow further development. From a total of 212 blastocysts transplanted, 61 fetuses developed and were analysed for As3 contributions between the 10th and 18th day of gestation. Four fetuses at day 18 showed hybrid cell participation in their livers and a few organs of only endo-mesodermal origin, as judged from the presence of rat-specific enzyme variants. The enzymes were organ-specifically expressed (e.g., lactate dehydrogenase) or appeared newly during in situ differentiation while being absent in the original hybrid cells (e.g., glycerol-3-phosphate dehydrogenase). During short in vitro culture of the chimaeric organs, it was possible to select for the hybrid cells which reverted to an enzyme pattern simiar to but not identical with the As3 cell line and different to that observed in situ.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
