该研究以罗汉果品种“永青1号”为材料,在果实发育后期进行不同强度的遮荫处理,测定遮荫处理下果肉组织中罗汉果苷各组分含量、各种糖分的积累及其相关糖代谢酶活性、叶片光合特性的变化。结果表明:重度遮荫(70%遮荫)会导致果实中罗汉果甜苷Ⅴ含量显著提高,遮荫60 d(授粉后90 d),对照与70%遮荫处理果实中罗汉果甜苷Ⅴ含量分别为4.83%、5.79%,差异达极显著水平( P<0.01);70%遮荫处理下果实中葡萄糖、果糖含量也明显高于对照( P<0.05)。与罗汉果甜苷Ⅴ、葡萄糖、果糖含量的变化不同,遮荫60 d,70%遮荫处理下罗汉果果实中可溶性糖、蔗糖的含量分别显著(P<0.05)和极显著(P<0.01)低于对照。另外,遮荫处理导致罗汉果叶片净光合速率下降,遮荫40 d,70%遮荫处理下叶片的净光合速率显著低于对照( P<0.05)。综上说明,重度遮荫处理可以引起罗汉果果实品质的改变;光合速率下降是遮荫处理下可溶性糖含量降低的主要原因;SPS、AI、SSC活性的改变则是遮荫导致蔗糖含量降低及葡萄糖、果糖含量上升的重要因素;重度遮荫条件下,荫棚中温度降低可能是罗汉果果实中甜苷Ⅴ含量增高的关键诱因。该研究结果为罗汉果的生产及品质调控提供了理论依据。  相似文献

以罗汉果‘永青1号'品种为试验材料,在授粉30 d后,设置不遮荫、遮荫70%、遮荫95%三个处理,探讨遮荫对罗汉果总苷、总糖、维生素C等内在品质的影响。结果表明:在授粉30 d后,对罗汉果进行一定程度的遮荫处理,显著提高了罗汉果果实重要内含物总苷、甜苷Ⅴ、总糖和维生素C的含量,可有效改善罗汉果果实的内在品质。遮荫70%处理条件下较适宜罗汉果果实内含物的累积。  相似文献

对不同产地同一品种收获期罗汉果总皂苷、甜苷V和硒的含量进行比较,了解罗汉果的品质特点与产地的相关性,科学指导种植区域的生产规划,明确不同区域罗汉果的品质特点和开发等直接关系到罗汉果深加工产业的质量与发展。采用香草醛-浓硫酸试剂分光光度比色法分别测量各罗汉果果实样品中总皂苷的含量,采用高效液相色谱法测量甜苷V的含量,采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测量其中硒的含量,并对各指标进行方差分析和差异显著性的多重比较。结果表明,各样品总皂苷含量在2.42%~3.34%之间,甜苷V含量在0.68%~1.41%之间,硒含量在5.634~41.462μg/kg之间;来源于不同产地的罗汉果样品,其总皂苷含量差异并不显著,但甜苷V和硒含量分别表现出显著差异;广西、湖南和四川,罗汉果果实总皂苷和甜苷V含量均可达到药典指标要求。因此,罗汉果具有较广的种植区域,但不同产地甜苷V含量差异相对显著,暗示果实甜苷V的转化效率或成熟度具有一定差异,宜根据产地及年度气候条件适当调整收获期,以满足不同加工利用的需要。  相似文献

为选育甜苷V提取型罗汉果优良品种,对19个罗汉果品种的甜苷Ⅴ含量、单株产量、果肉含量、水浸出物、总糖和总苷含量6个性状进行考察研究,综合打分评价。结果表明,F018、F014、F020综合指数较高,可作为甜苷V提取型罗汉果优良品种,为罗汉果新一代品种选育研究奠定基础。  相似文献

采用多倍体诱导、不同倍性配子杂交和组织培养等技术方法,培育出三倍体无籽罗汉果新种质类型。通过与当前罗汉果主要品种的对比栽培实验和观测,表明无籽罗汉果优良株系花、叶等器官形体较大,植株长势健旺,现蕾开花较早,果实无籽或极少籽,甜苷Ⅴ含量比其母本提高36.28%。其生物学性状的变化,尤其是甜甙含量的提高和抗性的增强,表现出了重大的开发利用价值。就无籽罗汉果的生育周期、形态特征、生长发育规律以及果实品质进行初步报道。  相似文献

用ICP-OES法测定罗汉果中受花粉直感效应影响明显的微量元素含量。结果表明:两种不同授粉处理的罗汉果样品中Zn、Fe、Cr、Al四种微量元素含量差异显著,受花粉直感作用的影响较大,尤其是Zn元素;罗汉果样品铅含量超过罗汉果行标NY/T 694-2003的限量标准,但符合药用植物绿色行标WM/T 2-2004,研究认为,罗汉果行标Pb标准不太严格,有必要进一步研究和探讨;高甜苷Ⅴ授粉组合("青皮3号"×"红毛1号")果实中B元素含量较高,为硼微肥的利用提供科学依据;而低甜苷Ⅴ组合("青皮3号"×"红毛2号")果实中8种微量元素含量偏高,其中锰与提高呼吸速率有关。  相似文献

以种间杂交创建的茄子雄性不育系为试材,采用形态学和细胞学观察对其花药形态、败育发生时期和机理进行了研究。结果表明:根据花药形态茄子雄性不育系材料可被划分为退化型、瓣化型和中间型3种类型;前期Ⅰ是3类不育系雄性败育发生的关键时期,绒毡层结构与功能异常可能是导致3类材料雄性败育的共性原因,减数分裂异常为败育的中间过程。花药瓣化类型不育材料在败育时期上表现出多样性,多糖类营养物质转运受阻也可能是其发生雄性败育的原因之一。  相似文献

胞质雄性不育多样性是解决三系杂交稻品质、抗性和产量的主要措施。在以密阳46为母本的杂交后代中发现不育材料H236A,通过杂交和自交,确定其不育类型和不育度;通过碘染和徕卡荧光显微镜DM2500对成熟花粉粒观察,确定花粉粒育性、败育形态和时期。结果表明:H236A是胞质雄性不育,不育度达99.8%以上;花粉粒属典败型的达83.17%,圆败型占16.83%,没有染败型花粉粒,为单核期败育。花粉粒败育形态多种多样,有不规则形,梭形,圆形等。清晰观察到晚期小孢子细胞质定向移动形成细胞质桥现象。本文还讨论了成熟花粉粒败育时期和败育形态的划分。  相似文献

研究了陆地棉洞A型核雄性不育系(抗A1,MA)不育和可育花药不同发育时期可溶性碳水化合物、游离氨基酸和IAA、GA3、ABA含量的动态变化。结果表明,不育花药中可溶性糖含量偏高,缺乏淀粉积累;有4种游离氨基酸含量在可育与不育花药问存在显著差异,其中不育花药天门冬氨酸含量偏高,这可能是其败育的原因之一,而脯氨酸、精氨酸、苯丙氨酸含量异常,则是不育花药败育的结果;在花药主要败育时期之前,不育花药中ABA含量极显著偏高,IAA、GA3含量极显著偏低。不育花药中IAA、GA3、ABA含量变化与洞A型核雄性不育系花药败育密切相关。  相似文献

利用人工授粉,采用压片法对大核龙眼‘九月乌’和焦核龙眼‘闽焦64-1’、‘闽焦64-2’、‘白核’等的自交与杂交后花粉管的生长特性进行研究,同时应用常规石蜡切片技术对大核与焦核龙眼的雌配子体以及合子胚早期发育进行观察。结果表明,龙眼胚珠在单核胚囊形成前就开始败育,且焦核品种(系)的败育率显著高于大核品种。不同亲本组合的授粉率存在差异,所有授粉组合在授粉36~48 h后均能观察到1个花粉管生长并进入胚囊受精。焦核品种(系)的胚胎在谢花后10 d开始败育,且败育率明显高于大核品种。受精是龙眼子房发育的首要条件,胚珠败育的雌蕊在谢花后10 d不膨大,不能发育形成焦核果实。谢花后10~30 d的早期胚胎败育是形成焦核龙眼的主要原因。焦核品种‘白核’胚乳具有成胚能力。约有24%的‘闽焦64-1’胚珠在胚胎发育过程中,其助细胞、合点端细胞及胚乳发生异常,这可能与早期胚胎败育有关。  相似文献

Seed-dispersing birds can be expected to optimize their energy intake through fruit selection and hence exert a positive selection on fruit pulp content, that is to say, favoring big fruits with small seeds. On the other hand they may select both, average fruit size and its variation. We addressed this issue by analyzing the phenotypic selection exerted by the dispersers of Crataegus monogyna on the fruit and seed size of this species. Fruit and seed size were analyzed at two ontogenic plant stages: the initial size of seeds (and their fruits) as future individuals and the mean size of fruits and seeds produced by adult plants. Fruit diameter and its within-individual variation are the actual targets of selection for maternal fruit traits, negatively affecting relative fitness, although total selection acts only on mean fruit size. For individual seeds, size selection is positive and directed at fruit diameter and seed length, while the remaining traits are subject to indirect selection. Birds exerted a correlational selection favoring big fruits with small seeds. Nevertheless the evolutionary consequences of this selection are expected to be limited by several factors. For example, the positive correlation between fruit and seed sizes, the existence of counteracting selective pressures exerted by other mutualistic or antagonist interactions and temporal or spatial changes in the environmental conditions that may alter the selective forces and even the optimum phenotype in each situation.  相似文献

Fruit and seed features are the result of reproductive allocation decisions which ultimately depend on both plant availability of resources and total number of developing fruits. In this study, we manipulated fruit load in Cistus ladanifer plants by removing 0, 25 or 75% of developing fruits. Fruit features (total fruit weight, fruit-wall weight, total seed weight per fruit and seed number per fruit) were unaffected by fruit thinning, nevertheless mean seed weight increased in treated plants independently of thinning intensity. This reduced compensation was unrelated to plant size and had no consequences on fruit predation by insects. From these results it could be suggested that not only availability of resources but also morphological constraints could affect seed size in Cistus ladanifer. On the other hand, this change in seed weight could have important consequences since in this species heavy seeds perform better after fire events but light ones are advantageous in between fire recruitments.  相似文献

The diversity, abundance and display characteristics of plants producing fleshy fruits were recorded in wet sclerophyll forest near Melbourne, Victoria. Fruit characteristics and nutrient content were recorded for 14 species of fruits occurring in the forest and these characteristics compared with similar studies in north temperate and tropical regions. Plants producing fleshy fruits were confined to understorey layers and comprised 13.5% of the native vascular flora. Most species displayed fruits conspicuously by ripening brightly coloured fruits synchronously in large displays. Annual fruit production at three sites ranged from 6.98 to 37.01 kg/ha. Fruit mass, seed number and size were variable but the proportion of pulp per fruit remained remarkably consistent between species. Most fruit pulp contained high quantities of soluble carbohydrates and little lipid or protein. Fruits from wet sclerophyll forest did not differ from fruits from other geographic areas in eight characteristics measured. Although taxonomically distinct, the species in wet sclerophyll forest were not significantly different from other temperate fruits, suggesting that fruit characteristics are under the influence of factors other than phylogeny.  相似文献

The reproductive success of animal-dispersed plants is closely linked to the number of seeds that they are able to disperse. The fruit crop size hypothesis states that a plant with large fruit crop size will attract more dispersers than a plant with a smaller fruit crop, which may result in more seeds being dispersed from the foremost. In this study, we experimentally examined the effect of crop size and other factors on primary seed dispersal in a neotropical shrub/tree, Casearia corymbosa (Flacourtiaceae). We used two predictive variables of reproductive success, which produce an accurate picture of seed dispersal ratio: fruit removal efficiency (proportion of a fruit crop removed by frugivores) and fruit removal success (relative contribution of each individual tree to the number of fruits removed in the population). We established two levels of fruit crop size at the C. corymbosa individuals, using plants with large (150 fruits) and small crops (50 fruits). We found that individual plants with larger crops had significantly higher values of fruit removal efficiency (92.6%) and success (5%) than plants with smaller crops (69.3% and 1.3%, respectively). Fruit removal efficiency was related to vegetation type, plant height and fruit width, but the variance explained by these variables was low ( < 8%). Fruit removal success was significantly related to crop size ( > 90% of the variance explained). These results suggest that fruit removal efficiency and success are strongly related to fruit crop size of C. corymbosa plants.  相似文献

通过对蓬蘽氨基酸成分分析,蓬蘽果实与叶片均含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸。其果实不同类型氨基酸之间的配比及含量达到或接近FAO/WHO提出的理想蛋白质模式谱标准[1]。谷氨酸含量最高,蛋氨酸含量最低,其中谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、亮氨酸居前三位。蓬蘽叶片氨基酸总含量显著高于鲜果,谷氨酸含量最高,丙氨酸含量最低,谷氨酸、赖氨酸、苏氨酸居前三位,均衡度稍逊于果实。作为对照,测定了草莓果叶、茶叶的相关数据。  相似文献

Fruit distribution among individuals in populations of three orchid species was analyzed. Fruit set was low in the three species. The distribution of fruits in the non-autogamous species was skewed to the right, with high variance: mean ratios, and a moderate to high proportion of fruitless plants. Larger inflorescence size did not necessarily result in an increase in percent fruit set but tended to increase the probability to produce at least one fruit. Pollinator-mediated selection on inflorescence size through fruit production may be limited by the low overall level of visitation and the resulting uncertainty of pollination at the individual level.  相似文献

In southwestern México, the number of new cladodes on Opuntia excelsa was a skewed bell-shaped function of size (“size” being the number of cladodes persisting from previous years). Fruit number was a sigmoidal function of size, but the number of seeds per fruit was independent of number of fruits per plant. The curves for production of new cladodes and of fruits both showed maximum increase for plants with 150–350 cladodes, when the crowns were reaching or in the canopy. New cladode production declined at about the size where reproduction plateaued; we suggest this was due to limitation of crown dimensions by mechanical and physiological factors.  相似文献

Fruit color, fruit size and phenology of bird-disseminated plants were examined in different climatic zones of Japan and the relationships between the plants and frugivorous birds were disscussed.Black fruit was the most common in warm-temperate areas and red was the most common in cool-temperate and subarctic zones. Red was more dominant in the lower layer of the forests in all climatic zones. Bicolor fruits were frequent in trees and were not found in herbs. Both in warm- and cool-temperate zones conspicuous fruits which are red and bicolored display were more frequent in summer than in winter.The diameter of most fruits were 4–11 mm. Fruits in warm-temperate were somewhat bigger than those in cooltemperate zone. In forest strata the fruits of shrubs were smaller than those of trees and herbs in width. However I found no relationships between fruit size and fruit color.The frugivorous birds could have influenced not only the evolution of seasonal differences in the proportion of fruit color between warm-temperate and cool-temperate region, but also affect the fruit size.  相似文献

Sugars are key regulatory molecules that affect diverse processes in higher plants. Hexokinase is the first enzyme in hexose metabolism and may be a sugar sensor that mediates sugar regulation. We present evidence that hexokinase is involved in sensing endogenous levels of sugars in photosynthetic tissues and that it participates in the regulation of senescence, photosynthesis, and growth in seedlings as well as in mature plants. Transgenic tomato plants overexpressing the Arabidopsis hexokinase-encoding gene AtHXK1 were produced. Independent transgenic plants carrying single copies of AtHXK1 were characterized by growth inhibition, the degree of which was found to correlate directly to the expression and activity of AtHXK1. Reciprocal grafting experiments suggested that the inhibitory effect occurred when AtHXK1 was expressed in photosynthetic tissues. Accordingly, plants with increased AtHXK1 activity had reduced chlorophyll content in their leaves, reduced photosynthesis rates, and reduced photochemical quantum efficiency of photosystem II reaction centers compared with plants without increased AtHXK1 activity. In addition, the transgenic plants underwent rapid senescence, suggesting that hexokinase is also involved in senescence regulation. Fruit weight, starch content in young fruits, and total soluble solids in mature fruits were also reduced in the transgenic plants. The results indicate that endogenous hexokinase activity is not rate limiting for growth; rather, they support the role of hexokinase as a regulatory enzyme in photosynthetic tissues, in which it regulates photosynthesis, growth, and senescence.  相似文献

以罗汉果永青2号品种为材料,在连作6 a罗汉果的地块上,用地膜覆盖和区间隔离的方法,施入不同浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌肥,观察土壤微生物数量、罗汉果叶绿素量、白绢病发生率、产量及皂苷Ⅴ的变化,研究枯草芽孢杆菌肥对多年种植罗汉果地块的土壤微生物,植株生长和品质的影响。结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌肥明显提高0~20 cm土壤微生物的数量,尤其是细菌数量和放线菌明显高于对照;而引发植株发病的真菌数量显著减少,最多能减少13.8%。提高罗汉果植株叶片叶绿素含量,促进叶绿素a、叶绿素b的形成,有利光合作用积累,同时,能增加叶绿素c含量,提高植株抗逆性;能抑制或降低白绢病病菌感染,减少白绢病发生。罗汉果果实产量得到明显提高,最大提高17.5%,同时,大中果比率提高7.5%,优化了罗汉果商品的物理性状;能改善罗汉果品质,提高其内含物的含量,果实中的主效成份皂苷Ⅴ含量达到1.33%,显著高于对照。该研究结果为罗汉果产区使用枯草芽孢杆菌肥连续种植罗汉果提供了依据。  相似文献
